Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran tata usaha dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf tata usaha dan tim pemasaran LKP Star Academy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata usaha memainkan peran strategis dalam pengelolaan data calon peserta, koordinasi kegiatan promosi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Pengelolaan data yang terstruktur memungkinkan kampanye pemasaran lebih tepat sasaran, sementara pelayanan administratif yang berkualitas menciptakan citra positif lembaga di mata calon peserta. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara tata usaha dan tim pemasaran serta penggunaan teknologi digital berperan penting dalam menyebarkan informasi program kursus secara luas dan efisien. Dengan demikian, tata usaha berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan efektivitas pemasaran melalui dukungan administratif, koordinasi strategis, dan pelayanan berkualitas.

Abstract

This study attempts to finalize the idea of civic education assisted by podcast media to strengthen the civic competence of blind students. This research is based on descriptive qualitative, because it is natural, participatory and in-depth. The results of the study are that the idea of civic education assisted by podcast media is able to strengthen the civic competence of blind students because the presentation of civic education material is realized verbally or in dialogue in line with the needs of blind students. The stages of civic education practice assisted by podcast media are, finalizing the theme, interactive dialogue, narrative evaluation and reflection, then overcoming the individual or medical model of disability and also the charity model of disability, then reflecting the social model of disability, then making civic education more inclusive and accommodating to disabilities.
