Abstract

Abstract- The main form of equivalence of professional trade in the agricultural sector remains the parity of agricultural producers and the prices of goods and services of industrial origin that they buy. The price of equality for the supply chain capacity of agricultural products is equal to the product of the price level for the base period and the industrial product price index for the current year. The efficient functioning of agriculture depends on the equivalence of relations with other sectors of the national economy, mainly with industry, as a supplier of material and technical resources. The main reason for the appearance of price disparity is a significant reduction in the production of agricultural machinery by agricultural machinery companies compared to the pre-reform period. Now in economic theory two methodical approaches are used to calculate the index of equality between agriculture. The price of equality for the supply chain capacity of agricultural products is equal to the product of the price level for the reference period and the index of prices produced in current year products and input resources. The first (concept of income) presupposes that the price ratio between agricultural and industrial products must influence the evolution of production volumes. The calculation of the parity index using the concept of exchange provides for the determination of the correlation of the price indices for agriculture. The price of equality for the capacity of the agricultural technology supply chain is equal to the product of the price level for the base period and the price index of industrial products in agricultural products and machinery of the current year. This approach truly reflects the role of agriculture in the system of market-money relations. .Keywords- price parity, technological supply chain capacity, parity index, agricultural products, modernization

Abstract

This article seeks to assess the cost of losing customers and, consequently, the credibility of the organization in the target market. For the wider scope of content, supply chain of mobile phone companies are targeted as a community has been evaluated. The results of the survey showed that today's companies should pay more attention to lost customers, and take measures to reduce them. The loss of the customer for any reason imposes an irreparable cost on the company. In the meantime, telecom operators, as an example of the purpose of this study, in terms of having more competition with competitors, will cause the loss of customer to each one to attract the competitor. Unfortunately, you cannot do anything about those customers who leave the field of practice or leave a particular profession. But many things can be done about customers who are missing out for reasons such as inadequate customer service, poor goods, high sales prices, and so on. The company must investigate customers who are missing out for various reasons and provide each one with a solution.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to explore the micro, logistics, market and macro environment coordination dimensions, hence extending the existing framework to include external factors. Following a qualitative approach, multiple case study strategy was used. Specifically, four focus group discussions, each consisting of 8 respondents were conducted from four purposively selected hospitals. The respondents were selected using simple random sampling from representatives of Drug Therapeutic Management Committee (DTMC) for the purpose of exploring the supply chain coordination. Thereafter, the cross-case analysis was done to identify the key coordination mechanisms that are incorporated into the existing framework. To ensure construct validity of the research design, multiple sources of information were used. These were carefully organized in order to maintain the chain of evidence demonstrate that the study is reliable and ensure that it could be duplicated in the future. A number of coordination dimensions are identified from the focus group discussions, regrouped using appropriate and valid coding scheme. The study findings are limited to the four hospitals from the two most malaria endemic regions in Uganda. Another limitation is the novelty of the subject in health sector and the lack of data in this area. Further studies can be done from parts of the country to observe similarities and differences using quantitative approach. It is anticipated that the study will identify better ways of managing ACTs availability and probably save lives. The study paves way of understanding of supply chain coordination dimensions required to improve availability of ACTs in selected hospitals in Uganda. Abstract

Abstract- This paper aimed to explore and remap the functions and roles of mediating and moderating variables from various research papers and their use in supply chain management marketing research. The interface areas investigated between marketing and logistics/supply chain management in marketing research. The literature review method used refers to using the thematic content analysis approach and qualitative analysis. The research findings were a single mediation model with full mediation classification, partial mediation, complementary mediation, and competitive mediation. Both single moderation models with classification homologizer moderation, quasi moderation, and pure moderation. Finally, a combination of mediation and moderation models with separated mediation-moderation classification and complementary mediation-moderation. With the increasingly complex modeling that is proposed and tested, the clarity of the statistical tools used is very important to disclose as one component of the assessment of qualitative supply chain management marketing research.

Abstract

Students loyalty and attrition is an important issue for university authorities.  Earlier studies have discovered that many factors influencing student loyalty towards their higher learning institutions such as student satisfaction, university image, student trust, and service quality. However, these factors have high relationship correlated with each other. Therefore, this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) to create a path model which shows the relationship between all factors related to student loyalty. The results from this study revealed that student satisfaction is the most important factors that influence student loyalty, followed by image of university and student commitment. Analysis based on gender shows that female student model have a same pattern with overall student loyalty model but the male student loyalty model is simpler just consist student satisfaction. On the other hand, factors technology, social environment and quality of instructor gave a great influence towards student satisfaction. Therefore, in order to improve student loyalty, university should keep on improving to satisfy students’ requirement.

Abstract

The main focus of the currents study is to examine the role of the greening of the supplier in achieving competitive advantages. In addition to that the study has examined the mediating role green innovation namely product innovation, process innovation, and the managerial innovation in the relationship between greening the supplier and the competitive advantage of firms in the plastic industry of Thailand.  The study has used the SEM-PLS to analyses the data. Due to the number of reasons the current study is using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). SEM assumes that variables assed without any errors and have equal capability of consideration with linear and multiple regression analysis. Although SEM is very effective for the estimation of instrument with many distinct equations of multiple regression and also involve in factor analysis and multiple regression. The results of current study show that with the encouragement of green suppliers lead towards internal green product, managerial innovation and process [1]. which will increase competitive advantage. So, this study suggest that companies should integrate their upstream and downstream suppliers for achievement of environmental goals and relive of pressure from buyers. In international market these organizations can create a lot of job opportunities as compare to their competitors. By practice organizations must dedicate considerable efforts for providing guidance, assistance and technical support to suppliers for the implementation of environmental management systems, and organizing the seminars related to environmental awareness and training sessions for helping suppliers for improvement of firm.

Abstract

Supply chain security is one of the components of an industry’s strategy to protect their chain from any risk that can damage their supply chain. ISO 28000 is a standard which specify requirement for security management system for the supply chain. However, there are still many organizations didn’t apply for this standard. Still many mining industries are doubtful about the effectiveness of ISO 28000. This paper objective to examine the pushes and pulls of ISO 28000 implementation for Pahang mining industry. From literature, potential pushes and pulls are identified, then the researchers undergo interview session with experts in mining industry from Pahang of Malaysia. Based on the interview result, this study introduces a list of pushes and pulls to the supply chain security standard. This contributes to implementation of ISO 28000 in mining industry of Malaysia, specifically Pahang. In the industry, the result of this study is beneficial for supply chain managers and policy-makers to ease the ISO implementation and reduce supply chain risks.

Abstract

The researcher specifies the relation between the latent and observed variables and inter-correlation is allowed between all the factors. This research is based on proposing and evaluating the model based on the association between internal and external collaboration, IT capability, and performance of a firm. The study results in important implications, which are important from managerial and theoretical perspectives. The study contributes in a significant way through testing empirically the theoretical assumptions in the previous literature based on the influence of IT on firm performance and collaboration. The study has used the SEM-PLS as a statistical technique to answer the research questions. In this research, it has been considered that there are two constructs of collaboration. Separate constructs have been developed for internal and external collaboration. Moreover, stages are involved in collaboration including simple sharing of information to a truly developed collaboration. A key finding of this study is the influence of internal collaboration on the performance of firm. This finding has been suggested by several research studies, but it does not confirm the crucial role served by internal collaboration. The study, which is among the pioneering studies on the issue will provide policy guidelines to relevant ministry and also helps the researchers in understanding the issues in the Thai auto industry.
