Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the impact of knowledge management on employee performance (2) the effect of leadership style on employee performance, (3) the effect of incentives on employee performance (4) the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance (5) the effect of leadership style on the performance of the organization, (6) the effect of incentives on organizational performance, (7) the impact of employee performance to organizational performance (8) the effect of the influence of knowledge management on organizational performance through employee performance, (9) the effect of leadership style on organizational performance through employee performance (10) the effect of incentives on organizational performance through employee performance. This research was conducted at the Tax Office Primary Banda Aceh. As for the object of this research is knowledge management, knowledge management, incentives, employee performance, and organizational performance. The results show that knowledge management, leadership style, and incentives effect on employee performance, and knowledge management, leadership styles and incentives also have an influence on organizational performance. The results also proved that the performance of employees also affects the performance of the organization. The results based on the indirect effect is obtained explanation that knowledge management, leadership styles and incentives affect the performance of the organization through employee performance. The results of this study prove that either simultaneously or partial, knowledge management, leadership style and incentive effect on employee performance and organizational performance. Keywords        Knowledge Management, Leadership Style, Incentives, Employee Performance and Organizational Performance

Abstract

This article aims to review the concept of Empowerment associated with Leadership and Organizational Commitment. Empowerment is essentially a motivational process of individual experience to make the individual feel more empowered (enabled). Theoretically empowerment can be interpreted as giving responsibility and authority to someone or individual to make a decision. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to test on the Influence Communication, self esteem and self efficacy on job satisfaction of nurses and their impact on the performance of nurses Tgk. Fakinah Banda Aceh. Data retrieved by using census method with the number of respondents were 106 nurses who work in hospitals Tgk. Fakinah Banda Aceh. Primary data collection is done by distributing a questionnaire compiled using Likert scale and subsequently analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and hierarchical regression techniques to test the indirect effect among variables. The results showed that the communication variables proved to have no significant effect on job satisfaction and performance of hospital nurses Tgk.Fakinah Banda Aceh. This means that there are no variable role of communication in improving job satisfaction and performance of nurses in hospitals Tgk.fakinah Banda Aceh. Based on regression analysis, Self esteem has a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction and there is a positive and significant influence to the performance of nurses. Self efficacy variable was also shown to have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. This means that the stronger the self-efficacy was influential applied to increasing job satisfaction in hospitals Tgk. Fakinah Banda Aceh. However, when associated with the performance of the nurse, the analysis results showed that there was no positive influence and significant correlation between self efficacy and nurse's performance This means that the use of self-efficacy did not bring a positive impact on the performance of nurses Hospital Tgk. Fakinah Banda Aceh. Furthermore, job satisfaction variables have positive and significant correlation with the performance of nurses and no effect relationship is not direct (indirect effect) of a communication link with the performance of nurses mediated by job satisfaction. From the analysis of proving a direct link was found that there are significant indirect partial (partially mediation) on the relationship between self-esteem and performance of nurses mediated by job satisfaction. That is, the effect of self-efficacy on the performance of nurses will occur only if there is an increase in employee satisfaction at the Hospital of Tgk. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to determine: (1) the condition of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, and Income toward Shopping Lifestyle and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in The Society of Banda Aceh; (2) the effect of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialsm, Income and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh; (3) the effect of shopping lifesyle and its impact on Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh; (4) the effect of Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialsm, and Income indirectly toward Impulsive Buying online fashion product in the Society of Banda Aceh Through Shopping Lifestyle. The sample of the study was 100 responden which were selected by the purposive sampling technique, and analysed using path analysis. The result showed that  Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, and Income have a positive influence on Shopping Lifestyle as well as online impulsive buying on fashion products. The results of the research on Shopping Lifestyle showed an influence on the improvement of online Impulsive buying on fashion products. The results also indicate that there is indirect influence between Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism and Income to impulsive Buying Online fashion product in Banda Aceh society through Shopping Lifestyle.Keywords :     Hedonism Lifestyle, Materialism, Income, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulsive   Buying

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the partial or simultaneous nfluence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the motivation of working employees of PT. PLN (Persero) in the region of Aceh, to know the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneous to the performance of theemployees of PT. PLN (Persero) region of Aceh, to knowthe influence of motivational work both partially or simultaneous to the performance of the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) region of Aceh, to find out the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction either partially or simultaneous performance of  employees through employee motivation PT. PLN (Persero) region of Aceh. Study sample as many as 106 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) region of Aceh is taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis tools are used path analysis. The results of the research showed: first hypothesis showed that organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affected the working motivation variables. The second hypothesis can explain that the variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction are interlinkedin order to enhance the performance of employees.The thirdhypothesisshows a positive effect of work motivation on performance. The fourth hypothesis, there is no direct influence on the organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees through the motivation of working performance. Submission of the results of direct and indirect influence can be concluded that the results of the research hypothesis rejects the null hypothesis and accept the alternative. Keywords Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Because of the lack of fund, a few infrastrutures and facilities that are build by the government of Indonesia are not  utilized optimally. To overcome this problem, the government have issued a few regulations that allow the involvement of private sectors in the utilization of the public goods. Public goods utilization partnership is one of the model that serve the gorvernment purpose. In accordance with this policy, the Government of Aceh have to consider this option to maximize the utilization of the existing asset. Related to the above suggestion, this research will uncover the model of partnership that is feasible and viable to be implemented by the government of Aceh. This reseach will focus on the potential implementation of public goods utilization partnership to optimize the utilization of feedlot facilitiy that is currently organized by UPTD BIB Ie Suum. Data were collected and analyze using investment performance analysis including Internal Rate of Return (IRR), NetPresent Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), and Profitability Index (PI). The reseach shows that the proposed model is financially feasible for both the government and the private partner. Keyword:Public goods, Public Private Partnership, Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Payback Periode, Profitability Index, Net Income, Free Cash Flow,

Abstract

This aims for this study is to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing (including financial benefits, social benefits and structural ties) partially and simultaneously to Customer Loyalty using Telkomsel for Samudra University Students. This is of quantitative research using purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents with multiple linear regression analysis for data analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out through partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). From the data analysis obtained regression equation Y = 2,015 + 0,162X1 + 0,301X2 + 0,393X3 + e. Partially (within t test analysis) and simultaneously (within F test analysis) Relationship Marketing variables have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty for using Telkomsel simcards to Universitas Samudra Students. Analysis of coefficient determination shows financial benefits, social benefits and structural ties influence 53.2% customer loyalty for using Telkomsel simcards at Universitas Samudra students, while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. KeywordsRelationship Marketing, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This article attempts to present the contribution of human resource management to entrepreneurship empowerment of students. This study aims to determine the understanding, independence and competitiveness of students in entrepreneurship by using a qualitative approach that is field (field research). Research location at Modern Islamic Boarding School Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan Aceh Besar with data collection methods through interviews and questionnaires then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that most of the students had a simple understanding of entrepreneurship both in terms of planning and implementation. In terms of independence, it can also be seen internally at an adequate level, while externally individuals are still lacking. In addition, the competitiveness of santri is still low, it is found that santri lack confidence and insight to create jobs. Finally, it can be said that there is a contribution of Modern Pesantren Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan in human resource management has given birth to students who are entrepreneurial with no religious knowledge. Key words: Human Resource Management (HR), Entrepreneurship, Santri

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch as well as simultaneously determine the effect of Relationship Marketing and Product Excellence on Costumer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch. This study was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch which is located on Jalan Dipenogoro Banda Aceh. Then total subject of tis study was 150 respondents. The data that has fulfilled the test of validity, reliability and classical test are then processed so that the regression equation resulted as follows: Y = 2.020 + 0.185x1 + 0.177X2 + eThe result of the study showed that the relation between customer’s loyalty and product excellence altogether have a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch with obtained Fcount of 23,361, while F table at a significant level of α = 5% was 2,666, then the result of this study also proved that individual client has a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Branch Aceh with a regression coefficient of 0.185. The result of the study also proved that the superiority of the products provided by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch individually has a significant effect on customer’s loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch with a regression coefficient of 0.177. After conducting this research, PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Banda Aceh Branch is very popular amongst the society, therefore it should have been able to improve their services to customers, so that customers become satisfied with the provided services. KeywordsRelationship Marketing, Product Excellence and Customer Loyalty
