Abstract

This study presenting the result of forecasting sales of Hex Nuts between the Trend Linear Line (TLL) method and Monte Carlo Simulation. To determine the appropriate method, the Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) is used to evaluate theerror rate. We find that the Monte Carlo simulation outperforms the TTL method, where the MAPE value of the Monte Carlo simulation is 7,61%. Based on the result, the Monte Carlo simulation is the appropriate method to forecast the sales rate of Hex Nuts in the PT. KMS.

Abstract

Solar panels are semiconductor elements that can convert solar energy into electrical energy. This Research on Solar Power Plants (PLTS) assemble with materials such as solar panels, 3000 W inverters, batteries, relays and control chargers, after that the load calculations are carried out, then implementation and testing is carried out. This research also aims as a renewable electric power in the future. From the results of the PLTS load test carried out at the researcher's house, the highest load was 405.32 watts, while the highest load test results used PLN electricity, which was 267.06 watts. So it can be said that this research is successful in meeting the electricity needs of household scale.

Abstract

Currently, there is still hard work going on, but the income is not adequate. Therefore, it is necessary to show scientifically that working does not need to be tired, but with an ergonomic system, productivity increases. This paper is made from various books or literature scientifically and analyzed and discussed descriptively. Conclusion: first, at work, an ergonomic tool must be made, so that at work it is enough to use body energy of 5.0 kcal/hour to 5.2 kcal/hour, so that work is in the heavy category, because using ergonomic tools and systems becomes work in the light and even relaxed category. Second, the application of ergonomics in various fields of work can improve work optimally, and productivity can increase between 10% to 21.28%. Suggestion: It is better to work without wasting the body's energy which makes you tired easily, by providing equipment technology and ergonomic systems.

Abstract

Abstrack - Optimal temperature and humidity greatly affect the growth of oyster mushrooms. Cultivation of oyster mushrooms in kumbung is an attempt to control the optimal temperature and humidity for fungal growth. Periodic manual watering was felt to be less effective in controlling temperature and humidity in mushroom kumbung. Current technological developments provide the potential to create automatic control systems to control temperature and humidity in mushroom kumbung. Therefore, in this research, a controller is designed to control temperature and humidity in kumbung mushroom automatically based on a microcontroller. This shows that the control system designed is able to control the temperature and humidity in the mushroom kumbung automatically

Abstract

A hydraulic ram is a device for moving fluid from a lower place to a higher place. Hydram pumps have the same function as pumps in general. The driving energy of the hydraulic ram pump comes from the pressure of the water entering through the suction pipe into the pump. By using the energy of a large enough flow of water at a low place, the water will flow to a higher place with less water flow capacity. The capacity of water flowing to a higher place depends on the difference in pressure between the suction pipe and the pump discharge pipe. The design of the hydraulic ram pump in the form of a model is used to distribute water sourced from artesian wells. The calculation results show that the maximum pump capacity of 2.11 x 10-4 m3/s occurs at the suction valve opening 90° and the discharge valve opening 90°, and the minimum capacity 0.51x10-4 m3/s occurs at the suction valve opening 90° and the discharge valve opening 20 °. The maximum pump head of 4.34 m occurs at 90° suction valve opening and 90° discharge valve opening, and the minimum 1.33 m pump head occurs at 90° suction valve opening and 20° discharge valve opening. The maximum water power of 0.0119 Hp occurs at 90° suction valve opening and 90° discharge valve opening, and the minimum water power occurs at 90° suction valve opening and 20° discharge valve opening.

Abstract

The finance industry is increasingly promoting innovation as a means of growth. It is thought to have created advancements that make transactions easier for users through the mobile banking function. The customer's adoption is also aided by several internal elements at the customer's disposal. This is a quantitative study in Indonesia to determine the link between perceived helpful factors, perceived ease of use, attitude toward usage, and behavioural intention. The data analysis approach used in this study is SEM-PLS. For example, consumer attitude and behaviour, the attitude variable in mobile banking may streamline the transaction process, feels enjoyable, and is easy to use, whereas the online payment application feels simple and ensures its anonymity. Users will find it simple to use the program for online payments, transactions will be secure, and payments for online shops will be considerably more manageable.

Abstract

Ardiles brand shoes are local Indonesian brand shoes that have been around since 1950. Ardiles produces several shoe models, one of which is sneakers. This brand received the top brand award from 2018 to 2021. In analyzing consumer needs, this study uses the Kano method and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The attributes used to find 25 attributes based on 8 dimensions of product quality. The results of the research using the Kano category method were found that there are 2 attributes in the attractive category, 3 in the indifferent category, 3 in the must be category, and 17 in the one-dimensional category. Furthermore, the results of the QFD method get the top 5 attributes, namely shoes have two functions/models (low cut and high cut) with a value of 20.50%, shoe products have a warranty with a value of 13.87%, safe foot protection with a value of 9, 56%, eco print batik motifs with a value of 9.31%, and non-slip soles with a value of 6.39%. Efforts to improve with HOQ analysis obtained 16 technical requirements attributes with 5 highest priority including upper material type with a contribution value of 18.83%, outsole material type with a contribution value of 18.24%, locking system with a contribution value of 14.58 %, additional features with a contribution value of 13.28%, and the type of locking material with a contribution value of 8.54%.

Abstract

The development of industry by empowering high technology is accompanied by an increase in players and technology users in the industrial era and globalization. So it is necessary to pay attention to work safety as an effort to improve human resources in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The theme of Occupational Safety and Health Management System is very interesting to study and continue to develop. So the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and to know the use of Personal Protective Equipment for employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company according to the rules and rules of Occupational Safety and Health Management System. The research method used is comparative quantitative research (comparing quantitatively). The research subjects were employees in the maintenance department of a shoe-making company which collected 60 people. The results of this study indicate that the Post-Test value > from the Pre-Test results. Therefore, the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System in the maintenance department has been implemented or in accordance with standart operation procedure and policies of a shoe-making company.

Abstract

Local Microorganisms (MOL) is a bioactivator consisting of a collection of various kinds of microorganisms that function as agents for the decomposition of organic matter. Vegetable waste is a collection of various kinds of vegetables after being sorted because they are not suitable for sale. Almost all vegetable waste will undergo lactic acid fermentation carried out by lactic acid bacteria (LAB). Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are gram-positive bacteria, do not form spores, are catalase negative, are resistant to acidic conditions, and are facultative anaerobes. The purpose of this study was to determine the correct composition of rice washing water and granulated sugar for the highest number of microbes in MOL. MOL optimization was carried out by means of anaerobic fermentation for 14 days. The results of this study indicate that the microbes contained in MOL are Bacillus subtillus, Bacillus cereus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Spirillum, Streptoverticillium, and Leuconostoc mesenterousdes. The highest total population of microorganisms in variations in the composition of rice washing water and sugar is in sample C1 which is 91 x 105 Colonies/100 mL in MOL vegetable waste, which is 650 mL of rice washing water and 100 grams of sugar.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the concept of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the concept of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we are in an age where the concept of an online system (cyber-physical system), the idea of the internet for everything or IoT (Internet of Things), and the idea of networking (networks). The creative economy must be the backbone of the Indonesian economy. This research aims to measure risk so that risk indicators in business processes in the Creative Economy will be known. The method of carrying out this research is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Then do validation and reliability and calculate the indicators that have the highest level of risk. The results of this study are the demand risk variable with an indicator of the presence of business competitors with a value of 3.2 points which means that the risk is very high faced by business actors, and the raw material risk variable with an indicator of insufficient supply of raw materials with a value of 2.93 which means high risk faced by business actors.
