Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of needs, data flow design, database design, and design of information systems administration interfaces PSTIK study program. The research used descriptive method with research form that is survey research. Research subjects are staff, leadership of study program and 60 students of study program. Data analysis technique is to describe the data collected. The results show that the administrative information system consists of seminars and theses, lecturer journals, incoming and outgoing letters, and reports that are tailored to functional requirements, interface needs, and performance needs. The flow of information system data consists of two entities ie students and staff. Students have 6 inflows and outflows, while staff has 10 inflows and outflows. The information system database consists of 16 entities with 8 interrelated relations. The information system interface is divided into two pages. The student page consists of 6 pages, while the staff page consists of three pages.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of speech skills in responding to students' short stories through the application of the stick talking method. This study is based on learning to speak in response to the short story on the students in the category of low. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with a classroom action approach that describes speaking skills to respond to classical short stories and speaking skills in response to a short story through a talking stick method. in practive both two cycles consisting of the planning stage, the execution of the action, the observation, and the reflection. The subject of this study were samples dran bypurposive sampling technique of 30 students of class VII-C SMP Negeri 40 Medan. The results showed that students 'ability to respond to the students' short story increased after talking stick method was applied in the pre-cycles, the average score was 52.33 and the percentage of classical completeness was 20% After applying the method of talking stick ), the result of the students 'test scores on the first cycle obtained an average score of 69.5 and increased to 71.67 in the second cycle test.Based on the percentage of students' classical completeness in cycle I 66.67% increase in cycle II 76.67%. The research concluded that the application of talking stick method can improve the speaking skill in responding to the short story in the students of class VII-C SMP Negeri 40 Medan.

Abstract

The symptoms of patriarchy open space controversy due to the emergence of violent men over women at once into the wetlands for the author to dismantle, even readers in order to build awareness of arif in facing the sides of life nuances of patriarchy. Women Berkalung Turbans works Abidah El Khalieqy loaded with patriarchy. This study mengolaborasikan the theory of domination, patriarchy, and violence in the realm of Sociology literature. Writers in its implementation be flexible over existing theories to be more critical and not stuck in one perspective. The results of the analysis showed that the patriarchal Women Berkalung Turbans as follows: 1). the domestic violence directly marked Patriarchal presence of actions, deeds, and the behavior of injure, damage, and destroyed with the intent to legitimize power, and 2). The patriarchal domestic violence indirectly signaled the presence of dirty sayings, not worthy, and deviate from the norm with the aim of influencing the mindset and psychic, so woke up the image that men are more important than women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian multiyears yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis multikultural sebagai upaya preventif konflik sosial. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation). Di tahun pertama, pengambangan dilakukan sampaitahapan development. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) dan Universitas Mahasaraswati (Unmas) Denpasar dengan sampel 10 dosen (8 dosen Undiksha dan 2 dosen Unmas). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua jenis instrumen, yaitu instrumen untuk data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi serta instrumen untuk data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Analisis kebutuhan materi pembelajaran menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan materi pembelajaran berbasis multikultural sebagai upaya preventif konflik sosial, dan (2) hasil uji ahli menunjukkan meteri pembelajaran valid dan memperoleh tanggapan sangat baik dari dosen (3,64) dan sangat baik dari mahasiswa (3,60).

Abstract

: Praktik koloniaslisme di tanah air yang berlangsung selama tiga setengah abad telah membawa banyak perubahan mendasar pada garis-garis kultural bangsa Indonesia, sebagai bangsa terjajah. Hal ini kemudian tergambar jelas dalam karya sastra poskolonial yang terbit kala itu, termasuk novel Para Priyayi karya Umar Kayam. Pendeskripsian realitas fiksi dan realitas historis tersebut telah memunculkan pola mimikri dan hibriditas. Berdasarkan pengkajian dengan metode hermeutika dan deskriptif berhasil diungkap beberapa hal berikut. Pertama, gejala mimikri yang muncul dalam novel Para Priyayi setidaknya mencakup tiga hal , yaitu (1) mimikri dalam berbahasa; (2) mimikri sebagai penyesuaian etika dan kategori ideal; (3) dan local genius mimikri. Kedua, gejala hibriditas muncul dalam lingkungan sekolah, birokrasi kepemimpinan, dan pendirian sekolah dan perhimpunan organisasi-organisasi pemuda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan secara semiotik antara puisi “Hujan Bulan Juni” Sapardi Joko Damono dengan “Percakapan Senja” Gde Artawan. Secara semiotis fisis, lirik puisi Gde Artawan memiliki unsur kesepadanan dalam pilihan kata, membenamkan kata sarat makna sebagaimana halnya puisi Sapardi Joko Damono. Meski puisi ini lahir dalam waktu yang tidak bersamaan, namun ada nuansa batin yang bisa disandingkan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan semiotik sebagai pisau analisis. Ada pergumulan batin yang mendalam dalam “Hujan Bulan Juni” versus “Percakapan Senja”. Pada “Hujan Bulan Juni” diakhiri dengan “happy ending” sedang dalam “Percakapan Senja” berakhir dengan sad ending“puisi “Hujan Bulan Juni” berujung manisnya sebuah penantian panjang. Ia mendapatkan seseorang yang sangat dinantinya, dengan penuh tulus kasih. Ia membiarkan tak terucapkan segala apa yang ia rasa selama menanti. Sedangkan puisi “Percakapan Senja” menggambarkan tentang akhir sebuah kebersamaan yang menuai titik kebuntuan yang dilatarbelakangi oleh perbedaan yang sangat kuat dan ketiadaan kemauan yang kuat pula untuk saling melebarkan diri menjadi sebuah ikatan yang kuat. Pada akhirnya saling membiarkan masing-masing berjalan sesuai dengan jalurnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk membangun sikap bahasa positif terhadap bahasa Indonesia. Pada makalah ini pembahasan lebih difokuskan pada pola insersi nilai-nilai untuk membangun sikap bahasa terhadap bahasa Indonesia dan efektifitas perangkat yang dikembangkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola insersi penanaman sikap bahasa positif dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis pembelajaran dan menanamkan nilai pada materi pembelajaran. Uji efektifitas menunjukkan bahwa insersi sikap bahasa dalam bahan ajar efektif menumbuhkan sikap bahasa positif terhadap bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Memahami Arti Laba Melalui “Semak” dipilih sebagai judul karena; Pertama, kata “semak” adalah akronim dari Semiotika Akuntansi. Kita akan melihat bagaimana wajah akuntansi (arti laba) jika ditinjau dari sudut pandang semiotika. Kedua, “semak” memiliki makna literal yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Kehutanan sehingga akronim dan objek penelitian memiliki relasi makna. Objek penelitian adalah PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami arti laba yang disajikan dalam laporan tahunan mereka. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik dokumentasi, Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan mengunduh annual report PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk. Fokusnya menganalisis narrative text tentang keseluruhan kondisi perusahaan pada akhir periode akuntansi. Narrative text dianalisa dengan pendekatan semiotika. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan arti laba adalah kesungguhan, prestasi, dan eksistensi diri sebuah perusahaan. Melalui semiotika akuntansi dengan makna kesungguhan, prestasi, dan eksistensi diri sebuah perusahaan diharapkan dapat memperkuat komunikasi bisnis secara intensif.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language in terms of sentence based on the content and structure of children in the Balinese ethnic families and (2) the constraints faced by the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The subject of this research was the Balinese family in Banjar Bernasi who used the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The object of this research was the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese family ethnic in Banjar Bernasi and the constraints faced by the family in Banjar Bernasi in using the Indonesian language as the first language of their children. The data collection methods used were observation method, interview, and recording. There were several steps in analyzing the data, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that (1) the use of Indonesian language as the first language of children in the Balinese ethnic families in Banjar Bernasi in terms of sentence based on the content and structure could be declared that children on the primary school were able to use the sentence well. (2) There was no constraint felt by parents in teaching the Indonesian language to their children. That was because the children had already been using the Indonesian language as a mother language start from the baby. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that children were able to use the Indonesian language well in terms of sentences based on the content and structure. Therefore, it is suggested to parents to always teach their children to speak well so that children are able to communicate by using the Indonesian language effectively.

Abstract

This researche aimed at (1) describing basic skill of Balinees counselor at Banjar distric, Buleleng regency, (2) The problem in implementing basic skill of Balinees counselor, (3) The factor causing the problem in implementing basic skill of Baliness councelor, (4) The solution describing based on the real factors in implementing basic skill of Balinees coubselor in learning procces. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample were 12 people of Balinees counselor from Buleleng regency. Data collection technique used interviewing and observation. The analysis of data was started from data reduction, proccessing/displaying, and given solution. The results of this research was most of the Balinees counselor did not apply basic skill of teaching to teach Balinees language efficiently and maximally. It was proven with (1) the diffuculty of the Balinees counselor in mastering the content of learning as a result they were difficult to teach the content of Balinees language to the learner in learning procces. (2) Lack of interest of the learning to deeply learn about Baliness language. (3) Lack of facilities in supporting Baliness counselor in teaching as a result they got a difficulty in sharing knowledge to the learner. The solution given by the researcher were staurted from variating technique of teaching of Baliness to learner in learning procces, being discipline in mastering class or atmosphere of the class during learning procces. In addition, the researcher provided correlative media in implementing basic skill of Baliness counselor. In summary, the result of this research done was not effective.
