Abstract

The purpose of this PkM is to provide tourism choreography training to realize local cultural branding in increasing tourist attraction. The activity is designed considering that so far there are no tourist attractions to welcome visiting guests, especially on special events. The method used in the form of choreography training is a special script in the form of a procession entitled Anoman Gandrung. This play is a development of the Panji play which is generally performed in Malang mask puppets. As a result of training and mentoring for 3 months, KBP residents were able to present an attraction entitled Sesekaran Wayang Topeng through Virtual Culture Tourism.

Abstract

Tujuan dari PkM adalah memberikan alternatif solusi bagi guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sleman dalam menjalankan pembelajaran matematika jarak jauh. Yaitu dengan mengembangkan Subject Specific Pedagogy berbasis Learning Management System. Metode pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan dengan cara daring In-On-In. Subyek dalam pelatihan ini adalah Guru Matematika SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sleman. Untuk pelaksanaannya, peneliti memberikan materi mengenai pengembangan Subject Specific Pedagogy, selanjutnya para peserta (guru matematika SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sleman) mengembangan Subject Specific Pedagogy. Pengembangan SSP yang dilakukan meliputi pengembangan petikan silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, modul pembelajaran, Lembar Kerja Peserta didik, intrumen penilaian, serta pedoman penskoran.

Abstract

The purpose of the activities carried out is to provide: 1). training on learning strategies and innovative learning methods that are fun for students in the form of blended learning, 2). Training and assistance for the preparation of teaching materials, 3). training and assistance in the use of online learning information systems. The approach method in implementing this PKM uses education, training, demonstration, practice, and mentoring methods. The results of the implementation of the activities are: (1) The partner has a school website that can be used as an online learning system under the name SIPO. (2) There is an increase in teacher understanding of the application of blended learning. (3) There is an increase in the understanding of teachers in the preparation of teaching materials themselves. (4) There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers in using the online learning system.

Abstract

Sebelum pandemic Covid-19, pembelajaran dilakukan tatap muka antara guru dan murid. Pada masa pandemi ini, pemerintah mengeluarkan peraturan untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran adalah Google Class Room. Permasalahan yang muncul dengan kebijakan ini adalah tidak semua guru bisa menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Yayasan Karya Lentera Agung (YKLA) adalah yayasan yang membantu dalam manajemen sekolah dasar Yayasan Badan Pendidikan Kristen (YBPK) di Ngagilk, Malang. Yayasan ingin membantu guru-guru dalam mengatasi masalah ini, sehingga pihak Yayasan mengadakan webinar tentang bagaimana cara menggunakan Google Class Room. Metode pengukuran tingkat efektifitas dan pengumpulan ide dan saran menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan ke peserta-peserta webinar. Hasil dari kuisioner adalah bahwa webinar yang diadakan berguna dan mereka ingin diajarkan teknologi pembelajaran yang lain.

Abstract

Plant propagation training conducted for partners, namely mothers (women's empowerment) aims to provide insights and skills for partners so that they can carry out and develop plant propagation properly. The technique of vegetative propagation is by means of cuttings, grafting and grafting. The method used consists of 3 stages, namely socialization, training / practice and mentoring. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge and skills in the cultivation and propagation of ornamental plants in a good vegetative manner, so that it was hoped that it could increase the diversity of colors from plant propagation. From this activity, it can be concluded that there has been a change in the knowledge and skills of partners, namely partners are able to properly cultivate ornamental plants, starting from preparing planting media or land, planting, and maintaining plants. In addition, partners can also propagate ornamental plants vegetatively and successfully.

Abstract

In certain conditions, digital marketing is able to make it easy for businesses to monitor and provide all the needs and desires of potential customers. This means that in the digital marketing world, it discusses many things such as IT, social media, trends, netizens, business, advertising, and so on. Technological progress is a clear manifestation that consumer behavior has now shifted. The needs and desires that will be obtained are more practical and faster, as if it is becoming a trend in the society of “nowadays”. Society's need for information and the desire to be recognized as human beings are not ancient. Technological growth is increasing rapidly along with the availability of smartphones at affordable prices. Business opportunities in the virtual world described above should be explored and entered by various community businesses, even in small and micro scales. Including community businesses in Sukawarna Village which are engaged in small and micro medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to increase the insight and competence of micro and medium entrepreneurs in Sukawarna Village in order to increase their insight into digital marketing.

Abstract

Seringkali bisnis yang telah didasari oleh Kontrak Bisnis menimbulkan sengketa oleh para pihak. Sengketa hukum bisnis tidak hanya mencakup sengketa keperdataan namun dapat beralih pada hukum pidana. Hal ini pula yang dikeluhkan dan dialami oleh beberapa Pengusaha yang tergabung dalam Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya (RPMR). Oleh karena itu, sangatlah penting masyarakat yang bergelut di dunia bisnis memahami konsep hukum perjanjian dan penyelesaian sengketa hukum kontrak bisnis. Metode yang dilakukan oleh Tim Pengabdi yaitu: 1) pengidentidfikasian permasalahan anggota RPMR terkait sengketa bisnis, 2) Penyuluhan Hukum yang dilakukan dengan tatap muka dan melalui siaran radio; 3) Pendampingan Hukum dengan cara membuka posko konsultasi hukum dan kunjungan langsung ke beberapa anggota UMKM; dan 4) evaluasi Kegiatan Pengabdian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keilmuwan dan keterampilan dari para peserta dalam menganalisis permasalahan sengketa kontrak bisnis, menyelesaikan sengketa yang sedang dihadapi, dan menghadapi dan/atau mencegah perbuatan/hal-hal yang memiliki potensi menimbulkan sengketa bisnis.

Abstract

Teachers and students have difficulties in studying cell molecular in Cell Biology, Genetics, and Microbiology subjects. This difficulty is due to the molecular nature of the cell is something abstract and the learning media does not support the delivery of material. Therefore, in this community service activity, Laboratory Procedure Training in Analyzing Molecular Multidrug-Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) with Sequencing Techniques for Health Sector Teachers aims to provide teachers with understanding and skills regarding laboratory procedures in analyzing molecular MDR-TB with techniques sequencing. Activities are divided into 3 stages. Stage I is a pre-test to determine the teacher's ability to analyze DNA. Phase II is the online training stage, which is divided into 3 meetings, where the first meeting is the delivery of DNA material, the second meeting is about laboratory procedures in DNA isolation, and the third meeting is bioinformatics techniques in DNA analysis. Stage III is a post-test, to find out whether the material and skills presented are acceptable to the participants or not. Based on the results of the evaluation through a questionnaire distributed to the participants at the end of the event, it can be concluded that around 76.1% of participants were satisfied with the workshop provided, as many as 50% were able to carry out the assignment to make poster teaching media, and 65.2% of participants were satisfied with the workshop method used.

Abstract

Often a business that has been based on a Business Contract creates a dispute by the parties. Business law disputes do not only include civil disputes but can turn to criminal law. This is also what has been complained about and experienced by several entrepreneurs who are members of the Malang Raya Entrepreneurs House (RPMR). Therefore, it is very important for people who are involved in the business world to understand the concept of contract law and dispute resolution of business contract law. The methods used by the Service Team are: 1) identifying problems with RPMR members related to business disputes, 2) Legal counseling conducted face-to-face and through radio broadcasts; 3) Legal Assistance by opening a legal consultation post and direct visits to several members of MSMEs; and 4) evaluation of Service Activities. The implementation of this service activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in analyzing business contract disputes, resolving disputes that are being faced, and dealing with and/or preventing actions/things that have the potential to cause business disputes.

Abstract

Abstrak. The Covid-19 pandemic influences distance learning and requires lecturers to use learning technology, including undergraduate thesis guidance. The Trello is a free application that can be used for online undergraduate thesis guidance. This application is also applied to the Duta Wacana Christian University in the Management department by providing training and mentoring to undergraduate thesis supervisors. Based on the survey, lecturers were satisfied and interested in using this application for a mentoring undergraduate thesis. Furthermore, the Trello manual module was made to explain the technical instructions for the supervisor's undergraduate thesis. After approximately 3 months after training, a survey was conducted to students about Trello's evaluation. The overall results show that students are satisfied with this application and agree to use the Trello application for undergraduate thesis guidance when the Covid-19 pandemic ends. However, using the application must still require supported learning technology such as zoom or google meet. If the Covid-19 virus period ends, undergraduate thesis guidance with Trello can be done blended.
