Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of school regulations on student discipline using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations and interviews with students and teachers. The results indicate that school regulations play a central role in shaping student discipline, providing a framework for behavior and clear consequences. Teachers and student affairs staff play a significant role in enforcing rules with fair sanctions. Intracurricular and extracurricular activities help maintain order and provide positive experiences. However, the positive impact is also balanced with attention to negative effects, such as feelings of restraint. Students' awareness of rule consequences is acknowledged as a crucial element in shaping character and self-discipline, an essential perspective in preparing students for the future. In conclusion, the implementation of school regulations at MA NWDI Pancor has a central role in creating an effective learning environment and shaping positive student behavior. Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's academic supervision activities, interpersonal communication, work ethic, and teacher performance; and analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the principal's academic supervision, interpersonal communication, and work ethic with the performance of elementary school teachers in North Banjarbaru District, Banjarbaru City. This research is a quantitativ research. The sample size of this study was 172 teachers. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires that have met the requirements of validity and reality tests. Data analysis to test the relationship in this study used path analysis. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there is a direct relationship between: academic supervision of the principal with teacher performance, interpersonal communication with teacher performance, work ethic with teacher performance academic supervision of the principal with work ethic, interpersonal communication with work ethic; and the indirect relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance through work ethic, interpersonal communication with teacher performance through work ethic.academic principal, interpersonal communication, work ethic and performance of elementary school teachers in North Banjarbaru District, Banjarbaru City Keywords: Principal's academic supervision, interpersonal communication, work ethic, teacher performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of educational staff, both simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative, with 44 respondents for variables X1, descriptive, and associative, with the SPSS version 26 program as a data processing tool. This research shows that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of the Assakinah Sejahtera Foundation education staff at West Bandung Regency. Then, organizational culture does not affect the performance of education staff, and work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of education staff. In conclusion, the performance assessment shows a decline in the Assakinah Sejahtera Foundation Education Personnel, West Bandung Regency. Abstract

This research highlights how leaders act as agents of change, planning, organizing, and mobilizing resources to achieve effective change. This research strategy uses a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. This research also refers to the literature review method as the primary approach. Literature reviews aim to solve problems through in-depth and critical analysis of relevant library sources. The library analysis process involves techniques for collecting information data from various library references that are considered important sources of ideas. This research shows successful change leaders can create an environment where people feel motivated to change, work together, and innovate. The role of leadership is very important to success in managing organizational change. Leadership that is adaptive, innovative, and able to lead through uncertainty will lead organizations toward a more resilient future. Conclusion Change leaders must have strategic intelligence, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The respondents of this research were 46 teachers. The measuring scale in this research uses semantic differential. The analysis used was multiple linear regression and determination with the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. The research results show that interpersonal communication and work motivation partially have a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. In addition, interpersonal communication and work motivation simultaneously have an influence on the job satisfaction of the Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City. Abstract

This research analyzes the direct and indirect relationship between Principal Learning Leadership, Work Environment, School Climate, and Professional Attitudes of Public Middle School Teachers in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory method using a path analysis model to analyze relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 140 teachers from 8 State Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, and 104 respondents were taken as research samples using the Probability Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the study of the regression coefficient values ​​for the Principal Learning Leadership and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.423, the Work Environment and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.279, the School Climate and Teacher Professional Attitude variables were 0.232, the Principal Leadership and School Climate variables were 0.430, the Work Environment variable and School Climate of 0.515, the Principal Learning Leadership variable through School Climate with Teachers' Professional Attitudes of 0.778 and the Work Environment variable through School Climate with Teachers' Professional Attitudes of 0.805. In conclusion, a partial direct relationship exists between Principal Learning Leadership, Work Environment, and Teacher Professional Attitudes in Public Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. There is an indirect relationship between the Principal's Learning Leadership through School Climate and Teachers' Professional Attitudes and the Work Environment through School Climate and Teachers' Professional Attitudes in Public Middle Schools in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership of principals in schools with an Islamic perspective. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach with a multisite study that includes several stages. Data was obtained from various sources, including school principals, teachers, and employees. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively, including data reduction, presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. Findings from the research show that school principals need to adopt leadership styles and strategies appropriate to the field's needs, situations, and conditions. This style and strategy aims to meet the needs of the school's leaders, hoping to create a harmonious and conducive situation. In conclusion, leadership styles and techniques can potentially increase collaboration between leaders, teachers, and employees in a conducive atmosphere. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work involvement on innovative behavior. The research method used is quantitative research. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire given to all employees of PT. Mapan Wijaya Demak. The population in this study were employees of PT Mapan Wijaya Demak with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling method in this research used non-probability sampling with census sampling technique (saturated sampling). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and data processing is assisted by SPSS (Statistical Products for Service) software. The results of this research show that transformational leadership and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Abstract

This research aims to determine the communication of high school principals in Lubuklingga city when conducting blusukan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, with the research subjects being the School Principal, Teacher Council, and School Staff. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research, it was found that the communication carried out by the school principal in carrying out blusukan was conveying messages to subordinates in language that was easy to understand and also paying attention to the condition of the subordinates, carrying out two-way communication, using verbal, non-verbal and interpersonal communication so that the principal received appropriate and accurate information. When conducting a blusukan, the information collected during the blusukan can be used as a basis for the school principal to make decisions. In conclusion, the blusukan carried out by the school principal must use good communication so that the results of the blusukan can be used as a basis for the school principal in making decisions. Abstract

This research analyzes the relationship between principals' transformational leadership, teacher work creativity, and teacher job satisfaction and performance in junior high schools in Tanjung District, Tabalong Regency. This research approach is quantitative. The population of this study consisted of all junior high school teachers in Tanjung District, with a total of 148 teachers, and the sample size was 110 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed widely to the sample. Analysis of research results using descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression using SPSS Window Version 25. The research results show that there is a relationship between the transformational leadership of school principals on teacher performance, work creativity on teacher performance, job satisfaction on teacher performance, transformational leadership principals on work creativity, principals' transformational leadership on job satisfaction, principals' transformational leadership on teacher performance through job creativity, transformational leadership on teacher performance through job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the transformational leadership of school principals, teacher work creativity, and teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance in junior high schools in Tanjung District, Tabalong Regency.
