Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in the Civil Registration Administration Service in the Village of Kajeksan, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. Employee performance in civil registration administration is essential for community needs related to population data. The lack of human resource skills poses challenges for employees in providing effective and efficient services, leading to dissatisfaction among individuals dealing with population documents. The research employs a qualitative descriptive research method to examine the conditions of a specific object. The results indicate that; The quality of employee performance is good in utilizing the information technology available, with employees fulfilling their duties and responsibilities; The quantity of employee performance is optimally sufficient, even when handling a large number of documents, despite server constraints; Timeliness of employee performance is reasonably optimal, considering the ability to provide services within a timely manner, although there are server-related challenges; The effectiveness of employee performance ensures the delivery of the best services, facilitated by technological tools; Employee self-reliance is optimal, with individual capabilities aligning with the community's expectations for processing population documents. Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the communication strategies implemented by school principals to improve the quality of teacher work at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Medan City. The quality of teacher work significantly impacts student achievement and the effectiveness of the learning process. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and related parties. Data was also collected through observations in the school environment and analysis of associated documents. Data analysis used content analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes from interviews and observations. The research results show that the school principal at MIN 1 Medan City applies various effective communication strategies to develop teacher work quality. In conclusion, this strategy involves open and transparent communication, regularly conveying the school's vision and mission, and providing constructive feedback to teachers. School principals also utilize regular meetings, training, and other means of communication to build collaboration and a spirit of working together. Abstract

This research aims to apply Immanuel Kant's ethical framework to examine the moral implications of the privatization of education on State Legal Entity Higher Education Institutions. The study identifies the primary emphasis of ethical analysis on structural changes, tuition fee increases, resource allocation, and stakeholders' perspectives using a literature review approach. Inconsistencies between education privatization policies and the values of universality, fair treatment, and moral responsibility are highlighted by research utilizing the Kantian framework. The research findings indicate that the PTNBH's policy to privatize education raises ethical issues, particularly related to resource allocation, accessibility, and the moral obligations of the institution. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's performance in implementing character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang and to determine the implementation of character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was carried out at SMAN 2 Semarang. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques using the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview process, and documentation is directly analyzed. As a result of the research, it is essential to know how character and ethical education are implemented and how the principal's performance influences the implementation of Islamic character and moral education at SMAN 2 Semarang. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan iklim kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar sebanyak 166 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara: (1) iklim kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,539, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,221, (3) komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,389, (4) iklim kerja terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,804, (5) motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 0,154, (6) iklim kerja melalui komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,312, (7) motivasi kerja melalui komitmen kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 0,060. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,766. Hal ini berarti variabel iklim kerja, motivasi kerja dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 76,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,4% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain. Sedangkan nilai R Square variabel komitmen kerja sebesar 0,667. Hal ini berarti variabel iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen kerja sebesar 66,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction and communication in SLB in Banjarbaru City. This research is a correlational research with descriptive-quantitative methods. The study population was all SLB teachers in Banjarbaru City as many as 138 people with a sample of 103 respondents taken by random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire instruments and data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that Organizational Culture has an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.436 and a positive direction; Job Satisfaction has an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.359 and a positive direction; Communication has an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.246 and a positive direction; Organizational Culture has an influence on Job Satisfaction with a correlation coefficient value of 0.656 and a positive direction; Organizational Culture has an influence on Communication with a correlation coefficient value of 0.757 and a positive direction; Organizational Culture has an influence through Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with ZSobel values of 5.86936 > ZScore 1.96; Organizational Culture has an influence through Communication on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the results of ZSobel values of 5.92750 > ZScore 1.96. Abstract

This research aims to analyze empirical evidence regarding the influence of principal leadership and teacher training on teacher performance with competency as a mediating variable. This research method uses quantitative methods from secondary data sources, namely data obtained indirectly from information sources but rather obtained through intermediary media. The population of this research is 60 respondents from the Marsudirini Bogor Foundation. The sampling technique in this research is Non-Probability Sampling from the population, namely a sampling technique based on chance. The research results show that the principal's leadership has no effect on teacher competence. Training has a significant positive effect on teacher competency. The principal's leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Training has no effect on teacher performance. Teacher competency has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The principal's leadership has no effect on teacher performance through teacher competency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in each educational unit, especially in madrasas. This research uses a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected through various techniques is examined, and data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are carried out. The findings of the Strategic Environmental Analysis focus show that the strength of madrasas is that they have teacher resources with qualified teacher educational backgrounds; weaknesses, namely funding, are that the field could be narrower compared to the number of students. Opportunities include the existence of programs from the government for educational development, both for the development of teachers and school facilities and infrastructure, a religious community, as well as the high level of public interest in MAN and the geographical location of madrasas which facilitates community accessibility to education; and Challenges; it is shown that the challenges faced are competition with other schools in the same environment or nearby locations as well as increasingly complex societal demands and madrasah efforts to avoid moral degradation, especially the influence of information technology. In conclusion, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Tabalong implements strategic management through internal and external environmental analysis. Keywords: Implementation, Management, Madrasah, Strategy

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to increase knowledge about the role of stakeholders in developing the quality of PAI learning. Schools are a service product in education; the services referred to serve the needs of parents for their children's education, especially the needs for junior high school children's education. The choice of parents in choosing a school for their children is different from choosing a secondary school; many factors will One of the considerations for parents to make their choice is references from people they are close to or well known to who send their children to that school. This reference factor must be managed well by internal school parties with external stakeholders as quality guarantors in convincing parents of prospective students of the quality of the school institution. The goals of education in schools will be achieved if all internal components of the school can work together well and not just the internal components of the school; of course, components from outside the school are needed; the external elements of the school consist of parents of students or the surrounding community who have an interest either directly or indirectly within school institutions, the role of these external stakeholders is vital in ensuring the quality of junior high schools so that they run well and stably. Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of special education vocational skills development. This research used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. Data sources for this research include school principals, teachers, and education staff. Data analysis using descriptive analysis begins with data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique for checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation and triangulation. The results of the research show that vocational skills development management is implemented by fulfilling the stages of the management function, which consist of planning, including analysis of community needs, formulation of the school's vision and mission, planning appropriate learning resources, planning to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers, funding planning, field planning facilities and infrastructure and forms of special service planning; organizing includes determining the organizational structure, placement of teachers and students, determining the position of skills education, allocating facilities and infrastructure; implementation of skills education is carried out through learning strategies, the role of teachers and partnerships with DUDI; control is carried out by conducting supervision, assessing learning outcomes and the quality of education (academic and non-academic). In conclusion, the management of vocational skills development at SLB-C Negeri Pembina Banjarbaru and SLB Negeri Banjarbaru City, namely the management that has been carried out, has been implemented.
