Abstract

This study aims to assess user satisfaction with the Bstation application using the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service). Questionnaires were distributed to 50 Bstation users at the Indonesian Education University to see user perceptions of PIECES aspects. The results indicated a strong level of satisfaction with application performance, Performance, Information, Efficiency, and Service. However, improvements are needed in the aspects of Economy and control, where users expect more affordable prices and better control over content preferences. Recommendations include re-evaluating the service's tariff structure, transaction and payment methods, as well as improving security in transactions and consumer data protection. These recommendations are expected to improve user satisfaction of competitive streaming services.   ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Bstation dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control Efficiency, and Service). Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 50 pengguna Bstation di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia untuk melihat persepsi pengguna terhadap aspek-aspek PIECES. Hasil penelitian menujukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi pada kinerja aplikasi, yaitu pada aspek Efficiency. Namun, peningkatan diperlukan pada aspek Ekonomi, dalam hal ini pengguna mengharapkan harga yang lebih terjangkau. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi evaluasi ulang terkait struktur tarif layanan, metode transaksi dan pembayaran. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan streaming yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for implementing risk management in navigating the industrial revolution 4.0 with a view from a business perspective. This research method is a literature study that uses a descriptive qualitative approach using library research sources. The results of this review show that today's increasingly sophisticated technology is characterized by the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In utilizing the Industrial Revolution 4.0, an effective system is needed to control and minimize the risks that may occur. To minimize the risks that may occur, companies can implement risk management. As a process of drastic change, the industrial revolution 4.0 brings various implications both positive and negative. Proper risk management is the key to success in dealing with rapid changes in the industrial environment. By understanding the principles of risk management and applying them effectively, companies can optimize long-term growth opportunities and protect corporate value. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi penerapan manajemen ririko dalam navigasi revolusi industry 4.0 dengan tijauan dari perspektif bisnis. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber kepustakaan (library research). Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi yang semakin canggih saat ini ditandai dengan adanya Revolusi Industri 4.0. Dalam pemanfaatan Revolusi Industri 4.0, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang efektif untuk mengendalikan dan meminimalkan risiko yang mungkin akan terjadi. Untuk meminimalkan resiko yang mungkin terjadi perusahaan dapat menerapkan manejem risko. Sebagai sebuah proses perubahan drastis, revolusi industri 4.0 membawa berbagai implikasi baik positif maupun negatif. Pengelolaan risiko yang tepat menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam menghadapi perubahan cepat di lingkungan industri. Dengan memahami prinsip-prinsip manajemen risiko dan menerapkannya secara efektif, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan peluang pertumbuhan jangka panjang dan melindungi nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial competence on MSME performance, analyze the influence of entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial competency on MSME performance through entrepreneurial behavior as a mediating variable, design a model for developing MSME performance. This research used SEM-PLS, data was collected through the technique of distributing questionnaires to 47 MSME respondents (saturated sample). The formation of the MSME Performance model through the factor loading value approach of indicators has good validity. Furthermore, whether the statistical results of each variable have an influence, if the variable results have an influence then it can be included in the model, conversely if the variable does not have an influence then the variable is not included in the model. The research results provide evidence that the entrepreneurial climate has a strong influence on MSME performance and entrepreneurial behavior, while entrepreneurial competence in this research is not proven to be able to directly improve MSME business performance, but entrepreneurial competence will have a big impact on increasing MSME business performance through entrepreneurial behavior. Increasing the performance of MSMEs in the development of the MSME performance model can be determined by the entrepreneurial climate directly with indicators of risk taking and informal networks, and entrepreneurial behavior can mediate the entrepreneurial climate and entrepreneurial competence in improving the performance of MSMEs indirectly. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaanterhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM, Menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaanterhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM melalui Perilaku wirausaha  sebagai variabel Mediasi, membuat rancangan model pengembangan Kinerja usaha UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik penyebaran kuisioner kepada 47 Responden pelaku UMKM (Sample jenuh). Pembentukan model Kinerja usaha UMKM melalui pendekatan nilai loading faktor dari indikator mempunyai validitas yang baik. Selanjutnya apakah hasil statistic setiap variable memiliki pengaruhnya, jika hasil variable terdapat pengaruh maka dapat dimasukan kedalam model, sebaliknya jika variable tidak memiliki pengaruhnya maka variable tersebut tidak dimasukan kedalam model. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti bahwa Iklim Kewirausahaan berpengaruh kuat terhadap Kinerja usaha UMKM dan Perilaku wirausaha, sedangkan Kompetensi Kewirausahaandalam penelitian ini tidak terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha UMKM secara langsung tetapi Kompetensi Kewirausahaanakan berdampak besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha UMKM melalui Perilaku wirausaha . Peningkatan Kinerja usaha UMKM dalam pengembangan model Kinerja usaha UMKM dapat ditentukan oleh Iklim Kewirausahaan secara langsung dengan indikator pengambilan resiko dan jaringan informal, dan Perilaku wirausaha  dapat memediasi Iklim Kewirausahaan dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaandalam peningkatan Kinerja usaha UMKM secara tidak langsung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and employee responses regarding work-life balance and emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. This research method is quantitative research with proportionate random sampling technique. Data collection through distributing questionnaires tested through validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, regression coefficient, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results of the study are work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment of employees in the high enough category. In addition, work-life balance and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment both simultaneously and partially.     ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan tanggapan pegawai mengenai work-life balance dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasional. Metode penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, multikolineriatas, heterokedastisitas, koefisien regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian yakni work-life balance, kecerdasan emosional, dan komitmen organisasional karyawan berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Selain itu, work-life balance dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

Abstract

The research objective was to understand the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) for personnel inspecting dangerous goods cargo at YIA Airport. The descriptive qualitative research method was employed to accurately and systematically describe the problem, which was the prevalence of senders who did not disclose the contents of their packages or cargo with the original description and were dishonest in the PTI, prompting cargo inspection personnel to cancel the shipment due to discrepancies between the document details and cargo contents. During the inspection process for cargo not listed in the PTI, activities that could potentially lead to incidents and accidents needed to be anticipated, as such situations could arise when handling Dangerous Goods. Therefore, SMS implementation within the Regulated Agent (RA) was necessary. The research findings covered the cargo and mail acceptance process, inspection, and further examination of suspect cargo lacking supporting documents; if dangerous goods were found, emergency handling procedures at the RA were required, carried out per regulations. The recommendation was to increase public awareness and education about prohibited or dangerous items for cargo shipments to reduce the risk of accidental smuggling. The beneficiaries were cargo and mail inspection operators and the general public. Keywords:  Safety Management System; Cargo; Dangerous Goods; Regulated Agent   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan SMS pada personel pemeriksa kargo barang berbahaya Bandara YIA. Metoda penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu masalah, secara akurat dan sistematis. Permasalahan adalah banyaknya pengirim yang tidak menyebutkan isi paket atau kargonya dengan keterangan asli, tidak jujur dalam PTI membuat personel pemeriksa kargo dapat membatalkan pemberangkatan kiriman tersebut, dikarenakan keterangan dokumen tidak sama dengan isi kargo, Dalam proses pemeriksaan kargo yang tidak tercantum dalam PTI terdapat aktivitas yang perlu diantisipasi adanya tindakan yang mengarah pada kejadian (incident) dan kecelakaan (accident), hal ini dapat terjadi saat kargo yang tergolong Dangerous Goods ditangani. Perlu adanya penerapan SMS di internal RA. Hasil penelitian proses penerimaan kargo dan pos, pemeriksaan kargo dan pos jika terjadi suspect kargo dikarenakan tidak adanya dokumen yang mendukung terhadap kargo  dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan kargo suspect, jika ada kargo berbahaya maka diperlukan penanganan keadaan darurat di RA. Proses penanganan barang berbahaya dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Saran, adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang jenis barang yang termasuk kategori terlarang atau berbahaya pengiriman kargo. Hal ini dapat mengurangi risiko penyusupan barang terlarang secara tidak sengaja. Penerima maanfaat dalam penelitian adalah para penyelenggara pemeriksaan kargo dan pos dan masyarakat umum. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine the impact of competitive advantage and entrepreneurial spirit on business performance in culinary MSMEs located in Cimahpar Village. With a saturated sample, the population of this study consisted of 70 culinary business actors in Cimahpar Village in 2022. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The findings demonstrated that competitive advantage and an entrepreneurial mindset were positively and significantly correlated with company success. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dan menguji apakah keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner yang berlokasi di Desa Cimahpar. Dengan sampel jenuh, populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 70 pelaku usaha kuliner di Desa Cimahpar pada tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyse the relationship between the performance of XYZ officeemployees in the Banten Provincial government, with teamwork variables, work commitment. andemployee performance variables through the intervening variable of work motivation. Quantitativeresearch method using SmartPLS 4.0 software analysis tool. The research sample was 65 employees ofthe XYZ Agency in Banten Province. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributeddirectly to respondents. The test results show that teamwork has a negative effect on performance,commitment has an influence on employee performance, teamwork variables have an influence onmotivation, work commitment affects motivation, motivation has an influence on employee performance,motivation has an influence on the relationship between teamwork and employee performance. It canbe concluded that to improve employee performance can be supported by teamwork, commitmentthrough work motivation.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan kinerja karyawan kantor XYZ pada pemerintahanProvinsi Banten, dengan Variabel Kerjasama tim, komitmen kerja. dan Variabel kinerja pegawaimelalui variabel intervening motivasi kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alatanalisis software SmartPLS 4.0. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 orang pegawai Instansi XYZ ProvinsiBanten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebar langsung kepada responden.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kerja sama tim berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, komitmen memilikipengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kerja sama tim memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi,komitmen kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi, motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai,motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan kerja sama tim dengan kinerja pegawai. Dapatdisimpulkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dapat ditunjang Kerjasama tim, komitmen melaluimotivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the customer journey at OKE Garden using a Design Thinking approach. The primary issue faced by the company is a decline in revenue in 2024, despite undergoing digital transformation through a website. The approach taken so far has predominantly focused on digitalization without adequately addressing customer needs and challenges throughout their journey. This indicates that the customer journey has not been optimized to deliver a satisfactory experience. The study employs the five stages of Design Thinking (empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test) to analyze and map the customer journey using Customer Journey Mapping (CJM). The novelty of this research lies in the application of Design Thinking to analyze the customer journey at OKE Garden, providing new insights into customer experience management in the retail sector. The use of Customer Journey Mapping facilitates a more in-depth identification of issues, including ineffective communication, limited design options, and challenges in the installation process and after-sales services. The findings suggest that website optimization, improved coordination, expanded design options, and enhanced after-sales services are necessary to increase customer satisfaction. With these improvements, OKE Garden is expected to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of HR practices on corporate culture, with sustainability practices and social responsibility as intervening variables at Puskesmas Balik Bukit Lampung Barat. Utilizing a total sampling technique, data was collected from 52 employees through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results indicate that HR practices have a strong positive effect on both sustainability practices and social responsibility. Furthermore, sustainability practices significantly influence corporate culture and act as a mediator between HR practices and corporate culture, while social responsibility does not show a significant direct or mediating effect. The findings highlight the crucial role of HR practices in fostering sustainability, which in turn shapes the corporate culture. This study provides valuable insights for healthcare organizations to improve their corporate culture and service delivery through strategic HR practices focused on sustainability and social responsibility. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh praktik SDM terhadap budaya perusahaan, dengan praktik keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial sebagai variabel intervening di Puskesmas Balik Bukit Lampung Barat. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 52 karyawan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik SDM memiliki pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap praktik keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Lebih lanjut, praktik keberlanjutan secara signifikan mempengaruhi budaya perusahaan dan bertindak sebagai mediator antara praktik SDM dan budaya perusahaan, sementara tanggung jawab sosial tidak menunjukkan efek langsung atau mediasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting praktik SDM dalam mendorong keberlanjutan, yang pada gilirannya membentuk budaya perusahaan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi organisasi layanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan budaya perusahaan dan penyediaan layanan mereka melalui praktik-praktik SDM strategis yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the motivation and work discipline in improving the performance of personnel at Air Squadron 21 of Abdulrachman Saleh Air Base Malang. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis design. Data were collected by interviewing five informants selected by purposive sampling, supported by observation data and documents. Data processing and analysis were based on the interactive model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The research results obtained: (1) the motivation of TNI personnel to work at Air Squadron 21 is driven by a sense of pride, a spirit of devotion, unit leadership, a conducive work environment, exemplary leadership, and motivational development through worship; (2) the work discipline of TNI personnel at Air Squadron 21 is very important to maintain the operational effectiveness of the organization, which affects performance, including: ability, compliance with rules/procedures, responsibility in performing tasks, loyalty to the unit/organization, operational effectiveness, and flight safety; and (3) motivation and work discipline are the driving elements to improve personnel performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi dan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja personel Skadron Udara 21 Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mewawancarai lima orang informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, didukung dengan data observasi dan dokumen. Pengolahan dan analisis data didasarkan pada model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: (1) motivasi personel TNI bekerja di Skadron Udara 21 didorong oleh rasa kebanggaan, semangat pengabdian, kepemimpinan satuan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, keteladanan pimpinan, dan pengembangan motivasi melalui ibadah; (2) disiplin kerja personel TNI di Skadron Udara 21 sangat penting untuk menjaga efektifitas operasional organisasi, yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, antara lain: kemampuan, ketaatan pada aturan/prosedur, tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas, loyalitas terhadap satuan/organisasi, efektivitas operasional, dan keselamatan penerbangan; dan (3) motivasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan unsur pendorong untuk meningkatkan kinerja personel.
