Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Komunikasi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika melalui Program Majalengka Raharja Quick Response. Adapun sub fokus pada penelitian ini dimulai dari Penelitian, Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pelaporan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik snowball dengan jumlah informan kunci terdapat 4 dan informan pendukung terdapat 4. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Teknik analisa data menggunakan model siklus Miles dan Huberman untuk membahas permasalahan penelitian. Hasil Penelitian berupa tahap Perencanaan yang dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Majalengka melalui Peraturan Daerah atau Peraturan Bupati Majalengka Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Layanan Nomor Tunggal Panggilan Darurat 112, melalui Training of Trainer SDM Call Center 112, melalui sosialisasi, dan melakukan kerjasama dengan penyelenggara jasa call center PT Jasnita Telekomindo. Tahap Pelaksanaan Program Majalengka Raharja Quick Response bagi sebagian masyarakat cukup membantu dalam proses pengaduan kedaruratan. Tahap Evaluasi yang dilakukan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Majalengka dilakukan dalam kurun waktu per 6 (enam) bulan. Tahap Pelaporan pertanggungjawaban dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu rutin tiap 1 (satu) bulan. Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, yaitu peran komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Majalengka telah dilakukan secara sistematis/terstruktur dan bertahap untuk menjalankan program Majalengka Raharja Quick Response. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu, diperlukannya rekruitmen Sumber Daya Manusia atau Staff tambahan yang bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan tim Majalengka Raharja Quick Response serta sosialisasi agar lebih masif mengenai Program Majalengka Raharja Quick Response tersebut. Research related to the stigma of women without children is still rarely studied, especially in Indonesia. The problem of childless women is a latent phenomenon. In some developed countries, childless women experience the psychological impact of the stigma they receive. Based on these factors, the researcher wants to examine two important aspects, namely how to experience the stigma faced by women without children. Second, how women without children manage the stigma they face. Researchers use the Stigma Management Communication theory approach to dissect the problem. This study used qualitative data by conducting interviews with 9 women who experienced childless conditions for at least 3 years since marriage. The results showed that informants experienced labeling as workaholic women, especially from the family environment. The informants used two strategies, namely accepting stigma and opposing stigma. The impact felt by informants after receiving the stigma was that they were optimistic, felt lonely, and lived a more peaceful life. Meanwhile, informants who oppose stigma have the effect of increasing self-confidence and focusing more on personal life. Researchers recommend that in the future there will be research related to ethnic culture.

Technological developments are inseparable from changes in the life and mindset of each individual, as well as generation z. Generation Z is a generation that is very close and able to follow the flow of technological change. One of those technological changes is online investments such as crypto. The era of postmodernism is an era or mass in which everything that is not commonplace or taboo in the modernism era becomes normal for humans. This is what makes researchers draw the formulation of the problem, namely how Crypto Traders as Generation Z Professional Interest Changes in the Era of Postmodernism. With the aim of knowing Crypto Traders as Generation Z Professional Interest Changes in the Era of Postmodernism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection using interviews and data analysis model Miles and Hubermen. The results of this study found that the speed and intelligence of Generation Z in keeping up with technological changes made crypto traders a change of professional interest in the era of postmodernism.

Brand is a crucial part in a success of a business. The more well-known and consumed the brand is by people, the higher is its revenue. The success of a brand is often determined by the brand strength. However, despite the great effort by the company to strengthen the brand, sometimes there are unexpected environmental turbulences that no one can control. These turbulences could result in negative impact and potentially threaten the business. In addition, it could also negatively affect the brand position in the market. Based on previous literature study, it is suggested that brand equity can resist environmental turbulences. This article is written using a literature study method from various sources namely books, scientific journals and online-based information. The purpose of this writing is to analyze how brand equity can sustain brand from environmental turbulence. Keywords: Branding, brand equity, environmental turbulence

Saat ini jika membutuhkan informasi apapun, termasuk info toilet training, seorang ibu dapat mencarinya lewat YouTube. Salah satu video yang memberikan informasi tentang toilet training adalah video yang ada di saluran YouTube Mami Namnam. Video ini telah ditonton banyak pengguna internet dan juga memiliki banyak komentar. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis komentar netizen yang terkait dengan video toilet training ini. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, penulis menggunakan teori uses and gratification dengan tradisi penelitian etnografi virtual. Hasil yang ditemukan oleh penulis adalah banyak ibu yang mengalami kesulitan mengajarkan anak toilet training sehingga mereka mencari video yang bisa mengajarkan hal tersebut. Lalu juga banyak ibu yang bertanya terkait video yang diupload. Dan ada juga ibu yang memberikan komentar positif serta negatif mengenai video tersebut. Komunikasi dalam kolom komentar berlangsung dua arah. Pemilik saluran YouTube selalu berupaya membalas komentar pengguna internet dengan kata-kata positif dan baik

Women in Islam are subjects who often experience recognition instability. Instability is formed through universality logocentrism that has been established in people's consciousness. People's judgments always focus "at the center", but forget about something that goes "on the periphery". This study aims to deconstruct the identity of Muslim women who have been constructed as weak, powerless, and imprisoned subjects by religious and cultural representations. Media studies are the main focus of this research. The choice of media studies departs from the postmodern reality that cannot be separated from text and media. Rahma.id is the main focus of this media. The election of Rahma.id because it is oriented towards Muslim women, as well as being a new media that has accommodated many narratives about women, gender, and Islam. Derrida's deconstruction becomes a knife of analysis, considering his concept that wants to break the establishment of modern society by reading differance. Through Derrida's deconstruction, we get the result that there are gender values that are forgotten to become narratives in the media. In fact, Muslim women have multicultural, multi-perspective, and multi-disciplinary characters.

The information media influences public attitudes in many aspects of life, including those concerning public political attitudes. Therefore the position of the media is very strategic in mapping public political attitudes. The media carrying the message constructs the message it makes. This study aims to analyze student reviews of the media coverage of Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate in 2004. This study was designed with a qualitative approach, reception analysis method. Data collection techniques were obtained through surveys, literature review and documentation. The results of the study show that students have various attitudes after they learn about media coverage. Students who have a dominant-hegomonic position have reasons that Anies Baswedan is the best figure currently available; students who are in a negotiated position choose the moderate path to be more careful with the reason that they will first study the political figures that will appear ahead of the upcoming 2024 Indonesian presidential election; students who took an oppositional position without hesitation immediately rejected him on the grounds that Anies Baswedan was not fit to be president of Indonesia. This study intends to explore the online learning communication strategy carried out by the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia (MAN IC) West Halmahera, North Maluku Province during the Covid 19 period, so that learning is carried out in accordance with the targets and the results achieved are in accordance with face-to-face learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with phenomenological theory to dig deeper into the phenomenon of online learning and the intersubjective relationships between teachers, students and policy makers, namely school principals. Data collection techniques in this study were participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the strategy research conducted by Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia (MAN IC) West Halmahera Maluku Province are online learning using synchronous e-learning, the Multiflatform Learning Management System and with full-time service teachers from all teachers, with this strategy the quality of learning goes according to the targets set by the school.

This study aims to look at the framing carried out by the online media CNN Indonesia.com and Detik.com on the corruption case of the Governor of Papua, Lukas Enembe. This study uses a qualitative research. Thus, this study looks at the meaning of individual or group problems in human life. This study uses Robert Entman's analysis model to identify the framing of CNN Indonesia.com and Detik.com. Data collection was carried out by observing through online media. Researchers saw news about Lukas Enembe in the November period. The researcher then selected news that was relevant to the development of the Lukas Enembe corruption case. The results of this study indicate that CNN Indonesia.com framed the chairman of the KPK, Firli Bahuri, for violating law enforcement ethical standards. Firli Bahuri is also framed as a figure who gave privileges for the corruption suspect meanwhile he has never done it before. Meanwhile, Detik.com's framing of Firli Bahuri has violated the ethical standards of law enforcement. The portion of the news about Lukas Enembe and how his status and health condition is less than the circumstance of the meeting with Firli Bahuri. Detik.com also did not show the information provided by the KPK regarding Firli Bahuri's involvement in the meeting. Entman's model analysis is not sufficient to explain media reality comprehensively. Not all news offers moral choices and problem solved. Due to these limitations, this study requires other analytical tools to explain this phenomenon. A more in-depth investigation with other analytical tools is needed to get a more complete picture in terms of framing. Keywords: Framing, Firli Bahuri, KPK, Lukas Enembe.

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan proses komunikasi yang berlangsung di antara dua orang atau lebih yang mempunyai hubungan kedekatan satu sama lain. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori interaksi simbolik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses komunikasi interpersonal antara terapis dan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan paradigma konstruktivis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga terapis yang menjadi informan untuk diwawancarai dan enam sampel anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan berbagai jenis gangguan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses komunikasi yang dilakukan terapis kepada anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sahabat Kecil Therapy & Learning Center perlu dilakukan pendekatan secara interpersonal. Pada saat terapi pun, terapis akan melakukan bonding kepada anak yaitu proses komunikasi melalui ikatan emosional. Hambatan dalam proses komunikasi interpersonal terapis dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus yaitu anak berkebutuhan khusus terkadang mengalami naik turun mood sehingga mengalami tantrum dan bisa dari orang tua anak tersebut yang kurang dapat diajak kerja sama untuk melakukan kegiatannya kembali dirumah.
