Abstract

The Indonesian government continues to set oil and gas lifting targets every year. This is done to encourage the upstream oil and gas industry to increase lifting to meet national energy needs and optimize state revenue. However, these targets are often not achieved due to the low level of oil and gas exploration activities in Indonesia. Efforts to improve the business climate for upstream oil and gas activities are always carried out in various sectors, one of which is the management of goods and equipment for upstream oil and gas business activities. These goods and equipment are designated as State-Owned Assets (BMN) managed by the Indonesian government c.q. Ministry of Finance. In this regard, in order to encourage investment interest among investors in the upstream oil and gas sector and to pay attention to the mandate of Law 22 of 2001, it is necessary to carry out good management of upstream oil and gas assets so that it can assist Production Sharing Contractors (KKKS) in managing and providing assets needed in upstream oil and gas business activities. Good management of upstream oil and gas BMN can be carried out through adaptive policies so that it can meet every need and problem faced by KKKS, SKK Migas, and the Indonesian government. This adaptive policy will support the resolution of problems that have not been accommodated in normative regulations so that each legal subject can ensure the completion of its responsibilities in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.

Abstract

The study addresses the issue of students' low conceptual understanding. It aims to examine the influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model supported by Smart Quartet media on enhancing students' conceptual comprehension. This quantitative research employs a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. Purposive sampling was used to select the participants, comprising grade 4 students from SDN Gondoriyo 02 and SDN Gondoriyo 03. Data collection techniques included both tests (pretest and posttest) and non-tests (observations, questionnaires, unstructured interviews, and documentation). The data analysis involved normality tests, homogeneity tests, independent sample t-tests, and simple regression tests. The findings revealed two key results: (1) A significant difference was observed in students' conceptual understanding when the TGT model with Smart Quartet media was applied. This was supported by an independent sample t-test significance value of 0.030 < 0.05. (2) The TGT model with Smart Quartet media positively influenced students' conceptual understanding, as indicated by a linear regression test significance value of 0.027 < 0.05. In conclusion, the Teams Games Tournament model assisted by Smart Quartet media significantly enhances the conceptual understanding of grade 4 students, highlighting its effectiveness in improving educational outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of a station revolution type blended learning model based on project based learning focused on junior high school students' mathematical critical thinking abilities consisting of a station rotation type blended learning learning method, a project based learning learning model, and a focus on students' critical thinking. This research is development research using the ADDIE method with development stages of individual trials, small group trials and field trials. This research was carried out at SMP N 5 Jambi City in class VIII.G, the instruments used were open and closed questionnaires as well as pretest and posttest questions, this research data was qualitative and quantitative using the N-gain test. The results of this research obtained a value of 0.7748, which can be classified as an increase in the N-Gain score, the ability to develop Blended learning based on the PjBL model, critical thinking orientation is categorized as high, and the results of the pre-test and post-test are critical thinking oriented for 39 students after learning. dare to use the PjBL RPP model in a BL type Station rotation material, straight line equations, the percentage of N-gain values ​​obtained in the pretest and posttest analysis of the mathematical critical thinking questionnaire is 77.48%. interpret the increase in effective mathematical critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential so that they have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. . Mathematics as one of the main pillars in education has a very important role in developing logical thinking and problem solving abilities. One learning that is thought to be able to improve students' ability to solve mathematical problems is problem-based learning such as Problem Based Learning (PBL) . The model is in line with the approach Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) where there is differentiation when conducting group discussions using this approach, students are expected to more easily understand mathematical concepts and be able to apply them in problem solving so that students' mathematical problem solving abilities can increase. The aim of this research is whether the PBL model and TaRL approach can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Medan involving 36 students in class X-11 as research subjects. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the PBL model and TaRL approach can improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities as seen from the percentage in Cycle I 44% and Cycle II 81%.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era has brought significant changes to mathematics learning through the integration of digital technology, providing new possibilities for a more effective and enjoyable learning process. This research aimed to assess teacher and student responses to the use of E-LKPD with an open-ended approach on the topic of SPLDV. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, the study employed interviews and questionnaires as data collection methods, involving teachers and 8th-grade students from a public junior high school in Grobogan Regency. The findings showed that the E-LKPD had a very high level of practicality, with average scores of 86.6% from teachers and 86.5% from students. Teachers stated that this media aligns with the curriculum, provides high-quality material, and supports interactive learning, while students found it engaging, easy to use, and helpful in understanding SPLDV material. This media has proven effective in increasing student engagement and abilities, though further development is needed for interactive features and question variations. The results indicate that the E-LKPD with an open-ended approach is suitable for mathematics learning, creating a more personal and interactive learning experience that facilitates better understanding of the material and improves learning outcomes. Keywords: E-LKPD, open-ended approach, SPLDV, teacher response, student response Era Society 5.0 telah memberikan perubahan besar dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui integrasi teknologi digital, yang memberikan kemungkinan baru untuk proses belajar yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap penggunaan E-LKPD pendekatan open-ended pada materi SPLDV. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, menggunakan wawancara dan angket sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru peserta didik kelas VIII di salah satu SMP Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD ini memiliki tingkat kepraktisan yang sangat tinggi, dengan rata-rata skor dari guru mencapai 86,6%.dan respon peserta didik sebesar 86,5%. Guru menyatakan bahwa media ini sesuai dengan kurikulum, memiliki kualitas materi yang baik, serta mendukung pembelajaran yang interaktif. Peserta didik menilai E-LKPD menarik, mudah digunakan, dan membantu pemahaman materi SPLDV. Media ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kemampuan peserta didik. Namun, pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk fitur interaktif dan variasi soal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD dengan pendekatan open-ended sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal dan interaktif. Pendekatan ini diharapkan mempermudah peserta didik dalam memahami materi dan meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Kata kunci: E-LKPD, pendekatan open-ended, SPLDV, respon guru, respon peserta didik

Abstract

This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, aiming to provide an explanation of the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in improving community welfare in South Solok Regency. The indicators to measure the level of welfare are income, housing and settlement, education and health. The results of the research show that the growth of South Solok Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises from 2019 to 2023 is still experiencing ups and downs, a very significant increase occurred in the last 1 year from 2022 to 2023, namely 5.9% and was followed by several the development of welfare level indicators, namely an increase in the rate of economic growth of 4.57%, this figure is stated to be higher than the previous year. Then the growth rate of Housing and Settlements also increased from the previous year, namely 6.24%, in the education sector, namely 2.13% and in the Health sector there was an increase from the previous year, namely 7.38%.

Abstract

Continuous learning dan employee empowerment merupakan dua elemen penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut terhadap kinerja pendidik di lingkungan pendidikan formal. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 150 pendidik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa continuous learning memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik, dengan kontribusi sebesar 45%. Sementara itu, employee empowerment juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%. Kombinasi kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh simultan sebesar 70% terhadap kinerja pendidik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pendidik dapat dicapai melalui program pembelajaran berkelanjutan yang relevan dan pemberdayaan pendidik yang efektif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan serta implikasi praktis bagi pengelola institusi pendidikan. Institusi pendidikan diharapkan dapat merancang kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan profesional pendidik melalui pendekatan ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of school principals in implementing quality management to overcome the emergency challenges of education quality in the modern era. This research departs from the argument that school principals are key actors who have direct authority and responsibility in ensuring the quality of education services in schools. In the context of an education quality emergency, where challenges such as low learning outcomes, limited resources and rapid technological developments affect the education ecosystem, school principals are expected to develop a comprehensive and sustainable quality management strategy. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to understand the role of school principals in implementing quality management strategies amid the education quality crisis. The research involves in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation to collect data from principals, teachers and administrative staff. Thematic analysis will be used to identify key themes related to quality management implementation. The results of this study show that principals play a crucial role in improving education quality through transformational leadership, implementing a data-based supervision system and strengthening teachers' competencies. Inspirational and collaborative leadership creates a sustainable culture of quality while data-based supervision enables more informed and measurable decisions. Teacher professional development through regular training is also important to improve teaching skills and create more meaningful learning experiences for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Zig-Zag Run training variations on dribbling ability in futsal extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The research method used is an experiment in the form of pre-experimental design. The source of data for this research is students of class X and class XI who participate in futsal extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The data are assessment sheets of dribbling ability before and after the implementation of variations of Zig-Zag Run exercises and the results of interviews with futsal extracurricular coaches. The results of the study showed that the provision of variations of Zig-Zag Run exercises had a significant effect on the dribbling ability with the ball in futsal extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak. The dribbling ability of futsal extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak before being given a variation of Zig-Zag Run practice obtained an average pretest score of 27,218. The dribbling ability of futsal extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak after being given a variety of Zig-Zag Run exercises has increased with an average posttest score of 29.3045. There was a significant influence of the variation of the Zig-Zag Run practice on the dribbling ability of futsal extracurricular students at SMK Negeri 3 Pontianak, with a t-test result value of 8.095 on dribbling ability with the ball.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by the Wonderful Semarang number board media on the numeracy literacy skills of third-grade students at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01. The research employed a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 30 students as research subjects. A multiple-choice test instrument was used to measure numeracy literacy skills before and after the intervention. The results showed that the average pretest score of 40.33 increased to 85.67 in the posttest, with an average gain score of 0.76, categorized as high. The t-test indicated a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p < 0.05), demonstrating the effectiveness of the PBL model with this innovative media. In conclusion, the combination of PBL and the Wonderful Semarang number board media effectively improved students' numeracy literacy skills, making learning more engaging and contextually relevant.
