Design/Methode/Approach : This type of research is explanatory research and a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the slovin technique, resulting in a total of 400 respondents. The data source utilizes survey data from online questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-4. The analysis technique includes outer model testing and inner model testing with SmartPLS. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that Islamic promotion, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping motivation and positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, Islamic promotion and hedonic shopping motivation have a significant positive effect on impulse buying through positive emotions as mediation. However, the different results of positive emotions cannot mediate between fashion involvement and impulse buying. Theoretical contribution/Originality : Using Islamic promotional variables to implement appropriate marketing according to Islam and positive emotions as mediating variables are expected to have a significant effect both directly and indirectly. Practitionel/Policy implication : The implications of this research for e-commerce users as business actors, the use of Islamic promotions can encourage impulse buying among Generation Z in Banyuwangi Regency so as to increase sales of Muslim fashion products. For generation Z as consumers who shop with hedonic motives, fashion involvement, and positive emotions can trigger impulse buying, so that it has the potential for consumptive behavior. Research limitation : This research focuses on the impulse buying of Banyuwangi Z generation consumers who have shopped through e-commerce.

Abstract

Abstract Research aim : This study examines market efficiency using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method on BUMN stocks in Indonesia. Design/Methode/Approach : This model explains the relationship between risk and return in an efficient market. The analysis focuses on using stock beta calculations for 5 years. Research Finding : The research results are as follows: 1) the BUMN stock market in Indonesia is classified as efficient, namely 11 stocks where 5 companies have positive individual returns, namely ANTM, TINS, KRAS, BBNI, and PGAS. There are 6 companies that have negative returns, namely WSKT, ADHI, WIKA, PTPP, SMBR, and BBTN. 2) the analysis was carried out during the covid-19 pandemic period, the basic material sector is a collection of stocks that are classified as resilient during the pandemic showing positive and efficient returns. 3) overall, there is a high systematic risk of BUMN stocks in Indonesia, and actively responds to any changes that occur in market prices. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This contribution is expected to be a reference for investors and market participants. Practitionel/Policy implication : These results provide information for investors to choose efficient State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) stocks in deciding to invest and still consider the nature and characteristics of each investor. Research limitation : Future research is expected to use other methods in analyzing the level of stock risk such as Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) or estimating future stock prices using the ARIMA / GarCH forecasting method and increasing the number of samples in the study or different market indices so that the expected results are more accurate in predicting future stock prices.

Abstract

Research Aim: This study re-evaluates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on LQ45 stock prices Methods: Data from 2018-2021 are analyzed, with 2018-2019 representing pre-pandemic prices and 2020-2021 representing pandemic prices. Comparative analysis is conducted using average t-tests, with normality tests guiding the choice between paired sample t-tests and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests Findings: Data exhibited a non-normal distribution, revealing a significant 27% average decrease in LQ45 stock prices during the pandemic. This underscores the pandemic's substantial impact on stock prices, particularly within the LQ45 index Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study corroborates earlier findings and provides empirical evidence of the significant difference in LQ45 stock prices before and during COVID-19, resolving previous inconsistencies Practitioner/Policy Implication: The COVID-19 pandemic negatively affects stock prices, signaling adversity to investors and prompting market reactions, leading to decreased stock values. The LQ45 index experienced a decline in share prices from 2020 to 2021, highlighting the pandemic's enduring impact on market dynamics Research Limitation: This study focuses solely on the COVID-19 impact on LQ45 stock prices using year-end closing prices. Future research could explore this influence further using monthly or quarterly stock data

Abstract

Research Aim: This study explores the relationship between leadership, communication, interpersonal, and ethics on the employability of graduates from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). Method: This research applied a quantitative method with 260 respondents from UMT alumni. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses. Research Finding: The results indicate that communication skills and ethics significantly affect the employability of UMT graduates, whereas leadership and interpersonal skills show no significant relationship. Ethics emerged as the most influential variable, with a beta coefficient of 0.826. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study highlights the importance of soft skills, particularly ethics and communication, in enhancing the employability of UMT graduates. It supports the literature that technical skills alone are insufficient to determine employability; they must be combined with soft skills. Practitioner/Policy Implication: The findings suggest educational policy implications, where universities should focus on developing students' soft skills, particularly ethics and communication, to improve graduate employability. Leadership and interpersonal skills development programs could also be enhanced. Research Limitation: This study is limited to UMT alumni and utilizes only quantitative data. Future research should involve other universities and consider qualitative approaches to gain deeper insights into other factors influencing employability.
