Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the level of conformity of accounting implementation regarding recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of Zakat and Infaq/Shadaqah financial reports with PSAK No. 109 and what is the Shariah Enterprise Theory (SET) perspective in Lazismu Lamongan. This type of qualitative research uses primary data in the form of interviews with informants and secondary data, namely financial reports. The analysis technique follows the recommendations of Miles and Huberman (1984), namely data collection then data reduction and data display then conclusion. The research results inform that Lazismu Lamongan's financial reporting is in accordance with PSAK 109, in terms of presenting Lazismu Lamongan using the format from the Center. The Shariah Enterprise Theory (SET) perspective as a whole is reflected in the activities carried out by Lazismu as stated in its annual reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Disclosure and Application of Business Ethics on Financial Performance with Auditor Reputation as Moderation. This study uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020 by using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling as many as 452 samples based on specified criteria. The variables studied in this study are Disclosure and Application of Business Ethics which are independent variables, Financial Performance as the dependent variable and Auditor's Reputation as the moderating variable. The research data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS Version 26 analysis tool.The results of the study show that 1) Disclosure of Business Ethics has a negative effect on financial performance, 2) The application of Business Ethics has a positive effect on financial performance, 3) The reputation of the auditor is not able to strengthen the influence of the disclosure of business ethics on financial performance, 4) The reputation of the auditor is not able to strengthen the influence of the implementation business ethics on financial performance.

Abstract

Small games generally do not have standard rules, such as game rules, type of equipment, area size, and length of playing time. The provision of games is adjusted to the situations and conditions that occur when carrying out the activity. Motivation is the main key in learning. When students are motivated, they tend to be more enthusiastic and actively participate in learning so they are able to achieve learning goals. The objectives of this research are to determine the effect of implementing small games on student learning motivation in learning PJOK in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri and determine the magnitude of the influence of implementing small games on student learning motivation in learning PJOK in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. This research is pure experimental research with a quantitative approach. The design used is Randomized Control Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The population in this study were class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri with a sample selection of 63 students using the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that there is an influence of implementing small games on student learning motivation in learning PJOK in class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. This is proven by the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test in the experimental class with a sig value. amounting to 0.002 < 0.05 with a percentage increase of 10.5%.

Abstract

Physical fitness is the condition of the body carrying out an activity without experiencing fatigue, so that it can carry out various daily activities. For everyday life, fitness is very important especially for high school students who take part in futsal extracurriculars. So students are required to maintain their body fitness by doing lots of active movement or exercising. By maintaining fitness, high school students can carry out activities with enthusiasm without feeling excessively tired.The research aims to measure the extracurricular fitness component of students at SMAN 1 Sumenep and SMAN 2 Sumenep, namely the cardiovascular endurance fitness component using the MFT (Multistage Fitness Test) test by running back and forth over a distance of 20 meters. This research uses a quantitative approach and is non-experimental research. This research also uses a comparative design to compare different samples.Based on the results of fitness level test at SMAN 1 Sumenep and SMAN 2 Sumenep. The data for futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Sumenep has an average score of 43.3867, while the result for futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 2 Sumenep have an average score of 42.5600. The results of the two schools only differ by 0.8267. Which means there is no significant difference. So futsal extracurricular students at SMAN 1 Sumenep and SMAN 2 Sumenep have relatively the same level of physical fitness.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a scientific field to observe and overcome student problems. Furthermore, to strengthen the character values ​​in the Pancasila student profile, students are expected to gain more active, interactive, situational, and direct experiences in everyday life. Inconsistent implementation of P5 can lead to uneven results across schools and districts. This research aims to determine the implementation of P5 in PJOK subjects in public high schools throughout Bojonegoro Regency and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing P5 in PJOK subjects. The research method used in research is quantitative descriptive research. The techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study and discussions that have been carried out, it is concluded that implementing P5 students in PJOK subjects in public high schools in Bojonegoro province is in the "sufficient" category with a percentage of 31.84%. Supporting factors for implementing P5 in PJOK subjects are the principal, deputy principal, public relations officers, other subject teachers, and their students. Inhibiting factors in implementing P5 in PJOK subjects include inadequate facilities and infrastructure, especially in schools located in remote villages, and support from internal or external sources.

Abstract

The periodization of Islamic education during the time of Rasulullah SAW shows a significant evolution from individual and closed education to a more organized and inclusive education system. This research aims to examine the periodization of Islamic education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad. This research aims to understand the contribution and impact of various phases of education on the development of Muslims during that time. This research uses qualitative methods with a historical approach. Data was collected through in-depth literature studies of primary sources such as the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, as well as secondary sources including Islamic history books and relevant academic works. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive-analytical approach to identify and describe the periodization and main characteristics of Islamic education in each phase of the life of the Prophet Muhammad. The periodization of Islamic education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad can be divided into several main phases. Makkan education was individualized and private, with a focus on teaching the basic principles of Islam to family and close friends. Learning was carried out in secret to avoid pressure and oppression from the Quraysh. Early Medina education After moving to Medina, Islamic education underwent a significant transformation with the establishment of institutions such as the Nabawi Mosque which became a center for education and social activities. Education began to involve the wider community, with a focus on the formation of a civilized and civilized society.

Abstract

Creativity in science, technology and various aspects of daily life needs to be developed to be able to compete in the development of superior human resources. Therefore, in education, especially in learning, the use of appropriate learning methods to hone students' creativity and critical thinking skills. One method that can answer this challenge is the project-based learning (PjBL) model. This study aims to determine the implementation of the PjBL learning model in fostering student creativity, especially in creating products on electrochemical material. Which was carried out on class X students at SMK Islam 1 Blitar. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that PjBl is an effective method to foster student creativity. By giving students the freedom to identify and solve problems, collaborate with teams and think creatively, it can motivate students to produce innovative and creative ideas that can be seen from the products produced.

Abstract

Buzzer is no idely knon by the public. The existence of buzzer ith all the pros that he has turned into a phenomenon in his homeland. This is a result of the massive use of social media platforms by various groups. As the function of the buzzer expands and shifts, initially only as an individual ho markets goods or services, then plays a part in the political controversy of the homeland, then many things are influenced by its existence. One is the tendency of the buzzer to be used as a poer tool in an attempt to influence and change public opinion for a specific purpose. Based on these issues, this study aims to dig into ho the role of buzzer in the process of forming public opinion about politics in social media. This research is done using qualitative research methods through case studies approaches. hile in content management, narrative or issues, buzzer doesn't ork alone. But have a hierarchy of ork ith functions and duties respectively. Then in identifying the existence of the buzzer must be seen isely and accurately. Because the ork of the buzzer does not necessarily exist, but it is also not free from the interests and exploitation of certain parties.

Abstract

Education is one of the important pillars in building a nation and state. In this era of globalization, education is the main key in increasing the nation's competitiveness (Darsiah, 2018. To achieve the goal of quality education, adequate facilities and infrastructure are needed. Educational facilities and infrastructure are a very important supporting factor in the teaching and learning process, because without If there are educational infrastructure, the education and learning process will not run optimally (Susanti, 2016). The aim of this research is to determine the condition of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 7 Binjai, to determine the form of management of educational facilities and infrastructure in supporting existing student learning activities. at SMAN 7 BINJAI, to find out what problems occur in the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 7 BINJAI Location This research was carried out at SMAN 7 which is located at Jalan Sawi no. 48 Paya Roba Binjai, Paya Roba, West Binjai District Prov. North Sumatra. The research method uses a qualitative approach aimed at knowing or describing the reality and events being studied by describing them in words and language in a natural context using various scientific methods. Apart from that, it uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research are that the storage and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at SMAN 7 Binjai school is carried out together with all members of the school environment so that they are used properly, but in this case there is still someone responsible for the facilities at the school so that they can be used as well as possible, for example if someone borrows the item, this will be done record keeping so that there is no loss of goods or damage to goods.

Abstract

Physical violence is an action that injures a person's body or property, such as hitting, pinching, pulling, kicking, pushing, robbing, or damaging property. Nowadays there are many cases where physical violence is often experienced by children. One of the institutions that handles physical violence against children is the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. This research aims to determine the performance of the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service in Simalungun Regency in handling cases of physical violence against children and to examine the inhibiting factors that occur in the service's performance. This type of research uses qualitative methods with the approach used is a descriptive approach, namely observation and direct contact with relevant informants to obtain information. The results of this research found that the performance of the Simalungun Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection service was quite good, where almost all of the 5 performance measurement indicators carried out by researchers were met, although not optimal. However, apart from that, the factors inhibiting the performance of the Department are the limited human resources and number of officers providing services for physical violence against children, the limited budget for services for physical violence against children, the public's understanding of the Child Protection Law is still low and there is still a culture of shame and low public awareness of reporting to the authorities if physical violence occurs against children.
