Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of content marketing, electronic word of mouth, and user generated content on purchasing decisions for Shopee products among Economics Education students at FKIP UNS class of 2019-2021. This research used quantitative descriptive methods. The sample collection used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 97 students. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire filled in by FKIP UNS Economics Education students class of 2019-2021 who had purchased products on Shopee. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of the research showed that (1) there was a positive and significant influence between content marketing on purchasing decisions for Shopee products among FKIP UNS Economics Education students class of 2019-2021(2) there was a positive and significant influence between electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Shopee products among Economics Education students at FKIP UNS class of 2019-2021(3) there was a positive and significant influence between user generated content on purchasing decisions for Shopee products among FKIP Economics Education students UNS class of 2019-2021 (4) there was a positive and significant influence between content marketing, electronic word of mouth and user generated content on purchasing decisions for Shopee products among Economics Education students FKIP UNS class of 2019-2021.

Abstract

Indonesia needs to meet the food needs of its citizens because its population continues to increase. Because it is difficult to produce, Indonesia imports a lot of wheat to meet consumption needs. This research aims to: 1) Examine the factors that influence the volume of Indonesian wheat imports, 2) Analyze the influence of world international wheat prices, wheat use, GDP and Indonesian population on Indonesian wheat imports. This research uses secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Agriculture, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the World Bank in the form of world international wheat prices, wheat use, GDP and Indonesia's population for the last 23 years (2000-2022). SPSS 25 was used to process the data. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis which uses classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that international wheat prices have a negative and not significant influence on the volume of Indonesian wheat imports, the use of wheat has a positive and significant influence on the volume of Indonesian wheat imports, Indonesian GDP has a negative and insignificant influence on the volume of Indonesian wheat imports. And the population of Indonesia has a positive and insignificant influence. Keywords: Wheat Import, HGI, use of wheat, GDP, Population

Abstract

In this digital era, information technology (IT) has become a key factor in increasing company competitiveness. Proper implementation of IT in information management systems can help companies to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. This research aims to explore the application of information technology in information management systems and how this can increase company competitiveness. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the application of IT in information management systems can increase a company's competitiveness. Companies need to pay attention to the factors that influence the success of implementing IT in information management systems in order to achieve optimal results, including management support, availability of IT infrastructure, staff skills and knowledge, communication and coordination.

Abstract

The research is aimed at finding out the effect of using Canva-based audio visual media to increase students' learning motivation in class XI economics subjects at SMAN 1 Mandau. With the following research, the aim is to determine the differences in students' learning motivation before and after using Canva-based audio visual learning media. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods, and as a measure a Likert scale is used. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique, a sampling technique based on class criteria where students' learning motivation was low so that a sample size of 35 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique is by providing a test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis of different tests on learning motivation questionnaires before and after using Canva-based audio visual media, the questionnaire score before using Canva-based audio visual media was 63.87% and the questionnaire score after using Canva-based audio visual media was 76.79%, and the results of the independent sample t-test The test obtained 11.204 > 1.690, which means there are differences in students' learning motivation before and after using Canva-based audio visual media.

Abstract

The emergence of technology has led to a shift from traditional cash payment methods to non-cash payments. With this in mind, a study has been conducted to investigate the growing interest of university students in using e-wallets for payments. The study aims to determine the factors influencing students’ interest in using e-wallets. The literature review narrowed the investigation to two factors, usefulness and security. The population for this study is university students who use e-wallets. Data collection was carried out through a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. For data analysis methods using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The study results indicate that usefulness is the most dominant factor influencing student interest in using e-wallets. This research is expected to provide benefits as new knowledge about e-wallets and the basis for further researchers to deepen the scope of understanding adopting e-wallets, besides that it is also expected to be used by interested parties to improve the e-wallet system based on the results of emprise research.

Abstract

Program KSB2 OSC (Kuliah Santri Sambil Bekerja Berkelanjutan Outsourcing) merupakan program beasiswa gratis 100% biaya mondok, tempat tinggal, makan, transportasi, pelatihan kerja, pesantren, kuliah dan penempatan kerja, untuk siswa-siswi lulusan SLTA sederajat yang berasal dari kalangan keluarga dengan ekonomi tidak mampu, yang berasal dari desa/daerah terpencil atau pelosok yang tidak memiliki akses untuk bisa melanjutkan sekolah/kuliah, minim akses untuk bisa mengembangkan diri maupun akses untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Maka siswa-siswi tersebut direkrut dalam program KSB2 OSC untuk dikuliahkan dan pesantren-kan serta dididik dan latih kemampuan bekerjanya di Lembaga dan perusahaan yang disiapkan diantaranya ada 11 lembaga Pendidikan, 24 lembaga non Pendidikan dan bisnis dan 16 Perusahaan mitra kerjasama. Setelah mereka lulus mengikuti program KSB2 OSC selama 4 tahun, mareka akan diarahkan untuk memiliki pekerjaan baik bekerja diperusahaan milik Lembaga, perusahaan mitra atau membuka usaha sendiri ataupun kita arahkan untuk bisa mengambangkan daerahnya dengan membuka MADZAS AL-FATH (Majelis Dzikir Aurod dan Sholawat Al-Fath) untuk membina masyarakat baik dibidang Keagamaan, Pendidikan, Seni dan Budaya serta Perekonomian. Bagi lulusan yang sudah memiliki pekerjaan maka lulusan wajib mengeluarkan Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh ke Lambaga Amil Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh Al-Fath, yang mana dana Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh tersebut dikelola untuk membiayai program KSB2 OSC selanjutnya sehingga program ini bisa berkelanjutan. Program ini dibuka untuk siswa-siswi lulusan SLTA seluruh Indonesia. Dengan Program KSB2 OSC tersebut maka bisa membuka akses sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berasal dari pedesaan/pelosok yang semula tertutup akan terbuka lebar sehingga tidak ada lagi kemiskinan terstruktural didaerah pelosok/daerah terpencil.

Abstract

The implementation of a project management information system (SIMP) can bring improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in managing projects, contributing to the achievement of the company's business goals. However, before implementing SIMP, companies need to analyze their organizational readiness so that the implementation can run smoothly and provide maximum benefits. This research aims to analyze the level of organizational readiness and SIMP implementation in the company. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection is done through literature studies, then the collected data is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that organizations must pay attention to several factors of organizational readiness in implementing SIMP which include support from the management level, a supportive organizational culture, a clear organizational structure, the availability of adequate technological infrastructure, and the existence of human resource expertise. After the organization ensures that these factors have been met, only then can the SIMP implementation process be carried out with the stages of planning, implementation, and operation.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dari komitmen organisasional, budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja inovasi. Metode sample jenuh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan kriteria responden terdiri dari 60 karyawan PT Dagadu Djokdja digunakan sebagai sample pada penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar kertas kuesioner yang nantinya di analisis menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Setelah itu data di uji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Setelah melakukan uji kualitas, data diproses menggunakan berbagai metode statistik seperti uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi berganda. Uji asumsi klasik mencakup evaluasi normalitas, multikolineritas, dan heterokedastisitas. Selanjutnya, analisis data melibatkan penggunaan uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (T), dan uji simultan (F). Hasil penlitian ini menujukkan (1)adanya kontribusi signifikan dan positif komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja inovasi (2) adanya kontribusi signifikan dan positif budaya kerja terhadap kinerja inovasi (3) adanya kontribusi signifikan dan positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja motivasi (4) adanya kontribusi signifikan dan positif komitmen organisasional, budaya kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja inovasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan konsumen pada pasar, dengan penekanan pada kualitas produk dan pelayanan. Dalam konteks ini, kepuasan konsumen dianggap sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada platform pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan yang ditawarkan oleh pasar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana kepuasan konsumen memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mereka, khususnya melalui evaluasi pengguna e-commerce terhadap kualitas produk dan layanan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan untuk pemahaman lebih baik tentang perilaku pelanggan dan strategi pemasaran yang berhasil di platform e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth on repurchase intention which is mediated by the Richeese Nabati brand image purchased online in Bandung City. The population in the study consists of millennial generation and generation Z individuals aged 17-30 years who have purchased Richeese Nabati products. The number of samples in this study amounted to 120 people. The research instrument has passed various test stages, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and multiple regression test. Research using SPSS version 25 software which is an analytical tool for testing data instruments and using a sobel calculator to conduct the sobel test. Brand Image is able to mediate the impact of celebrity endorsers and electronic word of mouth on repurchase intention.
