Abstract

This study was aimed to find out which factors that become the most influence on customers switching behavior for online transportation and how the impact on their satisfaction and loyalty for future consumption. Transportation service is one of the service industry sectors that play a strategic role in human life. The intense competition in the online transportation industry and the various choice of brands in the market make the consumers easy to switch from their current product to other brand products. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method, with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SMART PLS 2.0 software. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 400 respondents. The results of the study showed that the contribution of price, promotion and e-service quality simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer satisfaction was 64.9%. Whereas, the results of the study also showed the contribution of price, promotion, e-service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously influenced on which directly affected customer loyalty was 48.3%. E-service quality has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction by 30.69%; meanwhile,  promotion has the biggest impact on loyalty by 3.17%.

Abstract

In certain conditions, digital marketing is able to make it easy for businesses to monitor and provide all the needs and desires of potential customers. This means that in the digital marketing world, it discusses many things such as IT, social media, trends, netizens, business, advertising, and so on. Technological progress is a clear manifestation that consumer behavior has now shifted. The needs and desires that will be obtained are more practical and faster, as if it is becoming a trend in the society of “nowadays”. Society's need for information and the desire to be recognized as human beings are not ancient. Technological growth is increasing rapidly along with the availability of smartphones at affordable prices. Business opportunities in the virtual world described above should be explored and entered by various community businesses, even in small and micro scales. Including community businesses in Sukawarna Village which are engaged in small and micro medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to increase the insight and competence of micro and medium entrepreneurs in Sukawarna Village in order to increase their insight into digital marketing.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate empirically the performance of islamic insurance companythrough the relationship and the impact of early warning system on the level of financial solvency. Thisresearch used secondary data period 2004-2011 from PT. Takaful Indonesia as one of islamic insurancecompany in Indonesia. Early warning system was reflected by aggregate surplus ratio, management cost ratio,and account receivable premium to surplus ratio, and also risk based capital ratio as a measure of insurancecompany solvability level. The result of this study indicated that the early warning system had a significantcontribution to the level of Islamic insurance company solvency, while the minimum level of Islamic insurancecompany solvency amounted 65.753% of the minimum regulation (120%).

Abstract

Network security is very important, especially for community service units because a damaged system can affect other systems. Therefore, it is necessary to design and develop a computer network system and security that’s more centralized. Promotional activities are very important to be carried out by every business from the smallest scope to even large companies, because no matter how good the quality of the products the company has, it will not be successful for sale without proper promotion. Referring to the situation and problems faced by partners, our group took the initiative to contribute by providing several alternative solutions whose goals are expected to be useful for partners, by providing training on the implementation of integrated networks and MSME database management, then providing an integrated marketing communication training, workshop on communication marketing tools that can provide a competitive advantage for MSMEs so that MSME marketing tools in Buah Batu District have superior value. With some of the solutions that we offer, the expected final results from this community service activity are network problems and database management can be resolved properly. Furthermore, MSMEs in Buah Batu District have standardized and attractive printed and digital marketing tools.

Abstract

There has been a noticeable increase in businesses reaching out to a wider range of potential customers using the internet and social media to market and present their goods. Social media marketing is thought to improve brand loyalty and engagement by utilizing social media aspects such as entertaining, interactive, trend of customization/personalization, and WOM. One of the most prominent social media networks is Facebook, and it is superior to other social media platforms in Indonesia since it has the most users. There has been no study to date that investigates how Facebook as social media platform is seen a brand that offers marketing capabilities and services. This study employed quantitative research methodologies, namely causal analysis utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques and the SMART PLS 3.2.9 software. This study's sample consists of Facebook or social media users in Indonesia who have viewed marketing or promotional content on their social media. The researcher's sample approach of choice is incidental sampling, with a total of 400 respondents. This study in accordance with the study's goals, may demonstrate that Facebook's social media marketing activities effect customer engagement with a brand and customer loyalty to a brand. Facebook's marketing operations in social media may promote brand engagement by users of these social media, whereby consumer engagement also mediates the link between social media marketing and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research analyzes how marketing through electronic media, marketing through social media, and purchasing decisions on e-commerce sites; testing whether marketing through electronic media has a positive effect on buy decisions at e-commerce sites; testing whether marketing through social media has a positive effect on buy decisions at e-commerce sites; and test whether marketing through electronic media and social media marketing has effect on buy decisions at e-commerce sites. The survey method was used in this study. The population of e-commerce consumer research in Bandung. The sample size used was 125 samples. Path analysis used to analyze data. Findings, marketing through electronic media, marketing through social media, and consumer decisions were in the high category. Marketing through electronic media has effect to buy decisions at 45.35%; Marketing through social media has effect to buy decisions at 35.73%. Marketing through electronic media and social media has effect to consumer decisions at 81.08%. Keywords: E-marketing; Social Media Marketing; Purchase Decision

Abstract

Hanya 10% dari total anggota Paguyuban Usaha Kecil Menengah Regional Kabupaten Bandung (PPKM) yang sudah menggunakan website dalam promosi penjualan produk yang diproduksi. Sedangkan sisanya 90% masih menggunakan media konvensional untuk mempromosikan produknya, seperti penggunaan brosur dan pameran. Adapun data keanggotaannya juga masih dikelola dan disimpan hanya menggunakan software aplikasi microsoft excel, sehingga data anggota tersebut belum berelasi satu sama lain, tidak up to date dan berpotensi mengakibatkan inkonsistensi dan duplikasi. Dengan dibangunnya website profil Organisasi Komunitas UMKM berbasis Content Management System yang menampilkan informasi profil produk dan anggota, serta diadakannya pelatihan pengelolaan konten informasi tersebut menjadi solusi yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan data anggota dan aktivitas promosi produk serta juga dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kewirausahaan melalui website, sehingga mereka tidak perlu bergantung hanya pada kegiatan jual beli secara tatap muka langsung (offline). Adapun pembangunan web tersebut dilaksanakan melalui Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Terapan (FIT) beserta Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis (FKB) Universitas Telkom. Dengan disediakan website ini, diharapkan pengelolaan data anggota menjadi tersentralisasi dan lebih berkualitas serta kegiatan promosi produk unggulan di Kabupaten Bandung dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas lagi.Kata Kunci: digital branding; manajemen produk; produk unggulan. Increasing the Potential of Superior Products in Bandung Regency through Product Management and Digital Branding                                           ABSTRACT All members of Bandung Regency Small and Medium Enterprises Association (PPKM), only 10% have a website to improve the products produced. The rest (90%) still uses conventional media such as brochures and exhibitions in the competition for their products. Coverage data is still managed using Microsoft Excel so that the data is not related, still requires inconsistencies and duplication, also not up to date. Development of a MSME Community Organization profile website based on a Content Management System that provides product profiles and member profiles, as well as content training that is appropriate to overcome difficulties in managing member data and product promotion and can increase entrepreneurial skills through the website. The web development is carried out through Community Service Activities conducted by lecturers and students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences (FIT) and the Faculty of Communication and Business (FKB) Telkom University. With this website, it is hoped that promotional products can buy a wider market and data management for members is centralized and of better quality.Keyword: digital branding; product management; featured product.

Abstract

Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan (Dispakan) adalah salah satu lembaga teknis daerah di Kabupaten Bandung. Tugas utama Dispakan adalah menjadi unit pelaksana tugas pemerintah daerah dalam memastikan program-program ketahanan pangan dan perikanan bisa berjalan di Kabupaten Bandung. Saat ini terdapat delapan puluh empat mitra binaan yang tergabung dalam paguyuban usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi olahan pangan. Jumlah tersebut adalah jumlah mitra yang sudah terdata dan masih mungkin akan bertambah. Terdapat enam puluh empat produk hasil diversifikasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) sebagai upaya menciptakan keanekaragaman pangan agar dapat berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan Kabupaten Bandung. Namun, sebagian besar mitra binaan masih menggunakan media konvensional seperti pameran dan brosur untuk promosi produk. Selain itu, saat ini, pendataan anggota mitra binaan masih dilakukan menggunakan file MS Excel sehingga memiliki kelemahan seperti kerentanan duplikasi, konsistensi, dan kesulitan berbagi data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun content management system sebagai media promosi sekaligus pendataan mitra binaan dan produk-produknya. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, pembangunan aplikasi, dan sosialisasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat sasar terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: content management system; Dispakan; promosi produk, UKM Development of Content Management System for Product Branding Media Bandung Regency Regional Small and Medium Enterprises AssociationABSTRACTThe Department of Food and Fisheries (Dispakan) is one of the regional technical institutions in Bandung. The main task of the Dispakan is to become the representation unit of the local government in ensuring that food and fisheries security programs in Bandung Area. At present, there are eighty-four fostered partners who are members of the small and medium business community that produces foods. This number is the number of partners that have been recorded and may still increase. There are sixty four products from the diversification of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to create food diversity so that it can potentially become a superior product in Bandung. However, most of the fostered partners still use conventional media such as exhibitions and brochures for product promotion. In addition, at present, the data collection of members of the fostered partners is still done using MS Excel files so that it has weaknesses such as duplication, consistency, and difficulty sharing data. Based on the existing problems, this community service activity aims to build a content management system as a media campaign as well as data collection of fostered partners and their products. The activities are divided into three stages, namely data collection, application development, and workshop. Abstract

Abstract- This study aims to determine the difference between the Altman Modified Model, the Zmijewski Model and Ohlson Models in predicting bankruptcy in Textile and Garment companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2012. Research method used in this study is descriptive comparative to explain and compare the three methods for bankruptcy prediction. The results of this study is indicate that Ohlson method (O-Score) proven more accurate for predicting bankruptcy (financial distress), especially for Textile and Garment Industry, because it has a higher accuracy which is probability 97.8% of accuracy, it is evidenced by the results of the calculation, where only HDTX company in 2011 that was not predicted to go bankrupt in the future. While Altman Modified method (Z” Score) can only predict financial distress for company by 73.3 % accuracy. Zmijewski Models (X-Score) can predict bankruptcy for company by 60 % during research periods. Keyword: Bankrupcy, Altman Modified, Ohlson, Zmijewski, Financial Distress  Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara Altman Modifikasi Model, Model Zmijewski dan Model Ohlson dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan Tekstil dan Garment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2008 sampai 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif untuk menjelaskan dan membandingkan tiga metode untuk prediksi kebangkrutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode Ohlson (O-Score) terbukti lebih akurat dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan (kesulitan keuangan), terutama untuk Industri Tekstil dan Garmen karena memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi yaitu dengan tingkat probabilitas akurasi 97,8%, itu dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan, dimana hanya perusahaan HDTX pada tahun 2011 yang tidak diprediksi bangkrut di masa depan. Sedangkan metode Altman Modifikasi (Z" Score) hanya dapat memprediksi kondisi kesulitan keuangan (financial distress) untuk perusahaan dengan akurasi 73,3%. Model Zmijewski (X-Score) dapat memprediksi kebangkrutan bagi perusahaan sebesar 60% selama periode penelitian. Kata Kunci: Kebangkrutan, Altman Modifikasi, Ohlson, Zmijewski, Kesulitan Keuangan

Abstract

In today's fast-paced world of information and technology, it's impossible to do anything without a connection to the internet. Due to the rising level of competition in the market, small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) that are owned and operated by business people need to make use of digital media to raise their brands' visibility and hence their competitiveness. In order to help MSME actors in Buah Batu District continue to grow and develop, the mentorship program for selected partners aims to assist them in developing innovative goods. The MSME actors in Buah Batu District are likely to benefit from assistance related to the district's online web platform, which has been established. It has been determined that in order to help MSME actors (including those designing product labels and packaging) learn about online marketing, the team will offer online marketing education workshops. They will also develop a better product website, integrate the site with helpful applications, and create an updated database system that can be relied upon.
