Abstract

Abstract: Externalizing behavior in preschool children is a common behavioral problem in early childhood education settings and may persist if not addressed at an early stage. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Social Skill Training combined with a Token Economy technique in reducing externalizing behavior among preschool children. The study employed a one-group pretest–posttest experimental design. The participants consisted of five preschool children aged six years who exhibited characteristics of externalizing behavior. Behavioral assessment was conducted using the Indonesian version of the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), focusing on the aggressive behavior and attention problems domains. The intervention was delivered over eight sessions through modeling, role play, and behavioral reinforcement using a Token Economy system. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results indicated a reduction in externalizing behavior scores among all participants, with a statistically significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (Z = −2.02; p < 0.05). These findings suggest that Social Skill Training combined with a Token Economy is effective in reducing externalizing behavior in preschool children. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas Social Skill Training yang dikombinasi dengan Token Economy dalam menurunkan externalizing behavior pada anak prasekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen one-group prestest-posttest. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang anak prasekolah berusia 6 tahun, dengan karakteristik esternalizing behavior. Pengukuran dalam penelitian menggunakan instrumen Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) versi Indonesia yang difokuskan pada domain agressive behavior dan attention problems. Intervensi diberikan selama delapan sesi, melalui kegiatan modelling, role play serta penguatan perilaku menggunakan Token Economy. Data dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed ank Test. Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant transformation to the philosophy of automotive education, particularly in its traditional learning and teaching approaches that previously relied on manual skills. This study aims to analyze the shift in automotive education from the perspective of multivariate educational philosophy, which integrates technical competencies, digital literacy, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of electronic vehicle systems. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations involving automotive teachers, workshop instructors, program coordinators, industry technicians, and students. The findings reveal that digital tools—such as vehicle scanners, simulation software, animated videos, and e-learning modules—not only enhance learning methods but also shift the learning paradigm toward more analytical and data-driven processes. The role of teachers has also evolved significantly, from mere transmitters of information to facilitators, mentors, and digital analysts. The integration of industry technology into classroom and workshop learning increases students’ job readiness and reduces the skills gap between vocational schools and professional workshops. Therefore, automotive education in the digital era requires a philosophical reconstruction to align with multivariate competence demands, curriculum relevance, and the technological needs of the modern automotive industry. Keyword: educational philosoph; automotive education; digital era; multivariate learning; industrial technology integration Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan mendasar terhadap filsafat pendidikan otomotif, terutama dalam cara belajar dan mengajar yang sebelumnya berpusat pada keterampilan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi konsep pendidikan otomotif dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan multivariat, yang menekankan keterpaduan antara kompetensi teknis, literasi digital, pemecahan masalah, serta pemahaman sistem elektronik kendaraan modern. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi pada guru otomotif, instruktur bengkel, kepala program keahlian, teknisi industri, serta siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital, seperti scanner kendaraan, software simulasi, video animasi, dan modul e-learning, tidak hanya memodifikasi metode pembelajaran, tetapi juga menggeser paradigma belajar menuju model yang lebih analitis dan berbasis data. Peran guru turut mengalami perubahan signifikan, dari penyampai informasi menjadi fasilitator, mentor, dan analis digital. Integrasi teknologi industri dalam pembelajaran terbukti meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa dan mengurangi kesenjangan keterampilan antara sekolah dan bengkel modern. Abstract

Abstract: The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed the landscape of tourism marketing, where travel decisions are now heavily influenced by visual and social representations in online media. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, social media content, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on visitors' decisions, with visitors' interest serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through an online survey of 350 respondents who had visited the Asia Farm and Asia Heritage tourist destinations in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that influencers, social media content, and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on visitors' interest. Furthermore, it was found that visitors' interest plays a significant role as a mediator in bridging digital stimuli to the final decision of tourists to visit. Influencers were found to have the most dominant influence in shaping interest, while aesthetic visual content on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram strengthens visit intentions. These findings underscore the importance of digital marketing strategies based on credibility and emotional engagement for managers of educational tourism destinations in the modern era. Abstrak: Revolusi digital telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran pariwisata, di mana keputusan berkunjung kini sangat dipengaruhi oleh representasi visual dan sosial di media daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer, social media content, dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap visitors decision dengan visitors interest sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring terhadap 350 responden yang merupakan pengunjung destinasi wisata Asia Farm dan Asia Heritage di Kota Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer, social media content, dan e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visitors interest . Lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa visitors interest berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam menjembatani stimulus digital terhadap keputusan akhir wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Influencer ditemukan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam membentuk minat, sementara konten visual yang estetik di platform seperti TikTok dan Instagram memperkuat niat kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital yang berbasis pada kredibilitas dan keterlibatan emosional bagi pengelola destinasi wisata edukatif di era modern. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. This study was qualitative. The population consisted of 66 employees at the Regional Secretariat of West Sumatra Province. The sample selection method used total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 66. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of the smartPLS 3 application. The results of this study found that leadership style has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of motivation on employee performance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Pegawai yang ada di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 66 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan sampel total sampling dan mendapatkan sampel sebanyak 66 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi smartPLS 3. Hal penelitian ini, menemukan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Abstract: Yayasan Orangutan Sumatera Lestari – Orangutan Information Centre (YOSL- OIC) is a non-governmental organization tasked with preserving and protecting orangutans (Pongo Abelii) and their forest habitat in Sumatra. Along with the development of a company, the number of assets will also continue to increase from year to year. Currently, asset data management at YOSL-OIC has not been carried out optimally only with the help of Microsoft office excel. A common problem in asset data management is the difficulty for administrators in searching for inventory data and creating inventory reports, which takes a long time, resulting in inaccurate data and an inefficient process. Therefore, YOSL-OIC requires a web-based asset management information system (SIMASET) to facilitate the monitoring and tracking of all assets. Conventional asset data management can be addressed by building a web-based inventory information system. In this system, asset depreciation is calculated using the straight-line method, which is widely used by various companies due to its simplest application in accounting. This system is considered more efficient and practical because it is easy to operate and can be accessed anytime and anywhere via a browser, allowing for quick, precise, and accurate searches for asset data. Abstrak: Yayasan Orangutan Sumatera Lestari – Orangutan Information Centre (YOSL- OIC) adalah salah satu Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bertugas melestarikan dan melindungi orangutan (Pongo Abelii) dan habitat hutan mereka di Sumatera. Seiring dengan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan maka jumlah aset juga akan terus bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Pengelolaan data aset pada YOSL-OIC saat ini masih belum dilakukan dengan maksimal hanya dengan bantuan Microsoft office excel. Permasalahan yang kerap muncul dalam pengelolaan data aset adalah kesulitan admin dalam mencari data barang serta membuat laporan inventaris, yang membutuhkan waktu lama sehingga menghasilkan data yang kurang akurat dan prosesnya pun menjadi tidak efisien. Oleh sebab itu, YOSL-OIC memerlukan sistem informasi manajemen aset (SIMASET) berbasis web untuk membantu pemantauan dan pelacakan seluruh aset agar lebih mudah dilakukan. Pengelolaan data aset yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional dapat diatasi dengan membangun sistem informasi inventaris barang berbasis web. Dalam sistem ini, perhitungan penyusutan nilai aset menggunakan metode garis lurus (Straight Line Method), yang banyak digunakan oleh berbagai perusahaan karena penerapannya paling sederhana dalam akuntansi. Sistem ini dinilai lebih efisien dan praktis karena mudah dioperasikan serta dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja melalui browser, sehingga pencarian data barang dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Abstract

Abstract: Administrative services at the village level that are still conducted manually often cause various problems, such as long queues, limited service hours, and poorly documented administrative records. This study aims to implement a WhatsApp Bot in village administrative services as an effort to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with an applied research design. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of requirement planning, system design, construction, and implementation stages. The developed system is named the Village Administrative Service Information System based on WhatsApp Bot (SI TEJO) and was implemented in Tejo Agung Village. The results show that the implementation of SI TEJO was able to reduce the average service time from approximately ±30 minutes in the manual system to ±10 minutes. In addition, the user satisfaction survey results indicate a very high level of acceptance, with the majority of respondents giving positive assessments of ease of use, service speed, and system convenience. Therefore, SI TEJO has proven to be effective in improving the efficiency and quality of village administrative services and is feasible to be implemented sustainably. Keywords: administrative services, WhatsApp Bot, information system, user satisfaction, RAD Abstrak: Pelayanan administrasi kelurahan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti antrean panjang, keterbatasan waktu pelayanan, serta pencatatan administrasi yang kurang terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan WhatsApp Bot dalam pelayanan administrasi kelurahan sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian terapan (applied research). Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan diberi nama Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Kelurahan berbasis WhatsApp Bot (SI TEJO) dan diimplementasikan di Kelurahan Tejo Agung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SI TEJO mampu menurunkan rata-rata waktu pelayanan dari ±30 menit pada sistem manual menjadi ±10 menit. Selain itu, hasil survei kepuasan pengguna menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat baik, dengan mayoritas responden memberikan penilaian positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan pelayanan, dan kenyamanan sistem. Dengan demikian, SI TEJO terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kelurahan serta layak diterapkan secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Abstract: Restorative justice is a new approach to the criminal justice system that prioritizes the principle of restoration over retribution. Unlike conventional approaches that focus on punishing the perpetrator, restorative justice emphasizes dialogue, reparation, and the creation of consensus between the perpetrator, victim, and community. This approach is considered more humane and capable of providing equitable solutions for all parties. Supreme Court Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2024 was issued in response to the need for official guidelines for judges in applying restorative justice principles. The introduction of this Supreme Court Regulation represents a strategic step in encouraging a paradigm shift in criminal law that focuses not only on the perpetrator but also considers the rights and interests of victims. The Tanjungbalai District Court is one of the courts that has begun implementing this Supreme Court Regulation. However, implementation in the field has not always been smooth. Various obstacles arise from regulations, lack of understanding of officials, limited resources, and resistance from the legal community itself. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to determine the extent to which this Supreme Court Regulation is being implemented and the obstacles faced by the Tanjungbalai District Court.Keyword: Restorative Justice; Criminal Cases; CourtsAbstrak: Keadilan restoratif merupakan pendekatan baru dalam sistem peradilan pidana yang mengedepankan prinsip pemulihan (restorasi) dibanding pembalasan (retribusi). Berbeda dari pendekatan konvensional yang berorientasi pada pemberian hukuman terhadap pelaku, keadilan restoratif lebih menekankan pada proses dialog, pemulihan kerugian, dan penciptaan kesepakatan antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini dianggap lebih humanis dan mampu memberikan solusi yang berkeadilan bagi semua pihak. Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 lahir sebagai respon terhadap kebutuhan akan pedoman resmi bagi hakim dalam menerapkan prinsip keadilan restoratif. Kehadiran Peraturan Mahkamah Agung ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendorong transformasi paradigma hukum pidana yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pelaku, melainkan juga memperhatikan hak-hak dan kepentingan korban. Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai menjadi salah satu pengadilan yang telah mulai mengimplementasikan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung ini. Namun demikian, penerapan di lapangan tidak selalu berjalan lancar. Terdapat berbagai hambatan baik dari segi regulasi, pemahaman aparat, keterbatasan sarana, hingga resistensi dari masyarakat hukum itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian mendalam mengenai sejauh mana Peraturan Mahkamah Agung ini diterapkan dan bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi oleh Pengadilan Negeri Tanjungbalai.Kata kunci: Keadilan Restoratif; Perkara Pidana; Pengadilan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the types of difficulties experienced by fifth-grade students at MIS Al- Wasliyah in solving geometry problems involving plane figures. Tshis reserch employed a descroptive qualitative approach with data collected through problem-solving tests, semi-structured interviews, and observations during the completion of tasts. The research subject consisted of 17 students who had previously learned the topic of plane figures. The result indicate that students encountered difficulties in three main indicators: identifying elements of plane figures (58,8%), selecting and applying appropriate formulas for area and perimeter (70,5%), and organizing problem solving steps systematlically (82,3%). These difficulties were caused by limited conceptual understanding,students tendency to memorize formulas without connecting them to contextual problems, and their lack of habituation in following systematic problem-solving procedures. Nevertheless, some students demonstrated good understanding, as evidenced by their ability to identify essential elements, choose suitable formulas, and performs calculations correctly. The study concludes that learning activities should place greater emphasis on strengthening conceptual understanding and developing students abilities to apply complete and structured problem-solving strategies. Keywords: geometry; plane figures; problem solving; learning difficulties; elementary students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk kesulitan yang dialami siswa kelas V MIS AL-Wasliyah dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri bangun datar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes pemecahan masalah, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan observasi selama proses pengerjaan soal. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 17 siswa yang telah mempelajari materi bangun datar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan pada tiga indikator utama, yaitu mengidentifikasi unsur bangun datar (58,8%) memilih dan menggunakan rumus luas maupun keliling (70,5%) serta menyusun langkah penyelesaian secaara runtut (82,3%). Kesulitan tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep dasar, kecenderungan siswa menghafal rumus tanpa memahami konteks, serta ketidakterbiasaan mengikuti prosedur pemecahan masalah secara sistematis. Meskipun demikian, sebagaian siswa telah menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik melalui kemampuan mengidentifikasi unsur bangun, memilih rumus yang sesuai, dan melakukan perhitungan dengan benar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pemahaman konsep dan pembiasaan strategi pemecahan masalah secara lengkap. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the service quality of the Tokopedia application based on user reviews using the E-SERVQUAL approach. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic content analysis approach. The research data comes from user reviews of the Tokopedia application available on the Google Play Store. The data were analyzed by grouping the reviews into seven E-SERVQUAL dimensions, namely efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. The validity of the data was tested through credibility, transferability, and dependability tests. The results show that user perceptions of Tokopedia's service quality vary. Some users consider Tokopedia's services to have provided easy access and fairly good data security. However, dominant complaints are still found in the dimensions of efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, and responsiveness, especially related to system stability, service speed, accuracy of order fulfillment, and customer service response. Based on these findings, Tokopedia needs to prioritize improving service quality in the dimensions that are most complained about by users. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan aplikasi Tokopedia berdasarkan ulasan pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan E-SERVQUAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis isi tematik. Data penelitian bersumber dari ulasan pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia yang tersedia di Google Play Store. Data dianalisis dengan mengelompokkan ulasan ke dalam tujuh dimensi E-SERVQUAL, yaitu efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, dan contact. Keabsahan data diuji melalui uji credibility, transferability, dan dependability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan Tokopedia bersifat beragam. Beberapa pengguna menilai layanan Tokopedia telah memberikan kemudahan akses dan keamanan data yang cukup baik. Namun, masih ditemukan keluhan yang dominan pada dimensi efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, dan responsiveness, terutama terkait kestabilan sistem, kecepatan layanan, ketepatan pemenuhan pesanan, serta respons layanan pelanggan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Tokopedia perlu memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas layanan pada dimensi-dimensi yang paling banyak dikeluhkan pengguna. Abstract

Abstract: The main challenge in managing the EEZ is law enforcement. Pollution, illegal fishing, and excessive exploitation of resources often occur in this area. Therefore, the state must have sufficient capacity to monitor and enforce the law to protect the marine ecosystem. Effective law enforcement in the EEZ also requires international cooperation, especially when pollution or resource exploitation issues involve more than one country. The unclear regulation of the area of duty between law enforcement agencies that have similar duties, functions, and authorities in the Indonesian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) has led to disharmony and overlapping authorities in the implementation of law enforcement. This study aims to determine the normative juridical research method, namely a method that refers to legal norms carried out by means of literature studies related to the problems studied, this study has a descriptive nature, and the data is analyzed qualitatively. The research results indicate that there is overlapping authority in conducting investigations in the EEZ, particularly in cases of pollution caused by the illegal dumping of hazardous waste by foreign vessels carrying out transshipment, which damages the ecosystem. This creates overlapping authority in investigations, necessitating harmonization and clear regulatory reform to determine the authority to conduct investigations in the EEZ. Pencemaran, penangkapan ikan ilegal, dan eksploitasi sumber daya yang berlebihan sering kali terjadi di wilayah ini. Oleh karena itu, negara harus memiliki kapasitas yang cukup untuk mengawasi dan menegakkan hukum guna melindungi ekosistem laut. Penegakan hukum yang efektif di ZEE juga memerlukan kerjasama internasional, terutama ketika masalah pencemaran atau eksploitasi sumber daya melibatkan lebih dari satu negara. Ketidakjelasan pengaturan wilayah tugas antar lembaga penegak hukum yang memiliki kesamaan dalam tugas, fungsi, dan wewenang di wilayah Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif (ZEE) Indonesia telah menimbulkan disharmoni dan tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam pelaksanaan penegakan hukum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Metode penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu metode yang mengacu pada norma-norma hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti, penelitian ini memiliki sifat deskriptif, serta data yang dianalisis secara kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam melakukan penyidikan di zee terutama pada kasus pencemaran oleh pembuangan limbah b3 oleh kapal asing yang melakukan transihpment secara illegal yang merusak ekosistem menyebabkan tumpang tindih kewenangan dalam penyidikan sehingga perlunya harmonisasi dan reformasi regulasi yang jelas untuk menentukan kewenangan melakukan penyidikan di zee Kata Kunci : Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif, Pencemaran lingkungan, Limbah B3
