Abstract

Research purposes: This research aims to find out the psychological conflicts of the characters and moral values ​​in the novel Ivanna Van Djik by Risa Saraswati. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis and in this study the document in question is the novel Ivanna Van Djik by Risa Saraswati. The data source used in this research is document. The document used is the novel Ivanna Van Djik by Risa Saraswati in the seventh printing published by Bukune Creative Cipta 2019. The source of the data in the research is the subject from which the data can be obtained. The data collected in qualitative research is in the form of words. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are psychological conflicts and moral values ​​contained in the novel Ivanna Van Djik by Risa Saraswati. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the moral values contained in the novel Pulang by Sofi Meloni. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The data source of this research is the novel Pulang by Sofi Meloni. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, while for data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, moral values in the form of human relationships with God are found, namely being grateful to God and surrendering to God and praying. In addition, moral values in the form of human relationships with themselves include: patience, responsibility, never giving up and working hard, accepting reality, sincerity, self-confidence, self-awareness, honesty, calmness, and optimism. Furthermore, moral values in the form of human relationships with other humans in the social sphere are giving advice to humans, helping, caring for others, and doing good. Abstract

Language politeness is essentially our ethics in socialising in society. Politeness rules are generally used in every language act. Theoretically, basically everyone should speak politely. Everyone must maintain ethics in communication so that the purpose of communication can be achieved. In connection with the background discussion of language politeness, it is necessary to analyse the novel Brianna and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. The characters and characterizations in this novel are more complex and the dialogues are more frequent so that the maxims in the principles of politeness are more likely to appear. The principles of politeness in speech are: (1) maxim of wisdom, (2) maxim of generosity, (3) maxim of praise, (4) maxim of humility, (5) maxim of agreement, and (6) maxim of sympathy. This research is a literature study using qualitative descriptive method. The primary data is the novel Briana and Bottomwise by Andrea Hirata. The primary data is analysed by using secondary data as supporting data to analyse the novels Briana and Bottomwise according to the research domain of the use of language politeness as required through the supporting references of this research. Abstract

The problem of this study is the emotionality and selfishness of the characters in the novel of Tere Liye Pulang. The purpose of this study is to describe the study of emotionality and egoism in literary novels. The method used in this study is a descriptive method. The data source for this study is the novel Pulang Go by Tere Liye published by Sabak Grip Nusantara Jakarta in January 2021. The data collection technique of this study is the documentary technique. The data analysis technique for this study is the content analysis technique. The results of the research and discussion of the novel Tere Liye Pulang Go show the results of the emotional analysis, which includes the emotions of sadness, anger, fear and happiness of the characters Bujang, Salonga, Krestniy Otets, Maria, Natascha and Thomas. And the results of the analysis of egoism include 4 things, namely how a person perceives himself as himself, how a person thinks about himself, how a person evaluates himself, how a person tries to improve himself in various ways. Abstract

ENHANCING THE COMPREHENSION OF POETRY'S PACE BY UTILIZING INTERACTIVE POWERPOINT IN THE FOURTH-GRADE CLASS OF SDN CIPEUNDEUY. The research entitled "Enhancing The Comprehension Of Poetry's Pace By Utilizing Interactive Powerpoint In The Fourth-Grade Class Of SDN Cipeundeuy" is a study conducted at SDN Cipeundeuy with 21 fourth-grade students as research subjects. The purpose of this research is to improve the understanding of figures of speech among fourth-grade students by using interactive powerpoint as a learning media to facilitate and increase students' enthusiasm in learning figures of speech. This research was carried out based on the initial data found by the researcher that students still have difficulty in understanding poetry that has figurative language in its verses. Thus, this research was conducted to help students understand figures of speech more deeply. The research method used in this study was a qualitative method with a classroom action research technique using the Kemmis Mc. Taggart model. The findings obtained by the researcher during the research activities include an improvement in the understanding of figures of speech among students. The average pre-test score was 26 out of 21 students, with the lowest score being 20 and the highest score being 50. In the first cycle, the average post-test score of the students showed an improvement to 64, with the lowest score being 50 and the highest score being 80. In the second cycle, the students showed improvement again, with the average score increasing to 85, with the lowest score being 70 and the highest score being 100. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta cerita mengenai bentuk tindak kriminal dan faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak kriminal pada novel 00.00 karya Ameylia Falensia. Secara spesifik, tujuannya terbagi menjadi 2, yaitu (1) bagaimana bentuk tindak kriminalitas pada novel 00.00 karya Ameylia Falensia, dan (2) apa saja faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak kriminalitas pada novel 00.00 karya Ameylia Falensia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang berfokus pada narasi dengan rancangan kajian psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan objektif dengan novel 00.00 karya Ameylia Falensia sebagai sumber datanya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data menggunkan analisis kualitatif yang terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa tindak kriminalitas pada novel 00.00 karya Ameylia Falensia direpresentasikan dalam beberapa aspek yang sering muncul dalam dunia nyata yakni kejahatan manupulasi, kekerasan, dan kejahatan psikologis. Abstract

The manuscript is a handwriting that has become one of the nation's cultural treasures. Therefore, the existence of manuscripts in a country, especially in Indonesia, is very impactful for research purposes in obtaining accurate information. However, the existence of these manuscripts is still widespread among the public so that their ownership is recognized by individuals. This certainly has an impact on the condition of the manuscript which is prone to damage due to improper care and even just left alone by the owner without any effort to protect and maintain. In addition to these impacts, this problem will also make it difficult for a philologist to conduct research considering that manuscripts are the only object of study used. In this case, various efforts to preserve the manuscript should be improved. One of the efforts that can be done as an alternative way is to utilize technology such as digitalization projects. In addition to preserving the manuscript, this step also aims to allow the next generation to know and learn various histories as outlined in the ancient texts of the archipelago. Abstract

Dampak yang timbul dari psikologi behavior adalah adanya perubahan perilaku baik pada diri sendiri, orang lain, maupun lingkungan sekitar. Dampak tersebut dapat diamati melalui perubahan perilaku dalam karya sastra seperti novel. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui adanya perubahan perilaku tokoh dalam novel Dream Launch Project karya Renita Nozaria setelah adanya aksi, reaksi, dan juga efek atas aksi-reaksi. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan baca catat dalam kajian pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini diterapkan teori psikologi behavior dalam perspektif Skinner. Objek kajian yang digunakan ada pada tokoh Tertius Senandika, Jevais Nareshwara, Artajuna Purnasaman, dan Ezekiel Noelish Karsa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan pengutipan melalui narasi, kalimat, maupun paragraf dalam novel. Novel Dream Launch Project karya Renita Nozaria menarik untuk diteliti karena merupakan karya baru yang belum pernah diteliti oleh penulis artikel lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan pada tokoh Jevais, Artajuna, dan Ezekiel setelah mendapat stimulus dari tokoh Tertius Senandika.

Abstract

Konten qoutes ikut berperan dalam mengkonstruksi perempuan, menempatkan perempuan sebagai objek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kajian analisis wacana Sara Mills untuk melihat bagaimana posisi subjek-objek dan penulis-pembaca, dan melihat bagaimana representasi perempuan dalam teks wacana dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, didapatkan, keduanya memposisikan perempuan sebagai objek, dan merepresentasikan perempuan sebagai gender yang materialis dan irasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan bahwa nilai religius dizaman ini sudah mulai luntur terutama pada generasi muda. Nilai religius itu penting ditanamkan sejak dini sebab dalam nilai religius itu terkandung pesan untuk berakidah akhlak yang meliputi akhlak terhadap diri sendiri, akhlak terhadap orang lain, dan akhlak terhadap Allah SWT, oleh karena itulah peneliti memilih buku “Maaf Tuhan Aku Hampir Menyerah” yang banyak terkandung nilai religiusnya. Metodologi penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik penelitian ini menerapkan dokumentasi dengan sumber data primer berupa buku “Maaf Tuhan Aku Hampir Menyerah” Karya Alfialghazi dan data skunder berupa sumber-sumber refrensi artikel dari internel terkait judul penelitian. Perolehan penelitian ini, nilai religius yang paling banyak ditemukan yakni sikap sabar terdapat (9) nilai religius kemudian berdoa dan bersyukur terdapat (8) nilai religius. Terdapat (6) nilai religius husnuzan kepada Allah, (3) nilai religius tawakal, (2) nilai religius ikhlas dan (1) nilai religius menolong sesama.
