Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk management in educational resource management as a strategy to ensure the sustainability of educational quality. The research method used was a qualitative approach through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This approach examined journal articles and proceedings published between 2020 and 2024 that were relevant to risk management, educational resource management, and quality sustainability. The selection process involved identification, screening, and quality review, resulting in 15–17 scientific articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results indicate that the implementation of risk management in human, financial, and physical resources is able to identify key threats to educational quality, such as teacher competency gaps, budget allocation inefficiencies, and the vulnerability of information technology facilities and systems. Effective mitigation strategies include teacher succession planning and professional development, risk-scenario-based budget projections, the establishment of contingency funds, and risk-based asset maintenance and digital system protection. The conclusions of this study confirm that risk management is a strategic instrument that transforms educational resource management from a reactive to a proactive approach, thus becoming a key prerequisite for ensuring the sustainability of educational quality in a systemic and sustainable manner.   Keywords: Risk Management, Educational Resources, Quality Sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management, Quality Of Education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of character education into student management at MI Muhammadiyah PK Kartasura and to identify forms of multi-stakeholder synergy in supporting student character development. The research method used was field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were the vice principal for student affairs, classroom teachers, and educational staff. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Their validity was tested using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results indicate that the integration of character education is implemented in a structured manner through the integration of character values into the formal curriculum, daily habits (hidden curriculum), teacher role models, a reward and punishment system, and the active involvement of parents and the community through collaborative programs. The coaching process is carried out systematically through the socialization of rules, behavior monitoring, gradual mentoring, and periodic evaluation. The conclusion of this study confirms that the school's character-based student management is effective because it is supported by a well-planned system, a consistent school culture, and multi-stakeholder synergy, despite facing the challenges of the digital era and inconsistent family supervision.   Keywords: Character Education, Student Management, School Culture, Multi-stakeholder Synergy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and burnout on employee performance achievement with mental health as an intervening variable at the Jember Pratama Tax Service Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a census technique on 93 employees, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through WarpPLS 8.0. The results of the study indicate that workload and burnout have a positive and significant effect on mental health, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, burnout has no significant direct effect on performance, and mental health has a positive and significant effect on performance. In addition, mental health is proven to mediate the effect of workload on performance partially and mediate the effect of burnout on performance fully. The conclusion is that mental health is a key mechanism in bridging the influence of workload and burnout on employee performance achievement, so that proportional workload management and burnout prevention need to be accompanied by strengthening mental health programs to improve organizational performance sustainably.   Keywords: Workload, Burnout, Mental Health, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction in the dental clinic at the Curahnongko Community Health Center (UPTD) in Jember Regency using the SERVQUAL method. The research method used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design. A sample of 125 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that all dimensions of service quality had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, with empathy as the most dominant factor. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving service quality across all SERVQUAL dimensions in an integrated and sustainable manner will increase patient satisfaction in the dental clinic at the Curahnongko Community Health Center (UPTD) in Jember Regency.   Keywords: Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Dental Clinic, Community Health Center

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, competence, and leadership style on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable for Trans Jateng BRT employees on the Semarang–Bawen Corridor. The research method used a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to Trans Jateng BRT drivers and service personnel using a five-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.1.0 to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that communication and competence significantly influenced employee performance, while leadership style did not. Communication significantly influenced organizational commitment, while competence and leadership style did not significantly influence organizational commitment. Organizational commitment significantly influenced employee performance and was able to mediate the influence of communication on performance, but did not mediate the influence of competence and leadership style on performance. The conclusion of this study indicates that improving Trans Jateng BRT employee performance is more effective through strengthened communication that builds organizational commitment, accompanied by increased competency. However, leadership style has not yet become a primary determining factor in a standardized operational context.   Keywords: Communication, Competence, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

The results showed that both workload and work environment have a significant positive influence on teacher performance. Partially, workload has a significant positive influence on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.001, and the work environment also has a significance value of 0.001. The F-test results indicate that workload and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.001. The conclusion of this study is that workload and work environment play a significant role in improving teacher performance, so that good management of these two factors can improve overall teacher performance.   Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Teacher Performance, Education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional communication transformation of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) through the implementation of the PESO Media (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) model and social media marketing strategies in the new student admissions process from a sociological perspective, particularly in building public trust. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included structured and semi-structured interviews with new student admissions administrators, participant observation, and analysis of UAD's official social media content. The results indicate that the implementation of the PESO Media model at UAD is carried out in an integrated manner, with Paid Media playing a role in increasing initial reach and visibility, Earned Media strengthening the institution's credibility through collaboration with students, lecturers, alumni, and content creators, while Shared Media fosters a culture of public participation through active audience engagement, and Owned Media serves as the central narrative control center and the institution's official information source. Consistent and creative implementation of social media marketing strategies has been proven to build emotional connections, increase brand awareness, and foster trust among prospective students. The conclusion of this study confirms that the strategic integration of the PESO Media model and social media marketing not only represents a transformation of UAD's institutional communication but also reflects a sociological shift toward a participatory, collaborative, and trust-based communication culture in the context of higher education.
