The study aimed at finding out in dept about the interaction between Problem Posing model assisted with Autograph Software with the student?s gender to students' mathematical communication ability. This study used quantitative research with quasi experimental method. The approach used was a scientific one. The population of this study were all the Class X students of MAN Kisaran. The sample in this study were the students of class X-IPA1 and X-IPA-2 in MAN Kisaran of Asahan Regency. This study was conducted in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Data analysis was done by 2-way ANOVA test. Based on the statistical calculation, it can be concluded that the value of Fcount<Ftable is 0.778 <3.12. This shows that Fcount<Ftable(0.778 <3.12) is not significant so that it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected which means there is no interaction between learning with students? gender. The finding of students? actitivity aspects is based on direct observation. Female students are more active in learning but are weaker in reasoning, meanwhile Male ones are quick in reasoning but are less active in learning.

penelitian ini membahas tentang kemampuan penalaran siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah lingkaran kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Aek Ledong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah yang dapat diakses oleh siswa dalam menyelesaikan lingkaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Aek Ledong Kabupaten Asahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 23 subjek. Teknik data yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis berupa 3 soal uraian.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 siswa kemampuan penalaran pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 17,4%, pada kategori sedang terdapat 12 siswa sebanyak 52,2%, sedangkan pada kategori rendah terdapat 7 siswa sebanyak 7 siswa. sebagai 30,4%. Dari analisis data, diperoleh nilai rata-rata ketercapaian kemampuan penalaran siswa adalah 49%. Sehingga dapat disingkapkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran siswa SMP Negeri 2 Aek Ledong berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the difference in adversity quotient between students who learn to use the Autograph learning media and students who receive conventional learning. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is there a difference between the adversity quotient of students who learn to use Autograph learning media and students who receive conventional learning?". This research is a quasi-experimental research, where the teacher plays a direct role in the learning process and the researcher acts as an observer. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs Al-Arifin Rahuning totaling 100 people and as a sample of class VIII-1 totaling 28 people. While the object of this research is the adversity quotient of students towards learning mathematics. Collecting data in this study using observation sheets and adversity quotient. To find out the results of this study, it was carried out using the t test and to determine whether or not there were differences in the adversity quotient of students towards learning mathematics. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it was concluded that there was a difference in the adversity quotient between students who learned to use the Autograph learning media and students who received conventional learning with a tcount= 8.29 greater than ttable at the 5% significance level and significant 1% of 2.14 and 2.96.Keyword: Autograph, Adversity Quotient, Mathematic educationAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan adversity quotient antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran Autograph dan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah ada perbedaan antara adversity quotient siswa yang belajar menggunakan media pembelajaran Autograph dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional?”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dimana guru berperan langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan peneliti bertindak sebagai pengamat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Arifin Rahuning yang berjumlah 100 orang dan sebagai sampel kelas VIII-1 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah adversity quotient siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan adversity quotient. Untuk mengetahui hasil penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan adversity quotient siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan adversity quotient antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan media pembelajaran Autograph dan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran konvensional denganhitung= 8,29 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 5 % tingkat signifikansi dan signifikan 1% sebesar 2,14 dan 2,96.

Technological progress should contribute many benefits to human welfare, especially in the education aspect. In the pandemic era, teachers are forced to be technology literate by implementing online learning. However, in reality, the use of technology in online learning becomes an obstacle because optimal learning is not achieved specifically as the government hopes. This study discusses the analysis of axiology in online learning and uses the analysis method of literature review (literature research) from several relevant sources. The purpose of this article is to provide additional knowledge and learning for teachers so that later in the education unit they are able to actualize their abilities to produce competent students according to the expectations of the nation. The results of the literature study show that online learning does not support the achievement of learning aspects when viewed in axiological studies related to ethical and aesthetic values. Students still have difficulties and have problems in online learning so that they have not given birth to personal learning motivation and lack the creativity to develop the knowledge that has been obtained from teachers through online learning. Keyword: Axiology, Technology, Online Learning..

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle math terhadap keterampilan motorik halus siswa di UPTD. SD Negeri 014672 Tanjung Alam semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian two group pre-test dan post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di UPTD. SD Negeri 014672 Tanjung Alam. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas II A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 21 siswa dan kelas II B sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 2. Sebelum dilaksanakan pembelajaran, nilai rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen 73,46 dan nilai rata-rata pretes kelas kontrol 70,92. Setelah penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan medua puzzle math, diperoleh nilai rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen 85,61 dan nilai rata-rata postes kelas kontrol 73,69. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t, hasil uji-t diperoleh thitung = 4,17 > ttabel = 2,072 maka Ha diterima dengan demikian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle math terhadap keterampilan motorik siswa di UPTD. Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of budget target clarity and the application of public sector accounting on performance accountability studies at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Makassar City. Design/methodology/approach – Data analysis methods using multiple regression techniques. Findings – The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted because the Clarity of Budget Targets and the Application of Public Sector Accounting had a positive and significant effect on Performance Accountability. This means that by increasing the Clarity of Budget Targets and the Application of Public Sector Accounting, it can improve the Performance of Study Performance Accountability at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Makassar City with a big impact. Originality – Data collection used primary data obtained from a purposive sample where 10 offices were obtained, 3 respondents were determined for each office so that a total of 30 employees of PT. In-Service Teacher Professional Education is a program designed to improve the quality of teachers who are already in the office or are currently actively teaching. This program is carried out online, so this program also has several difficulties faced by students. This research was conducted at Asahan University to examine the difficulties of implementing lectures. Data was collected from 85 respondents. The main obstacles faced by students include internet network problems, technical obstacles, time constraints, difficulties in understanding the material, and adapting to change. The difficulties faced by PPG Daljab students require holistic attention from educational institutions. The government and educational institutions need to respond to these findings to ensure effective and inclusive learning in the context of PPG Daljab.

Student learning outcomes are a measure of student success in the learning process in class. This research aims to analyze student learning outcomes in class VII-5 of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran in mathematics subjects. The type of research carried out was qualitative with a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were students in class VII-5 of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran with a total of 32 people. The analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique including data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this research show that the learning outcomes of students with low criteria were 2 students, medium as many as 17 students, high as many as 12 students, and very high as many as 1 student and the average score obtained by students in mathematics learning activities was 20.88 with a percentage 84%, which means that the mathematics learning carried out by students in class VII-5 at SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran is in the good category.

The poor daily scores of pupils resulting from their struggles with mathematical problem solving served as the impetus for this study. Finding out how difficult it is for students to solve narrative issues using comparison material is the goal of this study, which also aims to offer alternate options. This study was carried by utilizing a qualitative descriptive technique at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Kisaran school. Purposive sampling procedures were used in this study, which included 31 participants from the entire population of class VII students at UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Kisaran, or up to 210 persons. The research was condcted during the odd semester of the 2022–2023 academic year. The study's data came from test findings. There are five essay-style test questions in this course that are all about comparative materials. Selecting and using the appropriate formula to solve arithmetic problems is the most common sort of difficulty that students have when working on comparison material narrative questions (53%). Based on the data processing findings, it was determined that class VII UPTD SMP Negeri 4 Kisaran students' level of difficulty in completing narrative problems met the "High" criterion with 48% of the total.

This research aims to determine the level and analyze the mathematical learning motivation of class VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were class VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. The sample in this research was 25 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. From the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that class VII students of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran have three levels of motivation, namely 13 people (52%) with a high level of learning motivation, 10 people with a moderate level of motivation (40%), and 2 people with a low level of motivation ( 8%). Meanwhile, in the analysis of the aspects of the questionnaire given, the average percentage of students' mathematical learning motivation was 8 indicators of learning motivation and 15 statements. The average percentage of students' learning motivation was 73.25% with high criteria. This is shown from the 8 indicators provided and student statements, 6 of which are at high criteria, so it can be concluded that students' high curiosity and motivation in learning is proven by the students' efforts to dig up information themselves regarding the subject matter to be studied.
