Abstract

As a very unique subject, Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is here to be a bridge that combines the three learning domains namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Mataram on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health which are presented in the curriculum courses. The questions that appeared in the questionnaire were developed based on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health as subjects which were divided into three main variables, namely (1) the definition of PJOK; (2) the purpose of the PJOK; (3) PJOK activities. The collected data were analyzed using the Guttman scale by giving a score of 1 for the correct answer and 0 for the wrong answer. PGSD students have a very good level of knowledge of the PJOK concept with a percentage of 84.09%. In terms of the main variable PJOK, student knowledge is in a good category (92.44%). For the PJOK objective variable, a percentage of 82.05% is also included in the very good category. Meanwhile, the PJOK activity variable obtained a percentage result of 78.30% in the good category. Searching for students' knowledge of the PJOK concept is one of the efforts to improve the quality of PJOK learning in order to optimize the achievement of learning objectives amidst limitations and various obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how workload influences burnout in PT X’s employees. This research is a non-experimental quantitative study and uses non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type involving 317 PT X’s employees. The instruments used in this study are the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) to measure burnout variables and the Carga Mental Questionnaire (CarMen-Q) to measure workload variables. The analysis used is non-parametric analysis and uses Spearman rho correlation with testing through IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study are that there is a significant effect of workload on burnout in PT X’s employees.

Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian mengenai motivasi belajar pada hasil belajar PKN siswa kelas V yang dilakukan di SDN Sudimara 11, bisa diambil simpulan bahwasanya pengujian linearitas regresi menyatakan tingkat Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka model regresi bisa digunakan berarti HO ditolak dan Ha diterima, oleh karenanya bisa dinyatakan adanya pengaruh antara motivasi belajar pada hasil belajar PKN siswa. Dan hasil uji Rxy hitung diperoleh r-hitung sebesar 0,85 > 0,24 artinya rhitung lebih tinggi dari rtabel, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antar motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar PKN peserta didik di SDN Sudimara 11. Berdasarkan uji thitung didapatkan thitung 12,58 > ttabel 0,24 berarti adanya korelasi linear antara motivasi belajar pada hasil belajar PKN dan terdapat koefesiensi determinasi sebanyak 72,25 % memberi konstribusi pada hasil belajar PKN, dan sebanyak 27,25% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Notary is a public official who has the authority to make authentic deeds and has other authorities as referred to in Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary. Notary as a capital market supporting profession to be able to make authentic deeds, and carry out activities in the capital market sector must first be registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), meet the requirements, and fill out an application for registration of a notary as a capital market supporting profession in the attachment to the Financial Services Authority regulations (OJK) Number 67/POJK.04/2017 Concerning Notaries Conducting Activities in the Capital Market. According to Article 1868 of the Civil Code, an authentic deed is a deed which, in the form determined by law, is made by or before public officials who have the power to do so at the place where the deed was made. The Authority of a Notary in Providing Legal Counseling for Making Deeds Based on the Notary Office Act (UUJN), a notary must educate the public or the parties who will draw up a deed before a notary regarding the rights and obligations of each party.

Abstract

This study aims to improve science learning activities in grade IV SDK St Ambrosius Ende 6. This research is a classroom action research. the research object consisted of 20 grade IV students. Data were collected by observation techniques, field notes and interviews. The data were analyzed by simple descriptive statistics to determine the percentage increase in student learning activities and their categories for each cycle. The results showed that after implementing the make a match model with the help of pocket book media, there was an increase in student learning activity from cycle I by 49% with the moderately active category to 91% in cycle II with the very active category. Thus, the make a match model with the help of pocket book media can increase the learning activities of class IV SDK St Ambrose Ende 6.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the development of interactive animation video-based learning media can help achieve the desired learning objectives. Measuring the feasibility of the media produced in an achievement. Measuring the effectiveness of interactive video media on the progress of class XI Language MAN I Bandar Lampung in enjoying learning Arabic. The research method used by researchers is the method of research and development (research and development). The development model used is the DDD-E development model. The model to be used is adjusted to the product to be developed. This research produced a product in the form of interactive animated video media to train students' Arabic language skills. The validation stage obtained the results of the feasibility of the media by 92.5%, the feasibility of the material was obtained by a percentage of 96.9%, the feasibility of the program was obtained by a percentage of 96.4%. Based on these results, interactive animated video media is feasible to use. The effectiveness test results obtained based on the results of the t test show the results of the Sig value from table .000 < than 0.05. The calculation results show Tcount > Ttable (74,061 > 2,021) then Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that interactive animated video media is effectively used in learning speaking skills. This shows that interactive animated videos are very well used in learning in the classroom, especially practicing speaking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data/information and discuss how to improve teachers' abilities in preparing end-of-semester learning outcomes tests through workshops at target schools SD Negeri 17/III Sanggar Agung even semester 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is School Action Research (PTS). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 17/III Sanggar Agung, Lake Kerinci District, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. SD Negeri 17/III Sanggar Agung is one of the schools that the author assisted in the academic year in Kerinci Regency. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year, from February to March 2022. The subjects in this study were 5 teachers at SD Negeri 17/III Sanggar Agung. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and documentation sheets. The collected data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the teacher's ability to prepare final semester learning outcomes tests through workshops at SD Negeri 17/III Sanggar Agung Even Semester Academic Year 2021/2022 starting from the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMK Negeri 3 Manado in the subject dasar-dasar kejuruan fase F with network concept map material. This research is a descriptive research conducted in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year in November-December 2022 with 12 research subjects. Data was collected through test instruments, namely questions in the form of descriptions and interviews. The results showed that the use of the project based learning model in learning had a positive impact, namely that all students who were included as research subjects were able to achieve and exceed the KKM score for the dasar-dasar kejuruan fase F, namely 80. Furthermore, students who were in the high category had a percentage of 33.33 %, medium category with a percentage of 50% and low category with 16.67%.

Abstract

Education from time to time continues to experience changes, because if there is no change then the quality of education will be questioned while the current demands of the times are increasing. This causes education as one of the pillars that must remain firmly standing in the face of every challenge that exists, dismissing all changes whose direction can make the bad nation's generation forget its existence as a change being. Education must come with different and more challenging concepts, faces, methods, and materials to increase students' thinking stimuli. In addition, education must be able to give joy, not sadness. The combination of media and IT in school learning is a scourge and at the same time an opportunity for educators. Becoming afraid on the part of some educators because of their weak mastery of IT so they seem to be strangers in the learning process. But it becomes an opportunity for people or educators who can integrate with IT. The presence of the system provides a new spirit in dealing with the new normal situation so that there are no more students who cannot study well because learning must continue with various consequences. Research focuses on digitizing learning and teaching materials so that students can more easily access the material. This research is an ADDIE Research and Development model which produces a prototype of a learning website that can and is easily accessed by teachers and students. When all stages in making this website are completed, the researcher will fully hand it over to the school to be managed and even developed. This research produces 5 F learning, Creative, Innovative, Solution, Interactive and productive which makes students and teachers feel happy and easy in carrying out the learning process and developing teaching materials.

Abstract

The background of this study is that there is still a widespread negative perception among the general public about children born into broken homes. The general public still believes that children from broken-home families are wild and cannot be cared for. The purpose of this study is to address the issue of how school-age children from broken-home families perceive themselves, especially school-age children with an age range of 7-17 years. This research uses a qualitative case study approach—details of data collection methods through interviews and observations. The subjects of this study were 15 broken home-schooling children. This research shows that parents (mother/father) and other relatives (grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle) play a role in children's daily lives. The results of this study can package and represent the contribution of parents and teachers in building the self-concept of broken home children.
