Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the level of satisfaction of partner schools with the performance of PPLK II IAI Yasni Bungo students. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. The form of the survey implementation in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were given to the population, namely partner schools that were appointed and selected by the IAI Yasni Bungo campus in the implementation of the PPLK II program, which was chosen by random sampling, namely six schools that were accredited B and represented regional regions for Bungo and Tebo regencies and represented each level of education program. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through stages; 1) descriptive statistical analysis, 2) testing requirements analysis, and 3) hypothesis testing. The research findings show that the satisfaction of partner schools with the performance of IAI Yasni Bungo students in implementing the PPLK II program is in the "Satisfactory" category.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the management of improving the quality of resources at the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al Haromain Banjarmasin Institute. This research is descriptive qualitative research, using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The data analysis is carried out in stages: data reduction, data display and concluding. The study results indicate that the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al Haromain Educational Institution has managed to improve the management of the quality of resources in its institution. Planning efforts for all resources are carried out; the supervisory process is also carried out on the management of human resources, leaders, teachers, students, and parents, then the management of financial resources for those who apply mandatory infaq and for those who have donors have the control of donations from outside donors, management facilities and infrastructure and others that are by the existing theory.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how village heads apply prophetic leadership in building religious character in Panca Jaya District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung. To understand the phenomena in the field, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Since being in the field, the data analysis was conducted concerning the Milles and Huberman concept. The results showed that the prophetic leadership applied by the village head was displayed through humanist leadership through amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, liberation leadership, and transcendence leadership. This study implies the importance of leaders to have the ability to interact, communicate and socialize in carrying out a clear vision to gain the trust of the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal's motivation on teacher performance at Integrated Islamic elementary school Matahati Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with the associative method. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers and was taken as a sample of 30 teachers with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The result of this study; 1) the regression coefficient value is 1.006. So every one percent of motivation from the principal will improve teacher performance by 1,006. Thus the motivation of the principal has a positive effect on the teacher's performance. Square R-value = 0.610, hence the effect value is 61%. Thus, the provision of motivation from the principal can improve teacher performance by 60%; 2) the principal is significantly influential in efforts to improve teacher performance in SDIT Matahati with the magnitude of the influence by 90.6%; 3) Principals on teacher influence by 88.6%. The study results imply that the principal's motivation is a factor that can affect teacher performance.

Abstract

Globalization allows foreign cultures to quickly enter and often hurts children's behavior, especially teenagers classified as unstable. If this is not balanced with a qualified religious character, teenagers can experience a moral decline. This study seeks to examine the strengthening of religious character education in children in madrasas with parenting management to regulate and control the habituation of children at home so that excellent and religious characters are formed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type. The research locations are Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout the city of Banjarmasin. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman technique in data reduction, data display, and data verification or conclusions. The results showed that Madrasah Tsanawiyah institutions throughout the city of Banjarmasin strengthen planning that coordinates with parents of students; second, religious character management is carried out using religious habituation, time management, and follow-up progress. The implications of strengthening religious character education in coordination with parents can instill religious character in children by habituation.

Abstract

This study examines the principal's policy in managing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in schools. This study uses a qualitative type of field research. Madrasah principals, teachers, and committees are the primary data sources. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are obtained from relevant journals, books, magazines. The location of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Malang. The findings of this study state that distance learning and problems during the Covid-19 period and analysis of basic policies by madrasah principals in managing distance learning with distance learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic include policy analysis regarding student needs the use of learning applications. Evaluation activities and policies in the online learning process will be used. The importance of this research will be to provide solutions in learning to regulate flexibility in choosing a curriculum that is by the learning needs of students during the pandemic, as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture related to the curriculum during an emergency.

Abstract

SDI Miftahul Huda, Kedungwaru, Tulungagung is strongly committed to developing the best educational institutions. Seeing the institution's purpose, it is understood that schools must be able to improve the quality of education and optimize the participation of the community who give good opinions for the school's image. This study aims to understand the management of public relations in building the school's image. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results indicate that the implementation of public relations in building the school's image is carried out through internal and external work programs, where each work program has a role in building the image of SDI Miftahul Huda. Public relations strategy in building an image is carried out by evaluating public behavior, identifying policies and procedures of the organization with the public's wishes, and planning and establishing an action program so that the public can accept and understand the program held by the school.

Abstract

This study aims to understand service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the performance management system of the head of administration within the scope of students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Lampung Province. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain data. The data analysis refers to the interactive data analysis model from Milles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the administrative performance management system at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lampung Province were carried out in a planned and systematic way through various varied activities to be able to provide good service to students. This research has implications for improving the quality of administrative resources in providing optimal services to students and stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of stress felt by school principals at the elementary school level in Bandung Regency. The research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted in January 2022 for three weeks through in-depth interviews with three informants. The purposive sampling technique selected informants. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis and triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that an unhealthy work environment pressure from teachers can affect the performance of school principals regardless of gender. Stress that can be felt in headaches, body aches, and hypertension are the main symptoms felt. This research implies that the principal looks moody or often emotional because he feels stressed at work and feels symptoms of illness. It is recommended that principals hire competent employees to assist in administration, delegate tasks, hold regular meetings and counseling, reduce their stress and create a supportive environment for a more efficient school administration.

Abstract

This study examines the best educational management in the era of information technology, known as the 21st century. This study is qualitative research. Madrasahs in Sambas Regency and as primary data are principals and students. Meanwhile, secondary data consists of articles, books, and other supporting documents in this research. The findings of this study indicate that the best practice model to achieve effective and productive educational goals starts with effective schools, management, strong leadership, clear vision, ability to create a good learning climate, has a student monitoring mechanism, progress to have expectations, high level, supported by resource teachers and also involving the community. The results of this study can later contribute to education in Indonesia in general.
