This journal had ever been changed into Jurnal Bahasa dan Seni during 2004-2013. In 2014 this journal is renamed as Komposisi: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa, Sastra, dan Seni applies open journal system (OJS) and peer-reviewed online journal in 2017 with Online ISSN 2548-9097.

Abstract

PENILAIAN OTENTIK KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA UNTUK KELAS I SEKOLAH LANJUTAN TINGKAT PERTAMAAbstractAuthentic assessment plays an important role in the process of learning evaluation. It covers three domains namely affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains. To assess students’ speaking skill, teachers must apply appropriate authentic assessment to the students. This paper presents the result of a study on developing authentic assessment of speaking skill of English at grade 1 MTsN Batusangkar. Data were obtained through questionnaire, interview, validation checklist and practicality checklist. There were 32 students as the respondents. This paper revealed that there are six authentic assessment models appropriate for grade 1 Junior High School, they are role play, information gap, picture talks, brief question and answer, narrating sequences, and pair dialogue. It is suggested that teachers may apply the six authentic assessment models in assessing students’ speaking skill at grade 1 Junior High School. Key Words: authentic assessment, development model, speaking skill, junior high school.AbstrakPenilaian otentik memainkan peran penting dalam proses evaluasi pembelajaran. Penilaian otentik mencakup tiga domain yaitu: domain afektif, psikomotor, dan kognitif. Untuk menilai kemampuan berbicara siswa, guru harus menerapkan penilaian otentik yang sesuai dengan siswa. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang pengembangan penilaian otentik untuk keterampilan berbicara di kelas I MTsN Batusangkar. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, wawancara, ceklis validasi dan ceklis kepraktisan. Ada 32 siswa sebagai responden. Makalah ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada enam model penilaian otentik yaitu role play, information gap, picture talks, pertanyaan singkat dan jawaban, narasi urutan dan dialog pasangan. Hal ini sangat disarankan bagi para guru untuk menerapkan enam model penilaian otentik dalam menilai kemampuan berbicara siswa.

Abstract

This research was aimed at describing the learner's profile of SMA Negeri 7 Padang in studying English. It is aimed at: (1) identifying learning style of the students, and (2) identifying their preference related to their learning style. The research result of the study shows that most of the students were authority-oriented learners. In this case they depend on the English teachers. Furthermore, it was found that most of the students like the teachers to use Indonesian rather than English in the classroom including in giving explanation of difficult words. Then, they like the teacher to give correction. Finally, they like studying in group, and they have high internal motivation.Key words: learning style, students, motivation

Abstract

To make the class activities effective, creative and fun innovation in teaching and learning process is required. One innovation that can be done is the use of numbered heads in a group discussion model. This method allows students to be actively and creatively involved in the activities, so the teaching process can be more interesting for students. Abstract

ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN LKS BERBASIS PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIKDENGAN MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA MATA PELAJARAN SENI BUDAYA DI SMPAbstract The purpose of this research is to: 1) find out the teacher's need for worksheet that can assist the students in art and cultural learning of fine art material; 2) to know the student's need for LKS that can help students in learning art and culture especially fine art material; 3) to know the needs of art and cultural learning of fine art material will worksheet based on scientific approach with discovery learning model. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects in this study were art teacher of culture and grade VII junior high school students in Bukittinggi. Techniques of collecting data were interview, questionnaire and observation. The result of this research are: 1) the teachers of cultural art of junior high school in Bukittinggi need worksheets in the implementation of art and cultural learning in fine art material, 2) students need worksheet in the implementation of art and cultural learning of fine art material and 3) art learning implementation of art material art need LKS based scientific approach with discovery learning model that can help students master the material better.AbstakTujuan dari penelitin ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui kebutuhan guru akan LKS yang dapat membantu siswa dalam pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa; 2) mengetahui kebutuhan siswa akan LKS yang dapat membatu siswa dalam pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa; 3) mengetahui kebutuhan pembelajaran  seni budaya materi seni rupa akan LKS  berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan model discovery learning.  Metode yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  metode  deskriptif  kualitatif. Subjek  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  guru seni budaya  dan  siswa  kelas VII SMP di Kota Bukittinggi.  Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara,  penyebaran  angket dan observasi.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah:  1)  guru seni budaya SMP Bukittinggi  membutuhkan  LKS  dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa, 2) siswa membutuhkan LKS dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa dan 3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni budaya materi seni rupa membutuhkan LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifik dengan model discovery learning, sehingga dapat membantu siswa menguasai materi dengan lebih baik. Kata kunci: analisis kebutuhan, pembelajaran seni rupa, LKS berbasis pendekatan saintifik

Abstract

This research aims to develop the subject matter of Art of Culture according to the curriculum of 2013, especially from the enriching aspect of instructional material of musical ensemble. The method used in this research is R & D method. The result of the research has created the development of teaching materials of local musical ensemble on Minangkabau music material, which by displaying the character of the ensemble instrument sound in the form of sketch-based video, the teacher can complete the teaching material in the show and not need to be demonstrated. With the enrichment of musical ensemble lesson material using this sketch-based slide video also, the teacher can present the lesson with more appreciative and attract the attention of the student, that is by the use of materials, tools, materials and study time effectively and efficiently.Keywords: sound character, music tool,video slide sketch, ensemble MEMAHAMI KARAKTER BUNYI ALAT DENGAN VIDEO SLIDE SKETSA PADA PEMBELAJARAN ENSAMBEL DI SMPN14 PADANGPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi pelajaran Seni Budaya sesuai kurikulum 2013, khususnya dari aspek memperkaya substansi bahan ajar ensambel musik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode R&D. Hasil penelitian telah menciptakan pengembangan bahan ajar ensambel musik daerah setempat pada materi musik Minangkabau, yang mana dengan menampilkan karakter bunyi alat musik ensambel dalam bentuk video berbasis sketsa, guru dapat melengkapi bahan ajarnya dalam tayangan dan tidak perlu didonstrasikan. Dengan adanya pengayaan materi pelajaran ensambel musik menggunakan video berbasis slide sketsa ini pula, guru dapat mempresentasikan pembelajaran dengan lebih apresiatif dan menarik perhatian siswa, yakni dengan penggunaan materi, alat, bahan dan waktu belajar yang efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: karakter bunyi, alat, video slide sketsa, ensamble

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the affixation process using derivational affix per-/-an on Indonesian derived nouns based on the theory of derivational and inflectional morphology. This research was a qualitative research method by using the theory of structural linguistics and case grammar. The object of the research was a derivational affix per-/-an used on Indonesian derived nouns, and the data were sentences (utterances) whose nouns having the derivational affix per-/-an. The analysis method used was a distributional method. Viewed from the perspective of derivational and inflectional morphology, the affixation of the derivational affix per-/-an on the verbs (both base verbs and derived verbs) and on the noun can produce (1) behavioral nouns, (2) Action nouns, (3) actional instrumental nouns, (4) behavioral instrumental nouns, (5) behavioral locative noun, (6) process nouns, (7) collective nouns, (8) abstract nouns. Abstract

Artikel ini didasarkan pada hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Lesson Study untuk pembinaan kemampuan profesional dosen dalam pem-belajaran. Lesson Study dilaksanakan oleh dosen kelompok mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia di Jurusan PGSD FIP UNP. Mata kuliah yang ditetapkan untuk di Lesson Study-kan adalah mata kuliah Pembelajaran Sastra di SD dengan materi Apresiasi Produktif dan pokok bahasan Menulis Pantun Anak. Pendekatan yang dikembangkan adalah pendekatan integratif. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran menulis pantun secara integratif berbasis Lesson Study bagi mahasiswa PGSD UNP pada tahap plan, do, dan see. Pembelajaran menulis pantun anak yang dirancang secara integratif dan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk kegiatan Lesson Study dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dalam proses pembelajaran, baik dalam penguasaan materi maupun metode pembelajaran. Di samping itu, pembelajaran tersebut juga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa, baik dalam proses maupun hasil pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Lesson study, integratif, menulis pantun anak
