Abstract

In the era of digitalization, education must always be improved and improved, so that it can produce the expected generations. One way is to provide character education. The purpose of writing this article is to examine how digital literacy is used to strengthen character education. The method used in this research is a literature study research method that is carried out qualitatively or descriptively of literature obtained through the literacy process of various sources. The results of the research show that increasing character education through digital literacy can be a strategy to face the 4.0 era. Through digital literacy, efforts to strengthen the 5 basic characters can be grown and developed systematically and effectively

Abstract

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari adalah (1) hasil tes, (2) hasil observasi (3) hasil wawancara dengan responden penelitian. Sedangkan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Bireuen kabupaten Bireuen tahun pelajaran 2021 / 2022 yang berjumlah 14 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan di kelas V SD Negeri 4 Bireuen kabupaten Bireuen tahun pelajaran 2021 / 2022 kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan gerakan lompat jauh dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan strategi pemodelan (modelling). Hal ini terlihat dari persentase ketuntasan belajar yang diperoleh oleh siswa, dimana pada tes awal diperoleh persentase ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 21,43% meningkat menjadi 64,29% pada pelaksanaan siklus I, kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 85,71% pada pelaksanaan siklus II. Selanjutnya ditinjau dan hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh 2 pengamat menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas guru dan siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan strategi pemodelan (modelling). Hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan guru dan siswa pada pelaksanaan siklus I diperoleh persentase rata-rata adalah 75%, dan pada siklus II diperoleh persentase rata-rata adalah 83%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the roles and interests of stakeholders in a policy. Riau Province Regional Spatial Planning Regulation No. 10 of 2018 is a policy that is really needed by the Riau Provincial Government, especially in an effort to regulate how the spatial planning of areas and land in Riau Province should be. The large number of actors involved in the formulation of the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province resulted in the formulation process taking quite a long time and this became the author's analysis for formulating research problems. Based on the results of stakeholder identification, it shows that there were 9 stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Riau Province Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning, both at the national and regional levels, consisting of four key stakeholders who were all from central government agencies, two main stakeholders consisting of government agencies. regions, and two supporting stakeholders consisting of Non-Governmental Organizations and Corporations. Analysis of the interests and influence of stakeholders involved in the process of formulating the Regional Regulation on Regional Spatial Planning for Riau Province was categorized based on the level of interest and influence, namely the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Ministry of Home Affairs which were included in the key player category from the results of the analysis. Then the Ombudsman and the Ministry of Public Works are included in the context setters category, and the last is the subject category which includes the Riau Provincial Government, the Riau Provincial DPRD, Walhi, Jikalahari, and corporations whose land is included in the forest area in the Regional Regulation on the Riau Province RTRW.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations made in class V SDN MOJOROTO 4 Kediri City, and the absence of learning media that can increase students' learning motivation, because in the learning process teachers tend to teach learning only theoretically and concepts. Abstract concepts. So that students get bored easily and find it difficult to understand the material presented by the teacher during the learning process. With the existence of this video scribe learning media, it is hoped that the teacher will be able to increase the learning motivation of elementary school students. The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of using video scribe media on food chain materials for class V students. This research is a development study using the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of 5 stages, namely the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The data collection instruments used were material expert validation sheets, medical experts, teacher practicality questionnaires, student effectiveness questionnaires and written tests / evaluation questions. Data from the validation of questionnaires and written tests/evaluation questions used a Likert scale. The results of the research on the development of video scribe media are (1) the video scribe media is said to be valid by obtaining a percentage of 90% material experts. While the results of media experts are 81%. (2) the video scribe media is said to be practical by obtaining results from teacher questionnaires of 92.5% and student response questionnaires of 93%. (3) the video scribe media is said to be effective after a limited trial by giving post-test questions to get 80% results so that the video scribe media can be said to be effective to use.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the history of the Taman Siswa, the development of Taman Siswa and how the government reacted at that time. This study uses historical research methods with several steps, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that: (1). Taman Siswa was founded by Suwardi Suryaningrat or Ki Hajar Dewantara. Taman Siswa plays a role in fostering a sense of Indonesian nationalism. In its educational process Taman Siswa adheres to three mottoes, namely: Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso and Tut Wuri Handayani; (2). The development of Taman Siswa began with the formation of Taman Kanak-Kanak, Taman Anak, Taman Muda, Taman Dewasa, Taman Madya, Taman Guru to Taman Masyarakat; (3). The Dutch colonial government’s reaction to the emergence and development of Taman Siswa turned out to be that the colonial government was trying to obstruct the development of Taman Siswa, but Ki Hajar Dewantara was against it. One of the results of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s struggle was that starting in 1938 all civil servants who sent their children to school, both in subsidized public schools and in private schools, had the same right to child support.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of tertiary institutions at Tjut Njak Dhien University in Medan, both planning, implementation and evaluation. Kirk and Miller's qualitative research methodology. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and document studies. The findings of the study are the planning of the Medan UTND tertiary institution by establishing long-term development plans (RPJP), medium-term development plans (RPJM), annual work plans and budgets (RKAT) / operational plans (RENOP), development plans are arranged in a master development plan (RIP). ) and strategic master plan (RENSTRA). The implementation of the Medan UTND tertiary institution is embodied in the tri dharma of higher education, namely: education and teaching, training and development, community service. Leadership is democratic with the principle of deliberation. The evaluation of the Medan UTND tertiary institution was carried out based on eight main performance indicators (IKU), namely graduates, industry experience, academic lecturers, practicing lecturers, research results and community service, collaboration, project-based collaboration and case studies, standardized study programs.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of forming the self-concept of people with disabilities through interactions between children and caregivers at the Maria Stellamaris Nangahure Orphanage and to examine appropriate communication patterns with orphanage children, especially for those with disabilities at the Maria Stellamaris Nangahure Orphanage. The communication pattern applied is the interpersonal communication pattern. The data collection method uses interviews and observations as well as documentation. The type of research carried out is qualitative research with the type of research used, namely case studies. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman techniques. The technique of checking the validity of the data using trianggulation methods. The results showed that from the findings about self-concept and communication processes, the self-concept formed in people with disabilities in orphanages varies depending on the way children and caregivers interact in daily life. The formation of the self-concept of people with disabilities in orphanages, especially those with disabilities, is greatly influenced by the people around them, especially caregivers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial independence of the East Flores Regency area. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This study used secondary data, namely data obtained from the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) of the Republic of Indonesia. The secondary data in this case is the East Flores District Local Government Budget Realization Report from 2016-2020.The analysis used in this study is related to the analysis of financial ratios using the Regional Financial Independence Ratio. The results of the analysis show that the financial independence of the East Flores Regency area is very low with a pattern of instructive relationships. This means that the East Flores Regency Government receives more direction and guidance from the central government so that the role of the central government is more dominant than the financial independence of the local government itself.

Abstract

This descriptive analytical on-going study examines the engagement of the Indonesian high school students as they participated in the classroom activity, particularly in whole class discussion settings. The engagement is investigated in three measures, the word count, unprovoked student talk and turn count. While the focus is on student talk, teacher talk will also be measured with the purpose of examining the interaction and to serve as a comparison to the measures of the student talk. The participants will be 380 students of grade 10-12 who enrolled in a private High School. Data was extracted from the recording of 30 meeting sessions. The engagement was ascertained based on an analysis of transcripts from the classroom observation. And from these transcripts, the three the measures of engagement, word count, unprovoked student talk and turn count were counted. The findings of this study were the ratio of 5:1 classroom talk where the teacher dominated the classroom talk, and the low engagement in terms of unprovoked student talk and turn count in the whole class lecture and discussion settings. Recommendation on classroom procedure was provided.
