Abstract

Palasari Village, Cikalong Village has the potential of the agricultural and plantation sectors, this is illustrated by the population structure of the Cikalong Village based on the type of livelihood of the people who also use the land distributed. It is unfortunate that the potential of agriculture isn’t seen from other perspectives as a tourist attraction. "Non-mass tourism" or known as an alternative type of tourism that is more directed at small groups organized to look for things related to the first that are related to culture, environment, or specific place. Therefore, a tourist village that presents the potential for rural nuances that have distinctive characteristics becomes a tourist destination. Tourism village is a rural area that has several unique characteristics that are prepared for tourist destinations. Based on the results of an inventory of tourism potential, the partner village of PpM (pengabdian kepada masyarakat) has tourism potential related to folklore related to "Batu Cinta", and a panorama of agriculture against the backdrop of Mount Puntang hills. However, there are challenges that discuss the partnership in developing the attraction object, planting permit, tourism awareness, and awareness of environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM activity is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education especially in the field of Community Service to assist partners in solving the problems they face, starting from the aspect of production and business management so that it is expected to create economic independence and increase business income. In the aspect of production, partners experience constraints on the effectiveness of production time due to the minimal capacity of the toaster oven. While in the aspect of business management in terms of bookkeeping management partners have not been able to record financial transactions properly so that partners find it difficult to be able to apply for financial assistance as additional business capital. The method used in the implementation of this community service is the method of approach in the form of training, practice, and assistance. The results obtained from the implementation of community service activities are 1). Partners can do financial records properly, 2). The availability of appropriate technology stainless gas-fired ovens with a capacity of 14 racks, 4) Shorter baking time for the baking dough, 5). There are 5 types of bread product packaging labels, 6). Partners have a business license, halal product certificate, and UMKM registration certificate.

Abstract

Devotion of science and technology for the community is implemented to transfer knowledge and skills how to do Massage In woman di Komplek Perumahan Adinegoro Indah RT 003/RW 015 Kelurahan Batang Kabung Kecamatan Koto Tangah Padang. The importance of massage done because the daily activities are very dense make the body tired and stiff need of relaxation. The occurrence of fatigue (fatigue) is a physiological phenomenon, a process of the occurrence of a state of decreased tolerance of physical work, the cause is very specific depending on work characteristics. The cause of fatigue is also due to the accumulation of lactic acid is a by-product of the metabolism of energy formation. In our bodies, there is a chemical process that converts chemical energy into food into mechanical energy that allows our muscles to contract. To reduce fatigue caused by lactic acid is one way that can be done is with massage. The effects of massage on blood circulation, lymph, skin, muscle and nerve according to, are described as follows: a) Effect of Sport massage on blood circulation and lymph, b) Effect of Sport massage on skin, c) Sport massage effect on muscle tissue and d) Effect Sport massage against innervation.

Abstract

Ketersediaan lahan untuk pertanian merupakan syarat mutlak untuk mewujudkan kemandirian, ketahanan, dan kedaulatan pangan Namun, lahan pertanian Indonesia cenderung berkurang akibat konversi lahan. Karena itu, penetapan lahan pertanian pangan berkelanjutan dan pengaturan alih fungsi lahan pertanian pangan merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang sangat strategis untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan. Salah satu wilayah yang telah menetapkan LP2B adalah Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui Peraturan Gubenur Nomor 44 Tahun 2013 tentang Perlindungan Lahan Pertanian. Dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Provinsi Jawa Barat di bagian rencana pola ruang disebutkan salah satu wilayah yang diarahkan sebagai pertanian lahan basah (padi) adalah Kabupaten Bandung. Namun, tingginya konversi lahan pertanian mengancam eksistensi Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan. Mengingat kebijakan LP2B sangat bergantung kepada kesediaan petani pemilik sawah, maka dipandang perlu untuk mensosialisasikan konsep kebijakan LP2B ini kepada petani agar mereka dapat mendukung kebijakan pemerintah dalam mencapai kedaulatan pangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Desa Cikalong memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan Lahan Pertanian Pangan Berkelanjutan (LP2B) namun sayangnya tidak didukung oleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman petani terhadap konsep LP2B, sehingga alih fungsi lahan pertanian semakin marak terjadi dan dapat mengancam terwujudnya ketahanan pangan Kabupaten Bandung.

Abstract

Kertasari Regency of Bandung, not only as a center for potatoes in West Java, also proves itself as one of the regional suppliers of national potato needs. The quality of potatoes is not inferior, the target markets are a number of regions, such as Jakarta, Sumatra, Kalimantan, and several other regions. able to penetrate the export market, especially Singapore and a number of well-known supermarkets in Indonesia. Based on the results of interviews and observations on small business groups in the village of Cibereum, said the products processed potato chips produced are still traditional, which are sold to the surrounding area, but the quality of the production of potato chips is not in accordance with market demands. The main problems faced by partner business groups related to the Capacity of Entrepreneurship and Technology used are still limited. the implementation of this activity, began to be carried out in April 2019 - September 2019. The approach method used includes; Technology Design, Technology Making, Technology Operation Test, Dissemination / Training, Technical Guidance, Assistance, Business Facilitation and Mediation. The results of the implementation of Entrepreneurship Capacity Development and Technology Dissemination have a positive impact on the Partner business group, this can be seen from the implementation of science and technology through the Training Approach, Technical Guidance and Technology Assistance and Application can solve the problem by providing the following solutions: 1) Achievement of Entrepreneurial Capacity Partners: a) Partners Have High Motivation in carrying out their business, b) Partners Able to Run Business Management right, c) Partners Have a Business Plan as a business guide, d) Partners Are Able to determine Market Opportunities and Market / Business Networks. And 2) Achievements of Technology Application for Partners: a) Partner business group obtains Potato Peeling and Washing Machine (Peeler Machine), Wave Potato Slicer, Spiner, Product Packing Machine and Bag Sealer. b) The Production Process Is More Effective and Can Produce Lots. c) Ability / Skill of Partners increased 100%, d) Increased Products produced both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

The increasing number of goat rearing communities in the community will be able to realize economic independence. The aim of this assistance is to produce community economic clusters that are able to foster a creative economy in fostering community independence. This empowerment method with the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach with this method is able to describe the assets owned by the community that is able to be developed. The marbot community is given assistance with the capital of the female goat capital, the goat parent is given by the partners from the collection of alms donation (ZIZ) with a mutual cooperation management system. With assistance can be concluded 1) Increase community understanding about breeding goats (graiding) 2) Increasing community understanding about raising dairy goats, 3) Improved skills in making milk from Etawa (PE) derivatives, 4) Increased skills in making compost. The impact of the community is the emergence of an entrepreneurial spirit, the formation of micro-business clusters by mutual cooperation, and economic independence towards the welfare of society.

Abstract

Kemampuan bidang kejuruan merupakan hal yang diunggulkan ada pada siswa SMK. Namun, bidang akademik menjadi aspek yang sangat perlu diperhatikan oleh siswa SMK saat ini. Siswa cenderung tidak mementingkan dan kurang persiapan dalam menghadapi tes bidang akademik khususnya Matematika. Padahal bidang akademik juga memiliki peran penting untuk mengembangkan kemampuan bernalar, kreatif, dan karakter siswa. Oleh karena itu kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan penguatan materi matematika UNBK tahun ajaran 2018/2019 pada siswa SMK. Pendampingan ini meliputi kegiatan (1) persiapan, (2) bimbingan materi matematika, (3) try out, dan (4) evaluasi. Tim pengabdian masyarakat bersama guru menganalisis kisi-kisi UNBK dan soal UN 3 tahun terakhir, serta menyusun worksheet untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan bimbingan. Bimbingan pemantapan materi dilasanakan dengan pengerjaan soal-soal pada worksheet dan dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan penyelesaian. Try out dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi bimbingan penguatan materi. Hasil evaluasi UNBK lebih baik dibandingkan hasil try out. Kegiatan evaluasi ini dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan worksheet menjadi modul yang dapat digunakan untuk persiapan UNBK tahun ajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a most Muslim population, so that it will greatly affect the goods and services created by SMEs. This community service activity aims to give education for SME owners about the halal certificates importance, especially for food and beverage products in building consumer confidence and increasing sales. The problem that occurs at MSMEs today is the lack of attention to legality of halal to convince buyers that their products are quality guaranteed. The method used in community service activities is in the form of conseling and help to 33 SMEs. The number of samples chosen based on MSMEs that do not yet have a halal certificate. Based on the results of the conseling activities, all participants listened to presenters from the Blitar district MUI well and conveyed the complaints and concerns they faced to immediately register their products to have a halal certificate. After the question and answer session with the speakers, participants who were very enthusiastic then filled out the registration form for halal certificates. It can concluded that the extension activities have a 100% success rate, besides that the mentoring activities continue to run until now. The help will continue until the participants who send the halal certificate registration form get it. Based on the results of the above explanation, it can conclude that the SMEs really need the motivations and explanation of the correct flow in handling halal certificates. Very good enthusiasm will succeed if it is balance with real implementation of course in terms of halal certificate registration.
