The development of information and communication technology has not only changed the way people communicate, but also trading methods. The public has begun to get used to making transactions with information technology. This can be seen with the growth of online stores that offer a variety of products. As SMEs, the change in people's paradigm in transactions must be followed by offers or transactions with information technology. This opportunity must be anticipated by the SMEs. Efforts to support the use of the internet as a promotional medium are to use the MSME information system. This MSME information system is designed to promote MSME principals especially those in Bantul district. In order for the use of this MSME information system to work properly, there needs to be training and assistance in using the system. Mentoring activities have been carried out, especially for community groups incorporated in the Bantul district community information group.

This article reports a community service in the form of an English Club programme conducted for students of SMA Immanuel Kalasan, a private High School in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The lecturers of the English Language Education Department (ELED) of Duta Wacana Christian University (UKDW) became the facilitators of the programme with several ELED students being the facilitator assistants. The English Club was conducted in the second semester of the 2018/2019 academic year and it became the third edition of the English Club co-conducted by the school and the ELED. With speaking skill as the target, the programme used the principles of whole-person education in which the focus of the instruction was not only on cognitive aspect, but also on the affective, behavioural, and spiritual aspects. This programme was themed “Life to the Max” and there were in total seven meetings conducted every other Thursday in which each ninety-minute meeting had smaller theme in relation with the big theme. These themes were “communication”, “bullying”, “comparing self to others”, “health”, “sports”, “environment”, and “relationship”. The instruction was in general conducted in a highly communicative way with most of the activities conducted in small groups with the participants making vlogs about the topic being the after-class task. Based on the reflection of what went well and what needed improvement in this programme, some conclusions and recommendations on future programmes were made.

Desa Palang adalah salah satu daerah pesisir di Kabupaten Tuban yang kesadaran masyarakatnya terhadap kebersihan lingkungan masih kurang. Ini bisa dilihat dari banyaknya warga yang secara sadar masih membuang sampah di sembarang tempat yang bermuara di lautan. Salah satu jenis sampah yang banyak ditemukan di pesisir Palang adalah sampah plastik. Sampah plastik sulit terdekomposisi secara alami. Di sisi lain, sampah ini masih dapat diolah menjadi biji plastik. Sebelum diolah menjadi biji plastik, sampah plastik harus disortir terlebih dahulu berdasarkan jenis bahannya. Namun, masyarakat Desa Palang belum memiliki keterampilan dalam memilah sampah plastic. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pelatihan pemilahan sampah plastik sebagai dasar pembuatan biji plastik. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik di wilayah Palang dan dalam jangka panjang dapat menjadi sumber penghasilan tambahan bagi masyarakat. Metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dan praktik secara langsung. Penyortiran didasarkan pada jenis bahan plastik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini peserta dapat memilah sampah plastik berdasarkan jenis bahan plastik dan 70,3% dari total jumlah peserta mengatakan akan mulai memilah sampah plastik.

DKI Jakarta is the capital of the Republic of Indonesia which has a great risk of fire disasters in densely populated settlements, especially during the long dry season. Petukangan Utara Village, Pesanggrahan Subdistrict, South Jakarta, one of the pockets of dense settlements in the South Jakarta area that was targeted by the community service locations. The area of Petukangan Utara 2.99 Km2 consists of 5,075 families with 119 RTs and 11 RWs. The impact of settlement density has been a source of reduced number of infiltration wells and loss of water discharge around the settlement thereby increasing the risk of fire in dense residential areas. However, the high risk of fire disaster is not accompanied by a strong briefing on disaster mitigation. During this time, the community carries out more post-disaster activities in the form of emergency response and recovery rather than pre-disaster activities in the form of disaster reduction / mitigation and disaster preparedness as in neighboring countries. So the community service program focuses on the development of disaster mitigation, especially fire disasters with the goal of questioning children through reading fairy tales. The activity partner is Rumah Yatim Nurul Hasanah in the densely populated settlement of Petukangan Utara Village. The reason for cooperating with Rumah Yatim is because children are the most vulnerable group to become victims. It is hoped that campus activism through fairy tales in developing socialization of fire disaster mitigation from an early age can contribute to increasing disaster literacy and preventing fire threats in densely populated areas of the Jakarta Region

Wild flow of water below the surface of the land toward the road and the foundation of houses, road damage due to land subsidence, damage to the houses foundations, mosquito larvae lodged due to standing water, and the emergence of foul odors as a problem faced. The purpose of service is to help the community to expedite the flow of water from the rice-fields, rain and household waste, drain the gutter as a source of disease (dengue fever) through the gutter, restore the flow of wild water into the gutter, and maintain a healthy hygiene environment. The method applied was consultation with residents to determine the construction design of the channel, dismantling the broken gutters and there was a wild flow of water to the street/house yard, casting with a high-strength concrete until strength enough, repairing the cracked gutter walls with cement paste, and submitting the results of normalization to the Chairman of the local Neighborhoods Association/RT. Normalization results in the form of clean gutters, rice-fields-rain-discharged water from houses flowing through the gutters smoothly without leaking and no puddles, there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang and the community in obtaining a smooth flow of water from rice-fields/rain/discharged houses into the house sewer in RW 06 Tasikmadu-Lowokwaru-Malang which implies awareness of citizens of a clean, healthy and orderly environment. Conclusions of the results of normalization as a flow of water from various origins through a structured sewer smooth water flow, prevention of disease, and providing beauty environmental.

Pengembangan Literasi Berbasis Kampung Pada Masyarakat Desa Bontobangun Sri Satriani; Muh. Rizal Usman; Wahyuddin Wahyuddin

Bontobangun Village is one of the villages in Bulukumba district, had several work programs developed to improve the quality of human resources, village development and to help government programs on a global scale. One of the programs they are working on is building a literacy spirit in the Bontobangun village community. The local government also has plans to create a place for developing village literacy such as reading park. However, the village govermment is still constrained by the problem of the concept of making a reading park, and funds to collect books to be stored in this reading park. In additional, the local government is also constrained by the lack of creative and innovative approaches to socializing this program and the lack of human resources who can manage the program so that it can be heard in the ears of the local community. So through all of the programs that are presented by KKN-PPM Muhammadiyah Universiy of Makasaar students by carring out the concept of village based literacy development, there are several work programs including one book one person movement aimed at helping the village government hold books for reading park collections originating from community donations, making reading park, literacy themed competitions for junior high school students, learning weeks activities for Bontobangun’s village children. These activities are expected to be the first solution to help the local government in realizing literacy awareness in Bontobangun village community. The implementation of this activity uses maximum of 2 months. Items of village based literacy development activities are sustainable will be submitted to village that have been formed to be followed up. While the activity in the form of learning weeks, competitions and the other activities are expected to be used as sample to organize more creative and innovative activities and can process on develop village literacy program in the future.

Binong Jati Knitting Industry Center, which is now better known as Kampoeng Radjoet, is one of Bandung's flagship products. This is shown: 1) Research results of Ina Primiana et al, Bandung Mayor Decree and Certificate of Local Lurah. Kampoeng Rajoet area has: 293 craftsmen, investment value 31,366 billion, production capacity per year 984,426 Lusin and provides employment for 2,143 laborers, regional and national target markets, several small businesses have entered the international market. One of them is Small Business Rajut owned by Eka Rahmat Jaya which is a PPPUD Partner located in the Binong Jati region, District, Batununggal, Bandung City which has the potential to be developed, but is still faced with the main problem, which is not yet having Business Competitiveness. Community service activities began to be carried out in March - September 2019. Priority problems faced by Partners to find a solution: 1) Problems do not have a Computerized Knitting Machine, limited raw materials ... 2) Marketing problems, 3) Management HR Problems. 4) Problems with limited completeness of business and limited promotional media, 5) Limitations in participating in exhibitions and their completeness. This condition causes the target business partners do not have competitiveness. The approach method used, namely; Training, Technical Guidance (Bimtek), Assistance, Business facilitation. Outcomes of activities: Partners have capacity for Cixing machines and Raw material capacity, Increased Marketing Capacity / Market / consumer potential information: Segments, Targets and Positioning (STP), Business Management Capacity Building: Business Vision, Mission and Objectives and HR / Workforce increased motivation and creativity, Increased Capacity Completeness of business and Media Promotion: Product Branding, Internet Access, Neon Boxes, and can take part in Exhibitions (Expo) and have completeness (Paperbag Packaging / Bags, Banners, name cards, Brochures, Catalogs, Invoices, Mannequins and clothes hangers / hanger). The main thing of this program is that in accordance with its objectives, the Partners already have the ability to compete in running their businesses

Society in general requires an activity to increase income and productivity. The importance of cooperation between citizens in realizing these desires must be in line and supported by the Village Government, so that the development planning process can run optimally. The desire of residents who are accommodated by the Village Government generates ideas to form a Tourism Village that is packaged in the theme "Halal Traveling Pendem Village". In order to support the establishment of the Tourism Village, the Village Government invited the stakeholders to include the academic community of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in particular the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business to formulate the master plan. The initial phase of the Village Government increases the awareness of its citizens to equal perception by evaluating themselves and seeing their weaknesses, one of which is the formation of small businesses through independent groups or Bumdes to strengthen the community's economy. In addition, it will foster small groups from each hamlet who have an effort to be professional both in terms of ability, awareness, and desire to form the Tourism Village. During this time the activities carried out are still limited to fill leisure and channel hobbies and as a side business do not have the idea to be used as a business opportunity. So there needs to be a change in mindset from just channeling a hobby into a mindset of entrepreneurs.

One of the factors that made the group of mothers of the Islamic Association of Sukmajaya Wives in Depok not perfect in selling products, was the lack of knowledge about product diversity. Insight into product diversity can improve product quality, is still low and access to technology is still lacking. An introduction to knowledge of product diversity is needed to be developed to support the family's economy and support the group's independent business. The aim of the training activities is to provide understanding, knowledge and skills of the Persistri Women Group in Sukmajaya Depok District in conducting practices and activities in making handicraft accessories through the Pinterest application to further empower themselves so as to help improve entrepreneurial skills. The method of implementation in this community service program is through the introduction and assistance in the manufacture of handicraft accessories through the Pinterest application. From the results of the evaluation with the Chairperson of Persistri and the participants, training and mentoring on the introduction of Pinterest applications are very useful because in addition to knowing the various types of products. They can also look for various product references in accordance with their interests and even look for other products that can be used as examples and applied to the products they are interested in. Training activities are expected to not only be carried out with brooch accessory products, but also training of other products.

The community service program is aimed at improving the quality of accounting teaching for accounting teachers and providing a simulation of accounting competency tests. The method of implementing the activity is carried out with focus group discussions, accounting training and accounting competency test simulations. The training material adopted the competency units issued by LSP-TA and was in line with SKKNI. Participants in this program are 18 accounting teachers who participated in this activity from beginning to end. Program evaluations have been carried out to measure program effectiveness. Evaluation is carried out on aspects of training material and aspects of organizing activities. In the material aspect, the evaluation is done by evaluating the results of an accounting competency test simulation. The assessment is carried out by following the accounting competency test assessment pattern used by LSP-TA. Evaluation of the implementation of activities carried out to evaluate the training material, resource persons, facilities / logistics during the activity. In addition, participants are also entitled to provide advice and input on the implementation of activities
