Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between the principal's instructional leadership, professional competence, achievement motivation and the work discipline of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive research using a correlational path analysis model to analyze relationship patterns between variables. The research population was 280 teachers from 24 elementary schools in Murung Pudak District and 143 respondents as research samples using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique and the proportional allocation formula. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and path analysis. results of the analysis of the regression coefficient values for the principal's instructional leadership variable with teacher performance were 0.421, the professional competency variable with performance was 0.330, the achievement motivation variable with performance was 0.256, the principal's instructional leadership variable with achievement motivation was 0.485, the professional competency variable with achievement motivation was 0.485. 0.437, the principal's instructional leadership variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.124 and the professional competency variable with performance through achievement motivation is 0.112. Conclusion of this research is that the principal's instructional leadership variables, professional competence, achievement motivation and performance of SDN teachers in Murung Pudak District, Tabalong Regency are all in the high category. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership and work climate through work motivation on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with path analysis. The research population was 271 people with a research sample of 161 people. Data collection was carried out using an instrument consisting of the principal's Transformational leadership (27 items), work climate (26 items), work motivation (20 items), teacher performance (26 items) which had been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of this research data uses path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the study found that there was an influence of the principal's Transformational leadership on performance, work climate on performance, work motivation on performance, principal's Transformational leadership on work motivation, work climate on teacher motivation, principal's Transformational leadership on performance through work motivation, work climate on performance through work motivation. Abstract

This research analyzes the direct and indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMAN Kota Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational, using a path analysis model to analyze the influence between variables. The research population was 163 teachers from 4 high schools in the Banjarbaru area, and 116 respondents were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula with the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, inferential tests, and path analysis. The results of the study of the regression coefficient values ​​of the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance were 0.327, the work environment variable on teacher performance was 0.334, the job satisfaction variable on teacher performance was 0.331, the principal's instructional leadership variable on the work environment was 0.876, the principal's instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction of 0.858, the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through the work environment is 0.293 and the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through job satisfaction is 0.284. In conclusion, there is a direct or partial influence of the principal's instructional leadership variables, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of high school teachers, and there is an indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership on the performance of teachers in high school through intermediary media, either work environment or job satisfaction. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe student management including student admission planning, student development and student evaluation at SDN Paringin Selatan 1 and SD IT Darul Fikri, Balangan Regency. This research is qualitative research in the form of case studies at 2 sites, namely SDN Paringin Selatan 1 and SD IT Darul Fikri. The research data sources are school principals and teachers. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation and then analyzed using within-site data analysis, individual site analysis and cross-case data analysis. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by source triangulation. The research results from 2 research sites illustrate that student admission planning includes stages starting from analyzing student needs, such as planning the number of students who will be accepted, forming a new student admissions committee and holding promotions and outreach, implementing the School Environment Introduction Period (MPLS). Developing students by creating a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere, integrating the general curriculum with character and religious education values. Organizing extracurricular activities as a means of channeling students' talents and potential. Student evaluations, attitude competency evaluations, knowledge competency and skill competency evaluations are all contained in evaluation reports in the form of student report cards, remedial implementation and teacher performance evaluations. The conclusion of this research is that student recruitment planning includes: analysis of student needs, student recruitment planning, student selection, student orientation and reporting of new student data. Student development includes coaching in the learning process, coaching in extracurricular activities and coaching students in discipline. Student evaluation includes the development of children's knowledge, reports on children's learning outcomes, remedial activities and evaluation of teacher performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between Communication, work motivation, and work ethic on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Tambang Lagi District, Tanah Laut Regency. This research is correlational research with descriptive-quantitative methods. The research population consisted of 138 public elementary school teachers in Tambang Re District, Tanah Laut Regency, with a sample size of 103 respondents who were taken using random sampling techniques. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between Communication on teacher performance 0.658, work motivation on teacher performance 0.547, work ethic on teacher performance 0.879, Communication on work ethic 0.292, (5) work motivation on work ethic 0.484, Communication through work ethic on teacher performance is 0.257, work motivation through work ethic on teacher performance is 0.425. The coefficient of determination test results show that the R Square value of the job satisfaction variable is 0.886. In conclusion, the variables of Communication, work motivation, and work ethic influence teacher performance, while communication and work motivation influence teacher performance. Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of school principal leadership in character education. The method used is a library research approach. Literature study involves collecting data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. Based on data and research results conducted by researchers, the Implementation of Principal Leadership in Character Education at SMP Negeri 2 Pammana is implemented as follows: firmness and discipline, the leadership role of the principal as a motivator, creating a conducive school climate and culture; and the example of the school principal. Abstract

The research aims to analyze and explain the influence of teacher efficacy on subjective well-being, the influence of job satisfaction on subjective well-being, and how professional commitment influences the subjective well-being of Nasima Semarang Elementary and Middle School teachers. This research is a type of explanatory research. The sample for this research was 88 teachers from Nasima Elementary School and Middle School, Semarang City. The data collection method was a Google form questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Next, the data was processed using SPSS version 26. For data analysis, instrument testing was carried out by carrying out validity and reliability tests, Testing the model via the F test, determination test (R²), and hypothesis test (t-test). Research findings on teacher self-efficacy have a positive effect on subjective well-being; job satisfaction has a positive impact on subjective well-being; Professional commitment hurts subjective well-being. In conclusion, subjective well-being is influenced by self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Therefore, school leaders in policies related to teacher management must provide space for teachers to increase self-efficacy by sending teachers to attend higher levels of education and involving teachers in various workshops. To build self-efficacy and a sense of self-satisfaction for teachers through creating a conducive environment and school and school organization to create a sense of happiness for teachers. Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of leadership, motivation, and training on team member performance. The population in this study was all PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kendal Branch Office with 94 respondents. The research method used is quantitative research. Data was collected using a Google form questionnaire with four variables: leadership, motivation, training, and team member performance. Data processing results are in the form of respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, F test results, coefficient of determination test results (R2), and hypothesis test results. The results of this study show that leadership does not affect team member performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on team member performance, and training has a positive and significant impact on team member performance. Conclusion: There is a significant influence between motivation and training on team member performance. However, leadership does not affect team member performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership, academic supervision, and work commitment on the discipline of state elementary school teachers in South Banjarmasin District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research population was all 312 public elementary school teachers in South Banjarmasin District, with a sample of 175 people determined using proportional random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using SPSS. The results of this research show that the variable regression coefficient values ​​are positive numbers such as the principal's transformational leadership with teacher discipline of 0.337, academic supervision with work discipline of 0.334, work commitment with teacher discipline of 0.296, transformational leadership with work commitment of 0.395, and academic supervision on work commitment of 0.495. Apart from that, there was also an indirect effect of transformational leadership on work discipline through a work commitment of 0.116 and academic supervision on teacher discipline through a work commitment of 0.146. In conclusion, there is a direct and indirect influence between transformational leadership, educational supervision and work commitment on the discipline of public elementary school teachers in South Banjarmasin District Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Academic Supervision, Work Commitment, Work Discipline

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, trust and risk on interest in using online loans. This study employs a quantitative approach. Participants in this study were students from Semarang City's PTN and PTS programs. Data collected by administering questionnaires and utilizing a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 65 respondents. Hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression are tools used in data analysis. The research results show that financial literacy and trust have no effect on interest in using online loans, while risk has a positive effect on interest in using online loans, with a contribution of 13.8%. In conclusion, literacy and trust have no effect, while risk has a positive effect on interest in using online loans. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Online Loans, Risk, Trust
