Abstract

A teacher certainly has an important role in the teaching and learning process, the teacher's perception in using interactive multimedia-based learning media is a very important thing to know in order to increase creativity and innovation in the teaching and learning process in the current digital era. The aim of this research is to determine teachers' perceptions about interactive multimedia-based learning media in PAUD Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. The type of research in this research is qualitative research. This research uses a purposive sampling technique using data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The analysis technique in this research consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. With the following research results: Teachers in Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency realize the importance of using interactive multimedia-based learning media in this era of globalization. The use of interactive multimedia-based learning media, as much as 80% was obtained from the internet, friends and the YouTube application and as much as 20% was obtained by how to make it yourself autodidactically. Early use of interactive multimedia-based learning media certainly pays attention to the objectives and material to be conveyed by paying attention to the technical quality of the learning media such as image or video quality, sound quality, suitability of the sound to the duration of the video, suitability of the text, and suitability of the music used. Interactive multimedia-based learning media in terms of meeting all the needs of children's characteristics is very difficult to do, so consideration of children's characteristics in using learning media needs to be done in order to achieve learning objectives. Teachers realize that interactive multimedia-based learning media has weaknesses and advantages, so that teachers and researchers obtain solutions to the problems of using interactive multimedia-based learning media that have been used in PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pronunciation of street vendors in the tourism area using the IELST Speaking descriptor. Pronunciation is vital in tourism as it facilitates successful communication between visitors and locals. Accurate pronunciation enables a traveler to travel to a strange city successfully. a research question was developed to guide the study: the pronunciation level of street vendors in tourist areas is measured by speaking IELST band descriptions. The research results were determined using qualitative descriptive methods. Interviews were employed to collect data. It was designed as a dialogue and monologue. The data was analyzed by table analysis with 9 participants from different backgrounds of education, such as graduated from elementary, junior, and senior high school or no educational background. The results showed that the pronunciation level of street vendors is "limited," with some of them receiving band 6, around 4 people, and criteria "limited," which is more, approximately 5 people. The lack of language training facilities was one of the issues. As a result, providing specialist English language instruction geared toward the tourism context is a viable solution to this problem.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in social studies learning outcomes on the subject of communication production using image media for fourth grade elementary school students. This research was carried out at SDN 3 Nganganaumala. The approach to this research used a mix method by presenting it in qualitative descriptive form and then proving it in quantitative form. The population of this study were all students at SDN 3 Nganganaumala. Meanwhile, the research sample was 25 class IV students at SDN 3 Nganganaumala. The sample was carried out using purposive sampling, namely by taking samples with consideration of aspects. Based on the results of research in the pre-cycle, there were 6 students showing complete grades and 19 students showing incomplete grades, while in the first cycle 10 students showed complete grades and 15 students showed incomplete grades, while in the second cycle there was an increase in learning outcomes, 20 students showed complete grades and 5 students showed incomplete grades. complete.

Abstract

Learning media is used as a way to convey messages to students so that they can be conveyed more clearly and achieve educational goals, the current modern era requires digital-based learning media so that it can keep up with the times. Seeing this, researchers are interested in developing Smart Culture Hunter digital media after obtaining information that Class IV students of SDN 01 Belik have difficulty visualizing the material, especially on the material My Indonesia is Rich in Culture because of the extensive material and limited time so that students have difficulty describing the diversity of Indonesia. The purpose of the researcher developing Smart Culture Hunter is to overcome this problem, this learning media can be used anywhere so that learning becomes more flexible. This research uses the ADDIE model and involves various data collection instruments, including validation surveys from media and material experts, practicality questionnaires from teachers and students, and pre-test and post-test questions. The results of the research on Smart Culture Hunter media show that: Media expert validation resulted in a very valid score of 94%, material expert validation resulted in a very valid score of 96% and linguist validation resulted in a score of 95%. The teacher response questionnaire showed 100% and the student response questionnaire showed a result of 88% stating that Smart Culture Hunter was very practical. The N-Gain score was 0.5 from the pre-test and post-test, meeting the effectiveness requirements.

Abstract

This research explores the importance of proper paragraph writing and translation from Indonesian to Arabic. A qualitative descriptive method is used to analyze paragraph writing and translation techniques. Data were collected from various literatures such as books, journal articles, and trusted websites. Analysis was conducted through literature review and document analysis, with data validation using source triangulation and peer review. The results indicate differences and similarities in the structure, requirements, characteristics, as well as writing and translation techniques of paragraphs in both languages. This research provides a deeper understanding of paragraph writing and translation, serving as a reference for writers and translators in both languages. It is hoped that this research can enhance the quality of written works and translations in Indonesian and Arabic.

Abstract

Rendahnya keterampilan membaca pemahaman dan keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik yang disebabkan peserta didik memiliki minat membaca yang rendah dan kurangnya keberanian atau masih merasa malu saat berkomunikasi didepan orang banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik, keterampilan membaca pemahaman dan keterampilan komunikasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) terdiri II siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdapat 2 pertemuan di kelas IV SDN Belitung Selatan 9 pada 8 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas pendidik pada pertemuan terakhir memperoleh skor 50. Aktivitas peserta didik pada pertemuan pertemuan terakhir memperoleh memperoleh persentase 100%. Keterampilan membaca pemahaman pada pertemuan terakhir memperoleh persentase 100%. Keterampilan komunikasi pada pertemuan terakhir memperoleh persentase 100%. Untuk ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan peserta didik pada pertemuan terakhir memperoleh persentase 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model BAUNTUNG dapat meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik, keterampilan membaca pemahaman dan keterampilan komunikasi, dan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

A teacher's success in creating an engaging learning environment and fostering positive student attitudes is significantly influenced by various factors, including using interesting learning media. Engaging learning media can make the learning process more active and interactive. This study aims to develop and evaluate the feasibility of the Snake and Ladders Culture learning media for "Indonesiaku Kaya Budaya" of "Indonesia's Rich Cultural Heritage" for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 3 Tambaksogra. This research employs the Research and Development (RD) methodology using the ADDIE model. Data collection methods included several questionnaires: media validation, material validation, language validation, student responses, and teacher responses. The results showed that the Snake and Ladders Culture learning media received high validation percentages: 99% by media experts (categorized as very valid), 92% by material experts (categorized as very valid), and 85% by language experts (categorized as very valid). Teacher response questionnaires yielded a percentage of 100%, and student responses were 96%, indicating that the Snake and Ladders Culture media is highly practical. The research and development results indicate that the Snake and Ladders Culture learning media is very valid and highly practical for learning.

Abstract

Indonesia berupaya memajukan pendidikan melalui program merdeka belajar yang memberikan kebebasan bagi guru dalam berinovasi, kreatif, dan belajar mandiri dalam melakukan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Konsep merdeka belajar mengadopsi sistem pendidikan dari negara Finlandia yaitu memberikan kebebasan guru untuk berinovasi, mandiri, aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif komparatif yaitu membandingkan sistem pendidikan dasar di Indonesia dan Finlandia. Sumber data adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui observasi pada anak kelas awal berusia 7-8 tahun. Sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan kajian literatur dan analisis video pelaksanaan kegiatan sistem pendidikan dari dua negara. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh Finlandia memiliki dukungan yang luar biasa dari pemerintah berupa adanya penyediaan fasilitas sekolah, kualifikasi guru, kesetaraan dan pemerataan pendidikan dibandingkan Indonesia. Disisi lain Indonesia dan Finlandia memiliki keunikan sistem pendidikan masing-masing dan telah menerapkan sistem pendidikan yang terbaik sesuai dengan kondisi dan kemampuan masing-masing negara.

Abstract

The rise of modern music is growing in all circles so that the female Batak trio is never noticed and finds a place to look for job opportunities in the city of Medan. This research is a type of qualitative research by observing artistic phenomena, especially the opportunities, challenges and hopes of the Batak Women Trio in Medan City. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in Medan City. Research results: 1) This female Batak trio is starting to become less popular with music listeners in the city of Medan, this is due to the many developments in modern music which are more popular for the people of Medan to listen to in the city of Medan. 2) This female Batak trio singer still has a place in the hearts of the people of Medan, but not like before, who was in demand by all groups. As a singer, he hopes that this Batak trio will get more attention, meaning this is the hope of the female Batak trio in the city of Medan. 3) The female Batak trio in the city of Medan must also be able to adapt to the challenges which have resulted in a change in the musical concept from the Batak trio to modern music so that the Batak trio is also able to compete with the existing challenges. Where the Batak trio must change their musical presentation to make it more modern so that Batak trio music lovers feel the same musical perception as their musical tastes.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the difference in the effect of plyometrics split jumps and double leg speed hop training on T kick speed among Pencak Silat students at Tapak Siaga Rayon Banyuanyar. Based on the results of the data analysis, the conclusions obtained are: (1) There is a significant difference in influence between the Plyometrics split jumps method and the double leg speed hop on the speed of T kicks in Pencaksilat among Pencak Silat students at Tapak Siaga Rayon Banyuanyar in 2023. This is proven by the results of the final test calculations for each group, namely tcount = 3.160 which is smaller than ttable = 2.145 with a significance level of 5%. (2) Plyometrics split jumps training has a better effect than the double leg speed hop method on the speed of T kicks in Pencaksilat among Pencak Silat students Tapak Siaga Rayon Banyuanyar in 2023. Based on the percentage increase in T kick speed in pencaksilat, it shows that group 1 (the group that received treatment with the Plyometrics split jumps method) was 35.616% > group 2 (the group that received the Double leg speed hop) was 32.168%.
