Abstract

The basic principle of inclusive schools is that all children should learn together, wherever possible, regardless of the difficulties or differences they may face. Many factors influence the success and sustainability of inclusive education, one of which is the prosocial behavior of regular students towards children with special needs. Prosocial behavior carried out by regular students towards students with special needs can be influenced by things related to the students' humanistic attitudes and self-concept. This research aims to determine: The simultaneous influence of humanistic attitudes and self-concept on prosocial students in inclusive schools. This study uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 90 regular students at the Inpres Maccini Baru state elementary school, from grades IV, V and VI. Research data was obtained through three data collection tools, namely the prosocial behavior scale, humanistic attitude scale, and self-concept scale. The method used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linear regression method. The calculation to detect partial influence is by carrying out the t test, while calculating the simultaneous influence is by using the F test. The results of the research show that partially the results obtained show that there is a significant influence of humanistic attitudes on prosocial behavior (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, self-concept does not have a significant influence on prosocial behavior (sig. 0.054 > 0.05). Simultaneously, there is an influence between humanistic attitudes and self-concept on students' prosocial behavior in the inclusion class at SD Negeri Inpres Maccini Baru (p= 0.000 < 0.05) and F count > F table (65.763 > 3.10). The coefficient of determination (R²) value shows 0.602, so that in this study the humanistic attitude and students' self-concept together have an effective contribution to prosocial behavior of 60.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial technology (FinTech) in the form of P2P loans on the human development index with the use of credit as a control variable. These two usage variables are because credit from the banking side and P2P loans from the FinTech side are expected to provide access to public funding to improve community welfare. The method used in this research is quantitative using a multiple linear regression approach. The data used is documentation of fintech lending statistical reports and banking statistics from the Financial Services Authority and human development index data from the Central Statistics Agency. The population in this study was all provinces in Indonesia and the sample used was 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2021-2022. The results of the research show that financial technology (P2P loans) has a significant positive effect on the human development index.

Abstract

This research explores the role of accounting information in management decision making at CV. ADG Medan. The company operates in a variety of business sectors and has been around for more than three decades. This research discusses basic concepts about accounting systems, financial reports, financial management, and purchasing decision theory as a basis for understanding the role of accounting information in organizations. In this research, we highlight that accounting information acts as a language that communicates a company's financial condition and business results. CV. ADG has an organizational structure that focuses on line and staff, with an accounting department that is important in processing financial data. The importance of management decisions in organizations is also emphasized, with decisions being made relating to policies, procedures and regulations affecting various aspects of the company. In addition, this research notes the importance of considering non-financial factors in management decision making, following constantly changing external developments. Companies are also reminded to develop competent human resources and adopt relevant technology to increase their efficiency and effectiveness. This research provides insight into how accounting information influences management decision making at CV. ADG Medan, and provide recommendations to strengthen the role of accounting information in supporting the success and sustainability of companies.

Abstract

Researchers are trying to apply the social inquiry learning model to improve social problem solving skills at SD Negeri 091631 Pematang Kerasaan. The hope is that by applying the social inquiry learning model it can improve students' skills in solving social problems. So that in the future a young generation will be created who is intelligent, tough, accomplished and useful for the family, community, nation and state. The aim of this classroom action research is to solve problems, improve conditions, develop and improve the quality of learning. The results of this research are that students' activities in participating in learning carried out by teachers using the social inquiry learning model show increased results. The aspect of student activity with the highest score lies in formulating problems, collecting evidence and facts, and concluding learning. Students' skills in solving social problems show increasing results. The aspect of students' skills with the highest score is developing resolution strategies and evaluating the results of solving social problems. Students' responses to the teacher's learning through the social inquiry learning model showed good results. The highest response was that students felt happy taking part in learning, felt happy expressing opinions, felt happy exploring social problems and determining solutions, and felt it was easy to understand the material.

Abstract

The influence of excessive workload can create an uncomfortable working atmosphere for workers. Excessive work load can trigger the emergence of work stress more quickly. On the other hand, a lack of workload can cause losses for the organization/agency. This is because the responsibilities given by the government for the work do not match the abilities possessed by the workers, which can result in errors in financing the work of employees in the North Sorong District. Problems that occur due to the varying characteristics of the human resources they have and the mismatch between the workload and the capabilities of the human resources can result in the work being given to be of poor quality. Based on this problem, the researcher defines and uses the title "The influence of work environment workload on employee performance North Sorong District. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained in the field is in the form of quantitative data, according to Sugiyono, is data that is processed from research results in the form of numbers, where the quantitative approach is the acquisition of data from various sources of information that is relevant to the problem being researched and is related to proof of the concept/theory used. For the work environment North Sorong District employees include equipment, work facilities and work relations. The equipment in the North Sorong District is complete manually and the existing facilities regarding the work relations in the North Sorong District are well established.

Abstract

This paper explained about the language acquisition of the kindergarten students. The language acquisition involved the mini research by using qualitative approach. The researcher did observation to TK At Thahirah Islamic Marelan and did case study to know the acquisition of classroom language in that school. The researcher also identified the process of children’ language acquisition and also identified the process of acquisition. In this paper also explain the relation of data in the field with expert opinion about language acquisition

Abstract

Where there is no influence of Human Resource Management on the Quality of Service at the Bukit Olive Church, Malanu, Sorong City, the church dies, so the need for quality management provides an understanding that church management is very necessary for the church to run the service and carry out God's great commission. The aim of service quality is a form of public assessment of the level of service provided. receive the expected level of service. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata) on the control of the armyworm Spodoptera frugiperda on corn in the laboratory. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Address Karya Wisata Gedung Johor, Medan Johor District, Medan City, North Sumatra. With a height of ± 25 meters above sea level with a flat topography. The study used a non- factorial randomized block design consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments tested were A0 = control, A1 = 0.25% extract concentration, A2 = 0.50% extract concentration, A3 = 0.75% extract concentration. The parameters observed were the percentage of caterpillar mortality (mortality) and the percentage of caterpillar attack intensity. The results showed that soursop leaf vegetable pesticide (Annona muricata) had a significant effect in controlling the armyworm pest Spodoptera frugiperda. The most dominant treatment was A3 (0.75% extract) a mortality rate of 50.00%. Compared with treatments A0 (control) a mortality rate 10,00%, A1 (extract 0.25%) a mortality rate 20,00%, and A2 (extract 0.50%) a mortality rate 30,00%. Soursop leaf extract (A.muricata) vegetable pesticide is effective in controlling armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda) and can suppress the intensity of S. frugiperda attack on maize so that growth is not disturbed. Soursop leaf extract (A. muricata) was tested to have a significant effect on controlling armyworm (S. frugiperda) on corn (Zea mays L) in treatment A3 with a larval mortality percentage of 50.00%.

Abstract

This study aims to find: improving students' reading comprehension through the use of the PORPE strategy. This research uses a quasi-experimental design because it is comparable to collecting data of reading comprehension and provides a pre-test and a post-test to collect the data. The instrument used is a reading test. The sample of this research is class XI at KEJAYAAN INDONESIA SMA which consists of 16 students. Samples were taken using a sampling technique. Based on the findings, it was found that the students' scores in understanding the meaning of the reading text increased where the pre-test t-value (66.66) < t-table (83.33) It can be concluded that the increase in students' understanding of the meaning of a reading text increased significantly by using the PORPE strategy

Abstract

This study uses the Research & Development method with the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely the analysis stage (analysis), design (Design), development (development), implementation (Implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques, namely qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis techniques. This research and development produces Media-Based Learning productsSparkol VidioScribe By Applying the Case Method Model in Thematic Learning Theme 7 Sub Theme 1 Learning 3 Class V SD. This product has been validated by media experts by obtaining a percentage of 90.52% or included in the "very feasible" category. Validation by material experts is "very feasible" with a percentage of 88%. Classical trials obtained 83% with the qualification "very effective".
