Abstract

This study aims to find a model of education management for the entrepreneurship development of community based on mosque as a form of community mental revolution movement. The research method used is participatory action research (PAR) which is carried out through four stages, namely, planning, observation, and reflection, which in its implementation are carried out in various cycles of activities with the people of Bantur District. The results showed that mosque-based community entrepreneurship development education management activities were able to identify the actual conditions of the community through a SWOT analysis, which in turn found strategies and methods in solving the problems they faced. After the planning is implemented, the community implements it with the assistance and facilitation of the researcher. Observations were made to identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities. This was done by involving the community. Furthermore, the community's efforts are then reflected and evaluated; both strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities are carried out by involving the community.

Abstract

Lately, parents are faced with problems that should not be ignored, namely moral and moral issues, which will become a severe problem in the future. This article is here to explain clearly the implementation of uswah hasanah education in character building in Islamic boarding schools as exemplified by Rasulullah SAW in everyday life, especially in the dormitory of the new students of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor campus 10 Jambi. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with case study. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that the role of the dormitory supervisor teacher and dormitory administrator in terms of good, especially the habit of living disciplined in all things and inculcating the spirit of ukhuwah Islamiyah is a vital instrument in the formation of the Islamic character of new students.

Abstract

This study aims to find the ideal concept in creating an excellent inclusive culture in implementing inclusive education. The method used was qualitative with phenomenological design. Collecting data through interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The data analysis technique used was Cresswell's theory which states that: reduction, data display, and concluding. The study results show five development steps: First, the cultivation of values in the school environment starts from the classroom using a balanced collaboration between the verbal explanation of the material and its application in daily life. Second, habituation of behavior patterns that are carried out to deal with cases encountered in the field requires them to solve them. Third, an intervention or an action taken in the form of treatment of students' emotional problems. Fourth, exemplary for all school members and residents at home. Fifth, a persuasive approach or subtly inviting school members to create an inclusive culture through parenting activities, capacity building, workshops, and FGDs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the direction of the 2013 curriculum development policy at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses a case study qualitative approach, where the researcher conducts interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain the desired data. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman flow, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results indicate that the direction of the 2013 curriculum development policy is aimed at strengthening learning that leads to integrative thematic learning, a scientific approach, strengthening character education, providing adequate facilities, developing student skills and talents, and learning assessment based on authentic assessment. This study has implications for the importance of determining policy directions to meet the needs of madrasah citizens to create superior and competitive quality education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in conflict management in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that there are several ways or stages that are carried out by stakeholders in conflict management. 1) planning in the form of problem identification such as knowing the form of conflict and the source of the conflict. The form of conflict that occurs in elementary schools is a form of conflict that occurs between teachers, teachers, and students, between students, and between principals and teachers. Sources of conflict occur due to differences in perception, lack of attention, miscommunication, and misunderstanding. 2) determining the approach and application of conflict management methods including conflict resolution with the compromise method; 3) Evaluation. This study implies the importance of managing conflict so that existing conflicts become a source of strength for school change and progress by community expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to understand entrepreneurship education by implementing an Islamic work ethic in the patchwork community in Pringsewu Regency. This research was conducted on the community of patchwork craftsmen in Pekon Sukamulya, Banyumas sub-district, Pringsewu Regency from 2019 to 2021 with a qualitative approach type of research was phenomenological. Data can be obtained using observation and interviews, and documentation. Researchers used data analysis techniques starting from preparing units, data categorization, and data interpretation. The results showed that Islamic work ethic-based entrepreneurship education carried out by the patchwork community in Pringsewu Regency in order to improve social welfare was carried out through; maintaining the quality of the products produced, setting prices that are adjusted to market analysis, carrying out promotions, providing exemplary service to customers. This research has implications for the importance of implementing management and educational values in every organizational activity carried out to be able to provide maximum results according to the expectations of all parties.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of appreciating Islamic values in fostering an organizational culture at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Islamic Boarding School (PMUS) Jember, especially in implementing and integrating Islamic values. This study uses adaptive culture theory with qualitative research methods and phenomenological types. The research participants were three Kiai and ustadz in Islamic boarding schools. The interview technique was used to dig up complete data. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction procedures, presentation, and interpretation. This study finds that the institutional culture of pesantren is born out of the theological and philosophical values of the Kiai, which are lived by giving examples (role models), guidance, teaching, training, or using the experiences of the pesantren residents themselves. This culture has implications for the achievements of the pesantren, including the achievement of the prophetic tasks of the pesantren.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning management and teacher personality competence on strengthening students' character education. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach in education management with a descriptive-correlative quantitative method with data collection in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Subjects and research locations are teachers and students at MAN Cimahi City. The results of this study. This study uses the Simultaneous F-Test, which means testing the effect of the X variable together on the Y variable. The basis for decision making, if the value of Sig> 0.05, then Ho is accepted. However, if the value of Sig < 0.05, then Ho is rejected. The Sig value for Regression is 0.042 b. This value is smaller than 0.05; then Ho is rejected. The R Square value of this study was 0.105 or 10.5%. So it can be said that Online Learning Management and Teacher Personality Competence together give an effect of 10.5% the rest (100% - 10.5% = 89.5%) is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This paper describes the charismatic principal in improving teacher work discipline in pesantren-based madrasah. Teacher work discipline is quite essential because departing from the work discipline of the teacher, and it can also be seen how the process and quality in the institution. This research takes place at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, which incidentally is a pesantren-based madrasah. This study aims to contribute ideas guidelines for madrasah principals in improving work discipline. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The informants included the head of the madrasah, deputy head, organizational builder, waka curriculum, waka student, teacher, and one student of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, through purposive sampling. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's concepts, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The research results obtained include; 1) A strong personality aura that is respected as one that affects the discipline of the teacher's work; 2) Being responsible for the main tasks and positions becomes the teacher's consideration for discipline; 3) Visionary in compiling and innovating about the future direction of the madrasah; and 4) Becoming an example in all aspects for their subordinates in the discipline.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low reading literacy ability of high grade students in Banjarmasin. The low reading ability is thought to have an effect on student achievement. This is indicated by the results of student learning achievement which is still low. The aims of the study were; 1) to determine the reading literacy ability; 2) to determine the level of learning achievement; and 3) to determine the effect of reading literacy ability on the learning achievement of high-class students in Banjarmasin. The research design used survey quantitative research with research samples of high-class students in Banjarmasin. Data analysis using simple linear regression test. The results showed that; 1) students' reading literacy ability was quite adequate at 67.53%; 2) student learning achievement was classified as very good at 81%; and 3) there was a significant effect of 5.4% between reading literacy ability and achievement student learning.
