Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan aplikasi digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Aplikasi yang digunakan peneliti adalah aplikasi yang bernama Canva. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pentinggnya media pembelajaran dengan mengikuti perkembangan teknoligi sekarang. Penelitian berbasis teknologi digital ini menggunakan media audio visual atau berbasis video. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif, dengan menggunakan metode D & D. Subjek penititian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Babakanhurip sumedang. Berdasarkan hasil angket dan observasi dapat dilihat bahwa penelitian ini memiliki hasil yang bagus. Terlihat bahwa penting bagi pendidik untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Dikarenakan belum terlalu banyak pendidik yang menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis video, peneliti memakukan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dapat melihat antusiame anak dalam pembelajaran berbasis video animasi. Penilaian media pembelajaran dari guru PAI SD Babakanhurip mendapatkan 5 nilai sempurna yaitu 5 poin dari 8 pertanyaan, sisanya mendapatkan nilai 4 poin. Untuk penilaian kesesuaian materi dengan produk mendapatkan 1 poin sempurna dari 3 pertanyaan, sisanya mendapatkan nilai 4 poin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa masih ada beberapa hal produk yang harus diperbaiki.

Abstract

In carrying out a voyage, a ship has several navigational obstacles in terms of various conditions such as bad weather, narrow shipping lanes, black-outs, inadequate navigation equipment and lack of knowledge in operating navigation equipment. This study is aimed to know the skills of officers of the watch in using radar to avoid collisions in bad weather, narrow shipping lanes and black-outs. This study used a qualitative approach in which the data will be analyzed descriptively. Besides, the results of the analysis are also arranged to reveal about the development of teaching materials. In line with this opinion, this research can be developed in order to discuss the problems aboard the MT. Narpatisuta. The study show that: (1) The use of radar during bad weather are by using the gain, sea, rain tuner settings to adjust the strength of the radar signal and reduce the visibility disturbance from sea and rain conditions; (2) The use of radar when sailing in narrow shipping lanes can use EBL, VRM and Parallel Index to draw lines from ships to other objects, find out the distance between ships and the objects in vicinity and made several parallel lines to make it easier to sail in narrow shipping lane by keeping a distance from objects in vicinity; (3) In case of black-out, the radar screen must be monitored if there are dangers or other objects approaching, use all the features on the radar to avoid accidents and maximize radar operations such as sea, gain, rain, VRM, EBL and so forth.

Abstract

MSMEs as part of the economic sector have driven many wheels of the community's economy through equitable distribution of people's income, provision of employment for productive working age, and specialization of products produced by each region. As a sector that has driven the wheels of the economy a lot and contributed positively to the national economy, the government is promoting MSMEs which continue to be developed in the community. However, in its development, MSMEs are not as easy as expected. There are many challenges and obstacles in the development of MSMEs. In terms of capital and financing, the skills of the workforce and business actors, information and technology, and the need for business actors to always innovate and this is not easy because the business actors of Tanjung Bumi batik are located in remote areas with minimal information, the education level of business actors is low. low ambition, the nature of the business which is family and hereditary and the people who are still not familiar with technology. The element of capital is the main and crucial element in running a business. We know that the element of capital cannot be denied its contribution to the running of the business. If the capital is strong, the business will easily develop. Financing will be easily facilitated and there will be no increase outside the budget for the business being carried out. Supported by the ability (skills) of good business actors, it is undeniable that business will bring the expected results. Elements of internal factors from business actors also dominate the implementation of business operations. Interest in entrepreneurship is motivated by individual motives in running their business. Motives within these individuals will facilitate the implementation of learning in entrepreneurial experience, bring up entrepreneurial personality, positive perceptions of entrepreneurial characteristics which ultimately lead to strong motivation in running a business.

Abstract

Forms of interpersonal communication can be established in a family that involves communication between individual parents and children. The age difference between parents and children is quite wide, causing differences in the periods experienced by both parties. It is possible that the differences in the periods experienced will provide different experiences in the form of attitudes and views between parents and children. Most parents always demand high achievements from their children in their education, without being accompanied by a democratic attitude and a lack of communication approaches, so that children's development is neglected, which ultimately affects children's learning achievements. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication between parents and children and students' self-concept on the achievement motivation of students of Chinese ethnic descent at SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru directly or moderated by student learning motivation. This research is included in causal research using descriptive quantitative methods. This research was conducted on students of Chinese ethnic descent at SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The time of the research started from January and February 20223. The population in this study were all students of Chinese ethnic descent at SMK Negeri 1 Pekanbaru, with the total number up to the 2022 school year - 2023 there are as many as 50 people. The sampling method uses the Saturated Sample method (Census Sample), so that the entire population is taken as a research sample. The data used is primary data through a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Analysis using Warp-PLS Software Version 5.0. The results showed that direct interpersonal communication between parents and children and students' self-concept had an effect on students' achievement motivation. Indirectly, student learning motivation has a significant positive moderating effect on the interpersonal communication relationship between parents and children and students' self-concept on student achievement motivation. However, student learning motivation is not a variable that can strengthen interpersonal communication relationships between parents and children and students' self-concept towards student achievement motivation. The contribution of interpersonal communication between parents and children, students' self-concept and the interaction of students' learning motivation on student achievement motivation is 96.6%, while the remaining 3.4% is the contribution of other variables not discussed in the research model.

Abstract

In a class there are various characteristics of students, some are active and some are passive, so to foster motivation so that students or classes that are in a vacuum can receive lessons on a par with the others, you must use methods that can foster student motivation. The objective of this Classroom Action Research are: (1) To find out and describe the implementations of the Games Method in Physical Education learning in class IV SDN Bubutan IV Surabaya. (2) To find out the impact and analyze the implementation of the Games Method in increasing students' motivation and understanding of the subject matter in Physical Education learning in class IV SDN Bubutan IV Surabaya. Student learning outcomes seen from the pre-cycle table, cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III showed an increase. This is evidenced by the results of student learning in cycle I showing an average of 70.21, the percentage of scores above 70 achieved by students was only 30%. In cycle II, the average student score was 75.65, while the percentage of 70 and above was 91%. From these data, it shows that the game method in learning can increase the interest in learning Physical Education in the material of basic jumping motion.

Abstract

The general objective of this classroom action research is to develop students' abilities to actively participate in mathematics learning between students and teachers, by using realistic approach techniques to improve students' mathematics results or achievement. Using realistic techniques, this classroom action research was conducted over two time periods. Planning, activities, observation, and reflective analysis form four phases in each cycle. To discuss a series of work, and the final test of the cycle each student gathers with other group members. The results of classroom action research are: (1) student achievement has increased compared to before; (2) cycle I only had 72.42% willingness to learn; and (3) cycle II needs corrective action. Based on the observation results of the second cycle, it increased to 96.55%. According to this research, learning mathematics will be more effective if students take a realistic approach to each subject matter, so teachers are advised to make a practical approach to subject matter in each lesson.

Abstract

Educational marketing is currently important for the survival of educational institutions. Educational institutions that are superior and in demand by many consumers are required to carry out active educational marketing, without marketing, school education will be unable to compete. This study describes the principal's educational marketing strategy in increasing the quantity of students. This research was conducted at RA Nurul Jannah, Neglasari District, Tangerang City. The method used in this research is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study reveal that there are six educational marketing strategies in increasing the quantity of students: product strategy, price, location, promotion, human resources, and infrastructure.

Abstract

His study aims to analyze the Content of Character Education Values ​​in Student Books for Social Studies Class VIII in the Freedom to Learn Curriculum. This study uses content analysis methods and uses a qualitative research approach. In this study, the source of the data used was the Social Sciences Class VIII Student's Book of the Independent Learning Curriculum. In collecting data, it must be analyzed carefully and carefully in order to find the character education values ​​contained in the book. Based on the results of the research, the data obtained regarding the values ​​of character education contained in the Student's Books for Class VIII Social Studies Subjects of the Freedom to Learn Curriculum, namely Tolerance, Religion, Mutual Respect, Equality, Love of the Motherland, Responsibility, National Spirit, Mutual Cooperation, Critical Thinking, Competent, Competitive, Integrity, Self-starter, Discipline, Politeness, Care for the Environment, Teamwork, Friendly, Independent, Global Diversity, Mutual Respect, Curiosity, National Spirit, Social Integrity, Togetherness, Nationalism, Willing to Sacrifice , Democratic, Patriotism Spirit, Love Peace, Solidarity, and Social Care.

Abstract

This research aims to improve teachers' ability to apply online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at UPTD SDN Sejati 1. This type of research is school action research (action research). The research being carried out is qualitative research, namely research that explains the efforts made to improve teachers' abilities in carrying out online learning in the teaching and learning process. This research was carried out at UPTD SDN Sejati 1, Sampang District, 2019/2020 Academic Year. The subjects in this study were all teachers at UPTD SDN Sejati 1, totaling 16 teachers. Based on observations, these teachers were not optimal in implementing online learning. The object of this research is an effort to improve teachers' abilities in online learning through the Google Classroom application. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire sheet, which is useful for recording all events of carrying out teacher assignments in online learning during research. The results of the research show that the understanding of teachers at UPTD SDN Sejati 1 in online learning is in accordance with the demands of the Government during the Covid-19 Pandemic which required teachers to carry out online learning that has been implemented and carried out properly at UPTD SDN Sejati 1. The results show that In Cycle I, the teacher's understanding of online learning was carried out during the learning process at UPTD SDN Sejati 1, the number of which was 1,260. The average value is 37, with a percentage of 77.20%. Thus the understanding of teachers at UPTD SDN Sejati 1 is in the Fairly Good category. Then it increased after the implementation of Cycle II of Online Learning which was carried out during the learning process at UPTD SDN Sejati 1, the number was 1,339. The average value is 39, with a percentage of 82.04%. Thus the understanding of teachers at UPTD SDN Sejati 1 is in the Good category. The results of the study show that the teacher's understanding of online learning at UPTD SDN Sejati 1 is in the good category

Abstract

The results of initial observations at SDN Jambringin 2 Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency in the implementation of learning have used the demonstration method, but the average student learning outcomes are still relatively low. Average student learning outcomes are still relatively low. This can be seen from the average pre-action learning outcomes, namely 29% of a total of 14 students failed, 41% were less successful and 30% succeeded well in their studies. This study aims to describe the application of the demonstration method in order to optimize student learning outcomes on simple airplane material in class V semester II SDN Jambringin 2 Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency. This study uses PTK. The implementation of CAR refers to the CAR cycle model by Kemmis and Taggart which includes four stages, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing actions, 3) observing, and 4) reflecting. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in identifying the properties of light cycle one was 65.7. There were 11 students out of 20 students who were successful in their studies, as many as 9 students out of 20 students got low marks, the average result of studying Natural Sciences in identifying the properties of light in cycle two was 80.5. there were 19 students out of 20 students who were successful in their studies, as many as 1 student out of 20 students got low grades.
