Abstract

If students do not have good resilience, it will be difficult to follow the learning process and live a daily life that is felt to be unsatisfactory. Resilience does not only refer to negative mental health, but also refers to how an individual is able to develop their potential and abilities optimally, as individuals who function both physically, emotionally and psychologically. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of self compassion and grit on student resilience during a pandemic. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results concluded that the variables of grit and self-compassion affect either partially or simultaneously the resilience of students during Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The problems of this research are 1) What is the validity of Monopoly learning media on the function material of animal and plant body parts for fourth grade students of Sanggrahan 2 Prambon Nganjuk Elementary School 2) What is the practicality of Monopoly learning media on material function of animal and plant body parts for fourth grade students of Sanggrahan 2 Prambon Nganjuk Elementary School 3) How is the effectiveness of Monopoly learning media on material function of animal and plant body parts for Grade IV students at SDN Sanggrahan 2 Prambon Nganjuk This research is a type of development research with reference to research and development. According to Robert Maribe Branch (2009) in Sugiyono (2015: 38) "ADDIE is an extension of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation". Research data collection techniques through observation, material expert validation questionnaires and expert validation questionnaires. media, teacher response questionnaire, student response questionnaire, pre-test and post-test. the implementation of monopoly learning media was carried out in trials, research trials were carried out at SDN Sanggrahan 2 Prambon. The results of Monopoly learning media research on the function of animal and plant body parts for fourth grade students at Sanggrahan 2 Prambon Elementary School conducted a validity test by media and material experts, the material validation test was carried out in 2 stages. . the second validation test with a score of 97% means that it is in the Very Valid criteria. for the results of the validation test by the learning media, 2 stages were carried out, the first was the validation test by the media with a score of 86.25%, meaning that it was included in the Very Valid criteria, the second was the validation test by the media with a score of 88.75%. the practicality test was validated by teachers and students, the results of the practicality test by the Teacher Response Questionnaire obtained a score of 77.78%, which means that it is included in the practical criteria and is easy to use. The results of the effectiveness test were carried out with the pretest and post-test, stated to be Very Effective in increasing students' ability to investigate the function of animal and plant body parts. Evidenced by the achievement of KKM ≥70 questions Posttest 100% of students who are able to achieve KKM.

Abstract

Motivation is seen from the meaning of the word, motivation (motivation) means things that give rise to encouragement or circumstances that give rise to encouragement. Motivation can also be said to be energy to generate drive within oneself (drive arousal). There are three main components in motivation, namely: needs, drives and goals. Judging from the KBBI teaching is defined as a process, deed, method of teaching or teaching, teaching matters, everything about teaching, about experiences, events experienced or seen. On a macro level, learning is a process that is pursued so that students can optimize their potential, both cognitive and socio-emotional, effectively and efficiently to achieve the expected behavior change. Abstract

Inclusive education is to provide education system that provides opportunities for all learners with special needs to be able to follow education or learning in an educational setting together with the learners in general (East Java Governor Regulation, No. 6 of 2011). In the implementation of policy implementation implementation of inclusive education in six schools Organising Inclusive Level Elementary School and Junior High School, was found several classical problems, namely a lack of teachers Educators Lodging, unavailability of dedicated space for the handling of Children with Special Needs, no psychologists or guidance counseling, lack of socialization on inclusive education in the community around the school, and lack of knowledge about of Children with Special Needs regular teachers. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Government policy of inclusive education at the level of elementary and junior high school levels. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of research on the implementation or operation of the implementation of inclusive education by using the theory Merile S. Grindle, while the data collection used observation, interview, documentation and triangulation.

Abstract

The term program can be analogous to goods (goods) or services (services) that are sold to other forms of business. Programs or often referred to as events are items that people need so they are willing to listen to them. In the world of radio, understanding the station format is the heart of all programming performance. Every broadcast program production process refers to the choice of radio station format which is increasingly specific (segmented) as the number of radio stations increases and listeners become more segmented. The more modern the radio, the more specialized the format, the more competitive a radio is, the more focused its program position will be. Abstract

The learning strategy is one of the factors that will determine the success of learning. Abstract

The essence of independent learning is the freedom of teachers and students in the learning process. This freedom has not been experienced by teachers and students so far because teachers are more concerned with the administration of education and learning. Teachers also do not understand the concept and its role in the independent learning policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in the independent learning policy and its implementation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. The reasons behind the emergence of this research are none other than seeing the current independent learning policy as something new for the world of education. The role of the teacher varies widely, including independent learning facilitators, innovative and creative teachers, teachers with characteristics as teachers, and driving teachers. Based on these explanations, this study concluded that understanding the meaning of independent learning and the teacher's role in independent learning helps teachers and students to be more independent in thinking, more innovative and creative, and happy in learning activities. The research method used is a qualitative approach. While the data was collected through library research methods (library research).

Abstract

Career planning in junior high school students is usually related to further education planning. further education planning for grade IX students is to help them prepare for further education and be able to make further education choices that match their potential. Although further education planning is important, some students still face various problems related to further education planning. This study aims to analyze the importance of developing a career guidance module that can help junior high school students' further education planning. This research method uses literature study research. The results showed that it is important to develop a module based on the "Guidelines for career guidance services for guidance and counseling teachers/counselors in primary and secondary education units by the ILO (international labor organization). Based on this guide, it is important to develop material that is needed by students but has not been explained in the guide, condense the material and of course use explanations that are easily understood by students in grade IX junior high school or equivalent.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s curiosity about the use of audio-visual media used in social studies learning at the MAS Islamic Center. Audio-visual media is a medium that displays images with sound so that learning to use this media becomes more interesting. A number of tools used by teachers in conveying concepts, ideas and experiences captured by the senses of sight and hearing based on the understandings that have been given. The use of audio-visual learning media is based on the problem of low student learning motivation in the learning process which causes students to be less active in paying attention to lessons. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Using a descriptive type of research, namely because it wants to describe the use carried out by increasing learning motivation in social studies learning at the MAS Islamic Center. Data obtained by observation and interview data collection techniques.

Abstract

Allowance for Loss Receivables is a method of writing off receivables indirectly. There are two assessments made in determining the amount of losses on receivables, namely based on the percentage of sales and the balance of receivables. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis and the types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. This research was conducted through the collection, processing, analysis and comparison of data based on accounting theory and its description. Based on the results of the study, Hotel Sahid Kawanua Manado in determining the amount of losses on receivables uses an assessment based on the percentage of sales. In accordance with management decisions, the amount reserved for uncollectible accounts is 0.25% of sales proceeds. This is recognized as an expense to the hotel. Receivable losses will be reported in the profit and loss financial statements which will reduce sales profit. Meanwhile, in the financial statements, the balance is reported as a reserve for losses on receivables which will reduce receivables so that the value of the company's assets decreases.
