Abstract

Abstract: This development research was conducted because the advancement of education in the 21st century is geared towards improving human potential. The shift of global society towards digitalization forces schools to adapt their teaching methods to new technological advances. This study aims to determine the analysis of students' needs, the level of feasibility, teacher practicality, and students' readability response to the Ethno-STEM integrated LKPD on reaction rate material. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the 4-D model, but limited to 3-D (Define, Design, and Develop). The research subjects were 3 material and media validators, 5 chemistry teachers and 90 students of SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using kappa moment. Based on the results of the study, students need Ethno-STEM integrated E-LKPD on reaction rate material, the material feasibility level is 0.84 (very feasible), the media feasibility level is 0.85 (very feasible), the practicality level is 0.95 (very practical), and the results of students' readability response are 0.90 (very good). Keyword: E-LKPD; Ethno-STEM; Reaction Rate. Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan karena kemajuan pendidikan di abad ke-21 diarahkan untuk meningkatkan potensi manusia. Pergeseran masyarakat global ke arah digitalisasi memaksa sekolah untuk menyesuaikan metode pengajaran mereka dengan kemajuan teknologi baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kebutuhan peserta didik, tingkat kelayakan, kepraktisan guru, dan respon keterbacaan peserta didik terhadap LKPD terintegrasi Ethno-STEM pada materi laju reaksi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4-D, namun dibatasi hingga 3-D (Define, Design, dan Develop). Subjek penelitian adalah 3 orang validator materi dan media, 5 orang guru kimia dan 90 orang peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan momen kappa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peserta didik membutuhkan E-LKPD terintegrasi Ethno-STEM pada materi laju reaksi, tingkat kelayakan materi sebesar 0,84 (sangat layak), tingkat kelayakan media sebesar 0,85 (sangat layak), tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 0,95 (sangat praktis), dan hasil respon keterbacaan peserta didik sebesar 0,90 (sangat baik). Kata kunci: E-LKPD; Etno-STEM; Laju Reaksi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of technology, student engagement, and learning environment, on the effectivenesss of English learning at Sekolah Bukit Sion, Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach with simplified sampling of 67 employees as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, specifically the coefficient of determination, the t test, and the f test. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling yang disederhanakan terhadap 67 siswa sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yaitu koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Abstract

Abstract: Banking plays an important role in managing public funds, both through conventional banks and Islamic banks. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, one of the first Islamic banks in Indonesia, carries out its activities with Islamic principles and offers various financial products such as murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, and ijarah. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the period 2019–2023 using financial ratios, namely liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach by analyzing secondary data from Bank Muamalat Indonesia's annual financial reports. The results of the analysis show that although Bank Muamalat Indonesia showed good liquidity performance in most of the years studied, profitability performance fluctuated, with a significant decline in several years. The solvency ratio shows stability, but profitability such as Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Assets (ROA) show inadequate performance compared to other Islamic banks. This study is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the financial condition of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and contribute to the development of Islamic bank financial performance studies. Keyword: financial performance, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, financial ratios, liquidity,               profitability, solvency. Abstrak: Perbankan memegang peranan penting dalam pengelolaan dana masyarakat, baik melalui bank konvensional maupun bank syariah. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, merupakan salah satu bank syariah pertama di Indonesia, menjalankan aktivitasnya dengan prinsip syariah dan menawarkan berbagai produk keuangan seperti murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, dan ijarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Bank Muamalat Indonesia selama periode 2019–2023 dengan menggunakan rasio keuangan, yaitu rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Bank Muamalat Indonesia menunjukkan kinerja likuiditas yang baik pada sebagian besar tahun yang diteliti, kinerja profitabilitas mengalami fluktuasi, dengan penurunan signifikan pada beberapa tahun. Rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan stabilitas, namun profitabilitas seperti Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return on Assets (ROA) menunjukkan performa yang tidak memadai dibandingkan dengan bank syariah lainnya. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang kondisi keuangan Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan studi kinerja keuangan bank syariah. Kata kunci: kinerja keuangan, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, rasio keuangan, likuiditas,                    profitabilitas, solvabilitas.

Abstract

Abstract: Rewarding is an important strategy in increasing individual motivation and performance, both in educational environments, companies, and other organizations. However, the process of selecting reward recipients is often done subjectively, which can lead to dissatisfaction and potential injustice. Therefore, an objective and measurable method is needed to determine reward recipients in a more transparent and fair manner. One of the decision-making methods that can be applied in this process is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is known as a simple and effective method in assessing alternatives based on predetermined criteria. With clear criteria weights and values, this method is able to provide more objective results in the reward recipient selection process. Rewarding based on the SAW method aims to increase objectivity and transparency in the selection of reward recipients because it has assessment indicators for each criterion in each alternative involved. There are nine classes of teaching staff who are assessed using the SAW Method with four assessment criteria in awarding rewards, namely Last Education, Length of Service, Discipline and Teaching Methods. Based on these calculations, the alternative that is entitled to receive a reward is A01 with the highest Vi value of 0.95 Keywords: SAW Method, Reward, Instructor Abstrak: Pemberian reward merupakan salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja individu, baik dalam lingkungan pendidikan, perusahaan, maupun organisasi lainnya. Namun, proses pemilihan penerima reward sering kali dilakukan secara subjektif, sehingga dapat menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dan potensi ketidakadilan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode yang objektif dan terukur untuk menentukan penerima reward secara lebih transparan dan adil. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat diterapkan dalam proses ini adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW dikenal sebagai metode yang sederhana dan efektif dalam menilai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Dengan bobot dan nilai kriteria yang jelas, metode ini mampu memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif dalam proses seleksi penerima reward. Pemberian reward berbasis metode SAW bertujuan untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dan transparansi dalam pemilihan penerima reward karena memiliki indikator penilaian untuk setiap kriteria pada masing-masing alternative yang terlibat. Ada Sembilan beklas orang tenaga pengajar yang dinilai menggunakan Metode SAW dengan empat kriteria penilaian dalam pemberian reward yaitu Pendidikan Terkahir, Lama Bekerja, Kedisiplinan dan Metode Pengajaran. Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut alternative yang berhak mendapatkan reward adalah adalah A01 dengan nilai Vi tertinggi adalah 0,95. Kata kunci: Metode SAW, Reward, Tenaga Pengajar

Abstract

Abstract: The student master book is an important document in the school administration system that functions as the main archive of personal, academic, and student history data during their education. At SMA Swasta Persiapan Stabat, recording of master book data is still done manually using printed forms and simple spreadsheet applications. This causes various obstacles such as data duplication, difficulty in searching for information, risk of data loss, and low work efficiency of school administration staff. To overcome these problems, a web-based master book information system is needed that is able to digitize and automate the process of managing student data in a structured, integrated, and secure manner. This study uses the Waterfall model system development method which consists of five stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. The main features provided include student data input, data search based on certain categories, data updates, printing master books, and automatic backup systems. System testing is carried out using the Black Box method to ensure that all functions run according to user needs. The results of this study indicate that this web-based master book information system is able to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of student data management. In addition, the system also makes it easier for schools to provide valid data that can be accessed quickly when needed. This system is expected to be the first step in digitalizing administration in the school environment. Keywords: Information System, Master Book, Web, Private High School, School Administration, CodeIgniter Abstrak: Buku induk siswa merupakan dokumen penting dalam sistem administrasi sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai arsip utama data pribadi, akademik, dan riwayat siswa selama menempuh pendidikan. Di SMA Swasta Persiapan Stabat, pencatatan data buku induk masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir cetak dan aplikasi spreadsheet sederhana. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai kendala seperti duplikasi data, kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi, risiko kehilangan data, serta rendahnya efisiensi kerja tenaga administrasi sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi buku induk berbasis web yang mampu mendigitalisasi dan mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan data siswa secara terstruktur, terintegrasi, dan aman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model Waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter, serta database MySQL. Fitur-fitur utama yang disediakan antara lain input data siswa, pencarian data berdasarkan kategori tertentu, pembaruan data, cetak buku induk, dan sistem backup otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi buku induk berbasis web ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pengelolaan data siswa. Selain itu, sistem juga mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menyediakan data yang valid dan dapat diakses dengan cepat saat diperlukan. Abstract

Abstract: Air pollution has become a serious problem in densely populated urban areas such as DKI Jakarta. To mitigate its negative impacts, an accurate air pollution prediction system is necessary. This study compares the performance of two deep learning models, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), in predicting PM10 concentration using air quality data from DKI Jakarta between 2016 and 2019. The research process includes data collection and preprocessing, model training, and model evaluation. Both models were tested with various parameters such as the number of hidden neurons, dropout rate, epochs, and batch size. The results consistently show that BiLSTM outperforms LSTM, achieving lower Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values across 54 testing scenarios. The best BiLSTM configuration, with 64 hidden neurons, 0.2 dropout rate, 50 epochs, and batch size 16, yielded an RMSE of 9.311401. Meanwhile, the best LSTM configuration, with 128 hidden neurons, 0.1 dropout rate, 100 epochs, and batch size 16, produced an RMSE of 9.330554. The advantage of BiLSTM lies in its ability to process data bidirectionally, making it more effective in capturing temporal patterns for air pollution prediction compared to LSTM. Keywords: air pollution prediction, pollutant, deep learning, LSTM, BiLSTM Abstrak: Pencemaran udara menjadi masalah serius di wilayah perkotaan padat seperti DKI Jakarta. Untuk mengurangi dampak negatifnya, diperlukan sistem prediksi polusi udara yang akurat. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa dua model deep learning, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) dan Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM), dalam memprediksi konsentrasi PM10 menggunakan data kualitas udara DKI Jakarta tahun 2016-2019. Proses penelitian mencakup pengumpulan dan praproses data, pelatihan model, serta evaluasi model. Kedua model diuji dengan berbagai parameter seperti jumlah hidden neuron, dropout rate, epoch, dan batch size. Hasil menunjukkan BiLSTM lebih unggul secara konsisten dengan nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) lebih rendah melalui 54 skenario pengujian. Konfigurasi terbaik BiLSTM menggunakan 64 hidden neuron, dropout rate 0.2, 50 epoch, dan batch size 16 menghasilkan RMSE 9.311401. Sedangkan konfigurasi LSTM terbaik pada 128 hidden neuron, dropout rate 0.1, 100 epoch, dan batch size 16 menghasilkan RMSE 9.330554. Keunggulan BiLSTM terletak pada kemampuannya memproses data dua arah, sehingga lebih efektif dalam menangkap pola temporal untuk prediksi polusi udara dibandingkan LSTM.  Kata kunci: prediksi polusi udara, polutan, deep learning, LSTM, BiLSTM

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of social media on cultural communication patterns among adolescents in Suralaga Village, East Lombok. The findings reveal that social media has impacted various aspects of cultural communication, including changes in language use, where local dialects are increasingly mixed with global or digital slang. Intercultural interaction has intensified through online platforms, enriching cultural experiences but also posing challenges to the preservation of local cultural authenticity. Social media plays a significant role in shaping the cultural identity of youth, with influencers and content creators becoming new role models in defining values and lifestyles. This phenomenon contributes to both the reinforcement and weakening of local cultures, depending on the content consumed. The dynamics of digital communication have led to faster yet emotionally shallow forms of interaction. Social and psychological consequences such as social pressure, identity crises, and decreased face-to-face interaction have also been observed. The study further finds that responses to cultural globalization via social media vary widely, influenced by the role of families and educational institutions in instilling cultural values. Therefore, social media emerges as a transformative force reshaping the communication patterns and cultural landscape of adolescents in the digital age. Keywords: social media, adolescents, cultural communication Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh media sosial terhadap pola komunikasi budaya di kalangan remaja di Desa Suralaga, Lombok Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial telah mempengaruhi berbagai aspek komunikasi budaya, termasuk perubahan dalam penggunaan bahasa yang cenderung mencampurkan bahasa lokal dengan istilah global atau gaul digital. Interaksi antarbudaya menjadi lebih intens melalui platform daring, memperkaya pengalaman budaya namun juga menimbulkan tantangan dalam menjaga keaslian budaya lokal. Media sosial turut membentuk identitas budaya remaja, dengan influencer dan konten kreator menjadi panutan baru dalam menentukan nilai dan gaya hidup. Fenomena ini berkontribusi pada penguatan maupun pelemahan budaya lokal, tergantung pada konten yang dikonsumsi. Dinamika komunikasi digital memunculkan bentuk komunikasi yang lebih instan namun kurang mendalam secara emosional. Konsekuensi sosial dan psikologis seperti tekanan sosial, krisis identitas, serta penurunan interaksi tatap muka juga teridentifikasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa respons terhadap globalisasi budaya melalui media sosial sangat bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh peran keluarga dan institusi pendidikan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya. Dengan demikian, media sosial menjadi kekuatan transformatif yang membentuk ulang pola komunikasi dan budaya remaja di era digital. Kata kunci: media sosial, remaja, komunikasi budaya.

Abstract

Abstract: Science literacy is the one very important skill that students must have. Students' ability to read is still classified as low. This reflects that level of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in scientific literacy has not been adequately developed. This research used kinds of development known as R&D (Research and Development) research. The product developed that is Interactive E-LKPD based on the R2L method on chemical equilibrium material. The result of need analysis that has been carried out state requires Interactive E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) on chemical equilibrium material to increase HOTS Literacy students get data 100% students agree that using the interactive E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) to be developed as a learning support. It was found that very feasible to used Sig <0.05, therefore Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Result give an interactive influence of E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) on chemical equilibrium material on student learning outcomes and shows a increase in students' HOTS Science Literacy abilities also E-LKPD suitable to used. Keywords: Interactive E-LKPD, HOTS Ability, Literacy, R2L

Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan Prestasi siswa kelas VII MTS Swasta Menaming materi Sistem Komputer pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan menggunakan Model Learning Together. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi dan tes pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebanyak 30,00%. Dimana pada siklus I ketuntasan yang diperoleh 63,33% dengan jumlah siswa 19 orang, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah persentase ketuntasan adalah 93,33% dengan jumlah siswa meningkat menjadi 28 orang yang tuntas dalam belajar. Jadi, dari hasil siklus I dan siklus II, penelitian sudah selesai, karena ketidak tuntasan pada siklus I sudah diperbaiki pada siklus II. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning model Learning Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Keyword: Learning Together; Prestasi; TIK. Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in the achievement of class VII students of MTS Swasta Menaming in the Computer System material of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) lessons using the Learning Together Model. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a Classroom Action Research design. The subjects of this study were 30 class VII students. Based on the results of data analysis by comparing the results of observations and tests in cycles I and II. The results showed that the increase from cycle I to cycle II was 30.00%. Where in cycle I the completeness obtained was 63.33% with 19 students, while in cycle II the percentage of completeness was 93.33% with the number of students increasing to 28 students who completed learning. So, from the results of cycles I and II, the study has been completed, because the incompleteness in cycle I has been corrected in cycle II. Therefore, the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model Learning Together model can improve learning outcomes.. Kata kunci: Learning Together; Achievement; ICT

Abstract

 In reality, Notaries in carrying out their duties indirectly have played a role as mediators because the community or parties who need notary services to make authentic deeds often bring legal problems between them before or after the making of the deed. This type of research is an empirical legal research (sociological juridical) where the primary data is the result of interviews with respondents and informants. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, the location of the research is Medan City. From a population of 222 notaries in Medan City, some notaries were taken 20% or 45 people as samples who were used as respondents based on Probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. In addition to the empirical juridical approach, a normative juridical approach was also used to obtain secondary data. The results of the study are that Notaries in providing legal counseling indirectly Notaries play an active role as mediators in resolving disputes outside the Court. The conclusion is that notaries have a strategic role as mediators in resolving disputes outside the court, so it is recommended to regulate the role of notaries as mediators, improve mediation competency for notaries, and provide socialization and education to the public regarding the benefits of mediation by notaries. Keyword: Notary Mediator, Notary Dispute Resolution Abstrak: Dalam realitanya Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya secara tidak langsung telah berperan sebagai mediator karena masyarakat atau para pihak yang membutuhkan jasa notaris untuk membuat akta otentik tidak jarang membawa permasalahan-permasalahan hukum diantara mereka pada saat sebelum atau sesudah pembuatan akta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum empiris (yuridis Sosiologis) dimana data primernya adalah hasil wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, Lokasi penelitian adalah Kota Medan. Dari populasi 222 notaris Kota Medan, sebagian notaris diambil 20% atau 45 orang sebagai sampel yang dijadikan responden berdasarkan Probability sampling dengan Metode Sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Disamping pendekatan yuridis empiris juga dipergunakan pendekatan yuridis normative untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yaitu Notaris dalam memberikan penyuluhan hukum secara tidak langsung Notaris berperan aktif sebagai mediator dalam penyelesaian sengketa di luar Pengadilan. Kesimpulan bahwa notaris memiliki peran strategis sebagai mediator dalam penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan, maka disarankan Pengaturan peran notaris sebagai mediator, Peningkatan kompetensi mediasi bagi notaris, Sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai manfaat mediasi oleh notaris.  Kata kunci: Notaris Mediator, Penyelesaian Sengketa Notaris
