Abstract

In terms of exercising its profession while being protected by rules, statutes, and codes of ethics, the advocate profession is a reputable one (officium nobile). are not constrained by a biocratic hierarchy and can act independently. Due to this fact, an advocate may occasionally stray from his professional role, which is a violation of the advocate's code of ethics. Ethics is the cornerstone of a profession, so when there are signs of misconduct and disregard for moral principles, there should be a discussion of the code of ethics for the profession of advocates from the standpoint of Islamic law, with the goal of ensuring that advocates carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the established code of ethics and are not too far from Islamic ethics. This writing's methodology is an analytical descriptive research-based form of normative writing. Techniques used in research libraries for data collection that place an emphasis on legal books, journals, articles, and opinions as sources of information when they are pertinent to the issue being studied. The conclusion of this essay is a description of the professional code of ethics for advocates, which incorporates moral ideals that serve as the foundation for an advocate's professional personality and must not violate moral principles and may not hurt the interests of others

Abstract

One of the forms of works of art is hasta works or crafts. Art activities play an important role in many aspects of child development, including the development of creativity in early childhood. Creativity is human interaction with the environment to create imaginative methods and products that have benefits in solving problems. Children's creativity can grow and develop optimally if the learning environment is supported by the provision of various media. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the hurdles of miniature cleaning tools have an effect on increasing artistic creativity in early childhood. The research method used is quasi-experimental with experimental design. The sample consisted of students in grades B1 and B2, each of which had 17 children. The data collection technique used in this study was an action test (t. test) for differences. Based on the results of the study that the work of hasta works of miniature cleanliness affects artistic creativity and trains ideas, motivates children and helps children to be interested in participating in the learning process.

Abstract

Based on previous research studies on the subject of Making Clothing Patterns studied by students at Vocational High Schools for the Department of Fashion, the media that has been used in making basic patterns is still limited to the use of whiteboards and job sheets. This study aims to develop media design, determine the feasibility and student responses to interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline on pattern making material. This study used a research and development (R&D) design in collaboration with media and material experts. The source of the data in this study is the validation results obtained from media experts and material experts and questionnaire data. The data obtained was then analyzed and presented in the form of data tabulations in tables and figures.

Abstract

Layanan khusus merupakan fasilitas yang tersedia didalam lingkup sekolah dan diluar dari kegiatan belajar mengajar didalam kelas sehingga latar belakang dalam pembentukan dunia pendidikan yang berkembang satunya adalah terciptanya layanan khusus disetiap sekolah. Tujuan dibuatnya tulisan ini yaitu untuk memperdalam suatu pengetahuan mengenai layanan khusus yang ada di sekolah jika diimplementasikan kedalam dunia pendidikan, sebagaimana pemeran utama yang melakukan program layanan khusus ini adalah peserta didik itu sendiri. Pada layanan khusus terdapat beberapa layanan yang tersedia didalam lingkup sekolah diantaranya yaitu, layanan Bimbingan Konseling (BK), layanan Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS), layanan kafetaria sekolah, layanan transportasi sekolah, layanan perpustakaan sekolah, layanan ekstrakurikuler sekolah, dan layanan Laboratorium (LAB). Pentingnya layanan khusus sangat signifikan jika digabungkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui metode kualitatif atau telaah Pustaka.

Abstract

Learning discipline is a series of attitudes, student behavior that shows obedience and obedience to study regularly both at school and at home. But in reality in schools there are still many students who do not achieve optimal development, one of which needs to be considered is that there are still many student behaviors that are not disciplined in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of using short films through information services on improving student learning discipline. This type of research is a true experimental study with a pre-test and post-test design conducted at SMPN 22 Jambi City. The population of this study was class VIII with the sample in this study as many as 2 classes, namely class VIII B which amounted to 30 students and class VIII C totaled 28 students. The results showed that the students learning discipline in the experimental group and the control group had a difference in the average value of the experimental group's learning discipline with an average value of 104.367 in the HIGH category and in the control group an average value of 94.857 was obtained in the HIGH category. On the output test results of the independent sample t-test using SPSS version 26.0, the Tcount value is 3.124. The Ttable value is 0.05, which is 2.003. It can be seen that the value of TCount > Ttable or 3.124 > 2.003. Sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. It can be seen that there is a significant difference between the results of increasing the learning discipline of students in the experimental group and the control group. When analyzed from the basis of decision making or acceptance criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the use of short films through information services on improving student learning discipline behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information related to relevant strategies which are then empowered to improve the image of social studies learning that is meaningful towards the era of society 5.0. The type of research used is library research, with the following results: (1) Meaningful social studies learning is expected to provide understanding concepts to students in studying and even finding various alternative solutions related to social phenomena and social problems towards the era of society 5.0, for this the teacher's contribution is real in learningIPS needs to be improved as an initial basis towards achieving meaningful learning, (2)Ideally, towards the era of society 5.0, social studies teachers are required to optimize the practice of learning concepts in accordance with the characteristics of the era of society 5.0, (3) use various student-centered learning models (student center learning) actively, innovatively and creatively, empowering information technology-based learning and communication (ICT), and plays an important role in improving the quality of learning by always paying attention to the characteristics of each student collectively.

Abstract

Determination of full day school learning is a new policy that enforces learning at the Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School all day long. Education which is dynamic in nature is of course always carrying out reforms in order to catch up with Indonesia's education with developed countries, especially at Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. However, this certainly requires careful preparation in order to minimize the emergence of conflict. Community concern arises because the existence of full day school is feared that it can damage the existing order, such as the teaching of madrasah diniyah. Of course this will have an impact on community empowerment and children. This research will discuss further about the product of policy formulation and the problems of implementing the full day school education system at Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The method used is a literature study, and it results that education management cannot be separated from education policy because the two work in synergy with each other. Likewise, education and politics cannot be separated either. Both have an important role with the same goal of advancing the nation. The goals, direction, values ​​and education budget are not spared from the results of political agreements..

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of elementary school students' mathematical literacy in algebraic material in terms of students' learning characteristics. This research method is a Qualitative Method. The subjects of this study were students of class IV A at SD Nusantara Lubuk Pakam. The data collection instrument used a learning independence questionnaire, tests of mathematical literacy abilities, and questions and answers. Indicators in this study Indicators selected from knowledge, attitudes and practices as measured by surveys that influence internal factors, namely factors from the students themselves. The research analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that students' mathematical literacy abilities in terms of the character of independent learning, have an average in the moderate category. Some students are less able to understand, accept, or digest subject matter regarding mathematical literacy.

Abstract

The tradition in Negeri Hila, which is known as the Pa'loly tradition, is usually carried out on the 3rd, 7th and 9th days of death in Negeri Hila, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Pa'loly is usually called gotong royong and is carried out to help fellow human beings in a job without being invited they immediately flock to work together, this tradition also aims to relieve people who have a celebration. Apart from that this tradition is also useful for speeding up work results that cause a burden for people who have a celebration. The type used in this research is descriptive qualitative type. This method basically aims to understand the condition and life of the people in Negeri Hila, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. The qualitative method is fact-finding with clear and precise interpretations, to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of the Pa'loly Tradition. The instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. On this day of death, after the body is buried at night, especially the fathers in the Land of Lost, they will come in droves to the funeral home to bring money to the bereaved family and they will bring the money voluntarily, whatever they bring will be appreciated by the party left behind, this is called in hila language, namely tanate money. Here they never judge people who can afford it and people who can't afford it. They only bring money voluntarily, never make comparisons.

Abstract

The main goal of education is the realization of national education goals, namely elevating the life of the nation and state, how students can be the best hope for graduates if teachers lack awareness and concern and a sense of responsibility. Here the director as a leader makes the right policy. the principal who is the foundation of quality education must act as a motivator, driver, pioneer and reinforcer, and administrator. In other words, the principal is the decision maker, determines the direction of the school's goals and is one of the implementers of educational policy or the heart of the school. This article aims to find out the implementation of the principal's policy in improving the function of teachers in Mas Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was observation, interviews and documentation by observing directly in the field. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be found that the form of implementation of the school principal's policy is very thorough and sequential in accordance with predetermined procedures, as well as a full day system program that makes the school a plus for the community who views it and for teachers who have balanced this with their respective duties and responsibilities. each effectively and efficiently.
