Abstract

Implementation of the National Adiwiyata Program Based on Local Wisdom to Improve the Character of Students at SMP Negeri 1 Ngadirojo, Wonogiri Regency is a description of the process of implementing various school efforts in collaboration with other parties involved in helping to shape and develop the character of students who care about the environment, care about the environment, are disciplined, creative, And Responsibility. The purpose of this study was to describe the planning, implementation, and results of the Adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 1 Ngadirojo. This type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out during August to November 2021 using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed qualitatively with the following stages: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) Adiwiyata program planning began by forming an adiwiyata team, at the initial stage the adiwiyata team compiled an environmental study which was then prepared an action plan to form an 5 (five) characters that must be possessed by students, namely: environmental care character, social care character, discipline character, creative character, and responsibility character that is integrated in all subjects. (2) The implementation of the adiwiyata program begins with classroom learning and extracurricular activities, (3) the adiwiyata program at SMP Negeri 1 Ngadirojo results in changes in the behavior of school residents, especially students and changes in the physical environment of the school. Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to describe online learning plans in science lessons to increase students' HOTS. (2) Describe the implementation of online learning in science lessons to increase student HOTS. (3) Describe the evaluation of online learning in science lessons to increase student HOTS. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Slogohimo, Wonogiri Regency in the odd semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. The subjects of this study were science teachers and some students in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Slogohimo, Wonogiri Regency. The results of the study concluded that lesson planning in science lessons to increase students' HOTS was made by the teacher. Core activities based on: Indicators of achievement of GPA competencies, student characteristics, scientific approach, 4C (creativity, critical thinking, communication, collaboration), strengthening Character Education (PPK) and literacy. Planning closing activities includes reflection activities both individually and in groups, providing feedback, following up, informing activity plans for the next meeting, conducting assessments according to KD. The implementation of science learning in the context of increasing student HOTS is carried out through the application of learning models based on student activity, namely: discovery/inquiry learning models, Problem-based Learning (PBL) models, and Project-based Learnin models. The implementation of science learning to improve students' HOTS is constrained by the teacher's lack of understanding of the HOTS concept, so that learning carried out using inquiry, PBL, and project based learning models has not been able to improve higher-order thinking skills, meaning that new students have the ability to remember, understand, and apply, and have not been able to analyze, evaluate, and create. Evaluation of science lessons to increase student HOTS is carried out by teachers by utilizing information and ideas by changing their meanings and implications. The evaluation uses questions that are based on contextual problems, meaning that evaluation questions made by the teacher are related to situations faced by students on a daily basis, using a stimulus that stimulates students' thinking.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) describe students' skills in the aspect of formulating titles in writing expository essays using the Problem Based Learning model; 2) describing the students' skills in the aspect of paragraph development including presenting information, unity, coherence, and assertiveness in writing expository essays using the Problem Based Learning model; and 3) describe students' skills in spelling and punctuation in writing expository essays using the Problem Based Learning model. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) with a location at SMAN 4 Pandeglang. Research instruments include observation sheets and expository essay writing skills tests. This research consists of 2 cycles. The results of the research show an increase in the results of writing expository essays. The improvement of the ability to write an exposition essay can be seen from the average ability and the ability of each aspect. The average ability of students in writing exposition essays increased from 65 to 75 in cycle 1 and increased by 15.38%, while the average in cycle 2 was 80 and increased by 6.66% from cycle 1.

Abstract

The specific purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of the principal's leadership style, the physical environment of the school, and the teacher's commitment to the performance of primary school teachers in Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The research was conducted in an elementary school in the District of Nogosari, Boyolali Regency. The population in this study were 333 teachers. A sample of 182 teachers. The results of the significance test of the contribution of the principal's leadership style, school physical environment and teacher commitment to teacher performance obtained F count (131.961) > F table (2.70) it can be concluded that there is a joint contribution between the principal's leadership style, school physical environment and teacher commitment to teacher performance. The results of the study prove that there is a contribution from the principal's leadership style to teacher performance, the school's physical environment to teacher performance, and teacher commitment to teacher performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning methods to improve physics learning outcomes in renewable energy materials. The research was carried out using the classroom action research method. This class action research was planned in three cycles. Each cycle is carried out through two face-to-face sessions in class learning, including tests to find out student learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were students in class X-A Semester 1 of SMA Negeri 3 Pandeglang for the 2022-2023 academic year, which consisted of 36 students. The instrument used in this research is test questions. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the results of studying Physics on renewable energy material averaged 78.75 (Beginning to Develop), with the lowest score being 68.00 and the highest being 88.50. The learning outcomes of the first cycle are known that the highest value = 90.00 and the lowest value is 74.50, while the average value is 81.08 (already developed). The learning outcomes of the second cycle are known that the highest value = 93.00 and the lowest value is 77.5 while the average value is 84.89 (already developed). The results showed that the application of the differentiated learning method could improve the physics learning outcomes of class X-A students at SMA Negeri 3 Pandeglang. The application of different learning methods can increase interest and response in the physics learning process in class X-A SMA Negeri 3 Pandeglang

Abstract

Writing skill is the ability to express ideas, opinions or even feelings to others using written media. Writing is still considered the most difficult skill to master. The study aims to develop a descriptive writing guidebook. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) with the research design of Borg and Gall modified by Sugiyono. The result of the research is the learning media of guide book to write descriptions based on go to your post. Based on the result of the due diligence of media experts, the criteria are feasible with an average value of 79%. The results of the validation by material experts obtained very feasible criteria with an average value of 87,31%. The results of the validation by linguists obtained the appropriate criteria with an average value of 76%. As for the results of the student response questionnaire on the limited trial obtained an average value of 92% with very good criteria. Based on these results, the final product in the form of a guidebook to write a description essay based on go to your post is declare suitable for use in the learning activities of grade 5 elementary school students.

Abstract

This study will reveal the analysis of creative thinking skills of junior high school students with theoretical learning styles in solving vertical side-space problems. The process of creative thinking includes students with a type of theoretical learning style. This student's creative thinking process can be seen from the behavior of students in posing and solving problems that can describe their mental actions. This research was conducted at SMP Al Inayah Purwosari Pasuruan. The research subjects were the 8th grade students of SMP Al Inayah Purwosari Pasuruan.Based on the research results it is known that the subject has fulfilled the aspects of novelty, fluency, and flexibility as indicators of creative thinking ability. The subject is able to fulfill the novelty aspect because it can cause problems that are different from the problems raised previously. The subject is able to fulfill aspects of fluency because it can cause problems that are diverse and different from other students. The subject is able to fulfill the aspect of flexibility because it uses a different solution than usual.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether the use of inquiry learning method can increase students' learning activities in social studies learning in elementary schools. This research approach was qualitative, using classroom action research method. The research procedure refers to the Lewis method in the form of a cycle. Each cycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementing, evaluating, and improving plans. The results of the study showed that the application of the inquiry learning method in social studies learning can increase students' learning activities. So, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning method is a learning method that can develop student learning activities, which has an impact on increasing student learning outcomes. Therefore, the application of the inquiry learning method is highly recommended for use in social studies learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps for developing Vtuber animated video learning media, test the feasibility of media for use, and students' responses to media. This research is a part of research and development (R&D) using the multimedia development method proposed by Luther based on 6 stages of development. The data collection techniques carried out are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of classes VIII A and VIII B of SMP Negeri 9 Serang City. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical techniques. Media experts and material experts carry out validation tests to determine the feasibility of the media. The results showed that the Vtuber interactive animated video learning media received a percentage score of 82.5% with the criteria "Very Feasible" by Media Experts and a percentage of 84% with the criteria of "Very Feasible" by Material Experts. Overall, the average result of the percentage gain for media eligibility by media experts and material experts was 83.25%, so as to get the "Very Feasible" criterion. And the results of the trial on 65 students as respondents obtained a percentage score of 84.26% with the criterion "Strongly Agree" from all four aspects of the student response questionnaire. From the results of validation and student response, the development of Vtuber animation media can be used for the learning process Indonesian with the theme of poetry.
