Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Japfa Comfeed Indo Tbk Unit Hatchery Parungkuda. This type of quantitative research uses descriptive research design and verification using path analysis and Sobel test methods. The data collection process uses field research and library research. The number of samples used in this research was 92 employees using random sampling techniques. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as a variable intervening, organizational climate has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB through job satisfaction as an intervening variable Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims and provides valuable insights to examine the effect of organisational culture on the performance of education personnel through motivation and work discipline at Djuanda University. The research method used is quantitative method. This research shows that motivation and work discipline will have a greater influence on organisational culture when mediated by performance. The success of an agency or organisation to achieve a goal is highly dependent on the performance of its employees. A person's performance is said to be good if he is able to complete the assigned tasks on time, always contributes and has good attitudes and behaviour according to work standards that have been determined both by the organisation and the values that apply in the environment where employees work. Another factor that can affect employee performance is motivation. Work discipline is very important for organisational growth, especially to motivate employees to discipline themselves in carrying out work both individually and in groups. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan dan memberikan wawasan berharga untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan melalui motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada Universitas Djuanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja akan lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap budaya organisasi bila dimediasi oleh kinerja. Keberhasilan sebuah instansi atau organisasi untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan sangat bergantung pada kinerja dari para karyawannya. Kinerja seseorang dikatakan baik apabila mampu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan tepat waktu, selalu memberi kontribusi dan memiliki sikap serta perilaku baik sesuai standar kerja yang telah ditentukan baik oleh organisasi maupun nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam lingkungan karyawan bekerja. Faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah motivasi. Disiplin kerja sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan organisasi, terutama untuk memotivasi pegawai agar dapat mendisiplinkan diri dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan baik perorangan maupun kelompok.

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of market orientation, creativity, and product innovation as key strategies. This research uses quantitative methods and collects primary data through questionnaires and direct interviews with MSME owners. The sample size consisted of 100 respondents selected using proportional stratified random sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data were analysed using descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that creativity, innovation, and market orientation have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, both individually and jointly.

Abstract

This study examines social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and brand image both simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The research sample was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses descriptive verification analysis, validity and reliability tests, multiple linear tests and classical assumption tests. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant effect of social media, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and brand image on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the effect of brand awareness and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers of Arei products in Bogor City, consisting of 5476 people. Sampling amounted to 100 people using the sample calculation with the Yamane formula. Data analysis uses descriptive and verification analysis, as well as using path analysis and Sobel Test analysis for intervening variables. The results showed that brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have a direct, positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Brand awareness, celebrity endorsement and consumer confidence have a direct, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness and celebrity endorsement have an indirect, positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the BPOM Label and Halal Label on the purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetics among Generation Z in Bogor City. As public awareness of cosmetic product safety and product halalness for Muslim consumers increases, these two labels are considered crucial in influencing purchasing decisions. The study employs a quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents living in Bogor City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria being respondents who have made at least two purchases of Wardah cosmetics. The research results show a positive and significant influence of the BPOM Label and Halal Label on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions. The BPOM Label plays a role in ensuring product safety, while the Halal Label is an important consideration for Muslim consumers in ensuring that the product aligns with their religious values. The recommendation from this research is that cosmetic companies should pay attention to these labels to enhance the appeal of their products among the younger generation, particularly Generation Z   Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Label BPOM dan Label Halal terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah pada Generasi Z di Kota Bogor. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang keamanan produk kosmetik dan kehalalan produk bagi konsumen Muslim, dua label ini dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden Generasi Z yang tinggal di Kota Bogor. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria responden yang telah melakukan pembelian kosmetik Wardah minimal dua kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Label BPOM dan Label Halal terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah. Label BPOM berperan dalam memberikan jaminan keamanan produk, sedangkan Label Halal menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi konsumen Muslim dalam memastikan produk sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan kosmetik perlu memperhatikan kedua label ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk mereka di kalangan generasi muda, khususnya Generasi Z

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of market orientation, product innovation and digital marketing on competitive advantage by increasing sales volume as a moderating variable. The object of research is culinary, fashion and craft MSMEs in Bogor City. The data used in this research is secondary data. This type of research uses descriptive methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this research based on the criteria obtained as many as 212 respondents consisting of food, clothing and craft business actors using the SEM AMOS 24 testing tool. The analysis technique used was partial and moderate. Partial test results show that market orientation has no effect on competitive advantage, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and digital marketing has a positive and insignificant effect on competitive advantage. And the results of the moderation test show that increasing sales volume weakens market orientation towards competitive advantage, while increasing sales volume can strengthen product innovation towards competitive advantage, and increasing sales volume weakens digital marketing towards competitive advantage.   Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar, Inovasi Produk dan Digital Marketing Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dengan Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Sebagai Variabel Moderating. Objek penelitian pada UMKM kuliner, fashion dan kerajinan di Kota Bogor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Jenis penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh sebanyak 212 responden terdiri dari pelaku usaha makanan, pakaian dan kerajinan dengan alat pengujian SEM AMOS 24. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah secara parsial dan moderasi. Hasil uji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh, inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Dan hasil uji moderasi menunjukan bahwa peningkatan volume penjualan memperlemah orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sedangkan peningkatan volume penjualan dapat memperkuat inovasi produk terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan peningkatan volume penjualan memperlemah digital marketing terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Production Division 3 of PT ABC in Tangerang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The respondents of this study were all employees in Production Division 3, with a population of 100 employees and all of them were samples in this study. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, data analysis test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test using SPSS 24 software. The results of this study found that the results of the hypothesis test obtained an F-count value> F-table or 195.980> 3.090 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT ABC in Tangerang.   Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi produksi 3 PT ABC di Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Divisi Produksi 3, dengan populasi yang berjumlah 100 orang karyawan dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis data, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F-hitung > F-tabel atau 195,980 > 3,090 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT ABC di Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of leaders in enforcing work discipline to improve employee performance, as well as to identify the obstacles faced by leaders in implementing work discipline. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that in implementing work discipline at PT. Berkat Indo Perkasa, leaders provide space for employee participation by involving them in rule formulation and problem-solving, followed by consistency in enforcing discipline. This creates a conducive work environment that positively impacts employee performance. Individual responsibility and organizational goals at the company can be optimally achieved through collaboratively led work discipline. This study specifically highlights the role of leadership in implementing work discipline as a key factor directly contributing to improved employee performance. This approach integrates leadership and discipline in a comprehensive manner, which has rarely been explored in depth before, thereby offering a new perspective on human resource management in organizations. It also contributes to the development of leadership and work discipline theory in the context of enhancing employee performance.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peran pemimpin dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja guna membentuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan juga mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dialami pemimpin dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui  wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan disiplin kerja di PT. Berkat Indo Perkasa pemimpin memberikan ruang partisipasi pada karyawan dengan melibatkan penyusunan aturan, serta penyelesaian masalah, yang berlanjut pada  konsistensi  dalam menegakkan disiplin kerja, sehingga tercipta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan tanggung jawab individu serta tujuann organisasi di perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai  secara optimal melalui penerapan disiplin kerja yang dipimpin secara kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran pemimpin secara khusus dalam penerapan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor kunci yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan aspek kepemimpinan dan disiplin secara terpadu, yang jarang diteliti secara mendalam sebelumnya, sehingga memberikan perspektif baru dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di organisasi, serta bermanfaat dalam memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dalam konteks peningkatan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training program effectiveness and work discipline level on improving employee performance in an organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 30 respondents who are permanent employees. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that both effective training programs and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Training that is in accordance with job needs and consistent work discipline has been shown to increase employee productivity, work quality, and responsibility. These findings provide practical implications that organizations need to continue to develop competency-based training programs and build a disciplined work culture as a strategy for sustainable performance improvement. Keywords: Training; Discipline; Employee Performance; Effectiveness; Human Resources.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas program pelatihan dan tingkat disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 30 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik program pelatihan yang efektif maupun kedisiplinan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan serta disiplin kerja yang konsisten terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas kerja, dan tanggung jawab karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bahwa organisasi perlu terus mengembangkan program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan membangun budaya kerja disiplin sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan
