Abstract

The research carried out aims to provide a comprehensive explanation of the challenges and prospects related to legal approaches to environmental problems in sustainable development. This research uses a theoretical approach using secondary data in the form of previous research which strengthens the concepts and theories that are the focus of the problem in this research. By conducting this research, it was found that a legal approach in dealing with environmental problems in sustainable development is an important component in efforts to protect our planet, promote justice, and achieve sustainable development goals. But this approach also highlights a number of complex challenges. Several findings and conclusions from the results of the study regarding the challenges and prospects of this legal approach, namely the challenges of a legal approach to environmental problems and the use of legal innovations such as carbon trading and tax incentives for renewable energy can accelerate the transition to renewable energy. sustainable economy. By working together, communities can play a critical role in creating a more sustainable and equitable future for everyone. Abstract

This article aims to provide a better understanding of how the challenges of the digital era can affect human rights and how the law can be used as a tool to protect these rights. In addition, this article also seeks legal solutions that can help maintain a balance between technological innovation and the protection of human rights. The text of this article was prepared using a literacy approach or literature review using various secondary library sources to answer all the problems in the research conducted. The results of the study regarding the challenges and legal solutions in protecting human rights in the digital era provide the conclusion that the challenges of protecting human rights in the digital era are very complex, but wise and effective legal solutions can help maintain a balance between technology and technology. innovation and individual rights. Abstract

Research on educational games for managing green bean seeds is important because it can increase children's understanding of agriculture, ecosystems and environmental responsibility. This also supports the development of ecological awareness from an early age and encourages future generations to care more about nature. Therefore, this research aims to identify the need for educational games that can facilitate students learning to manage green bean seeds. The research method is mixed research. The data collected is in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data collection techniques through giving questionnaires to 19 elementary school students. Qualitative data was obtained from observations of learning activities with the research subject, namely Grade 5 teachers. Quantitative data was analyzed through descriptive analysis with percentages, and qualitative data was analyzed using the Bogdan and Biklen model. The results of the analysis of observation activities during learning show that teachers still dominate material delivery activities, and rarely use digital learning media because they are limited to text-based learning media. This is also reinforced by student questionnaire responses which show that the majority of students are familiar with using Android smartphones. However, their smartphone use is mostly for entertainment such as watching YouTube and playing games, not for learning purposes. From the results of this research, it is clear that there are opportunities for developing educational games because students prefer to use smartphones to access games. Furthermore, most of them expressed interest in using this educational game so they could learn the material at home.

Abstract

Department of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural and Earth Sciences. Tondano 2023. This research aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught using the STAD type cooperative learning model and student learning outcomes taught using the conventional/lecture learning model on a two-variable linear inequality system. The research subjects were class XI MIA I which used the STAD type cooperative learning model and class XI MIA II used the Direct Instruction learning model. This research method is experimental, with a research design namely Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Design. Two classes were taken as samples, namely class XI MIA I as the experimental class and XI MIA II as the control class with a total of 30 students in each class. The research data were analyzed using the t-test and showed that the value of t_(count g) <t_table = 16.833 > 2.002 with a real level of α=0.05, this means rejecting H_0 and accepting H_1. Thus, the use of the STAD type cooperative learning model influences student learning outcomes in the material on systems of linear inequalities for two variables in class XI at SMA N 1 Tabukan Selatan.

Abstract

The prevalence of National Standard Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is 38.7% nationally. Sulawesi has 36.2% healthy lives from the indicators, namely healthy houses 85,827, sample 53,964 houses (62.9%), TTU 359, 87.74, healthy water 95.39%, latrines 65.30%. Research Objective: To find out whether there is a relationship between knowledge about clean and healthy living and the personal hygiene of students at Negeri 10 Benteng Sidrap District Elementary School. Research Method: The research design used is an analytical study, stratified random sampling method, the research population is all students at Negeri 10 Benteng Sidrap Regency Elementary School, while the sample to be taken is 44 respondents. Research Results: Research results from 44 respondents, independent variables, namely knowledge and the dependent variable of student cleanliness, data obtained from respondents using a questionnaire, chi-square statistical test, level of confidence p = α (0.05), namely knowledge about Clean Living Behavior and Healthy (P= 0.00). Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior and personal hygiene of students at Negeri 10 Benteng Sidrap District Elementary School

Abstract

Putri Dwi Hardini. 19504114. Development Learning Based of LKPD on the Cooperative Model Think Talk Write Type in Mathematics Learning. Mathematics Department. Faculty of Mathematics, Natural and Earth Sciences. Manado State University. Tondano. 2023. This research is motivated by problems found in learning mathematics which are found from various aspects, one of which is the lack of proper use of Student Worksheets (LKPD). The purpose of this study was to produce Student Worksheets (LKPD) on Triangle material with the Think Talk Write (TTW) type cooperative learning model in class VII SMP Negeri 7 Kotamobagu which is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the 4-D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The assesment score from the results of the expert validator’s assessment is 95 with a very valid category. For the practicality assessment score seen from the teacher’s response with a score of 98 and for student responses with a score of 87 in the very good category. The develop LKPD meets the effective criteria based on a classical learning completeness percentage of 79%. In conclusion, the developed LKPD is valid, pratical, effective for use in learning.

Abstract

A growing church is not measured by the extent of the number of churches built, or (the quantity of construction) and the church is not a building even though the church is a place of fellowship and service, but rather the growth of the church. measured by how effectively the service is carried out. This research was conducted to see the growth of the church in the form of services at the Kingmi Papua Gospel Tent Church, Smyrna Congregation in Sorong. Abstract

This research aims to identify the various needs of students in the Package C learning program (Paket C) related to technology-based learning platforms such as the Learning Management System (LMS). This research is an initial stage that uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The participants in this research were 35 people consisting of students or residents studying Package C (Paket C) and 2 teachers or tutors. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews and the results are analyzed in the form of percentages and interviews will be analyzed descriptively. The findings from this research indicate that students have a positive view of using LMS to facilitate their learning process. They believe that an LMS can provide time flexibility that allows them to continue working and be active in other activities, while still being able to access learning materials through the LMS. It is hoped that the results of this research can become the basis for developing better learning innovations for Paket C students.

Abstract

The changing times that continue to dynamically change all aspects of community life, including education. The role of the teacher as a person who educates the nation's life and becomes a role model who instills character in students or the nation's young generation. The values contained in Pancasila include Belief in One God, Fair and Civilized Humanity, Indonesian Unity, Democracy Led by Wisdom in Consultation / Representation, and Social Justice for All Indonesian People. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection techniques are from journals and electronic scientific articles that are relevant to the discussion in this study. The data obtained, processed and presented descriptively analytically. This article discusses how the values contained in Pancasila can be implemented through the Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program with teacher competency development activities, such as 1) state defense training; 2) showcasing leadership project work; 3) Scout basic advanced course so that teacher professionalism can increase and answer the challenges of changing times.
