Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel inovasi produk, orientasi pasar, dan variabel mediasi keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran dalam UMKM. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 3.031 unit UMKM kuliner di Kota Semarang. Sampel sebanyak 96 UMKM dipilih dengan kriteria UMKM pada sektor makanan minuman dan telah beroperasi lebih dari dua tahun. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pemilik UMKM. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Inovasi produk berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Inovasi produk tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian dan pengembangan inovasi produk bagi UMKM sebagai strategi untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing dan meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Dengan demikian, UMKM dapat tetap bersaing dalam pasar yang kompetitif dan memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap perekonomian negara.ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of product innovation variables, market orientation, and competitive advantage mediating variables on marketing performance in MSMEs. The population of this research was 3,031 culinary MSME units in Semarang City. A sample of 96 MSMEs was selected using the criteria of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector and had been operating for over two years. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to MSME owners. Data analysis was carried out using partial least squares. The research results show that market orientation has no effect on competitive advantage and marketing performance. Product innovation influences competitive advantage and marketing performance. Product innovation has no influence on marketing performance through competitive advantage. The implication of this research is the importance of attention and development of product innovation for MSMEs as a strategy to achieve competitive advantage and improve marketing performance. In this way, MSMEs can remain competitive in a competitive market and make a greater contribution to the country's economy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja hibrida terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Karyawan kantor pusat PT Pegadaian yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 213 orang, yaitu 148 karyawan sudah memiliki pengalaman profesional, 173 orang merupakan karyawan tetap dan 136 orang belum memiliki pengalaman rotasi pekerjaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model kerja hibrida berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga karyawan merasa produktif saat bekerja di kantor. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen PT. Pegadaian (Persero) dapat memfasilitasi karyawan untuk merasa produktif baik bekerja di kantor maupun bekerja dari rumah, sehingga karyawan memiliki produktivitas kinerja yang tinggi. Hal ini diartikan bahwa karyawan merasa nyaman, baik bekerja di kantor (WFO) maupun bekerja dari rumah (WFH), sehingga memiliki produktivitas kinerja yang tinggi.ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify employee characteristics and analyze the influence of a hybrid work environment on employee performance. This research uses descriptive analysis methods and SEM-PLS. The PT Pegadaian head office employees sampled in this study were 213 people, as well as 148 employees with work periods of 1-5 years. Apart from that, 148 employees already have professional experience, 173 people are permanent employees and 136 people have no job rotation experience. The results of the analysis show that the hybrid work model has a positive effect on employee performance so that employees feel productive when working in the office. These results indicate that the management of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) can facilitate employees to feel productive whether working in the office or working from home, so that employees have high-performance productivity. This means that employees feel comfortable, whether working in the office (WFO) or working from home (WFH), so they have high-performance productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen afektif dengan menambahkan dua variabel mediasi yaitu otonomi kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Adapun sampel penelitian adalah 203 responden dari berbagai bank swasta di Jawa. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memengaruhi komitmen afektif, kepemimpinan transformasional memengaruhi otonomi kerja dan komitmen afektif melalui kesejahteraan psikologis baik secara langsung maupun sebagai variabel mediasi. Sebaliknya, otonomi pekerjaan tidak memengaruhi komitmen afektif secara langsung atau sebagai mediasi. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kesejahteraan psikologis dalam membentuk keterikatan karyawan dalam bank swasta. Manfaat praktis dari penelitian ini bagi organisasi, khususnya di sektor perbankan, adalah pentingnya mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang tidak hanya fokus pada pemberian otonomi kerja, tetapi lebih pada pengembangan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan.ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on affective commitment by introducing two mediating variables: job autonomy and psychological well-being. This study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach. The research sample consists of 203 respondents from various private banks in Java. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Squares. The findings indicate that transformational leadership affects affective commitment, with transformational leadership influencing job autonomy and affective commitment through psychological well-being, both directly and as a mediating variable. Conversely, job autonomy does not directly affect affective commitment or act as a mediator. Theoretically, the results of this study underscore the importance of psychological well-being in shaping employee attachment in private banks. The practical implications of this research for organizations, particularly in the banking sector, highlight the significance of adopting transformational leadership styles that focus not only on providing job autonomy but also on fostering the psychological well-being of employees.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran digital dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Manajemen Pascasarjana Universitas IPWIJA. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 112 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital dan persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap citra merek, pemasaran digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital dan citra merek bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital, persepsi harga dan citra merek secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, pemasaran digital berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek, persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Dengan demikian, Universitas IPWIJA untuk selalu dapat menjaga citra merek perguruan tinggi, mengingat indikator identitas merek memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan indikator yang lain.ABSTRACTResearch was conducted to examine the influence of digital marketing and price perceptions on purchasing decisions through brand image. The population used in this research were active students of the IPWIJA University Postgraduate Management Study Program. The sampling technique used cluster sampling with a total research sample of 112 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research show that digital marketing and price perception influence brand image, digital marketing has no influence on purchasing decisions, price perception and brand image influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing and brand image together influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing, perception price and brand image together influence purchasing decisions, digital marketing influences purchasing decisions through brand image, price perception influences purchasing decisions through brand image. Thus, IPWIJA University can always maintain the university's brand image, considering that the brand identity indicator has the highest value compared to other indicators.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to assets ratio, return on assets, dan total assets turnover terhadap financial distress. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020Q1-2022Q4. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 10 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan return on asset berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress serta debt to assets ratio dan total assets turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan rasio leverage yang diproksikan dengan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi perlu meningkatkan dan mengutamakan pembayaran utang dengan bunga tinggi atau jangka waktu pendek pendapatan untuk mengurangi rasio utang terhadap aset serta perusahaan perlu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan menggunakan sumber dayanya secara lebih efisien.ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine the influence of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to assets ratio, return on assets, and total assets turnover on financial distress. The population in this study are transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020Q1-2022Q4 period. The research sample was 10 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses regression analysis. The research results show that the current ratio and return on assets have a negative effect on financial distress and the debt to assets ratio and total assets turnover have a positive effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, the leverage ratio proxied by the debt to equity ratio has no effect on financial distress. The implication of this research is that transportation companies need to increase and prioritize debt payments with high interest or short term income to reduce the debt to asset ratio and companies need to increase operational efficiency by using their resources more efficiently.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study empirically examines the influence of destination image and intention to revisit on intention to recommend and the mediating role of intention to revisit in the relationship between destination image and intention to recommend. The research focuses on Sunan Ampel religious tourism site visitors in Surabaya, utilizing non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. The sample consists of individuals who have previously visited a religious site in Surabaya, Indonesia. There were 267 respondents participated in this study. This study found destination image has a significant influence on the intention to revisit and the intention to recommend. Furthermore, the intention to revisit significantly affects the intention to recommend. Finally, destination image significantly influences the intention to recommend through the mediating role of intention to revisit. Suggestions for religious tourism managers include stimulating tourists to have a high intention to recommend by providing easy access and comprehensive information. Improvements in facilities should be made to ensure that tourists can comfortably utilize them.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh destination image, intention to revisit terhadap intention to recommend serta peran intention to revisit sebagai mediator antara destination image dan intention to recommend. Responden penelitian adalah pengunjung wisata religi Sunan Ampel Surabaya, menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke sebuah wisata religi di Surabaya, Indonesia. Terdapat 267 responden pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menemukan destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to revisit dan intention to recommend. Temuan lain adalah Intention to revisit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to recommend. Temuan selanjutnya destination image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to recommend melalui intention to revisit. Bagi pengelola wisata religi dapat memicu wisatawan untuk timbul intention to recommend yang tinggi dengan memberikan kemudahan akses dan informasi. Perbaikan terhadap fasilitas juga perlu dilakukan agar wisatawan merasa lebih nyaman saat berkunjung.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Lima puluh peserta dari empat lokasi Bogor yang berbeda dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf dari Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif pendekatan verifikatif melalui pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kemampuan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan pihak klinik dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih baik lagi melalui kemampuan kerja dengan meningkatkan pelatihan atau peningkatan skill, memotivasi staf secara berkala, dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work ability, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of the employees of Klinik Pratama dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. Fifty participants from four different Bogor locations were sampled. Data collection techniques use interview and questionnaire techniques. The respondents for this research were all staff from the Pratama Clinic, Dr. Ida Skincare Bogor. The research method uses descriptive analysis, a verification approach through multiple linear regression analysis testing. The research results show that partially and simultaneously work ability, motivation, and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research implies that it is hoped that the clinic can pay more attention and improve performance through work ability by increasing training or increasing skills, motivating staff regularly, and improving work discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine the role of brand love as a moderator between the influence of social media marketing and brand loyalty on the choice to buy K-pop Treasure music albums. This research uses a quantitative approach combined with descriptive statistics. The number of research samples was 400 samples using the non-probability sample method. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that brand love has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand love, brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand love, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand love significantly mediates the relationship between brand loyalty and purchasing decisions, and brand love significantly mediates the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peran brand love sebagai moderator antara pengaruh social media marketing dan brand loyalty terhadap pilihan membeli album music K-pop Treasure. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepribadian, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian terhadap kinerja melalui OCB maupun motivasi kerja. Populasi penelitian 133 perawat PNS di RSUD X dengan sampel 100 orang yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan skala rating. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepribadian, OCB dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Kepribadian berpengaruh langsung positif baik terhadap OCB maupun motivasi kerja. Kepribadian juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja baik melalui OCB maupun motivasi kerja tetapi tidak signifikan. Rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui penguatan kepribadian, OCB dan motivasi kerja.ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the direct influence of personality, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and work motivation on performance as well as the indirect influence of personality on performance through OCB and work motivation. The research population was 133 civil servant nurses at RSUD X with a sample of 100 people selected using the simple random sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and rating scale. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and path analysis techniques. The research results show that personality, OCB, and work motivation have a direct positive effect on performance. Personality has a direct positive effect on both OCB and work motivation. Personality also has an indirect influence on performance, both through OCB and work motivation, but it is not significant. Hospitals can improve nurse performance by strengthening personality, OCB, and work motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat penyalur zakat di Kota Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory survey dan metode penarikan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang karyawan. Kemudian diuji dengan pengujian Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecerdasan emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), serta kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Dengan demikian, perusahaan sebaiknya mampu meyakinkan karyawan bahwa karyawan dihargai, dipenuhi hak-haknya, dan diberikan kepercayaan penuh, sebagai bentuk motivasi dan dukungan kepada karyawan.ABSTRACTThis research examines emotional intelligence's influence on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted at one of the zakat-distributing Non-Governmental Organizations in Bogor City. This type of research is descriptive and quantitative with an explanatory survey method and a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling method. Data collection was obtained from questionnaires with 32 employees as respondents. Then, it was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) testing. The research results show that emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) directly affect employee performance. Emotional intelligence positively affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and emotional intelligence indirectly affects employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Thus, companies should be able to convince their employees that their employees are valued, have their rights fulfilled, and are given full trust, as a form of motivation and support for employees.
