Abstract

Based on data from SDN Sukamakmur 1, SDN Sukamakmur 2 and SDN Sukamakmur 3 students, the average grade of subjects in the odd-semester tests for the 2017/2018 school year is 5.5, while the minimum Mastery Criteria, or KKM in the three schools is 6.5. The low learning outcomes of the students, based on the analysis made by choosing the methods and media used by the teacher, are less interesting and less accurate, making the lesson deliveries too difficult to remember. The results of the observations on the three above-mentioned SDNs indicate that teachers are still adopting the traditional approach. The sign is that the teacher still plays the dominant role in activities while the students are only listeners and information recipients. During the learning processes, students only listen to the teacher's explanation and record or summarize the important things from the material provided by the teacher. Therefore, it is necessary to strive for the use of media and the selection of a suitable approach in the learning process as well as an interesting atmosphere, so that the students learn more actively and ultimately the student activities and learning outcomes increase. The approach offered for the implementation of the civilian service program is an assistance model with the following steps: 1) preparation; 2) evaluation; 3) alternative planning of programs or activities; 4) formulation of the action plan; 5) status of implementation (implementation) of the program or activity; 6) evaluation; and 7) Termination. The implementation of the Civil Service Program is in fact being undertaken to give primary school teachers in Sukamakmur district, Bogor Regency, the opportunity to develop this bulletin board media through training and mentoring activities, namely to create a bulletin board medium, theoretically feasible criteria. meet the right criteria in terms of format, content and appearance; have high applicability or are worth learning. The nonprofit activities of the Education Technology Study Program of the FIP UNJ are being evaluated to determine the extent to which educators' knowledge and skills in the design, development, use and evaluation of bulletin board media are increasing.

Abstract

The problem of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher partners throughout the Kalinyamatan District of Jepara Regency was the non-linearity of the last education which caused the difficulties of teachers in planning learning. The knowledge and skills of ECE teachers in creating and developing android applications were also still limited. Many ECE institutions have a school recreation destination outside Jepara Regency. Therefore, ECE teachers in Kalinyamatan Subdistrict need innovative educational theme learning that is oriented to the introduction of Jepara's local excellence that is integrated with Android applications. The purpose of the holding of this mentoring activity was to improve the competence and skills of teachers in designing an Android application that contains elements of recreation as well as education by bringing the potential for local excellence in Jepara Regency. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) was carried out in ECE Kalinyamatan. PKM was held for 6 months starting from April to September 2019. The approach used in community service activities was participant active learning. The results of PKM activities are increasing the knowledge and skills of PAUD teachers in making Android-based educational applications. In addition, this PKM produces educational applications that can be used as a guide in implementing Jepara's local excellence-based recreation. Jepara's local excellence was introduced early on to PAUD students in the hope of instilling a love of products, traditions, historic sites, and culture in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Bedugul merupakan daerah wisata yang terdiri dari danau dan gunung di Bali, Indonesia, dan terletak di bagian tengah pulau Bali antara Denpasar dan Singaraja. Di daerah bedugul terdapat 3 danau dan tempat wisata utama yakni Kebun raya Eka Karya. Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul dikunjungi oleh berbagai wisatawan baik itu lokal maupun mancanegara, Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bali ini adalah sebuah kebun botani atau taman botani tropis yang luas dan besar. Data kunjungan wisatawan  yang masuk ke kebun raya ini berubah ubah setiap tahunnya. Kunjungan yang masuk ke Kebun Raya Eka Karya Bedugul tersebut dicatat setiap harinya berdasarkan beberapa kriteria. Diantaranya yakni jumlah kunjungan mobil keliling, orang yang masuk dan parkir mobil. Data dari pengunjung selama ini masih dibuat dalam bentuk manual berupa file spreadsheet. Dengan semakin berkembangnya jumlah pengunjung setiap tahunnya, penyimpanan model ini tidak praktis. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkann aplikasi data warehouse, yang dapat memantau kunjungan wisatawan yang datang ke kebun raya Eka Karya Bedugul pada periode yang diinginkan.  Agar penggunaan sistem ini berjalan dengan baik, maka diperlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam penggunaannya. Pendampingan sudah dilakukan pada pihak manajemen di Kebun Eka Karya Bedugul.

Abstract

The GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat or healthy-live society program)  is a government program as an effort to increase the level of public health. Healthy living behavior should be instilled as early as possible. The implementation priority of GERMAS is for the elementary school. Medahan 2 Elementary School is one of the elementary schools in Medahan Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Students and teachers at Medahan 2 Elementary School share common problems that are not yet aware of the GERMAS and PHBS programs. In addition, the lack of supporting facilities that are feasible for PHBS implementation is an obstacle in the implementation of the GERMAS program, especially on environmental cleanliness and the use of coloring agents in food. It is expected that after socialization and training, there will be an increased knowledge about the GERMAS program, improved implementation of physical activities, elevated consumption of natural dyes and environmentally hygiene foods, increased knowledge of PHBS, improved knowledge on the proper hand washing method, and improved quality of supporting facilities for school environment cleanliness. The results of this dedication showed an increase in PHBS facilities, especially hand washing places for elementary school students in  Medahan 2 Elementary School. Educational activities on GERMAS, especially environmental hygiene and food without harmful chemicals increased student knowledge by 92.3%. The hand washing method was increased by 89.5% at the end of GERMAS program.

Abstract

Census is the calculation of the total population, economy, etc. conducted by the government within a period of time, carried out simultaneously, and is comprehensive within a country boundary for the interests of the country's demographics concerned. At present Sukabakti village in Tambelang sub-district, Bekasi Regency does not have accurate data population. It is estimated that there are around 8000 residents in this district. However, there are many people who do not have a ID card (KTP), so they are not registered. Their reason is because they do not feel they need a ID card because it is useless. The large number of unregistered people requires manual data collection. This is where a census population is needed for the people of this village. There are several methods for conducting population censuses. In practice, the recording method or census used can be divided into two, namely the householder method and the canvaser method. Based on the status of residence of the population, the census can be divided into the de facto census and the de jure census. With the development of digital technology and information systems, the census can be done by online applications. This journal will discuss these methods so as to increase the knowledge of us about the population census and its application by using an online census application.

Abstract

POS PAUD is one of the non-formal educational institutions that plays an important role in children's education. All learning activities in PAUD and the supporting facilities must meet the standards according to the provisions of PAUD Education. To find out the achievement of these standards accreditation activities are needed, because one of the efforts to maintain the quality and improvement of an educational institution is through accreditation activities. POS PAUD Melati 10 and Kenanga 12 are located in Kelurahan Pasir Kaliki Kecamatan Cimahi Utara are PAUD institutions that have not been accredited. In order for POS PAUD to be accredited properly, it must meet the accreditation eligibility criteria based on the National Education Standards which include eight standards.. The methods used in the preparation of the two POS PAUD accreditations are literature study, interviews, field surveys, discussions, technical guidance for preparation of accreditation standard documents in the form of workshops for school principals, teachers and operators. Through this accreditation preparation assistance activity, it has succeeded in bringing POS PAUD Melati 10 to meet the accredited criteria and POS Kenanga 12 PAUD with additional time being ready for accreditation.

Abstract

Babakan Sari Village based on having the most dense population the district, the population of female sex is greater than male sex, the majority of the population is engaged in trading and private sector employees. And based on the identification results of the Babakan Sari Village, most of them are housewives, where some claim the high level of daily expenses so that they cannot meet their daily needs. The purpose of this training is to empower housewives to increase their knowledge, competence, save spending on buying dish soap and can be used as a new livelihood when traded. The method used in the training of making dishwashing liquid soap in the form of exposure, simulation, demonstration and practice is carried out classically. Most of the participants felt that they had mastered the material that was given, mastered the practice of making dish soap in the village of Babakan Sari Bandung. Participants also considered that the trainer had a very good ability to provide material and train participants.

Abstract

Volume sampah di kampung Sampora meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk. TPS tidak dapat menampung sampah, akibatnya menumpuk dan menimbulkan pemandangan yang kurang enak serta bau yang kurang sedap. Begitu juga dengan kesadaran dan pengetahuan  masyarakat terhadap sampah, masih rendah. Sampah dibuang sembarangan atau  dibakar,  asap pembakaran menimbulkan polusi. Polban sebagai salah satu instansi, turut mengambil peran dalam  membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan ini melalui kegiatan PKM. Bedasarkan hasil survey, tim PKM Polban mengambil langkah solusi sebagai berikut : edukasi masyarakat, unit terkecil yakni keluarga  untuk terbiasa dengan pilah sampah  melalui program 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Pelatihan pemanfaatan sampah anorganik, membuat produk daur ulang yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan sehari-hari atau dijual untuk menambah penghasilan. Pelatihan sampah organik, membuat pupuk untuk penghijauan, dan pendirian bank sampah untuk mengurangi volume sampah yang masuk ke TPS. Metode yang digunakan adalah : pelatihan, bimtek, pendampingan, dan fasilitasi yang dilakukan sesuai protokol kesehatan sehubungan dengan pandemi.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa  kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat meningkat, sebagian masyarakat sudah mulai memilah sampah, memanfaatkan pupuk sampah  organik untuk tanaman. Sampah anorganik yakni  kresek dan botol minuman (sampah dominan)  untuk kerajinan : bunga, tas, dompet, dan lain sebagainya. Berdirinya bank sampah selain dapat mengurangi sampah anorganik juga dapat memberi penghasilan tambahan bagi nasabahnya.  Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberi implikasi pada peningkatan  kepedulian masyarakat terhadap sampah dan membangun kemandirian masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner,  terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan, perilaku terhadap pengelolaan sampah dan ketersedian sarana kebersihan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan PKM.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 saat ini merubah semua sistem pembelajaran, berbagai jenis media pembelajaran bermunculan . Media pembelajaran daring merupakan salah satu unsur terpenting dalam proses belajar mengajar selain metode pembelajaran konvensional. Diberlakukannya status pandemi COVID-19 mewajibkan hampir semua aktivitas berbasis daring. Model pembelajaran di semua sektor pendidikan diwajibkan PJJ (Pembelajaran jarak jauh) berbasis online. Perangkat pembelajaran yang ada di SMPN 101 Jakarta Barat belum maksimal dalam penggunaan dan memahami informasi pemanfaatan media online baik dalam proses PJJ (Pembelajaran jarak jauh). Sehingga, tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemahiran para peserta pelatihan khususnya para guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran google classroom. Hasil yang didapatkan dari dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan para peserta pelatihan terhadap model pembelajaran daring dan semakin terampilnya para guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi google classroom sebagai media pembelajaran di masa COVID-19.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Peternakan Juara Subang adalah sekolah menengah kejuruan berkualitas yang mengambil konsep sekolah berasrama, untuk mencetak generasi peternakan yang kompeten di bidang peternakan, tangguh, mandiri, kreatif, profesional dan bermental juara. Permasalahan  prioritas  yang  dihadapi Mitra SMK Peternakan  Juara Subang adalah permasalahan sarana sekolah, salah satunya terbatasnya media pembelajaran untuk IPA dan Matematika. Selain itu, media pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran daring sangat dibutuhkan dimasa pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini. Maka, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPA dan Matematika berupa bantuan alat peraga dan video demontrasinya disertai modul dan lembar kerja siswa sebagai upaya mendukung pembelajaran daring maupun luring di SMK Peternakan Juara Subang. Pelaksanaaan kegiatan PKM ini melalui beberapa tahap. Pertama, analisis kebutuhan alat peraga sesuai silabus IPA dan Matematika. Kedua, pembuatan video demontrasi alat disertai modul pembelajaran dan lembar kerja siswa. Ketiga, pelatihan penggunanan alat peraga. Keempat, uji coba video demonstarsi alat peraga terhadap siswa melalui pembelajaran daring. Hasil uji coba pembelajaran daring menggunakan video demontrasi alat peraga menunjukan peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa denga nilai gain sebesar 0,56 kategori sedang.
