Abstract

This research was sparked by the large difference in the number of passengers to the percentage of income which can be a threat to declining profits from the transportation subsector. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the development of financial performance based on profitability ratios in transportation subsector companies using the trend analysis method in the period before and during the pandemic. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with data analysis using trend analysis. The research sample is 9 transportation sector companies listed on the IDX. The results of the study show that before the pandemic, not all companies had good financial performance in terms of profitability ratios, NPM, GPM, ROA, ROE. However, most of the company samples showed a decrease in the level of profitability ratios during the pandemic. So it can be concluded that some of the sample companies were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the work competence of employees at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia in the Bead Section Production Department through the use of the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) method. In this research study, the authors used quantitative research methods. technical analysis of data using the method of importance performance analysis (IPA). The data used in this study are primary data. In this study the sampling method was obtained through saturated sample techniques. The population used was employees at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Bead Department with a total sample of 80 people, sample collection using a questionnaire distributed via google form to all members of the population of PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia Bead Department. The results of this study show that the level of competence of employees at PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia is in a fairly good position

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the working environment, skills, motivation and performance of professional teachers under Regent Muaro Jambi. Next, analyze the influence of the teacher's work environment and skills on motivation, analyze the impact of the teacher's work environment and skills on the teacher's performance, and then analyze the influence of motivation on teacher performance, then analyze the influence of the work environment and teachers. attitude. skill. by motivating teachers to perform. This research is a study that uses descriptive and verifiable research methods, specifically the method of investigating a group of people, an object, a situation and the state of a thinking system in order to describe a systematic pictures according to reality. have learned. . The verification study aims to test the hypothesis about the influence of the variables in this study. This study involved all the productive professional teachers of SMKN Muaro Jambi, a total of 150 teachers. A sample of 60 respondents was based on Slovin's formula with 1% confidence. Data were analyzed using SPSS.22. The results show that the working environment is good, the teacher's capacity is high, the work motivation is high, the teacher's work efficiency is also high, the working environment and teacher's capacity are improved, and there are impact on and right . positive and significant impact on motivation, work environment and teachers. Simultaneous and partial skills have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance and motivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance at SMKN Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of promotion, convenience and satisfaction on consumer attitudes when using the Go-pay e-wallet application (case study of Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University students). . This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population used in this study were students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The number of respondents in this study were 130 people. The collected data was processed using classical hypothesis testing techniques, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), partial tests (T tests) and time homogeneity tests (F tests). The results of this research indicate that some promotional variables (X1) have a significant influence on the consumer attitude variable (Y), H1 is accepted. Convenience (X2) has a significant effect on the consumer attitude variable (Y), H2 is accepted, and satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on the consumer attitude variable (Y), H3 is accepted. Meanwhile, the f test on promotion (X1), convenience (X2) and satisfaction (X3) has a significant influence on consumer attitudes (Y) in using the Gopay e-wallet application, so that H4 D is accepted. The overall significance level is 0.000 (<0.005). It also has a regression equation Y = 2.060 + 0.214 X1 + 0.286 X2 + 0.372 The coefficient of determination means that sales promotion, convenience and satisfaction together contribute primarily to consumer attitudes towards Go-pay e-wallet application users. And the variable with the most dominant regression coefficient value is the satisfaction variable (X3) with a value of 0.372.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on all aspects of human life, one of which is the aspect of business behavior, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing sales, through the use of digital marketing to market products effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to see the effect and how much influence digital marketing has on sales volume in MSMEs in Cimanggis Depok District. The method used is quantitative method. The number of respondents (population) in this study were 274 respondents with a total sample size of 73. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques and data collection through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by simple regression analysis and correlation. The results showed tcount> ttable, namely 5.462> 1.994 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.296 or 29.6% and the calculation of simple linear regression analysis obtained the coefficient value a = 5.724 and b = 0.656, then the linear regression value is obtained Y = 5.724 + 0.656X. Thus it is concluded that, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected or digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on sales volume by 29.6% in MSMEs in Cimanggis Depok District.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) analyze the development of economic growth, human development index, minimum wage, unemployment rate and poverty rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency; 2) analyze the influence of economic growth, human development index, and minimum wage on the unemployment rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency; and 3) analyze the influence of economic growth, human development index, and minimum wage on poverty levels through unemployment rates in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The path analysis method was used in this research. During the 2001-2021 period, the economic development of East Tanjung Jabung Regency experienced annual increases and decreases, with an average growth rate of 4.02 percent. During the 2001-2021 period, the human development index (HDI) of East Tanjung Jabung Regency fluctuated every year, but the average HDI over the entire period was 58.31. Then, the minimum wage in East Tanjung Jabung Regency continues to increase every year; However, minimum wage development there is still inconsistent, with an average growth rate of 13.25 percent. In addition, the development of the unemployment rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency during the 2001-2021 period was marked by increases and decreases, with a level of 4.34 percent as the overall average. Likewise, the development of poverty levels in East Tanjung Jabung Regency during the 2001-2021 period experienced increases and decreases, with an average of 12.52 percent over the entire period. According to the results of the path analysis, the variable representing the Human Development Index has a significant influence on the unemployment rate in East Tanjung Jabung Regency. In contrast, the variables representing Economic Growth and Minimum Wage do not have a significant influence on the Unemployment Rate in this region. According to the path analysis results, the Human Development Index and Unemployment Rate variables both have a significant influence on the Poverty Level in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, but the Economic Growth and Minimum Wage variables do not have a significant influence on the Poverty Level.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia Placement of Grand Slipi Tower, West Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach that is used to test population parameters through statistics. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. ISS Indonesia Placement of the Grand Slipi Tower West Jakarta as many as 60 people using saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using primary data collection methods (observations and questionnaires), secondary data and technical data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, correlation coefficient analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, T test, F test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the motivation variable was 55.7% with a correlation coefficient of 0.746, which means that motivation has a strong relationship with employee performance. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable (4.365 > 2.003), this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination for the work discipline variable is 58.7% with a correlation coefficient of 0.766, which means that work discipline has a strong relationship with employee performance. Testing the hypothesis obtained the value of tcount > ttable (4.937 > 2.003), this is also strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = -5.443 + 0.524X1 + 0.550X2 and the coefficient of determination contributes 69.5% while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Hypothesis test obtained value Fcount > Ftable (61.384 > 3.16), this is reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline together (simultaneously) on the performance of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, customer value and brand image on purchasing decisions. This study took samples who had purchased Nadira Hijab products using a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a Google form and the amount of data processed was 66 respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis and the processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Nadira Hijab Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, customer value has no positive effect on purchasing decisions at Nadira Hijab Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The primary objective of this empirical investigation is to assess the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and capital structure on the firm value of companies operating in the basic material sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018–2021. The study employs descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis as the analytical tools. The purposive sampling method applied in this research resulted in 200 samples. This study finds that CSR and capital structure can increase firm value.

Abstract

Every corporate organization needs skilled human resources to keep up with industry and technology growth. The workforce has been rapidly dominated by millennials and Generation Z, which provides new challenges for companies to create an environment that encourages the growth of their workforce. This presents new difficulties for companies in providing an environment that encourages their development. According to surveys, millennials are adept at using technology but lack the perseverance to work within an organization. One of the critical elements for companies to consistently improve corporate performance is the capacity to retain and develop millennials and Generation Z. To improve corporate outcomes, human resource management (HRM) requires a new strategic management style. HR strategies are mapped using the Organizational Sustainability Model framework in the 4.0 era to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The inputs of this model are the fundamental drivers of the company, which support employees' core skills to maximize performance and increase productivity. Motivation is required in addition to skills and experience, and this motivation is shaped by organizational culture and climate. The underlying theoretical framework of this research is supported by the AMO (Ability, Motivation, Opportunity) model approach. As this model provides HR management strategies as recommendations and pointers for developing people as capital to improve organizational performance and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage, practitioners and organizations can benefit from this research.
