Abstract

This research was conducted to determine Brand Trust through customer satisfaction in influencing customer loyalty at Bank XX Jakarta. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used is quantitative verification analysis, through structured interviews using questionnaires. The population in this study is Bank XX customers in South Jakarta whose number is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The type of sample used in this study is Lemeshow. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study are all variables have a positive and significant effect. In this study, there are eight related variables, namely X1 (interest rate), X2 (customer service communication strategy), X3 (customer experience), X4 (service quality), X5 (digital banking) ,X6 (customer satisfaction), X7 (brand trust), X8 (loyalty) have a positive and significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that all variables have a positive and significant effect so that XX Bank always maintains and improves customer satisfaction and loyalty by maximizing service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and work discipline on work productivity partially or simultaneously at PT Idea Solusi Indonesia, Tangerang. This study uses an associative quantitative method where the data is in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 68 people and the data is processed using SPSS Version 22. The results of this study are the regression equation Y = 4.748 + 0.877 X1 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.728 which means the coefficient between variable X1 to Y is strong The tcount value of the Compensation variable is 4.658 which is greater than the ttable value of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0.0 less than 0.05, it can be interpreted that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded partially Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Productivity . the regression equation Y = 12.758 + 0.704X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.721, which means the coefficient between X2 and Y is strong. The t-count value of the Work Discipline variable is 4.463, which is greater than the t-table of 1.99656 with a significant level of 0 being less than 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be partially concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, the regression equation Y = 1.419 + 0.543 X1 + 0.422X2 the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.714, which means the coefficient between the variables of Compensation and Work Discipline on Very Strong Work Productivity is known. the value of the coefficient of determination (KD) = (R2) x 100% is obtained from R, namely KD = 0.640 x 100% = 64% The output is known Fcount is 57.780 and the significance value is 0 while the Ftable value is at a significance level of 0.05 with df 1 (the number of variable -1) 3-1 = 2, and df 2 (n-k-1) or = 68-2-1 = 65 obtained F table value of 3.14 So it can be concluded that Fcount > Ftable (57.780 > 3.14) and significance < 0, 05 (0 < 0.05), then Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that Compensation and Work Discipline together affect Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tax knowledge, taxpayer awareness, taxpayer attitudes, tax sanctions and tax socialization towards taxpayer compliance. The population of this study is land and building taxpayers in Kendal District. Determination of the sample with the Roscoe margin of error formula so that a sample of 100 respondents was determined. Primary data uses questionnaires shared via google forms and directly dating respondents. This research has theories and practical implications. This study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis the results showed: 1.) Tax knowledge has no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. 2.) Taxpayer awareness has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. 3.) The attitude of the taxpayer has no significant effect on the compliance of the taxpayer. 4.) Tax sanctions have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. 5.) Socialization of taxation has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much motivation students have towards entrepreneurship and find out what factors are related to and influence motivation towards entrepreneurship among students. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using primary data. The primary data was obtained from data collection by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 120 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrument and classic assumption test, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and multivariate analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the empirical mean value is greater than the theoretical mean value for each variable (50.60 > 39), so descriptive analysis can interpret that the entrepreneurial motivation of Suherman Medika University students tends to be good. Furthermore, the results of the factor analysis in this study obtained a Kaiser Meyer Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO MSA) value of 0.661 > 0.50 and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the variables referred to in this study did not correlate with one another in the population. In addition, based on factor analysis found that self-efficacy, attitudes and social support are factors that influence entrepreneurial motivation. Then, the results of the multivariate test show that the significance value for Pillai's trace, Wilk's lambda, Hotelling trace, and Rpy's largest root is less than 0, which means that there is a partial effect on self-efficacy, attitudes, and social support on entrepreneurial motivation. Based on multivariate testing, it shows that the value of the self-efficacy determination coefficient is 0.740, Attitude determination coefficient value of 0.811, and the value of the Social Support determination coefficient is 0.536. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that later both institutions, student organizations and the campus environment will be able to facilitate student needs better.

Abstract

The performance of the State Civil Apparatus which is further abbreviated as (ASN) is crucial and interesting to discuss, it is related to the image of the organization and competence in carrying out tasks within the organization. An ASN with good performance will certainly display a good image for the organization as well. The aspect that needs to be given special attention by the government in the motivational aspect is internal motivation. One of the internal motivations that can improve employee performance is public service motivation. This study used quantitative methods and took place at the Class I Immigration Office in Tangerang with 109 ASN (State Civil Apparatus) respondents at the office. This study aims to find significant differences in the level of public service motivation among civil servants based on demographics. This study found that there were no significant differences in the level of public service motivation based on position and educational background. However, there were significant differences in the level of public service motivation based on age and gender.

Abstract

Education is a source of progress for a nation, because through education the quality of human resources in a nation can be improved. The demand to improve the quality of education in fact requires educational human resources and other human resources in order to work more optimally. Human resource management education has an important role to improve the quality of education, one of which is the development and improvement of the competence of teachers and principals. Human resource management is a human resource development that has the aim of planning, implementing, recruiting, training, and developing careers for employees or employees as well as initiatives in organizational development within an organization or a company. Human resource management is basically a way or method of managing human resources to support the achievement of organizational goals. There are five HR domains that are considered important in the development of human resources in education, namely professionalism, competitive power, functional competence, participatory excellence and cooperation.

Abstract

Professional zakat is an obligation as Muslims to fulfill it. The intensity of the Muslim community is strongly influenced by the level of education, one's faith, knowledge and the level of welfare of a person paying professional zakat. Based on this phenomenon, efforts to increase the participation of the Muslim community need to implement strategies and policies related to the provision of more efficient zakat payment facilities and openness in its management. Various efforts have been made sometimes experiencing obstacles related to the limited resources of professional zakat services that are not yet optimal and to accommodate the Muslim community to pay professional zakat payments. Thus, application and service quality are needed that can influence the decision of civil servants to pay professional zakat. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of participation and the factors that influence the decision to pay professional zakat. Furthermore, the data in this study were obtained from a survey of civil servants in Jambi City. The research analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research is expected to be a basic reference for the government in formulating policies related to the optimization of professional zakat. The results showed that the determinant factors of the variables studied, the level of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect the decision to pay professional zakat for state civil servants in Jambi City. Adjusted R-square value of 0.797. This means that the variables of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect decisions in professional zakat by 79,7%, while the remaining 20,3% are influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

Abstract

Zainal Abidin Ahmad (ZAA) is one of the prominent Muslim intellectuals owned by Indonesia. The idea of Islamic economics is a milestone in the history of economic development in Indonesia whose existence is sometimes forgotten, even though many of the works he wrote were used as references for later economists. The results of his major work were recorded under the title "Fundamentals of Islamic Economics". The book describes Islamic economics according to the Qur'an and Hadith. That an economic action must refer to two guidelines for human life in order to create an economic condition that is full of benefits and blessings both in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of marketing information systems at PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using data triangulation. PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia is a manufacturing company located in the city of  Bekasi that prod. uces products in the form of molds, dies, jigs, standard parts, conveyor machines, trolly, racks, etc. Marketing information systems have an important role in increasing sales, such as the system used by PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia as a medium for establishing effective and efficient marketing strategies and facilitating managers in making decisions that affect sales increase. Problems were found in the promotion section, namely when the company's sales decreased due to erratic monthly income because there were no fixed contracts with customers so that when the work was finished, looking for the next job, the company needed to take advantage of social media as a form of promotion to introduce company products and reach more markets wider again

Abstract

The MSME sector plays an important role in national economic growth. The recovery adaptation period brings new opportunities for the MSME sector to develop and improve. By educating businesses about financial literacy, financial technology can help MSMEs grow financially. This business development method is especially seen in financial technology financing. In addition, careful use of access to finance should be encouraged among MSMEs to avoid financing problems. Quantitative and qualitative approaches are carried out to understand MSME financial literacy. The triangulation model combines in-depth interviews and observations of MSMEs to combine the strengths of both qualitative and quantitative approaches. This method is used to assess the financial needs of MSMEs using literature review, data collected from other sources and previous research journals. In addition to funding funding, Fintech can support the needs of MSMEs by combining various financial tools and services. In this new adaptation period, MSMEs need financial literacy and access to Fintech in order to develop. This is because many of them need to manage their finances wisely in order to remain financially capable. After COVID-19 researchers surveyed MSMEs in Probolinggo City for this study. The findings from this study indicate that digital marketing and financial technology payment services have a significant positive effect on increasing sales of Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This is shown by the fact that fintech has a significant positive influence on increasing MSME turnover. In addition, digital literacy has a small but significant effect in reducing the negative impact of fintech on MSME sales. Observing the findings and benefits of the MSME study is expected to help improve MSME digitalization and the financial literacy of MSME entrepreneurs. Because technology plays an important role in business activities and it is important for entrepreneurs to increase their digital literacy in the current era.
