Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cognitive image and unique image on revisit intention through visitor engagement at the Mount Tangkuban Parahu tourist destination. The research method used was a survey with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to 140 domestic tourists who had visited Mount Tangkuban Parahu at least once in the past year. Data were then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that cognitive image had a direct and significant effect on revisit intention, while unique image did not have a direct and significant effect on revisit intention but did significantly influence visitor engagement. Furthermore, visitor engagement had a positive and significant effect on revisit intention and acted as a mediating variable in the relationship between unique image and revisit intention. The conclusion of this study is that tourists' positive perceptions of destination attributes, particularly uniqueness and emotional engagement during their visit, are important factors in encouraging tourists' desire to return to Mount Tangkuban Parahu.   Keywords: Cognitive Image, Unique Image, Visitor Engagement, Revisit Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of entrepreneurship education in fostering a spirit of independence among 12th-grade students at Hidayatuzzu'ama Vocational High School in Tungkal Jaya District. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the management of entrepreneurship education at Hidayatuzzu'ama Vocational High School includes three main stages: (1) structured planning through the development of a practice-based curriculum, teacher training, and the establishment of an entrepreneurial culture within the school environment; (2) implementation focused on project-based learning and hands-on practice that encourages students to be creative and take responsibility for the results of their efforts; and (3) periodic evaluation using the CIPP model to assess the context, input, process, and product of learning. Factors supporting the program's success include the principal's commitment, the active role of teachers as facilitators, student enthusiasm, and school facilities. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment and internal communication on employee job satisfaction at the Cimahi City Education Office. The research method used a quantitative approach with field research and literature techniques, where data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research sample consisted of 46 randomly selected respondents, and data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that partially, the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, and internal communication also had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a calculated F_value of 27.413, greater than the F_table of 3.067 and an R Square of 0.560, which means the contribution of both variables to employee job satisfaction was 56%. The conclusion of this study is that the better the physical work environment and the more effective internal communication, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction at the Cimahi City Education Office.   Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Internal Communication, Job Satisfaction, Employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital media-based educational service marketing management at SMA Negeri 6, Lubuklinggau City, to improve the school's image, promotional reach, and the effectiveness of communication with the community. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results indicate that SMA Negeri 6 has utilized social media, websites, and other digital platforms as promotional and communication tools. This strategy has been proven to increase school visibility and community participation, although challenges remain, such as limited human resources skilled in digital marketing and the suboptimal use of data analysis for campaign evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of digital media-based marketing management at SMA Negeri 6, Lubuklinggau City, has been quite successful. However, further optimization is needed through improving the marketing team's competency and developing data-driven strategies to increase effectiveness and sustainability.   Keywords: Marketing Management, Educational Services, Digital Media, School, Institutional Image

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) teachers at SMAN XYZ Bandung. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 23, using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and t- and F-tests. The results indicate that PPPK teachers' work motivation and job satisfaction are in the high category and have a positive effect, both partially and simultaneously, on organizational citizenship behavior. The t-test indicates that work motivation and job satisfaction each have a significant effect on OCB, while the F-test shows that both together have a significant effect, with a determination value of 85.5%. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the teacher's motivation and job satisfaction, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior, demonstrated in the form of loyalty, responsibility, and active participation in school progress.   Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, PPPK Teachers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of transformational leadership in addressing organizational change at Baiturromah Vocational High School, specifically in the context of curriculum adjustment and educational technology adoption. The research method used was a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data were then analyzed thematically to identify leadership patterns and strategies in the organizational transformation process. The results indicate that the principal implemented the four dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This implementation had a positive impact on increasing teacher participation, internal collaboration, strengthening partnerships with industry, and enhancing student learning motivation. Obstacles that emerged included resistance to change, limited facilities, a digital competency gap, and suboptimal internal communication. Strategies used by the principal to overcome these challenges included ongoing training, a persuasive approach, strengthened communication, and external collaboration. The conclusion of this study confirms that transformational leadership is effective in driving adaptive, collaborative, and sustainable organizational change, provided it is tailored to the context and resource readiness of the educational environment.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Change, Vocational Education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work motivation on employee performance at the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) West Java Office. The research method used was a quantitative approach with descriptive verification. The population in this study consisted of 45 employees, who were also sampled using saturation sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results showed that OCB and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a coefficient of determination of 42.2%. The conclusion of this study is that increasing OCB and work motivation can simultaneously improve employee performance at the KONI West Java Office.   Keywords: OCB, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Organizational Behavior

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan keselamatan kerja (K3) serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan 41 peserta, survei ini menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja karyawan baik dengan kesehatan keselamatan kerja (K3) maupun motivasi kerja. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penyediaan alat pelindung diri (APD) yang memadai dan peningkatan keinginan karyawan untuk mencapai kinerja optimal.   Kata kunci: Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best location for relocating PT Pertamina Patra Niaga's High Sulfur Fuel Oil (HSFO) Supply Point in East Java to improve distribution efficiency and reduce logistics costs. The research method used is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) approach, which combines quantitative and qualitative analysis through expert interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) to assign weights to factors and subfactors influencing location selection. The results indicate that location accessibility has the highest weighting of 0.614, surpassing financial factors at 0.386. The market location subfactor is the top priority, with a weighting of 0.420, as proximity to HSFO consumption centers provides significant distribution efficiency. Based on the F-AHP analysis, TBBM Tuban was selected as the most optimal location with a score of 0.567, surpassing Camplong Madura, Malang, and Madiun. The study concludes that relocating the Supply Point to Tuban is a strategic move that can increase cost efficiency by up to 25%, accelerate distribution, and strengthen the company's competitiveness and operational sustainability.   Keywords: HSFO, Location Selection, Fuzzy AHP, Accessibility, Distribution Efficiency

Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the impact of pricing perception, advertising, and product quality on customer loyalty to Frestea in the Greater Bandung region. This study is grounded in evidence of a decrease in consumer loyalty, as indicated by Top Brand Index data and Google Trends. This research utilizes a quantitative methodology through a survey administered to 100 participants who had ingested Frestea within the last three months. Data analysis was performed utilizing multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software version 25. The study's findings demonstrate that pricing perception, advertising, and product quality exert a favorable and considerable impact on consumer loyalty, both individually and collectively. Consequently, all presented theories may be accepted. These findings underscore the necessity of executing marketing strategies that fit with price rules, augmenting advertising efficacy, and preserving product quality to sustain and enhance consumer loyalty.
