Abstract

This journal aims to enable Islamic Religious Education learning to be more advanced and developed so that learning becomes more effective and efficient. All educational institutions must be proactive, creative and productive in reading the phenomena that occur today. Therefore, the role of Mentimeter learning media is very important here, creating a good design as a foundation for the advancement of information and communication technology, as well as adding Islamic religious education learning activities with materials and skills and practicing religion including learning activities and mastery. However, we must also be able to use a technical approach with learning methods using this Mentimeter-based media. Furthermore, the researcher will provide information regarding the type of research to be conducted, the planned time for implementing the research, and the class that will be the subject of the research. The results achieved are the process of developing Mentimeter-based Islamic Religious Education learning media, starting from the initial identification stage or implementation of preliminary research to the final revision stage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the UbD framework integrated with the TaRL approach in creating meaningful learning in Elementary Schools. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach through a case study method at SDN Sarirejo, East Semarang, Central Java. The study was conducted during October 2024 at SDN Sarirejo in general and class 3C with 25 students in particular. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the UbD framework provides a learning structure that focuses on long-term goals, authentic assessments, and learning planning, while the TaRL approach ensures that learning is adjusted to the level of student ability. This combination creates an inclusive, learner-centered learning environment that is effective in increasing student engagement and understanding. Observations also show that the integration of these two approaches has succeeded in improving students' collaboration skills and learning motivation through problem-based learning methods that are relevant to everyday life. This study recommends the implementation of UbD and TaRL simultaneously to improve the quality of learning according to the needs and characteristics of students

Abstract

Incest is one of the behaviors categorized in the Criminal Code as an immoral crime. Incest is usually considered an unethical act and violates social norms because it involves sexual relations with relatives who are too close. murder and even abortion of the baby resulting from inbreeding with the child. Basically, abortion is a prohibited act, Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Defendant was found guilty of Article 340 of the Criminal Code, namely premeditated murder and violation of the Child Protection Law. The purpose of this writing stems from the author's curiosity about incest cases and how legal protection in handling these cases. Also to find out how the settlement and punishment of the perpetrators of incest cases and also infanticide that occurred in Central Java.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of regular Asmaul Husna practice in schools on bullying behavior among students of SDN 04 Gambuhan. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research sought to describe real-world phenomena as they occurred. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicated a significant positive correlation between the practice of Asmaul Husna and a reduction in bullying behavior. As students engaged more frequently in reciting Asmaul Husna as a form of remembrance (dhikr) and supplication, they exhibited decreased bullying tendencies toward their peers. Moreover, collaborative Asmaul Husna practice fostered a sense of appreciation, happiness, camaraderie, love, and respect among students, contributing to the development of positive character traits and good conduct in their daily lives. Additionally, a significant positive correlation was found between students' attitudes towards Asmaul Husna practice and their academic achievement.

Abstract

The advancement of technology and the accessibility of social media have introduced new challenges for santri—who generally live in an environment focused on deepening religious teachings—in maintaining social and cultural values within the DDI Pattojo Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to analyze the social behavior of santri after using social media and to identify the positive and negative impacts of social media usage on their social behavior at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren DDI Pattojo Soppeng. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The data consists of subjective data gathered from teachers, boarding school caretakers, and santri. The research findings indicate that social media has a significant impact on the social behavior of santri, particularly in communication, interpersonal relationships, and adaptation to social values. Positive impacts of social media include broadening access to information, increasing self-confidence, fostering creativity, and shaping better behavior and mindsets among santri. With proper supervision and guidance, social media can serve as an effective tool to support the development of the santri's academic social behavior. However, negative impacts include reduced productivity, increased individualism, and the erosion of pesantren cultural values. This highlights the need for strict supervision and active mentoring by boarding school management to minimize the adverse effects of social media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the judicial considerations and decision-making process in a human trafficking criminal case at the Surabaya District Court, specifically examining Case Number 2045/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Sby. Employing a normative legal research method with a juridical analysis approach, the study utilizes library research techniques to collect and examine secondary data from legal literature, court documents, and academic journals. The research focuses on exploring how judges determine legal considerations and sentencing in human trafficking cases, with particular attention to understanding the elements of human trafficking crimes and the application of substantive justice. The findings reveal that the court's decision-making process involves a comprehensive review of the indictment, evidence, witness testimonies, and consideration of both aggravating and mitigating factors. In this specific case, the defendant, Pendi Hermawan Bin Amung Suryadi, was found guilty of human trafficking under Article 2, Paragraph 1 of Law No. 21 of 2007 and sentenced to 3.5 years imprisonment and a fine of IDR 120,000,000. The study concludes that the judges' approach fulfilled the criteria of substantive justice by exploring community sense of justice beyond mere procedural formalities, thereby contributing to a more nuanced understanding of judicial decision-making in human trafficking cases.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of rural social life from a sociological perspective using structural-functional, conflict, and symbolic interactionist theories. The findings reveal that rural communities are characterized by mutual cooperation, dependence on the agrarian sector, and strong social solidarity. However, modernization brings challenges, such as shifts in traditional values and intergenerational conflicts. Structural-functional theory illustrates social stability through mechanisms like mutual cooperation, while conflict theory highlights social change driven by group tensions. The symbolic interactionist perspective explains how individuals create and modify values through daily interactions. This study provides an in-depth understanding of rural social dynamics and serves as a guide for inclusive sustainable development policies in rural communities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of outdoor learning on elementary school students' understanding of the photosynthesis concept. A quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent group design was employed, involving an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group participated in outdoor learning-based activities, while the control group received conventional teaching. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicate that outdoor learning significantly enhances students' comprehension of photosynthesis compared to conventional methods. Additionally, students were more motivated, enthusiastic, and engaged during the learning process. The study concludes that outdoor learning is an effective approach to improving students' understanding, especially in photosynthesis topics, and recommends its broader implementation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning strategy, describe the noble character, and describe the impact of the learning strategy of Islamic religious education teachers. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using a spiritual, psychological and pedagogical approach. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data sources come from the principal, vice principal, and Islamic religious education teachers. Secondary data sources come from teacher data, student data and infrastructure data. The main research instrument is the researcher himself then developed using observation guides, interviews and documentation checks. Data processing and analysis techniques go through three stages, namely the process of selecting data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic religious education strategy used at MI Asy Syifa Balikpapan is an inquiry, expository, cooperative, affective and problem solving learning strategy, consisting of questions and answers, discussions, lectures, habits, exercises, group work, assignments, punishments and rewards. Description of the noble character of students with assessment indicators, namely religiousness, social discipline, cleanliness, and student responsibility. The impact of learning strategies on students' noble morals is quite good, students begin to be diligent in worship, disciplined, responsible for their relationships and themselves. However, this strategy has not achieved what is expected, so this strategy must be developed by finding learning strategies that can further improve students' noble morals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the principal's academic supervision in realizing teacher professionalism at Jeumpa District Elementary School, Bireuen Regency. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative research method. With data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study indicate that the planning of Academic Supervision in this School carried out by the principal is scheduled according to their respective fields of study so that all teachers who teach at the School are supervised by the principal. The principal in carrying out supervision activities uses individual supervision techniques. Individual techniques are the implementation of supervision that is only shown to one teacher, supervision activities do not apply to two or more teachers. The evaluation carried out by the principal with the evaluation can be feedback to the principal on the teacher's performance in delivering learning to students, therefore the success of a learning process is largely determined by the teacher.
