Abstract

The research object was all teachers at the PHI Private Islamic School (MAS) in Kuala Tungkal, West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The total population is 40 teachers and all of them are used as samples. The analytical method uses the Path Analysis tool, and tests the hypothesis with the F test and t test. Data processing using SPSS V.22 software. The results of the study show: 1) The working environment conditions are in the good category and compensation, motivation and performance are included in the high category; 2) Work environment and alarms have a direct and indirect effect on motivation. Likewise with simultaneous hypothesis testing and part of the work environment and significant influence on motivation; 3) Work environment and alarms directly and indirectly affect performance. Likewise with simultaneous hypothesis testing and part of the work environment and significant influencers on performance; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on performance; and 5) The work and protective environment through motivation influences the performance of teachers at the PHI Private Madrasah Aliyah in Kuala Tungkal.

Abstract

The study aims to find out, explain, and analyze and test the Effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk on Interest in using the SPayLater. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches, by collecting presentations, through the analys process and hypothesis testing as well as making conclusions and suggestions from the research results. The sample used is simple random sampling method, the number of sampels is obtained by using the formula of Isaac and Michael with an error rate of 10%, obtained 270 samples from 87.277 populations. The results of this study showed that there is correlation between Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk which was 0,484 with a quite strong correlation value. The partial effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Interest in Using is equal 52,9% which means that Perceived Ease of Use has a positive effect on Interest in Using SPayLater. The partial effect of Perceived Risk on Interest in Using is equal 29,7% which means that Perceived Risk has a positive effect on Interest in Using SPayLater. The simultaneous of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk on Interest In Using of 52% this show that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk have a contribution to Interest in Using of 52% and the remaining 42% is a contribution from other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Trust and Online Shopping Experience on Shopee Consumer Purchase Decisions in Class of 2019 Students of the Management Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used in this study were 2019 batch students of the Management Study Program at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu who had used the Shopee application. This study used a total sampling technique, namely all members of the population were immediately targeted and research objects. Thus the number of samples is all 2019 Batch Students of Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, namely as many as 181 students as respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Each individual has a commitment to themselves to be personally and individually responsible, especially to a teacher who has received an award in the form of a certification from the government for his dedication to the advancement of the world of education and learning. Even so, this does not rule out the possibility of an increase in the welfare of the teachers themselves. This is because all the aspects mentioned can affect the performance of teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and workload. Therefore, in this research will be carried out an analysis of the influence between each variable, either directly or indirectly. The results of the study show that: 1) The total scores of the Commitment (X1) and Welfare (Y) variables are in the high category, while the Certification (X2) and Performance (Z) variables are in the very high category; 2) Commitment (X1) and Certification (X2) variables have a direct effect of 52.02% and an indirect effect of 48% on Welfare (Y); 3) Commitment (X1) and Certification (X2) variables have a direct effect of 47.5% and an indirect effect of 52.5% on Performance (Z); 4) Welfare variable (Y) has a direct effect of 17.3% and another focus of 82.7% on performance (Z); and 5) Commitment (X1), Certification (X2), and Welfare (Y) variables have a total effect of 48.8% and another focus of 50.2% on Performance (Z).

Abstract

It was conducted to analyze the impact of work skills and job characteristics on the work performance of Bidlabfor Polda Jateng employees with normative commitment as an intermediary variable. The survey method is a quantitative method using data sources. The population of this survey was 53 personnel of the Central Java Regional Police Forensic Laboratory Division, and the sample was taken using the census technique, namely taking the entire population as respondents to be studied. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and multiple regression through the SPSS program. Based on data analysis regarding the impact of work skills and work characteristics on work performance of Bidlabfor Polda Jateng employees with normative commitment as an intermediary variable, it can be concluded that normative commitment has the most significant influence in shaping optimal employee work performance. Therefore, the higher the work skills and work characteristics, the better the level of employee performance will be in the presence of strong normative commitment.

Abstract

The existence of this rigorous test is intended to determine the effect of the variables Price, Location, and Quality of Service on Consumer Satisfaction at Serviceable Motor Workshops in Cimahi City. The data collected in this rigorous test came from distributing a questionnaire using a purposive sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents was obtained. This research uses data instrument testing with validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis testing in this thorough test is to test multiple linear regression analysis, test the coefficient of determination, t test (partial), and f test (simultaneous). The results of the thorough test show that partially or based on a partial test, the variables Price, Location, and Service Quality have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results, the F test shows the acquisition of Fcount of 96.681 > Ftable of 2.76, from this it shows that the three independent variables consisting of Price, Location, and Service Quality have a simultaneous effect on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze developments in per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. To determine and analyze the influence of per capita income and inflation on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. The research method used is secondary data analysis with the research objective being a quantitative descriptive analysis method to answer the first objective, to see the development of per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province during the 2008-2022 period using the development formula. Meanwhile, to see the effect of per capita income and inflation on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province, multiple linear regression was used with the help of the SPSS software application analysis tool. The results of the analysis carried out concluded, firstly, that the development of per capita income, inflation and household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province for the 2008-2022 period was relatively increasing. Kudua, namely that partially the per capita income variable has a significant effect on household consumption expenditure, while inflation has no significant effect on household consumption expenditure in Jambi Province. However, simultaneously per capita income and inflation have a significant effect on household consumption expenditure with an R-square value of 91.90 percent during the 2008-2022 period.

Abstract

There are many factors that can influence consumer attitudes when making a purchase of a product or service, and when consumers are satisfied with the product or services purchased, it can imply on the intensity of making re-purchase in the future. Based on observations and reviews, there are 3 (three) most dominant factors of customer satisfaction that can affect interest in re-purchase and supported by increased sales in the coffee menu category. The aim of this study is to know the great influence of servicescape, campaign messages, and quality of coffee products on re-buy interest in Digerati House Bekasi. The research method used is quantitative using the method of analysis PLS (Partial Least Square), the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the criterion of having made purchases more than 2 (two) times in Digarati House bekasi. The results of this study were that servicescape had a positive and significant influence on re-purchase intention with Tstatistic > Ttable (4,186 > 1,984) and p-value < 0,05, campaign messages had a significant and positive influence on re-purchase intention with TStatistic> Ttable (2,291 > 1, 984) and the p-value was < 0,05 and the quality of coffee products had a positive and significant influecne on re-purchase intention with Tstatistic > Ttabel (2,175 > 1, 984) and p-value < 0, 05.

Abstract

The local beauty industry is at the peak of its popularity, which is marked by the increasing presence of skincare and makeup brands. Whitelab is a company in the skincare sector implementing a marketing strategy by making Sehun EXO a brand ambassador to be able to influence someone. This is one way for the Whitelab brand to attract consumers. The purpose of this study is to find out how brand ambassadors, purchase intentions, and brand image on Whitelab products, determine the influence of brand ambassadors on brand image, brand ambassadors on purchase intentions, and the influence of brand ambassadors on purchase intentions through brand image. This study uses descriptive analysis and casual relationships, technically using path analysis models and Sobel tests with a total sample of 100 respondents. The population in this study is every individual who knows the Whitelab brand and knows Sehun EXO as the Whitelab brand ambassador. The results of the study show that the Brand ambassador variable has a significant effect on Brand image, the Brand ambassador variable has a significant effect on Purchase intention, and the Brand ambassador variable has a significant effect on Purchase intention through Brand image.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) experience various kinds of problems. One of the problems faced by UMKM is related to capital and business sustainability due to changing environmental conditions which have an impact on decreasing income levels. This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy on business performance and sustainability of UMKM in Jambi. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach by giving questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by considering UMKM respondents in Jambi who have been established for more than one year and are still actively running their businesses. The analytical method in this research The sampling technique used was accidental sampling of 55 respondents from food and beverage UMKM owners in Jambi. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the t test (partial), it states that Financial Literacy has an influence on MSME Performance, where the t-count > t-table value, namely 3.307 > 1.674, which means that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on UMKM Performance. Meanwhile, for the test of the Financial Literacy variable on the Sustainability of MSMEs, it also has an influence, where the Financial Literacy variable has a t-count > t-table value, namely 3.906 > 1.674, which means that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on the Sustainability of UMKM.
