Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out "The Influence of Shop's Internal Dimension on Customer Loyalty (Study at Cut Zein Coffee Shop)". the sample of respondents in this study used criteria, namely the people of Banda Aceh, who visited at least three times in 1 month. To coffee shop cut zein banda aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 150 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling, this technique is used because profitability of elements in the population to be selected as the sample is not known. Multiple Linear Regression is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed that the independent variable of Customer Loyalty showed a positive and significant influence (sig 0,05) to Product Quality, Price, Product Range, Employee Performance, Physical Evidence at Coffee Cut Zein in Banda Aceh with regression coefficient value equal to Product Quality (X1) 0,533, Price (X2) 0,597, Product Range 0,237, Employee Performance 0,706, Physical Evidence 0,635. Keywords Product Quality, Price, Product Range, Employee Performance, Physical Evidence, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractFishery processing business located in the coastal area of Banda Aceh city is one of the business sectors affected by tsunami disaster in 2004. Assistance to empowerment programs provided by the government as well as the role of financing institutions, especially in the development of small and medium enterprises still focus on capital with credit/loan facilities, as well as getting personal coaching and business development. This study is aimed to determine the effectiveness of community empowerment program assistance home industry to the success of fishery processing business after the tsunami in Banda Aceh. This type of research includes descriptive survey research with quantitative analysis. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the research showed the implementation of home industry community empowerment program home industry post tsunami disaster based on input parameters, process and output quite effective. The effectiveness of each score is the Assistance of Fisheries Department (BDP) of 76.44%, Financing Institution Funding (BLP) 72.02%, and Assistance for Fisheries and Financing Institution (BDPLP) 71.73%. This indicates that the assistance of the program can increase the income and production of the business that impact on the existence of business potential of fishery business group. Keywords: Community Empowerment, Effectiveness,  Disaster, Home Industry

Abstract

This Study Aims To Measure The Influence Of Psychological Capital Influence On Service Behavior Mediated By Work Engagement To Ojek Online Drivers In The Banda Aceh Area. The Sample Used In This Study Was Ojek Online Drivers In The Banda Aceh Region, Totaling 135 Respondents. The Data Collection Equipment Used In This Study Is A Questionnaire. The Sampling Technique Used Was Convenience Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Hlm) Is Used As An Analytical Method To Determine The Effect Of All The Variables Involved. Based On The Results Of Hlm Analysis, It Indicates That Psychological Capital Has A Positive Effect On Service Behavior, Psychological Capital Has A Positive Effect On Work Engagement, Work Engagement Has A Positive Effect On Service Behavior, And Work Engagement Mediates The Relationship Of Psychological Capital To Service Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the optimal amount of production and maximum profits in Angga Furniture. The data analysis method uses linear programming with calculations using QM POM. Research results based on research profit = 450,000 TT + 300,000 L + 275,000MR Raw material constraints: 5.5 + 4,5 + 3,5 4,5 6,048, work hour agreement: 18 + 20 + 11 ≤ 21,916, Quantity X1 ≥ 0, cotton X2 ≥ 0, number of X3 ≥ 0. Production of beds is 1,099,636 units (optimal value is 1,099,636). Cabinets and dressing tables remain with the same production because they do not produce optimal value. The value of reducing costs for a bed is worth 0 (has no reduced costs), the value of reducing costs is 306.82 m3, the value of reducing the cost of a dressing table by 39.77m3. From the use of three types of products then for the bed has a value of slack / residual of 0. Cabinets and dressers have not been able to increase profits. The remaining work hours are 2,122,554 to produce beds, cabinets and dressing tables. Keywords Production, Maximum Advantage, Linier Programming.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of career exploration on career indecision and career anxiety as a mediation at college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. The sample used in this study is college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University is totalling 203 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that career exploration was related to career indecision, career exploration significantly influence career anxiety, career anxiety was related to career indecision, career anxiety partially mediated the relationship between career exploration and career indecision.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to measure the effect of store image on store loyalty and perceived quality as a mediation at Solong Ulee Kareng coffee shop Banda Aceh city. The sample used in this study is Solong Ulee Kareng coffee shop customer in Banda Aceh is totaling 120 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that store imagepositively influence store loyalty, store imagepositively influence perceived quality, perceived qualitypositively influence store loyaltyand perceived qualitymediate the relationship between store image and store loyalty. KeywordsStore Image,Perceived Quality, Store Loyalty,Hierarchical Linear

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Brand Image and Corporate Branding on Costumer Choice with Brand Equity as Mediating variable. The present study was conducted on 100 costumer of Pepsodent in Banda Aceh.  The sampling using probability sampling method. This study uses three variables, namely the independent variable, dependent variable, and mediating variable. HLM is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of variables which involved in this research. Questionnaires measured using a Likert’s Scale. Test validity, reliability, normality, and analysis regression using SPSS Statistics 20. The findings indicate that Brand Image and Corporate Branding has positive influence on Brand Equity and Costumer Choice; Brand Equity mediate the relationship between Brand Image  and Corporate Branding on Costumer Choice.

Abstract

AbstractA company that performs well will always pay attention to the sustainability of its business. One of them is by carrying out continuous improvement with the aim of satisfying consumers or customers. The large number of banking companies in Indonesia has resulted in increasingly high competition, but only quality banks have survived to continue operating. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of customer satisfaction with AO services at the Sigli branch of PT. BRRI in terms of five service dimensions, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangible. The sample in this study were 37 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Service quality attributes that are considered important in determining customer satisfaction at the BRI Bank BRI branch are as many as 15 attributes. The results of the calculation of the level of customer satisfaction with AO services amounted to 92.73% of customers feeling satisfied with the service. The highest level of customer satisfaction lies in the professionalism attribute of AO services with a percentage of conformity level of 99.35%. While the lowest customer satisfaction lies in the good impression attribute given by AO to customers with a percentage of conformity level of 80.81%. KeywordsCustomer Satisfaction Level, and Accout Officer Service

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of price satisfaction and customer perceived value for repurchase intention of Kartu Internet Telkomsel users in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Telkomsel internet card’s user with total of 185 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that price satisfaction positively influence repurchase intention, price satisfaction positively influence customer perceived value, customer perceived value positively influence repurchase intention, customer perceived value mediates partially the relationship between price satisfaction and repurchase intention.

Abstract

AbstractThis aims for this is to determine the effect of Variable Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) partially and simultaneously on Stock Prices of manufacturing companies of Automotive and Component sub sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2013 -2017. The sample of this study was conducted using a purposive sampling method so obtained 11 companies from 13 companies of the Automotive and Components sub sectors over a period 2013-2017. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which consists of a partial t test and a F test simultaneously, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). From the data analysis obtained regression equation Harga Saham= 1975,482 - 7,562CR - 17,018ROA + 13,447EPS. Partially Variable Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on Stock Prices, while the Variable Return On Assets (ROA) does not affect the Stock Price. And simultaneously the Variables Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on Stock Prices. Analysis of coefficient determination (R2) shows the value of adjusted R square of 88.3%, meaning that the variation in stock prices can be explained by the variables Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS). While the remaining 11.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords Stock Price, Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS)
