Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kevalidan pengembangan dan kepraktisan penggunaan modul matematika pada mata kuliah struktur aljabar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) berintegrasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penggunaan bahan ajar dan penyediaan media pengajaran yang bermacam-macam akan sangat berguna bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar sesuai dengan cara belajar yang berbeda-beda. Maka dari itu bahan ajar yang lebih efektif digunakan adalah modul yang menggunakan model pembelajaran. Modul merupakan satu unit program belajar mengajar terkecil yang unsur-unsur modul terdiri dari pedoman dosen , lembar aktifitas mahasiswa, lembaran tes, kunci lembaran tes. Urgensi utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap realita penyelenggaraan pembelajaran berbasis KKNI di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang dilakukan dosen di lapangan saat ini, khususnya oleh dosen prodi Pendidikan Matematika UHKBPNP. Selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan referensi oleh dosen dalam penyusunan bahan ajar disetiap mata kuliah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R & D) menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Hasil yang di peroleh adalah modul matematika pada mata kuliah struktur aljabar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) valid, dan praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), modul matematika

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in fraction material through the demonstration method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this research were 30 class II students at SD N Cipari, Klapanunggal District. The evaluation test on learning outcomes on fraction material was used as a research instrument. Observation and tests are data collection techniques. The results of the pre-test carried out during the pre-cycle averaged 66 and the percentage of learning completion was only 43.33%. The results of research in cycle 1 showed an increase from an average of 66 to 77.33 with a learning completion percentage of 60%. In cycle II there was also an increase in scores from an average of 77.33 to 86 with the percentage of student learning completion being 93.33%. From the results of the explanation above, this classroom action research was successful. The results of the research concluded that the demonstration method in mathematics learning could increase understanding of the sub-material of fractions which had an impact on increasing the minimum completeness criteria for class II students at SD N Cipari, Klapanunggal District

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To analyze the effectiveness of student worksheets and PISA-based test instruments on the developed PBL model, (2) To analyze the effectiveness of student worksheets and PISA-based test instruments on the developed PBL model. In this research, what will be developed is a PISA-based learning tool and test instrument to improve students' mathematical literacy using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model developed by Dick and Carry (1996). The learning tools that will be developed are the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD) and Evaluation Instruments or Mathematical Literacy Ability Tests. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Pasir Limau Kapas which is located at Jalan Dua Desa, Teluk Pulai Village, Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The results of this research produce products in the form of e-module teaching materials based on problem solving or Problem Based Learning. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the learning tools developed are included in the valid and practical category and the resulting PISA-based learning tools are effectively used in improving students' mathematical literacy skills. Abstract

The aim of this research is "to analyze the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VIII students at RK Deli Murni Deli Tua Middle School in working on story problems on SPLDV material in terms of gender. The methods researchers use to collect data during research are known as data collection techniques. This research is based on qualitative data and aims to explain students' problem solving steps based on the level of their problem solving abilities using Polya steps which are evaluated based on students' gender. The location of this research was carried out at RK Deli Murni Deli Tua Private Middle School, the subjects were class VIII students at RK Deli Murni Deli Tua Private Middle School, Deli Tua, academic year 2024. The research was carried out in semester 2 with the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. This research uses interviews to collect data. Based on the presentation of the research results, it can be concluded that students' mathematical problem solving abilities in SPLDV material are relatively low, because students tend to memorize material and formulas rather than understanding concepts and students have not been trained to analyze a problem and the facts found so that as a result the productivity obtained by students at the school very few, and students have difficulty solving problems that require problem solving skills.Keywords: Problem Solving, Story Problems, SPLDV Material, Gender

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of differentiated learning on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan, Labuhanbatu Regency, academic year 2023/2024. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. In this research, efforts were made to collect as much descriptive data as possible which will be expressed in the form of reports and descriptions. Research on class VII-I students at SMPN 2 Rantau Selatan to see the problem solving stages according to Polya's theory in that class. Of the 32 students studied, the researcher took 4 students from the class who represented each stage according to Polya's theory and interviewed them in more depth. The results of this research conclude that differentiated learning provides opportunities for students to understand the material according to their respective learning styles. So that differentiated learning is effectively used as a new method and is useful for students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Keywords: Effectiveness, Differentiated Learning, Problem Solving Ability

Abstract

AbstractBased on the problems of students who frequently make mistakes when solving mathematical problems, especially when it comes to building materials of curved side spaces, this study will identify the series of errors that cause students to make errors when resolving the mathematics of building curved sides spaces. The study involved 28 students in the th grade. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this study. The results of the descriptive research showed that students answered both questions at the reading stages correctly (with a percentage of 0% on each question), as well as the level of understanding and transformation (with percentages of 9.52%, and 4.76%, respectively, on questions No. 1 and 2), the process skill level, which has a percent of 14.28% and 19.04%, and the final step, that is, the coding of the final answer, which contributes to 19,04% of both questions. The findings of the study led to the conclusion that, according to Newman's approach, the most common errors occurred at the process skill stage and Endcoding Errors (19.04%).Keywords: Error analysis, watson criteria, problem solving, curved side room, students.AbstrakBerdasarkan masalah peserta didik yang kerap kali melakukan kesalahan ketika menyelesaikan  masalah matematika, utamanya ketika menyangkut materi bangun ruang sisi lengkung, studi ini akan mengidentifikasi ragam kesalahan yang menyebabkan para peserta didik melakukan kekeliruan ketika memecahkan masalah matematika bangunan ruang sisi lengkung. Penelitian ini melibatkan 28 siswa kelas   . Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Dari hasil penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik menjawab kedua soal pada tahap membaca dengan benar (dengan persentase 0% pada setiap pertanyaan), serta tahap pemahaman dan transformasi (dengan persentase masing-masing 9,52% dan 4,76%, pada pertanyaan  no. 1 dan 2), Tahap keterampilan proses, yang memiliki persentase 14,28% dan 19,04%, dan langkah terakhir, yaitu pengkodean respons akhir, yang menyumbang 19,04% dari kedua pertanyaan. Temuan penelitian mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa, menurut pendekatan Newman, kesalahan yang paling sering terjadi yaitu pada tahap keterampilan proses dan Kesalahan Endcoding (19,04%).Kata kunci: Analisis kesalahan, kriteria watson, pemecahan masalah, bangun ruang sisi lengkung, siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade III students of SD Islam Ummul Quro for  2022/2023 academic year calenders using fractional card media. This study used the Kemmis & McTaggart model classroom action research design. The subjects in this study were grade III students totaling 19 students. The data collection method used test sheets and observations. Data analysis techniques used descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the use of fractional card media can improve the learning outcomes of grade III students of SD Islam Ummul Quro. The results of observations in cycles I and II showed an increase in students' formative test results in learning using fractional card media from a minimum score of 40 (as many as 5.26% of students) to a minimum of 60 (as many as 5.26% of students). Increased percentage of students who achieved KKM scores in cycle I and cycle II by 16.76%, that is  from 15 students (78.95%) to18 students (94,74%)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Wordwall terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III di SD Swasta Cahaya Pengharapan Abadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 64 siswa yang dibagi menjadi kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan tes, dengan analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan independent T test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Wordwall berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Media Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika, khususnya pada topik satuan waktu.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hasil dari kajian literature terkait kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa menggunakan model Discovery Learning. Data diambil dari beberapa artikel yang dikumpulkan dengan cara menganalisis studi berdasarkan kriteria artikel yang qualifield. Penelitian ini mengklasifikasikan studi primer yang qualified berdasarkan kategori seperti jenjang pendidikan, materi ajar, metode penelitian serta efektivitas penerapan model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Dari hasil yang diperoleh adalah secara keseluruhan hasil analisis pembelajaran menggunakan model Discovery Learning berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Selain itu, metode kuantitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang sering digunakan untuk melihat efektivitas penerapan model  Discovery Learning terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis dengan desain penelitian adalah eksperimen atau kuasi eksperimen.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing students’s mathematical problem solving ability. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research  is statistics. The subjects in this study were students of MAS Al Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu at class XI IPA totaling 25 students. Data collection instruments used included test questions totaling questions that referred to indicators of students’ problem solving ability including understanding problems, planning solutions, implementing plans, and reinterpreting them. Data analysis techinques used in this study were to assess the results of student answers and determine the percentage of students’ problem solving ability seen from the low, medium, and high categories. Based on the result of data processing, obtained as many as 6 students (24%) included in the category of “low” or have not been able to carry out the four stages well, and 11 students (44%) included in the category of “medium” or able to carry out category of “high” or have not been able to carry out the fourth stage.
