For school children, offices, and students stationery is needed. Because stationery are needs to take notes important things. Although in the current digitalization era learning materials can be obtained online to minimize the use of stationery, it doesn't rule out the possibility that stationery are needed indeed for other activities. Therefore, stores that provide various types of stationery must be able to know the level of purchases on products ?products that are more often purchased by consumers so that the supply of stock products can be more focused on products that are more often purchased by consumers. At this writing, the author uses the Apriori algorithm that performs itemset frequencies to get association rules that meet the minimum support requirements and minimum confidence requirements with a number of itemset in the overall transaction to achieve the percentage of support and the percentage of confident value in determining items that are often sold in every transaction. By using the Apriori algorithm which has an accuracy rate of around 70%, it can predict the stock of product sales at the XYZ store. The purpose of applying the Apriori algorithm at this writing is to find out the level of purchases on products that are more often purchased by consumers based on existing transaction data to provide a more efficient stock of sales products.

Poverty in Indonesia occurs almost in various regions, one of them is the Jakarta region. Although Jakarta is a fairly large area and is one of the most developed regions, there are still some families that are still poor and unable to send their children to school, so the government issued the Kartu Indonesia Pintar program to help poor families. Although this program can really help poor families to send their children to school, sometimes there are some families that are classified as poor but do not even get the benefits of this program, but a family that can afford it get the benefits. The purpose of this paper discusses the application of data mining using the algorithm K-Means Clustering in grouping families classified as poor, simple and rich in terms of the amount of monthly income, average monthly expenditures and total assets owned, as well as the number of children who are classified according to elementary level , Junior high and high school to determine the amount of assistance that will be given based on the level. The resulting output will be in the form of a 3-table report in which each table contains data on families classified as poor, simple and rich, where this simple group can later be reviewed whether they are entitled or not to get the assistance of the Kartu Indonesia Pintar program. From the results of testing using 200 family data, the accuracy of the results of the application of K-Means Clustering was 69%.

Data multimedia seperti gambar, video dan suara adalah format data yang sering di gunakan di dunia informasi ini untuk memberikan informasi kepada individu lain atau kelompok dengan mudah karena dapat di akses menggunakan banyak perangkat dimana saja. Karena itu dibutuhkan pengamanan data yang aman sehingga keamanan yang data dapat dijaga dengan baik dan di tujukan pada individu atau kelompok yang tepat. Sangat berbahaya apabila data tersebut jatuh kepada orang yang salah dan tidak bertanggung jawab. Kejahatan dalam dunia teknologi memungkinkan peretas untuk mendapatkan informasi berbasis multimedia dari perangkat teknolgi seperti telefon genggam, penyimpanan daring, email, dll. Kemudahan dalam membaca informasi berbentuk multimedia merupakan salah satu kelemahan dari informasi berformat multimedia, karena itu diperlukan proses enkripsi dalam upaya mengamankan pengiriman dan penyimpanan data berformat multimedia didalam perangkat penyimpanan anda maupun saat berbagi informasi tersebut melalui pesan elektronik. Salah satu metode enkripsi yang dapat di terapkan adalah algoritma rijndael dimana algoritma ini dapat memberikan kata sandi untuk informasi yang inginkan sehingga penyimpanan dan pembagian informasi berbasis multimedia dapat dilakukan dengan aman dan tepat menuju individu atau kelompok yang dituju. Saat informasi berbasis multimedia yang telah di enkripsi diterima oleh seseorang maka individu tersebut harus melakukan proses dekripsi terhadap informasi tersebut dengan cara memasukan kata sandi yang telah dibuat oleh pengirim, bila individu tersebut tidak mengetahui kata sandi tersebut, maka informasi tersebut tidak akan dapat diakses oleh individu tersebut

Small and medium industries (IKM) in Indonesia have not been able to compete and maintain competitive advantage over foreign products. Utilization of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is not maximized, even though these factors are a source of competitive advantage and the ability of the industry to innovate. Meanwhile, the growth of SMI production has not reached the expected target because the performance of SMIs is still low, thus affecting its productivity. The root of the problem of this research lies in the optimization of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge not yet maximized on improving organizational performance in SMIs. This study aims to test and develop a model by integrating factors related to tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in improving organizational performance. The method of collecting data through questionnaires with IKM city of Bandung as research respondents. Data processing uses partial least square path modeling (PLS-PM) method.

Abstract Electrolyte is one of the fluids in the human body. This electrolyte is used to maintain fluid balance in the body. Lack of electrolytes can lead to dehydration. Dehydration can be overcome by drinking drinks that contain electrolytes. However, the drinks sold by traders do not necessarily contain electrolytes that are safe for consumption by the human body. So a machine to help traders to make drinks with safe electrolyte content is necessary. From these problems, the authors have made a machine for mixing drinks. This tool is named DRIMM (Drink Mixing Machine). DRIMM will provide a mixture of drinking water with a dose that has been processed using the Multiple Linear Regression method. From the results of experiments conducted, the tool can make a mixture of water with an average electrolyte concentration of 654 PPM. So that the electrolyte content in the drink is in accordance with a safe dose for consumption by the body. With this tool, it is expected to help traders in the process of making their drinks. In 2007, for the first time, an electronic toll collection system was implemented to overcome queues in toll gate, however its application was only limited for several toll road segments in Indonesia. After that in 2017 the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing issued regulation Number 16 / PRT / M / 2017 concerning Cashless Transactions on Toll Road, in October 31th 2017, to implement an electronic toll collection system in every toll gates in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the application of electronic transaction, systems that have been implemented at this time. From the analysis, it is obtained with this electronic system the average period of transaction for GTO is 3 seconds and GSO is 3.6 seconds, so that it meets the Toll Road SPM which is less than 5 seconds. For the results of capacity calculation, free flow booth has the highest capacity compared to the GTO and GSO. As well as for queuing analysis with booth capacity greater than the arrival rate of vehicles in all types of booth transaction, there is no queue at the booth transaction. On the other hand, with the implementation of the electronic toll collection system, currently 86% of respondents feel satisfied and there are several benefits obtained by toll operators such as the lower operating costs of booth. In the future BUJT has made preparations for the implementation of free flow transactions by coordinating between toll operators regarding the technology systems and processes to be implemented.

PMI of Bandung City experienced overstock. Overstock and expired blood supplies must be destroyed. In the overstock phase every month, PMI of Bandung City experiences waste and needs to be controlled inventory. In the blood have six components that need to be controlled, but it takes a long time to analyze each component of the bloood. It is necessary to determine the priority blood components that must bee controlled immediately so that they are expected to influence the reduction in the destroyed cost. The purpose of this study is find out what blood component are prioritized to control their supply. Determination of blood component priority using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) approach. The AHP method is decision making model that breaks down complex multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. The priority blood component to be controlled is Packed Red Cell (PRC) component of 0.338. This value is obtained because it is influenced by the weight of the supply criteria of 0.709, demand of 0.113; and lifetime of 0.179.

Company image is important because it influences consumer decisions in buying products. Similarly, in universities which are institutions where universities look for students, like companies that look for consumers. One of the university's appeals that can be done is through merchandise. In this case, ABC University plans to establish an official merchandise store as an effort to create a brand mind or incorporate a campus brand into every heart of people who see and also raise everyone's curiosity about ABC University. At present, the target market reaches 11,485 people, consisting of 96% students and 4% lecturers and employees. This amount represents a high enough market opportunity for ABC University official merchandise stores. This study uses a semi-structured interview data collection technique with the founding and managing team as well as documentation by collecting available internal company data relating to the merchandise shop. In this study, business feasibility will be carried out using the entrepreneurial criteria according to Timmons. In theory, the Timmons Model can be used as a guide to achieving success in entrepreneurship by taking into account opportunities, resources and team factors. Business positions according to the results of EFAS (0.93) and IFAS (0.79) are in quadrant I which supports an aggressive strategy. The official merchandise shop business is feasible and includes high-potential business conditions to be implemented and developed according to the results of Timmons' quick screen criteria. The results of the calculation of financial projections that obtain high potential categories, namely, IRR of 84%, Gross Profit Margin by 32%, Net Profit Margin by 20% and ROI by 48%.

PT. Telkom Witel West Bandung is the only state-owned company in the telecommunications and network sector in Indonesia, where SOEs can continue to develop to realize quality services and networks. Use it using information technology today. Inventory data processing at PT. West Witel Telkom is not well integrated, it is difficult to find data, including redundation of data and the length of time the report is made. The methodology currently in this inventory information system is Prototype, i.e. While the data uses observation and interview data. The method of development uses a structured method. The programming language is PHP and MySQL database. Information inventory system can display material data, receipt data, expenditure data, retrieval data and transaction data. With the implementation of this inventory information system, it is expected to facilitate PT. Telkom Witel West Bandung is related to the application of information inventory systems (speeding up data search, minimizing data redundancy and speeding up report generation), can achieve maximum results and can support information quickly and accurately.
