Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has attacked every aspect of human life in the last two years. Currently, people are trying to rebuild their lives after the pandemic. But so many people live under various emotional and spiritual pressures. These people are people who need pastoral help. However, the large number of needs is inversely proportional to the number of Pastoral practitioners. For this reason, Christian Community Guidance together with the local church in collaboration with the Palangka Raya IAKN Postgraduate Program conducted Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) training. The method used in this PKM is the ABCD method because of the large potential of prospective CPE Practitioners in East Barito who can assist in pastoral activities. Training activities that should be carried out by 400 JP are formulated in 4 JP with 2 JP Materials and 2 JP Simulations. From this activity, the management of the GKE Tamiang Layang Resort and the PAK teachers of East Barito are ready to become ready-to-use CPE practitioners in Pastoral services in East Barito district

Abstract

Kudus is one of the districts on the north coast of Central Java which has a prominent entrepreneurial tradition. There are also many types of factories and MSME businesses. All of this gives Kudus Regency its own style as a city of industry and trade. One of the MSME industries that also promotes the local wisdom culture of the city of Kudus is the herbal ginger and parijoto syrup industry typical of the Muria mountains, namely the UMKM UD Yogas Delima and CV Seleksi Alam Muria. The aim of this service activity is to encourage the development of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and improving product quality with digital marketing-based information technology, handling aspects of production, human resources, management, administration and production, as well as improving the skills of entrepreneurs, improving quality and quantity, and management. good management. The implementation method prioritizes product improvements by exploring raw materials, product design, marketing, improving HR soft skills and marketing. Implementation of activities includes mentoring, training and creation of appropriate technological tools as well as procedures and use of appropriate technological tools which are transferred to partners

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), holds great potential to enhance the quality of education. SMPN 3 Semarang initiated an AI training program for teachers to strengthen their pedagogical competence. The development of AI in education presents opportunities to enhance teacher competence through technology-based training.This community service activity uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires given to training participants. The results of the activity demonstrate that this training offers a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of AI, its applications in education, and practical skills in utilizing various AI tools and platforms. Additionally, several challenges were identified during the implementation of AI, including limitations in technological infrastructure and teachers' resistance to change.Nevertheless, this training successfully improved teachers' pedagogical competence and made a positive contribution to the quality of learning in schools. This community service activity also made the training in the use of artificial intelligence at SMPN 3 Semarang a model and reference for other schools in improving the quality of learning in this digital era.

Abstract

The rapid development of digitalization has become an encouragement for MSMEs to further develop their business performance in the era of the 4.0 revolution. This Community Service focuses on the use of digital marketing in an effort to stimulate economic activities in Widodo Accessories Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through this Community Service activity, it is hoped that partners will know the application of digital marketing and how digital marketing can affect the performance of Widodo Accessories MSMEs so that they can provide benefits both theoretically and practically. Online marketing has an impact on the company's performance and efficiency which is getting better, as evidenced by the 12% increase in sales along with the improvement in financial ratios. The positive impact after the digital marketing was implemented was the increase in sales and profits which also had a positive effect on the welfare of MSMEs. From this Community Service activity, it can be concluded that digital marketing slowly but surely plays an important role in improving the performance of MSMEs so that Widodo Accessories MSMEs must make digital marketing a tool to increase sales and profits

Abstract

This article with the title The Implementation of h-CFTM (hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model) as a Reinforcement for Independent Learning for Students at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang is the outcomes of Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) for SMP Negeri 14 Semarang in applying of h-CFTM (Hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model) as Strengthening Implementation Independent Student Learning. Partner in this PKM activity was SMP Negeri 14 Semarang, which is one of the Child Friendly Schools in Semarang City. The purpose of this writing is to clarify the outcomes of PKM, particularly those related to the implementation of h-CFTM at SMP Negeri 14 Semarang. PKM implementation methods included socialization, training, science and technology transfer, mentoring, monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability (follow-up). The common perception and commitment of the entire academic community in partner school, the implementation of the h-CFTM, as well as h-CFTM-Based Learning Management System are the outcomes of PKM (Hybrid-Child Friendly Teaching Model).

Abstract

Knalpot pada sepeda motor yang secara langsung terkena panas yang cukup tinggi akibat dari fungsinya yang sebagai saluran pembuangan sisa pembakaran dari sepeda motor tersebut. Selain terkena panas secara langsung dari fungsinya sebagai saluran sisa pembuangan, knalpot juga sering berkontak langsung dengan lingkungan sekitarnya yang dapat mengakibatkan terjandinya korosi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan suatu pencegahan agar material knalpot bertahan dalam pemakaiannya. Salah satu indutri produsen knalpot adalah Creampie racing muffler. Knalpot Creampie ini berasal dari Yogyakarta yang spesialis membuat knalpot motor  untuk ajang balapan lokal maupun untuk motor harian. Creampie racing muffler adalah pabrik rumahan usaha kecil mandiri/UKM beralamat di Jalan Sampaan-Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Creampie Racing Muffler adalah kurangnya kemampuan UKM dalam formulasi bahan pelapis (warna produk pucat dan kurang mengkilat), serta proses elektroplating yang ramah lingkungan. Melalui pelaksanaan program dari PkM ini dapat memberikan solusi permasalahan secara bertahap terdiri dari aplikasi perbaikan proses produksi dengan teknologi eco-electroplatting (formulasi bahan dan waktu pelapisan) serta pengolahan limbah cair proses electroplatting sehingga mampu mengurangi beban pencemaran lingkungan. Dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut, pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dapat mengurangi biaya produksi hingga 40% karena proses produksi berupa pewarnaan pada knalpot dapat dilakukan sendiri oleh UKM Knalpot Creampie

Abstract

Mranggen Village is a village on the slopes of Mount Merapi which has potential natural resources including springs for agricultural areas in Klaten Regency, Central Java. This village has become a partner village of the Department of Development Geography,  Faculty of Geography UGM since 2020. The big theme of regional development study in this village is Tourism Village. In the first and second years, the design of the tourist village has been successfully compiled, with one of the outputs being the stipulation of Mranggen Village as a tourist village through the Klaten Regent's Decree in 2021. In this third year, assistance for the development of Mranggen Village is carried out with efforts to increase the capacity of human resource managers tourist village. Human resource capacity building starts white developing a participatory tourism village management system. after that, training related to materials to support the implementation can be carried out. The training is carried out using a comparative study scheme with developed tourist villages. The result of this activity is a tourism village management system along with an increase in human resource capacity which is assessed from the assessment before and after the implementation of the training

Abstract

In a world where modernization and changing food habits are happening quickly, traditional cooking styles are often overlooked, even though they represent a valuable mix of skills, culture, history, and national identity. To tackle this issue, the Community Service Team at STIEPARI Semarang started a program designed to learn about, protect, and celebrate the wisdom found in traditional cooking methods. This initiative aimed to boost the abilities of local food entrepreneurs through training, guidance, and online marketing, involving small culinary businesses in the Semarang area using a collaborative method. The outcomes revealed that 80% of those involved became more aware of the significance of culinary heritage as a special feature for marketing, while 75% improved their skills in digital marketing, especially in using social media to advertise their products. The program also created digital marketing materials, such as videos and online catalogs, which the participants have utilized to access broader markets. This effort is anticipated to aid the longevity of local food enterprises while reinforcing the cultural identity of the region
