Abstract

This research examines subordinates' perceptions of supportive leadership relationships and the work engagement of TNI personnel. The research methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative, with a cross-section research design. In this study, respondents consisting of 35 TNI personnel and one leader in the Jasdam XIV/HSN unit, which was the case study, were asked to fill out a supportive leadership & work engagement questionnaire, fingerprint testing using PRIADI Psychological Fingerprints and interviews as a medium for qualitative observation. The results show a positive relationship between supportive leadership & work engagement with an R2 (influence) value of 16.7%. Apart from that, the test results using PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints show that the leader's brain dominance is top left (analytical brain), the supportive leadership style has been implemented optimally by the leader as shown by giving rewards in the form of (attention, motivation, and encouragement) to subordinates. This can increase work engagement among TNI personnel from the Jasdam XIV/HSN unit, which is confirmed by the results of PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints and qualitative observations. In conclusion, supportive leadership can increase the work engagement of TNI personnel to improve the TNI's credibility in maintaining Indonesia's unity and integrity. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of supervision (Variable X1) on performance (Y). This research adopted a quantitative method with a coparative approach. Data collected through questionnaire distribution techniques. Data analysis techniques prioritize numerical analysis starting from data preparation, data tabulation to the hypothesis testing stage. Through linear regression analysis techniques, the results obtained are that if supervision increases, performance will also increase. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) also show that performance is influenced by supervision by 49% while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables outside this research, while the correlation test proves that there is the strong influence of supervision on performance. This evidence is also in line with the results of the t-test where the effect of supervision on performance is very positive and significant as proven through the t-test. Conclusion: Supervision has a significant effect on performance. Keywords: Performance Effectiveness, Supervision

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on student performance mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in literature and the field use questionnaires distributed to students of SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Hypothesis testing uses full model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS. The results obtained by the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X) x Organizational Climate (Z) x Student Performance (Y) show that the p-values ​​are 0.00 < 0.05, so there is a significant positive influence between the intrinsic motivation variable on student performance which is mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. In conclusion, there is a significant positive influence between intrinsic motivation variables on student performance which is mediated by organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Suggestions, schools can develop student motivation programs, improve organizational climate, or other efforts aimed at improving student performance. Abstract

This research examines the role of transformational leadership in addressing modern challenges in the public bureaucracy of South Sumatra Province. Through a qualitative approach and single case study, field data successfully revealed the dynamics of leadership and the challenges faced in achieving transformational goals at the provincial level. Findings highlight the imbalance in focus on government vision and mission, lack of employee participation and engagement, challenges in technology implementation accompanied by human resource limitations, and policy instability due to the politicized local leadership selection system. Policy recommendations include aligning vision and mission to prioritize public service, efforts to increase employee participation, investment in technology-related human resource capacity development, and advocacy for reforming the local leadership selection system. Conclusion, these findings provide a comprehensive insight to guide improvements in leadership and policies in South Sumatra Province in addressing modern challenges in the public bureaucracy environment. Abstract

This research examines the influence of management commitment, worker competency, K3 culture on work safety which has an impact on PT company performance. Adhi Karya (Persero) tbk. The sample used in this research was employees of PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) tbk using a side purposive technique where from the results of the sample criteria 100 sample respondents were used in this research. The results of the research conducted show that management commitment, competence, K3 culture, work safety have a positive and significant effect on company performance, while management commitment, competence, K3 culture have a positive and significant effect on work safety, organizational K3 culture has a positive and significant effect on safety. work. Abstract

This research aims to determine the educational management of the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school in the 5.0 era. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with the research object being the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis used analysis before in the field and during the field such as data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Data collection procedures commonly used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that in implementing the quality management of Islamic boarding schools, cooperation, and mutual reminders are needed so that the work programs that have been designed continue to improve so that the quality of Islamic boarding school education and graduates will be great. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of quality management in Islamic boarding schools, namely lack of awareness of the management in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities that have been given because they are busy with their interests, teachers are less active in teaching and often neglect the work program that has been designed. so that in its implementation many work programs were neglected. In conclusion, the quality management of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated carefully to be able to produce quality educational output. Abstract

This research aims to review the factors that encourage conscious discipline among employees at the Medan Adventist Hospital. A total of 100 employees as respondents indicated their feelings at work which were assessed through Job Training, Work Motivation, Work Rewards and Work Discipline in their work environment at Medan Adventist Hospital. With an instrument of 35statements that will be answered according to the conditions of each employee. So, through multiple linear regression testing, results were found using the t test of = 3.873 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.00 > 0.05 on job training, so it was stated that Job Training had an effect but not significant on work discipline, t was = 0.828 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.410 > 0.05 on Work Motivation, it is stated that Work Motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, and t = 2.400 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.018 > 0.05 on Work Rewards, then it is stated that Work Rewards has a significant effect on work discipline. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management to support the effectiveness of learning at the Aliyah Negeri 1 Pemekasan madrasah. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research, the results showed that the principal together with the teaching staff at MAN 1 Pamekasan held a meeting regarding planning facilities and infrastructure before the new school year, the principal also asked for input from each person responsible for providing sarpas both in the classroom and outside the classroom, procurement of facilities and Infrastructure is budgeted for BOS funds. Management of facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Pamekasan involves four teams, has operational standards (SOP), and uses a record book for borrowing goods. Two factors influence the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management, namely the driving factor for facilities and infrastructure management at MAN 1 Pamekasan is the support and attention from the government to continue building quality facilities for academic smoothness with school operational assistance (BOS), the inhibiting factor is the existence of sarpas are missing or damaged and on the one hand the budget is inadequate. In conclusion, complete facilities and infrastructure support the learning process and even support the achievement of educational goals. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on OCB (Y). This research adopted quantitative methods with a descriptive approach—data collected through questionnaire distribution techniques. Data analysis techniques prioritize numerical analysis, from data preparation and tabulation to the hypothesis testing stage. Through linear regression analysis techniques, the results obtained show that if organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) increase, OCB (Y) also increases. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) also show that OCB (Y) is influenced by organizational commitment (X1). And Job satisfaction (X2) is 95%. In comparison, the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables outside this research. At the same time, the correlation test proves that there is a powerful influence between organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) for OCB (Y). This evidence is also in line with the results of the t-test, where there is a partial influence of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on OCB (Y). Then, the f-test shows the simultaneous influence of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on OCB (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to uncover the communication strategies employed by school principals in enhancing teachers' performance at SD Negeri 13 Talang Kelapa. A qualitative research method was utilized, involving in-depth interviews with selected principals and teachers, along with direct observations within the school environment. The findings indicate that principals utilize various communication strategies, including effective interpersonal communication, relevant media usage, and fostering open and collaborative communication culture. Additionally, principals employ coaching approaches and personal motivation to foster teachers' professional growth. Despite efforts, there remains a need to enhance communication strategies in improving teachers' performance. Supporting factors include effective communication methods, appropriate scheduling, and adequate facilities, while technical disruptions and semantic barriers hinder communication strategies. These findings offer deeper insights into the crucial role of school principals in creating supportive, motivating, and facilitating environments for teachers' professional growth. The conclusion, underscore the importance of effective communication in school management, particularly focusing on the relationship between principals and teachers to enhance the quality of education at SD Negeri 13 Talang Kelapa.
