Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable in employees. This research design uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. In determining the research sample, the authors used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and used the degree of variability sample measurement, obtained as many as 134 employees. The analysis method used is path analysis with t test and sobel test. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior of employees through organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in Pusdiklatwas BPKP employees is in the good category; organizational culture has a direct and positive effect on organizational commitment; job satisfaction has no direct and positive effect on organizational commitment; organizational culture has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; job satisfaction has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational commitment has a direct and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; organizational culture has an indirect and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment; job satisfaction has no indirect and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety and Compensation on Job Satisfaction with Motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bojong Gede with a scope of partner employees working in the field with a total of 87 employees. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and then data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS. The results of the study are that Occupational Health and Safety have no effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health and Safety have an effect on Work Motivation, Work compensation has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Work compensation has an effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has no effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health and Safety have no effect on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation, Work compensation has no effect on Job Satisfaction through Work Motivation.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Bojong Gede dengan ruang lingkup karyawan mitra yang bekerja di lapangan dengan jumlah 87 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kemudian dilakukan analisis data dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian adalah Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan dengan mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi dan K3 terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada unit kerja PT PLN (Persero) ULP Bojonggede. Belum ada penelitian sebelumnya yang secara khusus meneliti keterkaitan ketiga variabel ini dalam konteks kerja teknis berisiko tinggi di lingkungan PLN. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengelolaan SDM sektor kelistrikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance on employee retention, the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction, and test the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship among employees of PT Berkat Dukungan Niaga. The approach used is quantitative with a total sampling technique of 51 respondents. The analysis method used SEM-PLS through SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that work life balance has a significant direct effect on employee retention and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also proven to have a significant effect on employee retention. In addition, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work life balance and employee retention. The implication of this research shows the importance of work-life balance policy in improving employee satisfaction and retention simultaneously.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap retensi karyawan, pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta menguji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja dalam hubungan tersebut pada karyawan PT Berkat Dukungan Niaga. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 51 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara work life balance dan retensi karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya kebijakan work life balance dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi karyawan secara simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of premium prices, service quality, and brand image on customer decisions at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life). This research method uses quantitative with a sample obtained from 75 respondents; the sampling technique in this study is probability sampling from the population, namely the process of determining samples based on coincidence in customers at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life) with the data analysis method using SPLS. The results of the study indicate that premium prices have a positive effect on customer decisions. Then, the quality of service has a positive impact on customer decisions. The brand image also has a positive effect on customer decisions. It is recommended that companies implement a value-based pricing model strategy that considers the perception of value from customers, not just the cost of the product. Then, it is recommended that digital customer service such as chatbots, mobile apps with real-time claim and tracking features, and digital- based education be integrated. It is necessary to implement an integrated communication strategy (integrated marketing communication) that is consistent across all communication channels, both online and offline.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga premi, kualitas pelayanan dan brand image terhadap keputusan nasabah di PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan sample yang diperoleh 75 responden, Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dari populasi yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan di nasabah di PT Asuransi Jiwa Bca (BCA life) dengan metode analisis data menggunakan SPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga premi berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah, dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan nasabah. Disarankan perusahaan perlu melakukan menerapkan strategi model value-based pricing yang mempertimbangkan persepsi nilai dari nasabah, bukan semata-mata biaya produk. Kemudian disarankan mengintegrasikan digital customer service seperti chatbot, mobile apps dengan fitur klaim dan tracking real-time, serta edukasi berbasis digital. Perlu menerapkan strategi komunikasi terpadu (integrated marketing communication) yang konsisten di seluruh kanal komunikasi, baik online maupun offline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of motivation on performance with competence as a moderating variable among financial personnel. Motivation plays a crucial role in improving performance, particularly in work environments requiring high accuracy and dedication, such as in financial management. Competence is assumed to strengthen the relationship between motivation and performance, as adequate skills and abilities enable individuals to work more effectively and efficiently. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving financial personnel as respondents. The data were analyzed using moderation regression analysis to examine the relationships and interactions between variables. The findings reveal that motivation plays a significant positive role in performance, and competence significantly moderates this relationship. These results provide practical implications for developing training programs and strategies to enhance motivation among financial personnel   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel moderasi pada personel keuangan. Motivasi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja, terutama dalam lingkungan kerja yang membutuhkan akurasi dan dedikasi tinggi seperti pada bidang keuangan. Kompetensi diasumsikan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja, karena kemampuan dan keterampilan yang memadai memungkinkan individu untuk bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan personel keuangan sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi untuk menguji hubungan dan interaksi antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki peran positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan kompetensi secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan program pelatihan dan strategi peningkatan motivasi di kalangan personel keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the image of Depi Alqorni Midwife Clinic based on digital marketing and service quality. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability distributed to 70 respondents who are users of Depi Alqorni Midwife Clinic. Data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and statistical tests, using SPSS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that Digital Marketing and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Company Image. Partially, it is known that Digital Marketing has no significant effect, while service quality has a positive and significant effect on the company image of Depi Alqorni Midwife Clinic. It is recommended to optimize social media, standardize service operational procedures, and focus on improving reputation and transparency in professional and ethical communication.

Abstract

Accurately predicting ship loading and unloading volumes at ports is essential for optimizing operations and strategic planning. This study compares three time series forecasting models: SARIMA, LSTM, and Prophet, to predict ship loading and unloading volumes at Tanjung Priok, Indonesia's busiest port. The dataset covers the period from January 2017 to August 2025 in monthly increments. Hyperparameter tuning was performed on each model to determine the optimal hyperparameter values. Model performance was evaluated on the testing dataset using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and accuracy metrics. Based on these four metrics, SARIMA had the best performance with an accuracy rate of 87.97%, followed by the LSTM model at 85.38%, and the Prophet model at 69.40%. SARIMA can capture seasonal patterns and trends in loading and unloading data, making it useful for decision-making related to ship scheduling, crane allocation, and dock management. This study emphasizes the importance of selecting a model based on the characteristics of the data and demonstrates that traditional statistical models, such as SARIMA, are competitive with deep learning models for time series with strong seasonality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive and significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT. Victoria Care Indonesia in West Jakarta. The focus of the study is to determine the extent to which these two independent variables can improve employee effectiveness and productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling technique, where the entire population of 70 employees is used as the research sample. Data were collected through observation and structured questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that leadership style had a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation also has a positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, with the equation showing a positive and significant effect between the two independent variables on employee performance. These findings confirm that improving effective leadership style and high work motivation can encourage improved employee performance in the corporate environment.

Abstract

This study conducts a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis to map the intellectual structure and thematic evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in Human Resource Management (HRM), with a focus on sustainability implications in business. Using PRISMA 2020, 62 articles were selected from Scopus-indexed publications. Bibliometric analysis via VOS viewer reveals three dominant thematic clusters: technical foundations of AI/ML, HRM-oriented applications, and data-driven decision-support systems. Key findings identify India, China, Malaysia, and the United States as leading contributors, with strong South–South collaborations especially between India and Malaysia highlighting emerging innovation pathways in plural economies. The results demonstrate that AI–HRM synergy significantly enhances business sustainability by enabling data-driven strategic decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting personalized and inclusive HR practices. However, ethical risks such as algorithmic bias pose challenges to sustainable implementation. The study recommends transparent AI governance, regular algorithmic audits, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) protocols to ensure that AI integration strengthens rather than undermines human-centric and sustainable HRM. These insights provide a foundation for policymakers and organizations pursuing responsible digital transformation in dynamic regions such as Southeast Asia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The research approach uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. In determining the sample, nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach was used. The research population consisted of 79 employees, who were also used as the research sample based on the Slovin formula calculation. Data analysis was performed through normality tests, linearity tests, and significance tests (t-tests) to test the research hypothesis. The t-test results for the discipline variable showed a t-count value of 4.197, which was greater than the t-table value of 1.960, so H0 was rejected. This finding shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the linearity test on the work motivation variable on employee performance showed a significance value of 0.811, higher than the significance limit of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance, thereby fulfilling the prerequisites for further testing in the regression model. Overall, this study proves that both work discipline and work motivation are important factors that influence employee performance at the Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Tangerang City.
