Abstract

Pengembangan game edukasi telah menjadi salah satu inovasi terkemuka dalam bidang pendidikan digital, menyediakan alat yang interaktif dan menarik untuk proses belajar. Namun, seiring dengan kemajuan ini, timbu tantangan terkait penggunaan sumber daya dan dampak lingkungan dari proses pengembangan game. Untuk mengatasi isu-isu tersebut, prinsip sirkular ekonomi menawarkan solusi yang berfokus ppada pengurangan limbah, penggunaan kembali sumber daya dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip sirkular ekonomi dalam pengemangan game edukasi dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan produk yang tidak hanya efektif dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran tetapi juga berkelanjutan secara lingkungan. Prinsip sirkular ekonomi yang diterapkan meliputi desain berkelanjutan, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien dan adopsi model bisnis yang mendukung keberlanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan prinsip sirkular ekonomi dalam pengembangan game edukasi dapat mengurangi dampak lingkungan, meningkatkan efisiensi biaya dan memperkuat keberlanjutan produk. Dari mengisi kuesioner game edukasi menghafal do’a harian maka menghasilkan persentase 87,125% dengan kriteria sangat setuju.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance yang diukur dengan kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan dewan komisaris independen, leverage yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio dan firm size terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang secara konsisten menerbitkan laporan keuangan di BEI dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 26 perusahaan setiap tahunnya sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 111 data observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, leverage dan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Teknologi digital mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan strategi ekonomi sirkular pada Lean Construction. Teknologi blockchain, robotics, dan artificial intelligence (AI) dapat digunakan untuk mengelola dan memantau material yang digunakan serta menganalisis data guna meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mengurangi waste. Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dan digital fabrication dapat membantu mengurangi konsumsi energi dengan cara mengawasi dan mengelola sumber daya serta mengurangi biaya dan waktu produksi. IoT untuk pengawasan sumber daya yang lebih efektif dengan sensor dan data real-time, sedangkan digital fabrication, memungkinkan produksi material yang lebih presisi dan efisien sehingga dapat mengurangi pemborosan energi. Sistem manajemen data dan peningkatan proses juga merupakan kontribusi signifikan dari teknologi digital. Sistem ini dapat mengelola dan memantau material yang digunakan serta mengurangi waste dengan cara melacak penggunaan material dari awal hingga akhir, memastikan tidak ada pemborosan atau penyalahgunaan. Peningkatan proses dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi digital untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeliminasi langkah-langkah yang tidak efisien dalam produksi, sehingga meningkatkan nilai produk akhir.

Abstract

Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the workplace and business processes. This era is characterized by the integration of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and blockchain into daily operations. According to the World Economic Forum (2020), approximately 50% of all jobs worldwide will experience significant changes due to technological advancements. Digital transformation not only affects the private sector but also the public sector, including Civil Servants (ASN) who play a crucial role in public service delivery. This study aims to analyze the digital skills of Civil Servants (ASN) in business processes during the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with a focus on the Institute of Public Administration (IPDN). The study also aims to identify the challenges and barriers faced by ASN in developing digital skills and strategies that can be applied to enhance digital competence. The results show that the digital skills of ASN at IPDN need to be enhanced, particularly in the use of advanced technologies and data analysis. Although most ASN are familiar with using basic hardware and software, there is still a gap in their mastery of more advanced technologies. ASN have a crucial role in business processes during the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly in digitalizing public services and making data-driven decisions. However, limitations in digital skills can hinder the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. The challenges and barriers faced by ASN in developing digital skills include skill gaps, resistance to change, and the availability of digital infrastructure. Strategies for developing digital skills of ASN should focus on competence enhancement through training, the development of a digital work culture, and policy and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction on Gojek driver performance in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to active Gojek drivers. The results showed that Flexible Working Arrangement, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction have a positive effect on improving driver performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding indicates that optimal management of these three variables can encourage drivers to work more productively, loyally, and professionally. This study illustrates that the success of driver performance can be improved through support for work flexibility, work life balance, and satisfaction in their work. Gojek drivers are advised to manage their working hours flexibly but in a structured manner in order to maintain a good work-life balance. Further research is needed to examine other factors that may affect driver performance, such as burnout, work motivation, rewards, and employment insurance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the internet has driven significant changes in consumer behavior, requiring traditional markets to adapt to remain relevant and competitive with modern markets and e-commerce. The purpose of this study was to find a traditional market management model based on digital marketing that is suitable for the Rogowongso Pati traditional market. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 157 traders at Rogowongso Pati Market. The analysis used PLS-SEM through SmartPLS version 3. The results showed that the use of e-commerce and training and digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on the success of market management, while the use of social media had no significant effect. In addition, government support strengthened the relationship between the use of e-commerce and the success of market management, but weakened the relationship between social media use and did not moderate the relationship between training and digital literacy on the success of market management. These findings confirm that the success of traditional markets in the digital era is more determined by the ability of traders to utilize e-commerce technology and digital literacy than simply using social media. This study recommends that the government focus on improving the digital capacity of traders through ongoing training, strategic assistance in the use of social media, and the provision of secure online infrastructure and payment systems.

Abstract

The beauty industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly as public awareness of appearance increases, encouraging Wardah to innovate and build a strong brand image as a pioneer of halal cosmetics. This success is highly dependent on customer satisfaction as the link between product excellence and customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from relevant literature. The sample, consisting of at least 163 respondents, was purposively selected from the community of Semarang City who use at least three Wardah brand cosmetic and skincare products. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software, including instrument validity and reliability tests, outer model, inner model through R square, hypothesis and mediation tests based on p-value with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the direct effect analysis, it was found that product differentiation, brand image, and product innovation had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction, product differentiation, and brand image were also found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. However, product innovation did not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the results of the indirect effect analysis showed that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of product differentiation, brand image, and product innovation on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Globalization has significantly contributed to economic growth through trade liberalization, technological advancement, and international cooperation. In Indonesia, trade openness and foreign direct investment (FDI) serve as crucial drivers of economic growth, primarily through exports, imports, and technology transfer. However, the relationship between trade, investment, and economic growth is not always linear, as it is shaped by a country’s internal characteristics and economic policies. This study aims to examine both the short-run and long-run relationships among trade, FDI, and economic growth in Indonesia using annual data from 1970 to 2024 and applying the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach. The findings reveal that, based on the Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis, each variable tends to stabilize in response to shocks from itself or other variables in the long run. In the short run, trade and FDI respond positively only to shocks in economic growth, while economic growth increases primarily due to shocks from FDI and trade. Furthermore, the Variance Decomposition (VD) analysis indicates that the most dominant influence on the variability of trade, FDI, and economic growth comes from each respective variable itself. These results highlight the dynamic interdependence among trade, investment, and economic growth, offering valuable insights for policymakers in formulating strategies to enhance Indonesia’s long-term economic performance

Abstract

Globalization and advances in the retail industry have driven the rapid growth of fast fashion in Indonesia, with Uniqlo as one of the major players. This research aims to analyze the influence of social media, product innovation, and brand collaboration on Uniqlo brand awareness among Generation Z in Semarang City. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected using a questionnaire with purposive sampling techniques from 121 Generation Z respondents in Semarang City who are Uniqlo product users. The results of the study show that social media has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, and brand collaboration has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Further research is recommended to compare the effectiveness of Instagram and TikTok social media in building brand awareness and to examine differences in consumer behavior across cities and generations. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for Uniqlo in improving its marketing strategies, product innovation, and brand collaboration so that brand awareness can be optimized among Generation Z.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah banyak mengubah sistem transaksi keuangan, termasuk munculnya mobile banking—platform digital yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan aktivitas keuangan secara mudah memakai smartphone. Riset ini mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan, literasi digital, dan persepsi risiko pada penggunaan mobile banking pada mahasiswa di Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitain untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, literasi digital dan persepsi risiko terhadap penggunaan mobile banking di kalangan mahasiswa semarang. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan via Google Forms dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan yakni purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 272 respon valid. Data dianalisis memakai SPSS versi 25 melalui metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset memaparkan bahwasannya literasi keuangan, literasi digital, serta persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada penggunaan mobile banking, dengan literasi keuangan sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Secara bersama-sama, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 88% variasi penggunaan mobile banking, sementara 12% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diriset pada studi ini. Saran pada penelitian berikutnya sampel penelitian lebih dari satu daerah dan bisa menambahkan jumlah variabel seperti, harapan kinerja, nilai pribadi dan kepercayaan, kemudahan dalam bertransaksi, dan efektivitas finansial mandiri yang menjadi faktor untuk mempengaruhi penggunaan mobile banking.
